Waqf is one of the Islamic Shari'a which has high economic potential. there is still a gap between the potential and reality the presence of waqf has not been felt as economic benefits for mostly today's Islamic communities, including Pesantren. The conceptual framework of this research uses the concept of Elchanan Cohn, 1979; Thomas Jones, 1985; Nanang Fattah. 2012; Dedi Supriadi, 2010; Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf; Government Regulation Number 18 of 2019 concerning Pesantren; Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2021 concerning Funding for the Implementation of Pesantren; and Government Regulation No. 19 of 2007 concerning National Education Standards (SNP) The synthesis of expert opinions, laws, and government regulations, that the costs in education include direct costs and indirect costs with three financing criteria, namely investment, operational, and personal financing. The results of this study indicate that: First, waqf-based pesantren education financing is used for investment financing aspects, while operational and personal financing still needs to be developed. Second, the implementation of the waqf-based pesantren education financing program is still founded to be influencing factors, both supporting and inhibiting factors. Third, the financing of waqf-based pesantren education has an good impact on the quality of pesantren education.

           Vocational School Students

    • Authors: Anton Anton, Iim Wasliman, Agus Sudarya, Yosal Iriantara
      Pages: 12 - 21
Abstract: This study examines the management of entrepreneurial learning in increasing student independence in SMK (Multi Case Study at Mutiara Qolbu Vocational School and Ar Rahmah Vocational School in Cianjur Regency). Approach The research carried out in writing this article is to use a descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study conclude that, the Implementation of Entrepreneurial Learning Management in Improving Student Independence at SMK Ar Rahmah Cianjur and SMK Mutiara Qolbu Cianjur in an effort to prepare productive entrepreneurship teachers is optimized by various government regulatory policies so that there is an increase in student independence. However, there are problems in the management of entrepreneurial learning regarding efforts to improve the quality of entrepreneurship. First, the quality of student entrepreneurship standards has not been standardized nationally. Second, the quality of product marketing techniques is still centralized on productive entrepreneurship teachers. This means that product marketing techniques have not collaborated with the head of the business unit and the head of the expertise. Third, the quality of compiling a business plan is too heavy and congested.

  • Tabarru Contracts in the Form of Self Guarantee and Providing Something

    • Authors: Nanang Naisabur, Haris Maiza Putra
      Pages: 22 - 32
Abstract: This study is to discuss the tabarru contract in the form of guaranteeing oneself (Kafalah and Wakalah) and giving something (Grants, Gifts, Waqf, Zakat, Infaq, Alms), where basically the tabbaru contract is giving something (giving something) or lending something. (leding something) adak tabarru the purpose is to help each other. When the tabarru contract has been agreed, it cannot be converted into a tijarah contract whose purpose is to gain profit, except by agreement between the two parties to the contract. However, it is different from the tijarah contract that has been agreed upon, this contract may be changed into a tabarru contract if the party whose rights are retained gives up their rights, thereby canceling the obligations that have not carried out their obligations. The function of this tabarru contract, apart from the orientation of this contract, is to seek the afterlife, not for commercial purposes. However, in its development, this contract is often related to commercial transaction activities, because this tabarru' contract can function as an intermediary that bridges and facilitates the tijarah contract

  • Conflict Resolution: Zakat Poverty Alleviation Solutions in West Java

    • Authors: Rifa Anggyana, Bunyamin Maftuh, Elly Malihah
      Pages: 179 - 187
Abstract: Poverty is a problem faced by all nations, including Indonesia. Various kinds of policies have been made by the government to overcome this problem both in sectoral, monetary, fiscal, and other policies, but the policies have not been fully able to solve problems that occur in the field. The gap between theory and the field can be seen in the not yet implementing good zakat management. Conflict resolution to overcome this is necessary because Zakat is one of the important instruments in poverty alleviation. The more zakat that is collected and the more targeted it is in its distribution, the more it will be able to reduce existing poverty. Therefore, zakat has a crucial role in the growth of the economy and development. Seeing the fact that the potential for zakat has not been fully exploited in Indonesia, the government needs to make special policies to increase it. This research will discuss conflict resolution in terms of literature review to alleviate poverty in Indonesia, especially West Java.

  • Implementation of Integrated Quality Strategic Management of Islamic
           Perspective Education

    • Authors: Erick Yusuf, Hasbi Indra, Maemunah Sa’diyah
      Pages: 197 - 205
Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of integrated quality strategic management of Islamic education perspective. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting (material materials) sourced from various books, journals, and other sources. The results of the study indicate that the application of strategic management of integrated quality of Islamic education perspective is that the existence of Islamic educational institutions will be advanced and qualified if the management system implements TQM which in its operation is full of the concept of ihsan as a whole. The implementation of TQM must of course be preceded by quality planning or ihsan planning. The planning is actually an application of intentions or something to be realized and desired. Then this quality planning is broken down in benchmarking. Benchmarking is an activity to set standards, both processes and results to be achieved within a certain period. For practical purposes, the standard is reflected from the existing reality.

    • Authors: Ramin Muttaqien
      Pages: 206 - 214
Abstract: The existence of schools is one component in supporting the goals of national education, where educational tasks can actually be categorized into "managerial" tasks which are managed by education managers assisted by education personnel in various fields of expertise. This shows that the sustainability of educational institutions cannot be separated from the applied managerial system. The application of management patterns both institutionally and with good resources will lead to an educational institution that is able to keep up with environmental changes.

  • Redefinition of Nafkah in the Pattern of Child Protection and the
Formation of Family Problems in Indonesia

    • Authors: M Nur Syafiuddin, Rachmad Safa’at, Prija Djatmika, Istislam Istislam
      Pages: 215 - 222
Abstract: As the most beautiful gift as well as the mandate of Allah SWT. as well as considering the child's position in family, community and state life, children must get the best protection in their development process, including through granting children's rights to a living. Several laws and regulations in Indonesia define a living as meeting the material needs of children. Such a definition raises various problems in the pattern of child protection and the formation of the benefit of families in Indonesia. This study aims to describe the redefinition of livelihoods in child protection efforts and the formation of the benefit of families in Indonesia. This research method uses normative legal research with a philosophical and statutory approach and uses a prescriptive analytic method. The results show that in the pattern of child protection and the formation of family welfare in Indonesia, children's livelihoods must be defined as meeting children's material needs so that children can survive and as fulfilling children's immaterial needs so that children can improve their quality of life.

  • 10 Roles of Father and Mother in Children's Rights a Psychological
           Perspective

    • Authors: Ipul Syaifullah
      Pages: 403 - 410
Abstract: The family is the smallest social unit in society. Although it is the smallest social unit of society, the role of the family, especially parents, is very important. In the modern era like today, for example, there are many phenomena regarding family problems in shaping the character of children. Parents' responsibility for children's education can be done by establishing cooperation in order to form children who have good character and personality in accordance with expectations. The purpose of writing this article is to explain clearly who has the full role and responsibility for the education of children in the family and explain the importance of educating and raising children through good cooperation. The method used in this paper uses qualitative methods with analytical and psychological descriptive approaches. This method is centered by reviewing some literature from several recognized sources that are relevant to the field being written. The results of this study through several sources revealed that fathers have roles and responsibilities for their children, so that the roles and responsibilities of fathers are the same as the role of mothers in nurturing and educating children in order to form children with good character and personality. The results of the second analysis show that the cooperation of fathers and mothers in caring for and educating children is very important and plays a large role in achieving goals. The higher the demands or expectations of parents on children, the higher the need for cooperation.

It's been 18 months during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are many ways that educational institutions have done to keep learning going, such as implementing online learning and offline learning. Now it's no longer about thinking about the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of learning both online and offline, everyone has to think about how to prepare for normal learning to return to the way it was before covid 19. This research is a literature study with a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of the study found that the implementation of the normal era in Indonesia reaped many pros and cons how not many people urged that the implementation of the normal era be carried out immediately but in its implementation it needed a mature plan. The joint decision of the four ministers provides a bright spot and hope for educational institutions to implement normal learning. Of course, there are many considerations and policies that must be taken in carrying out normal learning again. Because the conditions of one area with other areas are different. If the condition of the area is included in the green zone, it can carry out learning activities in the classroom. The government gives time for schools to prepare health protocol facilities at schools, such as hand washing stations, hand sanitizers, classroom arrangements, spraying disinfectants, as well as scheduling teaching and learning activities.

    • Authors: Hamdan Firmansyah

Abstract: Inflation is a problem which is not simple and is classified as an economic disease. Inflation is one important indicator in analyzing a country's economy, especially with regard to its broad impact on macroeconomic variables: economic growth, external balance, competitiveness, and even income distribution. Inflation is characterized by high and continuous increases in prices not only causing some adverse effects on economic activity, but also on the prosperity of individuals and society. An increase in the price of one or two items alone cannot be called inflation, unless the increase extends to an increase in the majority of other goods.

The word al-Ba'i in Arabic is sometimes used for the understanding of his opponent, namely the word al-Syira (buy). Thus, the word al-Ba'i means selling, but also means buying. In terminology, buying and selling is an agreement to exchange objects or goods that have a good value between the two parties, one receives objects and the other receives them in accordance with an agreement or provision that has been justified and agreed upon. In the Qur'an, there are many statements that describe the life of the Arabs, including trade problems. Islam is very concerned about the problem of trade in this Arab nation by setting for them what they need. Many of the Prophet's hadith mention the legal issues of buying and selling, monopoly, accounts payable, profits, etc. Jahiliyah Arabs have a market as a center of trade. • Theology and Epistemology of Islamic Law

    • Authors: Dadang Syaripudin
Abstract: This article discusses the Theology and Epistemology of Islamic Law. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The type of data is in the form of classical Islamic law narratives. The material sources are publications of classical Islamic law books. The data collection technique is in the form of tracking narratives in the works of classical Islamic law. The data analysis technique is in-depth descriptive. This article finds that law is a manifestation of Allah's will in the realm of Islamic Legal Theology and Epistemology. In Usul Fiqh, Allah is al-Hakim, al-Syari (lawmaker). Therefore, every attempt to formulate law is an attempt to discover the Will of Allah. However, His Will is not static, but rather the fundamental principles revealed and elaborated progressively. There is an epistemological debate in actualizing God's Will into a prescriptive legal formulation between ushul scholars from various kalam and schools of fiqh. Problems that always arise are related to approaches, methods, and sources to obtain valid knowledge to know God's law. In this case, at least three theological schools are dominant in influencing and shaping Islamic legal thought, especially in conceptualizing and categorizing legal actions into the rights of Allah and the rights of servants. The three schools are Mu'tazilah, Ash'ariyah and Maturidiyah.

  • Manhaj Salafi and its Controversial Da'wah in Youtube Vlogs

    • Authors: Iskandar Iskandar
      First page: 573
Abstract: This study aims to understand what is meant by Manhaj Salafi and explain why his da'wah behavior is controversial in the current youtube media. The author considers this research important in the midst of the government's efforts to build a safe, comfortable, and peaceful atmosphere among fellow believers. However, the divisions and disputes among the nation's children, will certainly bring bad impacts. That is why the Indonesian Ministry of Religion is currently actively campaigning for religious moderation everywhere in order to reduce the extreme attitudes of the people in religion. With a qualitative approach, the author tries to explore and analyze the data that the author gets from various youtube vlogs. The results of the study indicate that the controversial themes of da'wah are generally issues of khilafiyah which are considered as problems of ushul by the bearers of the Manhaj Salafi. However, the unique thing is that these controversial themes appear more because of the prompting of questions from the audience who follow the lectures of the Manhaj Salafi figures. The lack of wisdom of the Manhaj Salafi da'i in da'wah as well as their mistakes in understanding the nature of da'wah have made this understanding more and more resistant in society. Not only that, even among the supporters of the Manhaj Salafis, there were contradictory attitudes towards each other. An attitude of self-restraint and mutual respect for the opinions of others needs to be built in our society.
