The abundance of data and the advancement of technology have made it possible for organizations to collect, store, and analyze large amounts of data. However, the impact of big data on organizational decision making is not well understood. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between big data and organizational decision making using a structural equation modeling approach. The proposed model includes the variables of big data, organizational decision making, data quality, analytical tools and decision maker’s ability to process and interpret data. By using a survey of managers and decision makers from different industries, and analyzing the data using SEM techniques, this study aims to provide insight into the impact of big data on organizational decision making and the moderating effects of data quality, analytical tools, and decision maker's ability to process and interpret data. Authors:Mahmoud Ismail Abstract: Although the increase in global trade relations, undoubtedly offers prosperity and other benefits, it also brings with it various kinds of international commercial disputes. The reality is that countries need to build collaborations, reduce trade obstacles and always pursue new markets. Commercial disputes are currently arising more often in the field of industrial property, therefore, it is crucial to have rules that runs the movement of trade. This is quite the role of the Dispute Settlement System of the WTO and the other mechanisms that are covered by international trade agreements. This research studies the impact of alternative dispute resolution for trade disputes wherein trade barriers were enacted for industrial property reasons. Such disputes have been directed through the WTO dispute settlement mechanisms, which contain solid mechanisms that are supposed to resolve disputes on commercial industrial property concerns. The research presents and explains the available WTO modes of alternative procedures. One of the most important of these unions is the union of law with accounting to produce the concept of forensic accounting to increase powers to move forward in detecting corruption and fraud In this paper, we discussed many issues such as the nature of financial and administrative fraud, the importance of forensic accounting, extent to which it affects public confidence mainly, types of financial fraud, and the most important factors affect it, in addition to a theoretical clarification, framework of forensic accounting and the main role to reducing financial and administrative fraud Because Auditing Accounting methods powerfull detecting fraud, it was necessary to have techniques and strategies to reduce cases of financial and administrative corruption by reviewing the most important global experiences, the importance of this paper can be presented as a scientific study that examines the possibility of using forensic accounting as an effective tool to reduce cases of financial and administrative corruption.
