  • Didactic Engineering and Learning Objects: A Proposal for Teaching
           Parabolas in Analytical Geometry

      Abstract: This work aims to investigate the feasibility of using a Learning Object built in GeoGebra software and its potential for teaching parabolas in Analytical Geometry, having as support for its replication in a teaching session the Theory of Didactic Situations. The methodology adopted was Didactic Engineering, in its first two phases – preliminary analysis and a priori analysis. In the preliminary analysis, some epistemological and didactic aspects that permeate the teaching of parabolas, the concept of Learning Objects and the Theory of Didactic Situations were raised. In the a priori analysis, we present the Learning Object called Suspension Bridge and its manipulation in GeoGebra for the exploration of the parabola, as well as a student's attitudinal prediction. Thus, we seek to collaborate with the development of new approaches to teaching this topic, contributing to the advancement of the use of educational technologies integrated into the teaching of mathematics.

  • Dynamic Software Based Mathematics Review Lesson Design: Take a Basic
           Theorem of Vector Plane as an Example

      Abstract: Reviewing lessons as a very important form of learning and very important role to impress students. The research method was adopted the ADDIE model design. This research was done at Balihan Senior High School, China. The population of this research are 43 students and using random sampling to selected a representative 5 students. The student statement result show that, a using Hawgent dynamic in the review lesson can improve student learning performance, very useful in the learning process and etc with statement average is 80.4% or good category. Based on validation results of the 3 aspects obtained an average percentage of 81.33% in a good category. Therefore, the review lesson of basic theorem vector plane using Hawgent dynamic mathematics software can be applied to the teaching process and can using this dynamic software to the review lesson another mathematics topics.

  • Mathematical Communication Skills in Solving Limit and Continuity
           Problems: Reviewed from Intra-and-Interpersonal Intelligence

      Abstract: The various intelligence of students allows for differences in the mathematical communication skills produced. This study aimed to analyze students’ mathematical communication skills in terms of intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence. The subjects of this study were students of Mathematics Education Class IV at the University of Mataram. This research method is descriptive with a survey design. This study uses a qualitative approach with stages covering problem formulation, sample selection, research limitations, instrumentation in the form of questionnaires and tests, data collection and analysis, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the level of intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence affects students’ mathematical communication skills. This can provide information to educators to provide appropriate services.

  • STEM-Integrated Flipped Classroom in the Teacher’s Perspective: Could
           its Implementation in E-Module Improve System Thinking Ability'

      Abstract: This study aims to describe the teacher’s perception of flipped classroom learning strategy using STEM-integrated E-Modules in improving systems thinking ability. The research was conducted in Lampung Province, Indonesia, and was nvolving 50 junior high school science teachers. The method used in this research is mixed methods with Sequential Explanatory Design. Data was retrieved using Questionnaire, and were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The survey results show that teachers have a positive perception of the STEM approach.  The results of the analysis also show that most teachers have not used the STEM approach in schools to provide an understanding of science. In addition, teachers also have not implemented STEM-integrated teaching materials.

  • Creative Inquiry-Based E-Worksheet: A Way to Improve Student's
           Self-Efficiency and Scientific Communication Skills

      Abstract: The ability of self-efficacy and scientific communication is part of the important skills in the 21st century that must be practiced in learning. This study aims to improve self-efficacy and scientific communication skills using a creative inquiry-based e-worksheet. This study uses research and development methods that contain four stages, namely preliminary studies, planning and development, field testing, and dissemination. The sample of this research is the 68 12th-grade students of SMA N 1 Airnaningan. After product validation, obtained an average of 80.00% and declared valid. The average score of students' positive responses to the e-worksheet is 94.44%. While the effectiveness of the e-worksheet in improving self-efficacy and scientific communication skills was obtained from the results of the pretest and posttest with the experimental class N-gain value greater than the control class and the effect size self-efficacy value of 1.19 and scientific communication ability of 2.17 with high category. It was concluded that the e-worksheet based on creative inquiry was effective in increasing students' self-efficacy and scientific communication skills.

  • Micro-Teaching and Teaching Practice: A Predictor of Physics Teacher
           Trainee’s Performance

      Abstract: Microteaching and teaching practice are important and compulsory twin course for any teacher trainee student in Nigeria before becoming a professional teacher. The former pave the way for the later and it is intended to prepare teacher trainee for the real teaching practice exercise. This study investigate whether microteaching successfully predict the performance of physics teacher trainees in teaching practice. This investigation is a quantitative research which adopt the ex post facto research design. It involved a cohort of 638 final year Bachelor of Science Education (Physics) students spanning four academic sessions (2015/2016- 2018/2019). The only research question and hypothesis raised were answered and tested using mean/standard deviation and t-test statistics respectively. The result reveal a moderate positive relationship between the performance of physics teacher trainees in microteaching and teaching practice. This study concludes that micro-teaching viably predicted student’s performance in teaching practice.

  • Local Wisdom-Based E-Module with Project-Based Learning Model: Enriching
           Energy Topic in Physics Learning

      Abstract: The module is one of the supporting teaching materials that can be developed according to learning needs. The purpose of this research is to develop an e-module based on the local wisdom of Belitang with a project-based learning model. The physics topic used is Energy at the junior high school level. The development design used is a modification of the ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). However, this research only reached the development stage because the focus research was only on developing e-modules. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed descriptively quantitatively. Research findings show that e-modules based on Belitang local wisdom with a project-based learning model get media and content validation values in the very good category. The results of this research are expected to be further applied to learning.

  • Analysis of The Elementary School Teachers’ Ability to Use Technology on
           The Mathematics Online Learning

      Abstract: In Indonesia, the implementation of online mathematics learning does not always run smoothly, there are various obstacles that occur, such as the lack of gadgets owned by teachers or students, internet networks are still weak, etc. So that the readiness of mathematics teachers in managing online learning is very necessary, especially in utilizing technology. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the readiness of mathematics teachers in carrying out online learning. In this study, we aim to describe (1) online mathematics learning in primary schools during the COVID-19 pandemic; (2) the ability of elementary school teachers to use technology during online learning, especially in learning mathematics; and (3) the content that teachers use to present online learning. We conducted research by distributing an online survey to 56 primary school teachers, over a period of approximately two weeks of data collection. The findings in this study are that most mathematics teachers in schools still use whatsApp and google meet or zoom media in conducting online learning, elementary school teachers still have not mastered learning technology well, and most teachers are still limited to using video downloads from YouTube, PPT and conventional books to present learning.

  • Collaborative and Problem Solving Instruments in Project-Based Physics
           Learning

      Abstract: This study aims to develop an assessment instrument that is able to measure collaboration and problem solving abilities in project-based physics learning that is valid, reliable and practical. This type of research is Research & Development by adapting 7 stages of development from Borg & Gall. Product expert validation was carried out to assess aspects of construction, substance and language, the results of expert validation of the assessment instrument were 87.85% with very valid criteria. As for the analysis of the results of field trials on 64 students using the Rasch model, it was obtained: (1) 21 questions about the collaboration ability instrument and 19 questions about the problem solving ability instrument were declared valid; (2) the reliability value of the collaborative and problem-solving ability assessment instrument is 0.97 and 0.89 (very good category); (3) the average value of the practicality test of the collaboration and solving ability assessment instrument is 81.21 (very high criteria).
