  • Work Efficiency Model Based on Posture in Horizontal Drilling Task

    • Authors: Ali Ahmed Shokshk
      Pages: 1 - 12
Abstract: Uncomfortable posture may not contribute only to the development of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) but also to the loss of energy and the decrease in work efficiency (WE). Measuring WE based on activity energy expenditure (AEE) have not got much attention in work places. The study aims to develop a model of work efficiency (WE) based on body posture for performing horizontal drilling tasks. Ten subjects, all men with an average age of 23.3 ± 0. 67, participated in the experiment. Six coordinated postures of shoulder and trunk flexion were tested. Activity Energy Expenditure (AEE) and Work Efficiency (WE) were the dependent variables. Repeated measures ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that statistically significant trends (P <0.01) of increasing AEE while the trunk and shoulder move away from the neutral posture. Overall, these results provide valuable insights into assessing WE on the basis of the AEE and the activity wasted energy (AWE) due to unproductive movements while standing in difficult postures, taking the neutral posture as a zero reference of wasted energy

  • The Effect of Amount Variation of Dental Polyethylene Fiber on Flexural
           Strength of Fiber Reinforced Composite

    • Authors: Abdel-Aziz M El-Jawadi, Usama A Handr, Abdul-ghani A Khalil, Ismail A Al-Ferjani
      Pages: 13 - 19
Abstract: Fiber-reinforced composites (FRCs) are a relatively new group of materials among those that have been investigated in dental or medical applications over the last 40 years. Their use is growing in many dental applications, including dental implant-supported prostheses. With recent advancements in adhesive technology, new and stronger composite materials, and the development of bondable polyethylene fiber, then it is possible to create a conservative, highly esthetic prosthesis that is bonded directly to the teeth on either side of the missing teeth. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effect of the amount variation of polyethylene fiber on the flexural strength of the reinforced composite. Eight samples of polyethylene fiber-reinforced composites (FRCs), which were divided into 2 groups: Group I, which includes 4 specimens of 1 strip polyethylene fiber, and Group II, which includes 4 specimens of 2 strips of polyethylene fiber. Also, each specimen was subjected to a 3-point bend test of flexural strength on a universal testing machine at a crosshead speed of 1 mm/minute, with loading until failure. The results were analyzed by T-Test. The results show that there were significant differences according to the amount which show discloses the P-value (0.001), which less than 0.05 (P<0.05). Thus, that leads to there is significant differences in the level of samples among polyethylene fiber 1 strip (1S) and polyethylene fibers 2 strips (2S). It can be concluded that there is an effect of amount variations of polyethylene fiber-reinforced composite on the flexural strength

  • An in Vitro Comparison of the Shear Bond Strength of Human Teeth to Bovine
Teeth in the Bonding Orthodontic Brackets

    • Authors: Elsanuse Saied Abdelmegeed
      Pages: 20 - 29
Abstract: Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate bovine enamel as such an alternative. Methodology: Ten human premolars and ten bovine incisors were bonded with two types of brackets, metallic brackets and ceramic brackets, using two types of adhesives, a composite resin adhesive (Concise) and a glass ionomer cements (Fuji Ortho LC). All samples were bonded and subjected to 750 cycles of thermocycling between 4°C and 55oC with a dwell time in each temperature of 10 seconds and a 9 seconds interval between the two containers. Shear bond strength was tested using an universal Instron testing machine operating at cross head speed 0.02”/minute. Results: For brackets bonded with Concise, mean shear bond strength of bovine enamel was significantly lower than human teeth. Metallic Brackets bonded to bovine enamel exhibited 45%less bond strength than human enamel and ceramic brackets showed 28%less bond strength. No significant difference was observed between mean shear bond strength of either metallic or ceramic brackets bonded to bovine and human enamel when the adhesive used was glass ionomer cement. Conclusion: Bovine teeth could be used as alternatives to extracted human teeth for orthodontic bracket bonding studies

  • Designing an Energy Meter Using Arduino Uno

    • Authors: Ahmed Salem Daw Al-Arga
      Pages: 30 - 37
Abstract: The continuous increase in the demand for electricity delivery services and the loss of electrical energy due to illegal consumption consider one of the important matters that need continuous monitoring of the transmission and distribution of electrical energy. This paper aims to design a smart electrical energy meter by using the Arduino UNO board that measures the voltage(V) and current(I) of an inductive load (resistance, coil) and calculating the frequency (f), effective power (P), power factor (PF) for this load at different values of the load and frequency. The proposed meter was designed by programming Arduino board and connecting Arduino with other electronic components to be the circle of the meter. The proposed meter was simulated and tested using Proteus software and the results obtained were good. The results showed a match between the meter reading of the values of the voltage, current, power factor, effective power, and frequency and the results obtained mathematically. The proposed meter can be developed to be able to connect to the communication networks so it can send the measured data periodically to the collection centers

  • The legal system for civil liability for the damages of the Corona
           pandemic

    • Authors: Ahmed Yosef Ben Omran, Adel Saad Moshaa
      Pages: 45 - 82
Abstract: This research investigates the legal liability resulting from harming others through transmitting the corona pandemic to them . The study aims to clarify the conditions needed for determining the responsibility holder for transmitting the virus to others, which are represented in its three pillars, namely error, damage and causal relationship between error and damage. Whoever harms others is obligated to compensate them for his wrong act. Accordingly, the methodology in this study adopted a combination of descriptive and analytical method. It is concluded that both the vector of corona virus infection of the contributor of its transmission are responsible for any harm that may cause to others. In accordance with the provisions of tort liability in Libyan civil law. As a result, the harmed party has the right to take compensation and the same situation does not change if the person’s entry is legal through the official outlets and does not subject himself to the medical examination measures imposed by the state, and there is no doubt that the state has a contribution to the spread of this virus within its borders and therefore it is possible to establish its negligence. In this matter, based on its mistake, which was evident in its inability to control the entry process for travelers carrying the virus

  • THE JUSTIFICATION WITH NOUNS IN ARABIC BETWEEN THE STRUCTURE AND THE
           CONNOTATION

    • Authors: Ibtesam Abdulkarim Ramadan Amer
      Pages: 104 - 155
Abstract: The research aims to examine how the Arabic language employs nouns for reasoning, revealing the semantic secrets behind the compositional diversity of that formulas and applying that to the Quranic text. The analytical and interpretation approach for those syntactic and semantic rules was used to achieve the article goals. The findings revealed that the nouns used for reasoning either be an explicit source, an authoritative source, or some other nouns such as the demonstrative nouns, derivatives, some adverbs, and the nouns that accompany the addition. Justification by using explicit source "Mansoob" on causation is the origin. Besides, what the grammarians have said that the original justification is using" لام التعليل" and then be accusative on its omission is not accurate because it is not based on linguistic documents prove their opinion. Most likely, the description by the accusative infinitive is not employed except when it expresses the meaning of abstract justification without any other semantics. In addition, the study found that there are authoritative sources that refer to reasoning (justification) without mentioning it clearly which are (كي) and the verb after it, أنْ، والفعل), (أنَّ، واسمها وخبرها)), (ما، والفعل) and there are two interpretations for أنْ والفعل according to what it comes after it which means (اللام) for the general reason if it what comes after it is a past verb, and means (لئلا) if what comes after it is a present verb.

  • Syntactic Heterogeneity between the Frequent Quranic Readings and its
           Effect on the Meaning

    • Authors: Ibrahim Ahmed Abdel Jalil
      Pages: 156 - 175
Abstract: The study aims to examine selected models in which the ten readers differed in their reading between the different "Harakat" movements in nouns and verbs and show the effect of the syntactic contrast between each reading of the Qur’anic readings. Besides, the research aims to establish the methodology of Qur'anic readings with the help of language books, interpretation, and guidance. The analytical approach was used to achieve the research goals. The findings revealed that the multiplicity of Qur’anic readings in a single verse replaces the multiplicity of the words of the Noble Qur’an, and this is a part of the Miracle of God's Words Lord of the Worlds that is unique to the noble verses. Although there are many differences in Quranic readings, they do not lead to contradiction but rather to diversity, and this means that the Quran is miraculous in every single reading. Hence, the multiplicity of miracles in the multiplicity of those readings and letters, and the two frequent readings may be indicative of two meanings to the same term. The difference in the two readings may lead to a statement of a ruling by a reading and a statement of another ruling that is complemented by another reading so that, the rulings are benefited in the shortest expression, and this is a type of miraculous brevity which is not found in the words of people but in the words of Allah (SWT).

    • Authors: Omran Moftah Trifis
      Pages: 1 - 17
Abstract: Cosmic radiation is one of the natural sources of radiation to which human beings have always been exposed. The flux of cosmic rays at the surface of the earth depends on altitude and longitude. In this work, the fluxes of the major components of cosmic rays in the city of Zliten are calculated by the PARMA model by using the Excel-based program "EXPACS" version 4.09. The effective radiation dose due to these components is also calculated using the same program. The geographical latitude and longitude of the city of Zliten are used as inputs to the program. The flux is found to depend on the type and energy of the incident particle. The calculated total annual effective does is found to be 0.28mSv/year. The obtained results can be used to correct for the cosmic ray background in the measurements of natural or artificial radiation dose

Abstract: This research studies Ising model of ferri-magnetic of order (2,7/2) by using mean-field theory which based on Bogoliuboy inequality for free energy, and the initial energy equation for interval points between the system order has been used and got zero scheme (ground). The magnetic momentum equations of sublattice (A) and sublattice (B), points of phase transforms of first order and second order, energy equation, the specific heat capacity and the specific heat capacity that varies at its change in the temperatures for the total lattice have been obtained. By drawing the magnetic momentum curves for sublattice (A) and sublattice (B), distinctive and different curves at physical behavior and some interval points have appeared between magnetic phases at the specific heat capacity values. These indicate that the points are latent heat points for the system, and drawing the curves of specific heat capacity are found the various in behavior by the different mono-crystal field at sublattice

      Pages: 35 - 53
Abstract: Currently, microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) is the most widely used method to extract essential oil from several types of plants. MAE is considered to provide a shorter period for extraction and needs less amount of solvent compared to conventional methods. Hence, it should be an environment-friendly approach. In this particular study, the extraction of lavender oil was undertaken using the MAE method. This study aimed to investigate the effect of microwave power on the yield of essential oil from lavender. The experiment was conducted using a Miniflow 200SS instrument at microwave power ranging from 50 W to 200 W. The extraction temperature and ratio of material to solvent were constant at 100°C and 1:2 respectively. The maximum weight of lavender was approximately 15g. The highest yield of 1.8673%±0.054 was obtained with 175 W for 595 sec of microwave heating. The optimum microwave power was 150 W where the sample consumed 25.24 Wh and presented a yield of about 1.8346 ±0.049%. The obtained results have shown that microwave power has a slight improvement in the yield at higher microwave power if the same amount of energy is consumed by the materials

Abstract: The separation of critical services from noncritical services can occur on layer two broadcast domain. Separation could involve the isolation of broadcast or collision domains through Virtual Local Area Networks VLANs. This helps reduce the risk of Address Resolution Protocol ARP storms during heavy scanning events or denial of service attacks DoS. The major threat on the network is DoS attacks which use the broadcast storm flooding as TCP syn flood to engage the servers. This paper demonstrate how VLANs could be used to reduce the impact of DoS attacks on the servers. The simulation was carried out using Cisco Packet Tracer 6.0.1. Two scenarios were presented, first one showed flooding the server before VLANs and second scenario showed how VLANs could reduce flooding the servers so using VLANs reduce the impact of DoS attacks as mentioned in scenario two

      Pages: 106 - 155
Abstract: This study highlights a set of good works that weigh heavily on the balance of the Muslim on the Day of Resurrection. For that purpose, analytically and objectively investigated, the researchers collected a number of Hadiths. The study includes the definition of the balance, the necessity of faith in it, its reality, characteristics, its assigned angel (Malak), what weighed in it, and the wisdom of it. The researchers reached significant results: the responsible for the weight of the work of slaves is the angel Jibril. However, scholars have four different views towards whom who weight in the scale: it was said: acts, the action itself, books, and that all of what is weighed in, which is satisfied. In addition, the weight of the acts of servants have many provisions, the greatest one is the manifestation of justice of God. Some actions that weight of balance: glorifying God, adhering to the virtues of morality, doubling the word of monotheism, bearing patiently the good boy when he dies for God, and bearing patiently the mare and other things for God

Abstract: The article aims to expand the use of the cumulative hazard function and cumulative generalized exponential distribution of Gupta and Kunda (1999) for introducing a new method for generating families from continuous distributions called the Exponential Cumulative Hazard (ECH) method. It's providing some of well-known methods and distributions embedded within the proposed method. New 5- parameter uniform distributions with 3-shape parameters and bathtub hazard function are introduced as a practical example to support the proposed method. Finally, application on real data-set is provided

Is the “العامل” incorporeal' The descriptive approach was used to achieve the study objectives. The results indicate that, when the Arab native speaker was cancelling, or suspending, he/she was not influenced by"العامل " “word governing another” or even paying attention to it. On the contrary, he/she was more interested in the meaning. He/she did not even know "العامل" "word governing another" which the grammarians presented afterwards. In addition, when the grammarians established grammar rules, they were interested in the meanings as well as the verbals. However, regarding verbs of heart, they gave priority to "العامل" "word governing another" rather than the meaning

Also, this research refers that having eleven plural forms for a single word as well as having eight infinitive forms for some verbs such as (stay مكث) is a good indicator to the richness of Arabic language. Moreover, the multiplicity of Quranic Readings for a single plural form word is a clear indication for the richness of the Arabic language.

This is happened through investigating the study of the word "In" which pronounced slightly from the book "Al-Munsif". To archive these goals, several research methods e.g. inductive, descriptive, analytical methods have been conducted. The researcher reached the findings that the defense of "Al-Shumanni" on the challenges represents an academic worth with a great value and the author has an academic autonomous character.            Libya

    • Authors: Omar.M. Bshina, Salem A. Ben Selim, Mohmmed A. Zaed
      Pages: 334 - 362
Abstract: The study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between the nominal exchange rate of the Libyan Dinar and foreign reserves, based on the annual financial data issued by the Central Bank of Libya and the World Bank, for the period 1980-2018, and by using and applying the tests used in modern econometrics. The results of these tests such as a test Causality to Granger indicates showed the existence of a one-way causal relationship that moves from the Libyan Dinar exchange rate to foreign reserves. The results also showed that the components of the exchange rate variance are affected by the foreign reserves variable. Accordingly, any sudden random shock in the reserves will automatically affect the exchange rate.

The economic crisis was studied through attempting to treat its reasons related to the poor economic policy which has been adopted by the ruler to prepare the general budget of the province. Implementing the economic policy and existing political circumstances in that time led to repudiation movements and insubordination internally which therefore overburdened the Pasha. The narrative analytical approach was used to achieve the objectives of this study. The study found that the excessive taxes which have imposed upon the people of West Tripoli Province depleted their economic capabilities. Also, the methods of violence which were used in collecting the taxes aroused resentment, and as a result of that, the revolution spread until it toppled the Prince Al-Qaramanli and then his family forever from ruling on the Wilaya
