Abstract: In early 2020, the world was shocked by the outbreak of the corona virus (covid 19) that emerged in Wuhan, China and quickly spread to the rest of the world, including Indonesia. The pandemic that occurred in Indonesia tested citizens who are known to be multicultural with religion, language, culture, religion, ethnicity and race from the aspect of spirituality (divinity) and social (humanity), because covid 19 does not look at social and religious strata. Therefore, it is necessary to read religious moderation as a discourse in multicultural life in Indonesia as a mainstream in growing spirituality and social life. This article is a qualitative literature study with techniques for collecting data from several sources such as online news, journal articles and phenomena related to religious issues and COVID-19 which are analyzed with Islamic theological theory and sociology, to get a comprehensive reading of moderation. religion during a pandemic. First, theologically it is believed that God is the center of the cosmos which is to grow faith with the representation of the Spirit and can interpret theology inclusively. Second, in the context of Indonesia, it is sociologically aware that the spread of religion is not carried out by means of violence and that religion and culture act as social capital. Keywords: Religious Moderation, Pandemic, Theo-Sociology

Abstract: The protection of women and children is one of problems in the Indonesian judiciary. In the decision on Case Number: 1234/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Tnk and Number: 0014/Pdt.G/2019/PTA. Bdl which has permanent legal force regarding child custody by the Plaintiff. However, the Defendant was reluctant and did not want to implement the decision. So the Plaintiff must file a new lawsuit for the execution of the previous decision with decision number: 1376/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Tnk. This research is library which is descriptive analytical. The primary data is in the form of decision number: 1376/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Tnk and is complemented by secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the judge's consideration in the case decision Number: 1376/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Tnk regarding the determination of child custody to the biological mother is based on the benefit and goodness of the child. The declarative nature of the previous decision prevented the realization of benefit values for the parties. The reason usually regarding child custody are executed voluntarily and not by force. Abstract: Children are the responsibility of parents, as long as they are not mature (adult) as their needs are the responsibility of parents, but when they grow up there are limits in both normative and positive laws that allow children to work, in reality many children are already working looking for income under the specified age. The problem is when can children work in both normative and positive law' This research is to be able to clearly describe a rule that applies, so that parents do not employ underage children. This research is a library research, namely a literature review of the views of the scholars and the laws and regulations in Indonesia with a philosophical-sociological approach. From a normative legal perspective, scholars agree that a child who has reached puberty can only carry out his religious obligations, including work, because he is considered an adult, while in Indonesian legislation, a child is said to be an adult when he is 21 years old, so that at that age, the child has an established mind, physically and psychologically. Keywords: Minimum Limits, Child, Family Law

Abstract: East Lampung as one of the crime-prone areas has shown a very rapid decline in crime rates in the last three years, followed by an increase in community enthusiasm and participation in Islamic education. This study aims to determine the extent of Islamic education in reducing crime rates in crime-prone areas in East Lampung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach by selecting the four most crime-prone areas in East Lampung. The sources of data of this research are several religious counselors, local religious leaders, and the surrounding community by selecting samples by purposively using the interview as the main instrument, observation and documentation as secondary intrument. The results of the study found out that East Lampung experienced a drastic reduction in the crime rate due to the development of Islamic informal education, namely Majlis Taklim, Qur’anic schools, Madrasah Diniyah and Islamic Boarding Schools that encourage the drastic changes in attitudes and behavior to be more religious and better.
