This paper evaluates the value-adding potential of EBC by analysing applications from a theoretical perspective and evaluating the current pilot projects and startups from a practice perspective. The extent of truthfulness in exceptional hype around EBC is examined. EBC applications are comprehensively reviewed for the manufacturing industry, service industry, and the government sector. Current EBC pilot projects and startups are analysed through an industry level classification framework. Practitioners need to closely follow the EBC pilot projects and full-scale adoption in their industry to remain competitive and sustain in the market. The review exposes practitioners to the industries and organisations aiming to gain the first-mover advantage in EBC adoption. Practitioners are informed about the cautionary approach to be exercised while deciding to adopt EBC. Marketers may gain insights into the relationship between the number of pilot projects and startups. Authors:Rajibul Hasan, Bernadett Koles, Mustafeed Zaman, Justin Paul Pages: 63 - 83 Abstract: As many other sectors, the travel and tourism industries faced great challenges following the 2019/2020 health pandemic, with confinements and border closures bringing travel to a halt. Although research exploring the impact of the health crisis is increasing, prior work investigating the potential of emerging technologies to mitigate the negative consequences remains scarce. The purpose of the current paper is to examine tourists' chatbot usage intentions in service encounters within the context of a future international travel, assuming continued social distancing. Our results indicate that automation, habit, social presence and health consciousness all contributed positively to chatbot usage intentions. Further variations were observed as a function of experiencing government-imposed lockdown. The role of social presence and human qualities in chatbots was weakened when controlling for lockdown and during the trip experience. Finally, the impact of health consciousness on use intentions was most pronounced during the travel stage. Parthasarathy Pages: 84 - 102 Abstract: Machine learning strategies to automate data processing are urgently needed with the increasing accumulation of biological datasets. In recent years, software development has received considerable attention because of its interpretation of the model topics originating from natural language processing. In this article, the application and development of semantic software development emphasise the understanding of semantic software development. Furthermore, literature was reviewed and evaluated in detail based on semantic software development models to the clustering-based random probability distribution model (CRPDM). However, the related studies offered an outlook for the use of topical models to create semantic software applications according to the types of models based on the random probability entity. The simulation of CRPDM improves the accuracy and performance of analysing semantic software applications. Furthermore, the theme models are a promising method in semantic software development research for different applications that have been firmly researched in this paper.
