Increasing the potential of community products by creating additional value through lifestyle, consumption, food, language, beliefs, and faith that exist in the community for customers and tourists, as well as raising the quality standard of products to be premium products will create a circular economy in the community and be able to compete in the world market. Guidelines for creating value in local products are: focus on improving the quality of local products with better ingredients, refining production processes by using innovation, or enhancing product packaging and presentation, creating unique selling points or features that distinguish your local products from competitors, developing a strong brand identity for local products that resonate with your target audience. Moreover, add value to a local product by creating emotional connections of storytelling, create a more compelling and differentiated offering to meet the diverse needs and preferences of your target with value-added services, and implement a strategic pricing strategy to create an aura of exclusivity and attract consumers willing to pay a premium for quality. The objective is to study the effects of the Buddhist physical and mental development program on the holistic health of students in the Faculty of Nursing, Eastern Asia University. Population is 4 year Bachelor of Nursing Science students, including 79 freshman nursing students, 90 second-year nursing students, 112 third-year nursing students, 98 fourth-year nursing students and 1 year nursing assistant certificate program 125 people are students in the Faculty of Nursing, Eastern Asia University, a total of 504 students by calculating the sample using the formula of Yamane (1973), resulting in a sample size of 399 people. After that were collected by using the Smart Pulse tool (Smart pulse) measured at the tip of each student's left finger, taking 1 minute each, and using the stress assessment form (ST5) of the Department of Mental Health to assess along with it. The data were then analyzed with the SPSS program by using t-test statistics. The research finding were as follows: 1) The sample group before the experiment had an average stress level measured with a Smart Pulse machine equal to 47.60. The average result stress assessment with ST5 was 5.81. 2). The sample group after the experiment had a mean stress level measured with a Smart Pulse machine equal to 43.89 and the mean stress assessment result with ST5 was 2.16. 3) The post- experimental group had a statistically significant decrease in mean stress levels at the <.05 level PubDate: 2024-06-13 Issue No:Vol. 14, No. 2 (2024)
Authors:Wasan Kantvorarat Pages: 25 - 40 Abstract: This study is quantitative research with the objectives to (1) study the personal information of consumers of café business service in the digital age and (2) study components of service quality of café businesses in the digital age. The population used in this research is 400 Thai consumers who have used café business services in Bangkok. The tools employed for data collection are questionnaires, data analysis and data description, consisting of frequency values, percentage, and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The research found that 1) personal information used by the café business in the digital age showed that most consumers are female, or 50.80 percent, with an age range of 26-35 years of age, 45.30 percent holding a Bachelor's degree, 44.30 percent having an income of approximately 20,001-30,000 baht, or 32.00 percent, while 34.80 percent are business owners/self-employed and 2) components of service quality of the cafe business in the digital era comprise four components as follows: Component 1 “Location and Responsiveness ” Component 2: “Providing Assurances,” Component 3: “Technology and Service,” and Component 4: “Care and Attention.” PubDate: 2024-06-13 Issue No:Vol. 14, No. 2 (2024)

The objectives of this research are (1) to study the level of the sample's ability to use Chinese antonyms (2) to study the Chinese antonyms that the sample uses most frequently and least frequently (3) to find ways to develop the sample group’s ability to use Chinese antonyms even further. The sample group is Second year English major Students from Faculty of Liberal Arts and Management Sciences Ku.csc. who chose to study Chinese as an elective subject 50 people and chosen by using a specific sample selection method. The research instrument is a knowledge of Chinese antonyms, the measurement test which is collected and analyzed by using basic statistics. The results of the research found that (1) 58% of 29 people passed the specified criteria but 42% of 21 people, did not pass. The is 22.48 (75%), which does not pass the specified criteria. The S.D. is +-4.93 considered an acceptable criterion (2) the top 5 Chinese antonyms usually used by the sample groups were “来/去”, “买/卖”, “吃/吐”, “快/慢”, And the word “好/坏”. The top 5 least were “输/赢”, “脏/干净”, “远/近”, “肥/瘦”, And the word “深/浅” (3) guidelines for student development are let students practice speaking, doing questions, and organize more competition projects for students. This research is qualitative research by using documentary research methods. Quality information such as documents, textbooks, articles, legal texts duties. Or in a civil or cr iminal case, and other documents as well as related information technology to conduct research and conclusions that will bring the most benefits to the rese arch. Findings are as follows. If the Act on Prosecutor's Organizations and Public Prosecutors, B.E.2010 Section 14 (4) is amended to "in civil, administrative or criminal cases, in which government officials are sued for doing their duties, or in a civil or criminal case, where any citizen is sued for acting according to the instructions of a public official who has been ordered by law or joining or helping government officials who have done their official duties, if the case is to preserve public interest, public order, and cost reasons for which the accused can fight the case themselves, the age of the perpetrator, criminality against state security, false, contempt or defamation are not contrary to legal morality,” the prosecution staff will be able to defend it." Authors:Tapanat Suwannaso, Sukumarn Kerdnok, Chutiyaphak Varith Pages: 65 - 79 Abstract: The purposes of this research were to (1) develop and verify model of Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the customer service section of telecommunication business in northeast region, Thailand; (2) analyze the causal effects of Job Demands, Job Resources, Organizational Justice and Work Engagement that affect the well Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 468 employees’ data in the customer service sections were collected for this quantitative research. Multi-stage sampling technique and Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) were used. The research results were found as following; 1) The confirmatory model was found to be decently harmonious according to empirical data with CMIN/DF = 2.638, GFI = 0.954, AGFI = 0.900, CFI = 0.981, RMR = 0.017 and RMSEA = 0.059. 2) Work Engagement was in influenced by Organizational Justice and Job Demands with β = 0.612 and β =0.286, respectively. Organizational Citizenship Behavior was influenced by Job Demands with β = 0.652. Organization Behavior were indirectly affected by Job Demands, Job Resources and Organizational Justice through Work Engagement with β = 0.012, β = 0.002 and β = -0.026 respectively.
