This can easily be prevented by adding an amount of iodine to salt. We present a harmonic mean technique for tackling Linear fractional programming problems in this study. The aim behind the technique is to convert a linear fractional programming issue into a linear programming problem and solve it algebraically using the Simplex method. To explain our technique, we used a variety of numerical examples. This technique appears to provide more computational gain than reducing the number of stages and tables. Authors:الشريف مرزوق Pages: 21 - 41 Abstract: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ما يستخدمه أئمة المساجد من أساليب تربوية في ممارساتهم الخطابية، والوقوف على سلبياتهم في ذلك، مساهمة في إصلاح الخطاب المسجدي، الذي يعد ركنا أساسيا في بناء المجتمع المنشود، واستخدم لتحقيق ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداتي الملاحظة والمقابلة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من 37 إماما، أما العينة فقد شملت 27 إماما بمختلف أسلاكهم ورتبهم مما يمثل 72.97%، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن الموعظة، وضرب المثال، والقصة، والقدوة، والحوار؛ تعد من أهم الأساليب في التربية والتوجيه والتأثير، وأن الوسائل المطبقة من قبل الأئمة اليوم غير كافية، وأن خطبة الجمعة ضعيفة التأثير حاليا، وأن للإمامة قدسية وهي مهمة لها صعوبتها، وعلى الإمام ضرورة معايشة أحوال المجتمع، وأن للظروف المادية والاجتماعية والمستوى العلمي للإمام تأثير على المستمعين، وعلى الإمام ضرورة استخدام كل وسيلة في مكانها المناسب، وتوسيع مداركه واستفادته من التجارب الناجحة في المجال. In this work, the influence of submerged arc welding (SAW) process on the evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties of locally produced low carbon steel plates that is used by Marine Industry and Maintenance Company (Misurata) as an alternative to the imported marine steel plates is investigated. Microstructure investigation, tensile tests, impact toughness, and hardness tests for both steels are conducted. Results show that microstructure is affected by the heat input of SAW leading to more uniform structure of ferritic-bainitic and finer grain sizes. Inherently, affecting the mechanical properties since a decrease in toughness in the heat affected zone HAZ and weld metal zone WM compared to the parent metal is observed. It is shown that the imported steel has higher toughness than local steel for pre-welded and welded plates, with imported steel offering significant reduction in toughness when subject to welding. Ebshish Pages: 33 - 48 Abstract: The distance protection may be affected by many factors that affect the measured impedance, such as the mutual coupling (mutual inductance in the case of parallel lines), power fluctuations, and fault resistance. These factors may cause wrong estimations by the protection devices and thus not take the right decisions to protect the electrical network in case of faults. In this paper, one of the existence factors that cause of the under-reach issue, which is the mutual coupling of parallel lines was studied on a part of the Zliten 30 kV electricity network using the Niplan program. Almassri, Khalid M H Jaballa, benur maatug, Saeed Alqaed Pages: 49 - 58 Abstract: HHO dry cell means the cell that can separate the Oxygen and hydrogen from water molecules by DC electricity. In this paper, a simple dry HHO generation system has been designed and constructed. This system was used to investigate the effects of the electrical power and the reaction time on the production of hydroxy gas (HHO). In this experiment, the ammonia hydroxide is used as electrolyte with parallel plate of 316L-grade stainless steel as electrode. A 12-volt battery was used as an electrical power source in the experiment. For the certain electrolyte strength, the results obtained showed that, increasing in the power and the time of reaction leads to increase the yield of HHO gas, however the energy consumption to produce one liter of hydrogen is not dependent on the value of the current. Also, the results showed that, the energy consumption for the production of one kilogram of hydrogen is about 70.5600MJ. The results compared with that calculated using “Biggs HHO calculater” and was found in good agreement. In this experimental work, the ammonia hydroxide has been selected as the electrolyte of the system, because of its higher productivety of HHO compared with other common electrolytes such as sodium hydroxide (NaOH), and sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) which are used in this kind of systems. Authors:عدنان محمد أبوحجر Pages: 59 - 70 Abstract: يعتمد تطبيق تقنية محاكاة مونتي كارلو في هذه الدراسة على سجل كميات مبيعات الإسمنت الشهرية لمصنع البرج للإسمنت بمدينة زليتن لإنتاج سنة 2018 كاملاً. وتستخدم هذه التقنية عن طريق تحديد مقادير وكميات الإسمنت المباع للسوق بالطن المتري شهرياً وذلك لمعرفة وتقدير متطلبات السوق اليومية والشهرية والتعامل معها للإسهام في تقليل نسبة الفاقد وكذلك في إرضاء المستهلك. كانت نتائج تطبيق هذه التقنية للمتطلبات الشهرية والسنوية للمستهلك: 199,539.801 و 2,394,477.608 طن متري من الإسمنت على التوالي. يسهم تطبيق هذه التقنية في التقليل من أي تكلفة أو فاقد إن لم يكن التخلص منهما كليا في الناتجين إما من شح أو فائض في الإنتاج في هذه العملية الهائلة للتدفق المتواصل المتصل لصناعة الإسمنت، من منظور دراسة وتطبيق عمليات الإنتاج الخالي من الهدر(الإنتاج الرشيق). يجب جزئيا إهمال مراعاة الطاقة التصميمية السنوية لإنتاج المصنع من مادة الإسمنت وذلك لأن الإنتاج السنوي الفعلي للمصنع من النادر جداً إن لم يكن مطلقاً أن يتوافق مع الطاقة التصميمية السنوية لإنتاج المصنع، حيث توجد في أغلب الأوقات نسبة كبيرة للفاقد بين الإنتاج التصميمي والفعلي للمصنع كما توضحه عمل... Authors:إسماعيل عبدالله صوان Pages: 42 - 60 Abstract: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مستوى العنف الأسري من جهة، وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، مستوى تعليم الأب، ومستوى تعليم الأم) لدى عينة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية العامة في بعض مدارس زليتن المركز من جهة أخرى. تكونت عينة البحث من (90) طالباً وطالبة، تم اختيارهم باستخدام العينة العشوائية الطبقية. تم استخدم مقياس العنف الأسري من اعداد الباحث والمكون من (94) فقرة، وقد تم التحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية، حيث بلغ معامل ثباته باستخدام التجزئة النصفية (0.94)، وألفا كرونباخ (0.97)، فيما يتعلق بصدق المقياس، أظهرت النتائج أن جميع معاملات الارتباط بين درجة كل فقرة والدرجة الكلية للمقياس ذات دلالة احصائية موجبة عند مستوى دلالة (0.01، 0.05) باستخدام الصدق البنائي. لتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أظهرت نتائج هذا البحث انخفاض مستوى العنف الأسري لدى طلبة مرحلة التعليم الثانوي. كما أظهرت أن أكثر أنواع العنف الأسري انتشاراً لدى عينة البحث هو العنف اللفظي بنسبة (45.6%)، والذي من بين أشكاله جاء اللوم المستمر في المرتبة الأولي لدى أفراد عينة البحث بنسبة (33.33%). فيما يتعلق بمتغير الجنس بينت نتائج هذا البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إ...
