Abstract: EFFORTS TO IMPROVE PULL UP EXERCISE TOWARDS POWER ABILITY IN PENCAK SILAT IN EXTRACURRICULAR STUDENTS OF SMK 2 MUHAMMADIYAH KUNINGAN, Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR), 2018. In learning pencak silat, it focuses on the type of pull-up exercise on the power ability of straight strokes. The method in this research is the experimental method. With a sample of 15 people, the design used was a pretest-posttest one group design. The difference between the average pretest and posttest shows a significant change from the pull up exercise, where the average pretest result is 17.50 while the average posttest value is 23.83. Data analysis technique using t test. The results of the study obtained the results of the calculation of the Paired Sample T-Test which showed that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) in Pairs 1 and 2 of 0.000 < 0.05, this indicates a significant effect of pull up exercises on the ability to strike straight in pencak silat in extracurricular students at SMK 2 Muhammadiyah Kuningan.

  • The Effect of Drill Method Training on the Accuracy Ability of Passing
Futsal Balls in Extracurricular Students of SMPN 1 BEBER

    • Authors: Mochamad Yarobi

Abstract: Mochamad Yarobi (NIM 182223074), The Effect of Drill Method Training on the
Accuracy Ability of Passing Futsal Balls in Extracurricular Students of SMPN 1
BEBER. Physical Education, Health and Recreation Study Program. The purpose
of this study was to determine the effect of drill method training on the ability of
ball passing accuracy in futsal games for extracurricular students of SMPN 1
BEBER. This study uses experimental research methods. The population and
sample in this study were extracurricular students of SMPN 1 BEBER with a
sample of 12 people. The research instrument used in this study was a passing test
with a distance of 15 meters from the goal. The results of the analysis and
processing of preetest data obtained the lowest passing 3, the highest passing 7,
while the posttest data results obtained the lowest passing 5, the highest passing 9
in 10 trials using the right foot 5 times and the left foot 5 times. This shows an
increase in the passing ability of extracurricular students of SMPN 1 BEBER.
Based on the test, it shows that the two tests have a normal distribution.
Therefore, to test the hypothesis using the independent samples t-test, the pre-test
and post-test values showed a Sig p value of 0.730 > 0.05 in the Equality of
Means section of 0.000, because the Sig value < 0.005, it can be concluded that
there is a significant effect on the ability of passing accuracy using the drill
method on extracurricular students of SMPN 1 BEBER.

      Abstract: ABSTRACT
Wirda Vera Yuliawati (NIM. 182223118), The Effect of Ladder Drill Exercise on Agility of Women's Futsal Players STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan, 2022. This study aims to determine the effect of training using Ladder Drill on the agility of women's Futsal UKM players of STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan. This research belongs to the type of pre-experimental research. The design used in this study is the one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were 15 students who participated in the Women's Futsal UKM STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan. The research sample used was 15 players. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The instrument that will be used is the agility test at the Illinois Agility Test Track according to Brian Mackenzie. Data collection techniques collected in this study were pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique in this study used normality test and homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study revealed that there was a significant effect of Ladder Drill exercise which was seen in the t-test of 0.000 or it could be interpreted (0.000 < 0.05) that there was an influence from the given training program. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the Ladder Drill training method can be developed and applied in the training process to improve agility in the futsal game.

Abstract: Dita Ismi Safitri (NIM. 182223037), The importance of agility for volleyball games, so agility must be considered in students in order to achieve achievement goals in accordance with what is desired. Volleyball extracurricular students at SDN 01 Negarayu appear to have a deficiency in their agility, due to the lack of agility training carried out. The research method uses quantitative research methods with research design using One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The normality test of this data uses the Shapiro Wilk test with a significance value for the pretest and posttest data of 0.535 and 0.174 greater than 0.05, so the data is normally distributed. The significance value for Levene Statistic is 0.088 > 0.05, so it is normally distributed. Furthermore, the value of Tcount obtained is 18,410 and for Ttable is 1,771. Because the value of Tcount > Ttable, it can be said that there is an effect of traditional training on volleyball extracurricular students. Thus the obstacle training method can increase agility in extracurricular women's volleyball

This research is an experimental study and data collection techniques using One Group Pretest-Posttest with a population of 12 volleyball players STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan, using a 2.4km test instrument. The research method uses quantitative research methods, this data analysis technique uses the Normality Test and Homogeneity Test, the normality test of this data uses the Kolmogorov Smirnov test with a significant value for the pretest data 0.042 and for the posttest data 0.017 greater than 0.05 then the data is normally distributed. The significant value for Levene statistic is 0.010 > 0.05, then it is normally distributed. Furthermore, the calculated t value obtained is 9,039. Research subjects Students who take part in the Women's Volleyball UKM STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan.
