Authors: Devendra Kumar Bohra, Sagar Nagansur, Nilesh Anute
      Pages: 1 - 10
Abstract: India's fourth major industry, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), has an influence on everyone's everyday lives. When selling quickly changing consumer goods, it can be challenging to forecast consumer behaviour. There are several reasons why this behaviour is lacking. In today's globalised environment, consumer wants change over time. For India's economy, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) are crucial. As a result, when it comes to FMCG products, it's vigorous to keep track of changes in customer buying behaviour. The study focused on these two companies brand categories, as well as both firms' product portfolios. The research focuses on comparing the brand awareness between HUL & ITC products. The kind of items that consumers utilise, and their consumption patterns are also factors in determining their gratification levels. Keywords: Comparative analysis, FMCG, Personal care, Consumer Behaviour. Consumer Product, Brand, Product Category.

      Pages: 1 - 5
Abstract: Punjab was the last province of India to be annexed in 1849. The British Indian government wanted to bring changes in the indigenous education system in vogue in Punjab. An Education Board was created to introduce western system of education. By 1858, 700 primary schools were opened in rural areas of Punjab. In 1864, Government College, Lahore was started, and Dr. GW Leitner was appointed as the first Principal. His aim was to set up an “Oriental University” for promotion of vernacular education and teaching of modern Science and Humanities in the medium of vernacular. Before opening Punjab University, it was envisaged to set up a Punjab University College for promotion of higher education in 1870. Punjab University, Lahore owes its creation in 1882 to the efforts of Dr. Leitner and Anjuman-i-Punjab. The other movers and shakers of modern education in Colonial Punjab were Maharaja Ranbir Singh of Jammu and Kashmir and Maharaja Narinder Singh of Patiala State, and the Nawab of Bahawalpur.

Abstract: Machine learning has offered new prospects for data-intensive study in the multidisciplinary field of Agri-technology, especially with the rise of big data systems and advanced computers. Machine learning is a powerful decision-making tool for predicting crop yields, as well as determining which crops to plant and what activities to engage in during the crop's growing season. To facilitate the study of the prediction of the agricultural yield many techniques of machine learning have been used. We have seen a lot of progress in agriculture during the previous few decades. During this time, there was a significant shift from simpler algorithms of machine learning to the application of algorithms of deep learning. This study extracts and synthesises the techniques and features which focused on the prediction of crop yield research, specifically connected to machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning, from papers published in last decade. This study examines the work of several researchers to provide a quick summary of the present state of automation in agriculture. In today’s scenario the systems related to Farm management are growing into real-time artificial intelligence-enabled programmes that provides the awareness for taking decisions and actions to be taken by farmer by applying machine learning.

Abstract: Education as a process is as old as the progression of human race. Knowledge and skills related to processes of fulfilling basic human needs were passed on from one generation to another. Thereafter with the growth of civilization the need of formal education for the development of the individual as well as the society was realized and gradually education was institutionalized. Education has not remained stagnant, but with the passing of time, it has undergone great changes. An attempt is made in this article regarding the first University of the world Takshashila the beginning, the admission, teaching–learning methods, key factors of its sustainability and decline.

Abstract: Socially well-suited leadership styles have turned into a trendy peculiarity of importance in the present society, where globalization has turned into the standard. This paper attempts to take apart a plenty of leadership styles, and the advantages and difficulties related with their execution inside a socially assorted labor force for directors, associations and states. This paper features three primary types of leadership style's that can be adjusted to suit, groundbreaking/appealing and esteem based, team-orientated and participative leadership. The primary finding is that groundbreaking leadership, by which leaders are alluring and move change inside their employees was viewed as the best structure to utilize. We see that team-orientated leadership requires an officially adroit pioneer who energizes finishing of objectives through bunch interest. This structure, albeit promising doesn't move an uplifted feeling of social cohesiveness. Participative leadership expects representatives to take an interest in direction, which may not be basically pertinent in all workplaces.
