  • Investigation on Properties Deterioration of GF (PA3200) Powder in Laser
           Sintering Process

    • Authors: M. EM. Abid, M. A. Hamel, M. M. Zabti, Abdulmuhsen Dakhil
      Pages: 38 - 49
Abstract: This study is designed to investigate the Glass-filed GF polyamide (PA3200) GF, nylon 12 behaviour due to deterioration of the powder. For describing and understanding these causes to find systematic approach to improve the quality of parts and to reduce the orange peel texture. The thermal behaviour and melt flow rate (MFR) of the virgin and recycled were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and melt flow rate testing (MFR). DSC results indicated that the three transitions temperatures were affected by reprocessing (number of cycles). MFR testing showed that the melt flow rate of glass filled (PA3200) powder was decreased by the temperature, time and reprocessing. The main problem related to this practice is how to choose the right amount of recycled powder to be blended with virgin powder, in order to obtain materials that have good properties, do not show significant variation from the virgin powder, without greatly deteriorate the properties of the final material with respect to the virgin one. However its quality was degraded due long hours expose at elevated temperature caused molecular chain structure and thermal properties have changed. For this reason and according to the EOS and 3D systems companies this investigation used 50% old blended with 50% virgin powder.

  • Study the Microstructure of Rapidly Quenched Aluminum 30% Silicon Foils
           Produced By Using Conventional Method

    • Authors: Mehdi Ghatus, Rmadan Ghmati
      Pages: 60 - 67
Abstract: A simple apparatus based on the hammer and anvil principle has been constructed and used to study the microstructure of aluminum 30% Silicon (Al-30% Si) foils with different thicknesses. Both (hammer and anvil) have been fabricated from oxygen free of high conductivity (OFHC) red copper. The cooling rate achieved or estimated was to be in the range of 1.67x104: 5x104 k sec-1. Microstructure studying of rapidly quenched Al-30% Si foils indicated that with decreasing the foil thickness the size of primarily Si crystalline decreases in the whole investigated range. However the volume fraction of the primarily silicon crystals in the structure remained constant down to thickness 0.3 mm; with further decreasing of the thickness the primarily silicon volume started to decreases.

  • Study of the effect of prolactin on FSH and LH hormones and fertility in
           women in Tocra – Libya

    • Authors: Nadia Alrwab, Nagwa Hamed, Samira Al-Agouri, Hamida Albarghathi
      Pages: 68 - 76
Abstract: The prolactin hormone (PRL) has a distinct activity among the rest of the hormones, so this study conducted to measure the level of this hormone and its relationship with Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH). The study performed on a group of 30 women with a wide age range in the city of Tocra (east of Benghazi) to find out the percentage of PRL hormone and the extent of its effect on the FSH And LH hormones, as well as on fertility in these women. The results showed that 24 samples of the total samples, with a rate of 80%, had a normal concentration of PRL hormone, and 6 samples of the total samples, and by 20%, suffered an increase in the concentration of the PRL hormone. The concentration of FSH and LH was measured for the same samples for which the PRL hormone was measured, and the statistical analysis using the T test at significant values (P <0.05) showed that prolactin has a clear significant effect on the luteinizing hormone, while it has a slight effect of a non-significant value on the FSH. . Likewise, for average ages with FSH, LH, and PRL, there were strong significant differences between all hormones and age. This study concluded that the high PRL hormone might be a cause of delayed childbearing through its effect on the FSH hormones

  • The Influence of Temperature and Soaking time on the Microstructure and
Mechanical Properties of annealed AISI 1045 Steel

    • Authors: Abdulmula M. Mahaya, Mohamed M. Milad, Mohamed M. Salem
      Pages: 77 - 90
Abstract: In this present work AISI 1045 medium carbon steel was subjected to different conventional heat treatments mainly a full annealing, normalizing and hardening. The annealing processes were first carried out at annealing temperatures 850,900 and 950°C for one-hour soaking time. Later the periods of annealing were changed from five minutes up to two hours all of which at 850°C austentization temperature. In addition, normalizing and hardening processes were performed at an intermediate austenitization temperature of (850°C) and the soaking time mainly one hour. Therefore, the main objective of the current study is to investigate the effect of both annealing temperatures and soaking times on the microstructure, macrohardness and impact toughness of 0.45%C. Meanwhile, the results of 0.0.45%C steel annealed at 850°C for one hour were compared to that of normalized and hardened steels. It was concluded that, the change in the macrohardness and absorbed energy of 0.0.45%C annealed steel was mainly attributed to the morphology, grain size and the amount of formed austenite through its influence in defining the final microstructure of the products at room temperature. In contrast, the proportion of ferrite and pearlite micro-constituents in the structure of normalized steel was found to have a predominant role in such behavior whereas the macrostructure of hardened steel reveals almost martensite phase that made this steel possess the maximum hardness and the lowest impact toughness among all tested samples.

      Pages: 83 - 103
Abstract: The study aims at identifying the impact of Al-Kufa school in the establishment of Arabic language-morphology. Also, the study aims to mention some patterns of Kufians' opinions, their analogies, and how they contradict the views of the Basrians in every single issue. The descriptive-analytical approach was utilized to achieve the research goals. The study concluded that the morphology lesson should precede the grammar lesson, and Kufians tend to focus on the structure of grammatical tools. In addition, Kufians believe that the root-word in Arabic is neither less than nor more than three letters. Moreover, according to the Kufians it is permissible to transfer the accusative (Harkat) to the consonant letter preceding it in the suspension case as in nominative and genitive

  • Evaluation of ADAMTS-9 Expression in Post-Mortem Brain Tissue

    • Authors: Esadawi Abuneeza, Ismail Maamar Makhzoum Alhwij, Nicola Woodroofe, Ashley Edward Roy Soosay
      Pages: 101 - 113
Abstract: Background: Extracellular Matrix (ECM) modifications have been reported in the Central Nervous System (CNS) of multiple sclerosis (MS) within post mortem brain tissue due to both the increased synthesis of ECM proteoglycans, and release activation of matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs). Multiple sclerosis (MS) is chronic inflammatory demyelinating disease written off as inflammation and demyelination disease, mainly located in central nervous system (CNS) white matter (WM). This study aims to clarify the potential pathophysiologic role of adisintegrin And metalloproteinase with thromboSpondin motif-9 (ADAMTS-9) in MS. Materials and methods: Immunohistochemistry was performed to study the expression of ADAMTS-9 in both normal and MS white matter by confocal microscopic using specific antibodies. Fifty frozen blocks of brain tissue were obtained from the UK MS Society Tissue. All tissues blocks were marked by immunohistological material including antibodies to Human leukocyte antigen (HLA-DR) to assess the macrophage activation, Glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) for astrocyte, neurofilaments (NF) for neurons and Von Willbrand factor (VWF) for endothelial. Results: In MS lesions, ADMTS-9 expression was increased in comparison to control samples. The expression of ADAMTS-9 was increased in active lesions as well as was associated with different cells from neuron, endothelial covering blood vessels astrocyte and microglia. Conclusion: The expression of ADAMTS-9 at the protein level was increased in active inflammatory lesions with evidence of myelin breakdown, suggesting that up-regulation of ADAMTS-9 may be a general phenomenon induced by CNS injuries

  • The Study of the Lift Coefficient of NACA-0012 Airfoil Subjected to an
Incompressible Media by Using the Cartesian Cut Cell Method

    • Authors: Ramadan Ghmati, Mehdi Ghatus
      Pages: 115 - 127
Abstract: In order to shorten product design time, engineers need to create high quality meshes within a few days or hours. Newer automated techniques have been published to tackle this need, the Cartesian Cut Cell is one of them. This study is focused on the effect of different Cut Cell meshing strategies on the accuracy of aerodynamic performance predictions. The method can be described as a methodology in which Cut Cells are applied to the geometry utilizing a process involving rectangular/hexagonal cells on a regular lattice cutting through the geometry. The Cut Cell meshing is a general purpose designed for ANSYS FLUENT, making use of Workbench to construct the airfoil shape and the mesh. The results obtained for NACA-0012 are computed using two models available in ANSYS FLUENT, namely the Eq. 2 k-ω SST and the Eq. 3 k-kl-ω models. The three-dimensional numerical simulations were created for steady incompressible flow around NACA-0012 shape. Lift coefficient, Boundary layer thickness, mesh expansion ratio, and mesh density variation parameters were investigated. For this application both models produce good lift results. k-kl-ω produce better lift and the results are close to the measured data. The Cut Cell method showed a very good agreement between Computational Fluid Dynamics results and experimental data. This work illustrated that the Cartesian Cut Cell method has the ability to generate high quality mesh, which captures the details of the viscous boundary layer easily.

  • Video Contracting and it’s Evidence in Verification

    • Authors: Ebrahem Elssalehen Assalmy
      Pages: 488 - 514
Abstract: This study has considered contracting via the video which is performed remotely in which the acceptance is made over the Internet interactively and directly via using an audio and video means. This generates a question about its definition and the extent of permissibility of introducing the will via the video, the mechanism of performing the contact as well as its evidence in verifying the conduct'. This study has aimed to identify the lawful system that governs this contracting with regards to the mechanism and evidence of verification. It has also aimed to finding legislative solutions and drawing the attention of the legislators and researchers in this field. In order to fulfill these aims, the descriptive and analytical methodologies were followed via extrapolating and analyzing the texts of law and reflecting the applicability of applying these general rules contained in these texts on such a kind of contracts. The study has found several results, most important of which is that this contracting is performed immediately and fashionably between the two parties. This renders the nature of contracting between them is a contracting between attendees in principle such as the contracting by the telephone. In addition, this has a role to play in our lives particularly in the light I’d spread of Corona virus. Due to the lack of legislative texts that control these outputs, it has been found that it is necessary to consider the general rules until a certain legislation is issued and this what we have recommended.

Abstract: This research deals with contemporary theme that is the effect of contraceptive use on menstrual cycle in women and what the effect of this disorders manifested by the symptoms of continuous bleeding or bleeding intermittent and others which makes women puzzled by the knowledge of the rule of her purity, and the rule of this blood if it is menstruation or not. Therefore, it shows the sayings of the ancient jurists in the rule of blood that women see during menstrual cycle disorders in general, and shows the three controls they relied upon in the provision. The first was the period of the longest menstruation and the less asepsis, the second was the habit, and the last was the distinguishing between menstruation and others. Then it presents the sayings of the contemporary jurists in the rule of blood that women see when using modern contraceptive in particular. It shows the great similarity between the contemporary jurists and the ancients because the judgment revolves around its reason not its cause. Finally it shows the opinion of medicine about the disorders caused by contraception, which is that contraceptives do not prevent menstruation, and may cause the occurrence of menstruation, so the research concludes at the end of it, that the origin in the blood that a woman sees in these disorders is that she has menstrual blood if its characteristics are achieved, otherwise it is not menstrual blood

Libyan Dialect (Letter Replacement) as a Model

    • Authors: Masoud Abdullah Fathallah Ramadan
      Pages: 629 - 645
Abstract: The research aims to identify the unacceptable languages of the Arabs - letter replacement as a model. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used. One of the most important findings is that Arab dialects for the tribe have been subjected to fading by Arab scholars, as a result of a plan to unify these dialects into one language, at all levels. This includes phonological, morphological, syntactic, and semantic levels. These tribes, therefore, have abandoned their language and followed the language of the Holy Quran, which is credited with the unification of these dialects by speaking and writing. So these dialects have been divided into accents, and islam unified the language but neglected the letters that will not consolidate the language in general

      Pages: 1 - 12
Abstract: Uncomfortable posture may not contribute only to the development of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) but also to the loss of energy and the decrease in work efficiency (WE). Measuring WE based on activity energy expenditure (AEE) have not got much attention in work places. The study aims to develop a model of work efficiency (WE) based on body posture for performing horizontal drilling tasks. Ten subjects, all men with an average age of 23.3 ± 0. 67, participated in the experiment. Six coordinated postures of shoulder and trunk flexion were tested. Activity Energy Expenditure (AEE) and Work Efficiency (WE) were the dependent variables. Repeated measures ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that statistically significant trends (P <0.01) of increasing AEE while the trunk and shoulder move away from the neutral posture. Overall, these results provide valuable insights into assessing WE on the basis of the AEE and the activity wasted energy (AWE) due to unproductive movements while standing in difficult postures, taking the neutral posture as a zero reference of wasted energy

    • Authors: Abdel-Aziz M El-Jawadi, Usama A Handr, Abdul-ghani A Khalil, Ismail A Al-Ferjani
      Pages: 13 - 19
Abstract: Fiber-reinforced composites (FRCs) are a relatively new group of materials among those that have been investigated in dental or medical applications over the last 40 years. Their use is growing in many dental applications, including dental implant-supported prostheses. With recent advancements in adhesive technology, new and stronger composite materials, and the development of bondable polyethylene fiber, then it is possible to create a conservative, highly esthetic prosthesis that is bonded directly to the teeth on either side of the missing teeth. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effect of the amount variation of polyethylene fiber on the flexural strength of the reinforced composite. Eight samples of polyethylene fiber-reinforced composites (FRCs), which were divided into 2 groups: Group I, which includes 4 specimens of 1 strip polyethylene fiber, and Group II, which includes 4 specimens of 2 strips of polyethylene fiber. Also, each specimen was subjected to a 3-point bend test of flexural strength on a universal testing machine at a crosshead speed of 1 mm/minute, with loading until failure. The results were analyzed by T-Test. The results show that there were significant differences according to the amount which show discloses the P-value (0.001), which less than 0.05 (P<0.05). Thus, that leads to there is significant differences in the level of samples among polyethylene fiber 1 strip (1S) and polyethylene fibers 2 strips (2S). It can be concluded that there is an effect of amount variations of polyethylene fiber-reinforced composite on the flexural strength

Abstract: This research investigates the legal liability resulting from harming others through transmitting the corona pandemic to them . The study aims to clarify the conditions needed for determining the responsibility holder for transmitting the virus to others, which are represented in its three pillars, namely error, damage and causal relationship between error and damage. Whoever harms others is obligated to compensate them for his wrong act. Accordingly, the methodology in this study adopted a combination of descriptive and analytical method. It is concluded that both the vector of corona virus infection of the contributor of its transmission are responsible for any harm that may cause to others. In accordance with the provisions of tort liability in Libyan civil law. As a result, the harmed party has the right to take compensation and the same situation does not change if the person’s entry is legal through the official outlets and does not subject himself to the medical examination measures imposed by the state, and there is no doubt that the state has a contribution to the spread of this virus within its borders and therefore it is possible to establish its negligence. • THE JUSTIFICATION WITH NOUNS IN ARABIC BETWEEN THE STRUCTURE AND THE
           CONNOTATION

    • Authors: Ibtesam Abdulkarim Ramadan Amer
      Pages: 104 - 155
Abstract: The research aims to examine how the Arabic language employs nouns for reasoning, revealing the semantic secrets behind the compositional diversity of that formulas and applying that to the Quranic text. The analytical and interpretation approach for those syntactic and semantic rules was used to achieve the article goals. The findings revealed that the nouns used for reasoning either be an explicit source, an authoritative source, or some other nouns such as the demonstrative nouns, derivatives, some adverbs, and the nouns that accompany the addition. Justification by using explicit source "Mansoob" on causation is the origin. Besides, what the grammarians have said that the original justification is using" لام التعليل" and then be accusative on its omission is not accurate because it is not based on linguistic documents prove their opinion. Most likely, the description by the accusative infinitive is not employed except when it expresses the meaning of abstract justification without any other semantics. In addition, the study found that there are authoritative sources that refer to reasoning (justification) without mentioning it clearly which are (كي) and the verb after it, أنْ، والفعل), (أنَّ، واسمها وخبرها)), (ما، والفعل) and there are two interpretations for أنْ والفعل according to what it comes after it which means (اللام) for the general reason if it what comes after it is a past verb, and means (لئلا) if what comes after it is a present verb.

  • Syntactic Heterogeneity between the Frequent Quranic Readings and its
           Effect on the Meaning

    • Authors: Ibrahim Ahmed Abdel Jalil
      Pages: 156 - 175
Abstract: The study aims to examine selected models in which the ten readers differed in their reading between the different "Harakat" movements in nouns and verbs and show the effect of the syntactic contrast between each reading of the Qur’anic readings. Besides, the research aims to establish the methodology of Qur'anic readings with the help of language books, interpretation, and guidance. The analytical approach was used to achieve the research goals. The findings revealed that the multiplicity of Qur’anic readings in a single verse replaces the multiplicity of the words of the Noble Qur’an, and this is a part of the Miracle of God's Words Lord of the Worlds that is unique to the noble verses. Although there are many differences in Quranic readings, they do not lead to contradiction but rather to diversity, and this means that the Quran is miraculous in every single reading. Hence, the multiplicity of miracles in the multiplicity of those readings and letters, and the two frequent readings may be indicative of two meanings to the same term. The difference in the two readings may lead to a statement of a ruling by a reading and a statement of another ruling that is complemented by another reading so that, the rulings are benefited in the shortest expression, and this is a type of miraculous brevity which is not found in the words of people but in the words of Allah (SWT).
