  • Proses Ta’dib sebagai penguatan aplikasi pendidikan Islam di Indonesia:
           Pendekatan Systematic Literature Review

      Abstract: Applications in Islamic education cannot be separated from the challenges that have an impact on the quality of the students. This challenge, if left unchecked, will further distance itself from its goal, to form Al Insan Al Kamil. So the concept of ta'dib becomes an offer to strengthen the application of Islamic education. This article aims to explore the process of ta'dib as a solid foundation that strengthens the application of Islamic education. The method used in this article is qualitative with a systematic literature review approach. Relevant articles were collected from the google scholar portal through the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) flow. Then a descriptive content analysis was carried out. The results found indicate that the thing that is prioritized in the ta'dib process is the integration of knowledge, charity, and morals in everyday life. The ta'dib process is a two-way process between educators and students. This process emphasizes good examples and habituation. Its application is not only in schools setting but is also sustainable in the family and society in general.Abstrak                                  Aplikasi dalam pendidikan Islam tidak terlepas dari tantangan-tantangan yang berdampak pada kualitas peserta didiknya. Tantangan ini jika dibiarkan akan semakin menjauhkan dari tujuannya, untuk membentuk Al Insan Al Kamil. Sehingga konsep ta’dib menjadi sebuah tawaran untuk menguatkan aplikasi pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri proses ta’dib sebagai landasan kokoh yang menguatkan aplikasi dari pendidikan Islam. Metode yang dilakukan dalam artikel ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan systematic literature review. Artikel-artikel yang relevan dikumpulkan dari portal Google scholar melalui alur PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses). Kemudian dilakukan analisis isi secara deskriptif. Hasil yang ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa hal yang diutamakan dalam proses ta’dib ialah integrasi antara ilmu, amal dan akhlak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Proses ta’dib merupakan proses dua arah antara pendidik dengan peserta didik. Proses ini menekankan pada keteladanan dan pembiasaan yang baik. Aplikasinya tidak hanya di-setting sekolah, namun juga berkelanjutan di lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat secara umum.

  • Manajemen pembelajaran tahfizh Alquran untuk ketercapaian target hafalan
           di SMPQ Al-Ihsan

      Abstract: This study aims to determine the management of Quran memorization learning for target achievement at SMPQ al-Ihsan South Jakarta which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that SMPQ al-Ihsan has implemented learning management which includes (1) planning for Quran memorization learning for the achievement of memorization targets: first, determining memorization targets; second, formulating a selection system for prospective musyrifs who will guide students in the Quran halqoh; third, formulating a selection system for students in terms of their ability to memorize the Quran; fourth, determining time allocations; fifth, formulating special programs to help achieve targets. (2) Organizing Quran memorization learning for the achievement of memorization targets is carried out to determine the structure and duties of ustadz/ustadzah and determine tahfizh learning groups consisting of 8 to 10 students. (3) The implementation of effective and conducive Quran memorization learning for the achievement of memorization targets includes classroom management in halqoh Alquran and Quran memorization learning activities. (4) Evaluation of Quran memorization learning for the achievement of memorization targets by looking at student learning outcomes and student abilities according to indicators determined by the school.Abstrak                                  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran tahfidz Alquran untuk ketercapaian target di SMPQ al-Ihsan Jakarta Selatan yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMPQ al-Ihsan telah melaksanakan manajemen pembelajaran yang meliputi (1) perencanaan pembelajaran tahfidz Alquran untuk ketercapaian target hafalan: pertama, menentukan target hafalan; kedua, merumuskan sistem seleksi calon musyrif yang akan membimbing siswa dalam halqoh Alquran; ketiga, merumuskan sistem seleksi peserta didik dari segi kemampuan hafalan Alquran; keempat, menentukan alokasi waktu; kelima, merumuskan program khusus untuk membantu ketercapaian target. (2) Pengorganisasian pembelajaran tahfidz Alquran untuk ketercapaian target hafalan dilaksanakan untuk menentukan struktur dan tugas ustadz/ustadzah serta menentukan kelompok pembelajaran tahfizh yang beranggotakan 8 sampai 10 siswa. (3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahfidz Alquran untuk ketercapaian target hafalan yang efektif dan kondusif meliputi pengelolaan kelas dalam halqoh Alquran dan kegiatan pembelajaran tahfizh Alquran. (4) Evaluasi pembelajaran tahfidz Alquran untuk ketercapaian target hafalan dengan melihat hasil belajar santri serta kemampuan santri sesuai indikator yang telah ditentukan pihak sekolah.

      Abstract: This paper examines the person in charge of improving the understanding of character education in students during the spread of the CoronaVirus Disease-2019 virus, which requires students not to miss the lessons given as they should be. Writing that uses the Literature Review method comes from several sources, including journals, books, and supporting documents. Increasing understanding of character education is an effort to help students understand, pay attention to, and adhere to core ethical values. This study shows that the role of one component alone is not strong enough to increase the understanding of character in students, but all stakeholders, both from government policy, educators and all components in it, as well as the role of both parents, are very important in achieving student character education. during this CoronaVirus Disease-2019 pandemic.AbstrakTulisan ini mengkaji tentang penanggung jawab peningkatan pemahaman pendidikan karakter pada siswa di masa penyebaran virus CoronaVirus Disease-2019, yang menuntut siswa untuk tidak ketinggalan pelajaran yang diberikan sebagaimana mestinya. Penulisan yang menggunakan metode Literature Review ini bersumber dari beberapa sumber antara lain jurnal, buku, dan dokumen pendukung. Peningkatan pemahaman pendidikan karakter merupakan upaya membantu peserta didik memahami, memperhatikan, dan berpegang teguh pada nilai-nilai etika inti. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran salah satu komponen saja tidak cukup kuat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karakter pada peserta didik, tetapi semua pemangku kepentingan, baik dari kebijakan pemerintah, pendidik dan semua komponen di dalamnya, serta peran kedua orang tua, sangat penting dalam pencapaian pendidikan karakter siswa di masa pandemi CoronaVirus Disease-2019 ini.

  • Analisis dampak MBKM terhadap kinerja UIKA Bogor: Pendekatan demografi

      Abstract: Higher education is the key of the success of the MBKM program because the main goal of this program is to produce superior human resources who can apply their scientific fields and expertise in accordance with the needs of the business world and the industrial world. The main purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the impact of MBKM on the performance of University of Ibn Khaldun Bogor(UIKA) from a demographic perspective which includes gender, age, educational background and occupation/status. The research sample amounted to 219 respondents consisting of 103 students, 75 education staff and 41 lecturers. The results of the questionnaire will be processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 using a binary logistic linear regression model. The research variables consist of the dependent variable and the independent variable. The dependent variable or Y is the public's perception of the impact of MBKM on the performance of UIKA Bogor, while the independent variable or variable X are several factors that influence the perceptions of lecturers, education staff and students about the impact of MBKM on UIKA performance  like  gender, age, education and occupation. Based on the descriptive analysis, the majority of respondents, as many as 214 respondents or about 97.8% stated that there was an impact of MBKM on improving performance and 5 respondents or about 2.2% stated that there was no impact of MBKM on the performance of UIKA Bogor. The individual coefficient test conducted with the Wald test shows that all independent variables consisting of various demographic factors such as gender, age, education and occupation are not significant at alpha 5% meaning that there is no difference in respondents' perceptions about the impact of MBKM on the performance UIKA Bogor.Abstrak Perguruan Tinggi merupakan ujung tombak keberhasilan program MBKM karena sasaran utama dari program ini adalah menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul yang dapat menerapkan bidang keilmuan serta keahlian yang dimilikinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha dan dunia industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis secara mendalam dampak MBKM terhadap kinerja Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor  ditinjau dari pesrpektif demografi yang meliputi jenis kelamin, umur, latar belakang pendidikan dan pekerjaan/status.  Sampel penelitian berjumlah 219 responden yang terdiri dari 103 mahasiswa, 75 tenaga pendidikan dan 41 orang dosen. Hasil kuesioner  akan diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 25 menggunakan model regresi linier binary logistic. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel terikat (independent variable) dan variabel bebas (dependent variable).  Variabel terikat (independent variable) atau variable Y merupakan persepsi masyarakat tentang dampak MBKM terhadap kinerja Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor, sedangkan variabel bebas (dependent variable) atau variabel X merupakan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi dosen, tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa tentang dampak MBKM terhadap kinerja Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor  seperti jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan dan pekerjaan.  Berdasarkan pada analisis deskriptif, mayoritas responden yaitu sebanyak 214 responden atau sekitar 97,8% menyatakan adanya dampak MBKM terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan 5 responden atau sekitar 2,2% menyatakan tidak ada dampak MBKM terhadap kinerja UIKA Bogor.  Uji koefisien secara individu yang dilakukan dengan uji wald menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas yang terdiri dari berbagai faktor demografi seperti jenis kelamin, umur, pendidikan dan pekerjaan tidak signifikan pada alfa 5% artinya tidak ada perbedaan persepsi responden tentang dampak MBKM terhadap kinerja Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor.
