Abstract: This research aimed to develop the process of production and teacher development and to study the result of using the process model of production and teacher development by integrating the concept of intellectual education, mentoring system, and research as the base of the Faculty of Education, Rajabhat University. This research was a study based on a mixed research methodology. The sample group was specifically determined as 1,900 students and mentoring teachers and 190 supervising teachers. The data was collected by closed-ended and open-ended questionnaires. Additionally, the data was collected using the concept of professionalism and the learning community. We used descriptive statistics to analyze the data such as number, mean, and standard deviation. The result of the content analysis revealed that the sample group had a high level of understanding after development, the supervising teachers and mentoring teachers could supervise using the mentoring system, and the students had teacher characteristics and research abilities at a high level. The student's ability to manage to learn was at a moderate level. The results of using the model of the production process and teacher development revealed that the sample group had behavior change, accepting differences. The cooperation mechanism included a network of academic support teams and participatory systematic and ongoing project management. Mechanisms of success included learning exchange, learning reflection, and knowledge management. These mechanisms of success were able to design, plan and integrate action plans that were reasonably consistent with the context of the production process and teacher development environment, which consisted of 1) building knowledge and understanding based on balanced reasoning 2) modifying the basis of creative application 3) developing differentiation based on the ability 4) studying and teaching based on mentoring and 5) using research as a knowledge base.
