  • GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTICS OF TEACHER-MONKS
           IN THAI SOCIETY

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the desirable characteristics of teacher-monks in Thai society, 2) to study the correlation of factors affecting the development of desirable characteristics of teacher-monks in Thai society, and 3) to propose the factors affecting the development guideline of desirable characteristics of teacher-monks in Thai society. The qualitative and quantitative data were collected for this descriptive research. The quantitative research method was used to extend the results of qualitative research. The data were collected from 310 samples and research tools were interview form and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1) the desirable characteristics of teacher-monks in Thai society consisted of 4 significant factors; discipline, virtue, good personality, good teaching and self-improvement. 2) The correlation of 13 observable variables indicated that there were 78 pairs of variables with statistically significant value at 0 (p < .01) and with range, correlation coefficient at -0.026 to 0.905. In considering the correlation of observable variables, it was found that the majority of variables had correlation with statistical significance and in a positive correlation, and 3) the results of model validity assessment of factors affecting the development guideline of desirable characteristics of teacher-monks in Thai society with the Bhavana IV as a mediator found that the model was fit with empirical data (x2 = 72.47, df = 56, p = .068, GFI = .965, AGFI = .943, RMSEA = .031). When considering the mediator, it was found that Bhavana IV had a higher indirect effect than the direct effect. This means that the developed causal relationship model has Bhavana IV as a good mediator.

  • DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING AND LEARNING MODELS ACCORDING TO THE TRISIKHA

      Abstract: The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the condition of teaching and learning management of secondary school teachers; 2) to develop a model of teaching and learning management according to the Trisikkha principles of teachers at level, 3) to propose the development of a learning management model of teaching according to the Trisikkha principles of secondary school teachers under Udon Thani Provincial Secondary Educational Service Area 20, using integrated research method by quantitative research and data were collected from a sample of 360 people, and qualitative research with interviews with 10 key informants and focus group discussions by 10 qualified experts with statistics used for quantitative data analysis, i.e. percentage, mean, standard deviation whereas qualitative data analysis with content analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The condition of teaching and learning management of secondary school teachers under Udon Thani Provincial Secondary Educational Service Area 20, in overall was at a high level. 2) The development of teaching-learning management model according to the Trisikkha principles of secondary school teachers under Udon Thani Provincial Secondary Educational Service Area 20 consists of 5 parts: Part 1 Principles, Part 2 Objectives, Part 3 Processes: 1) the components of the teacher's instructional management, 2) the process of developing teachers' teaching and learning management, and 3) the learning management model based on Trisikkha teaching, part 4, implementation, preparation, implementation, and evaluation; part 5, conditions for success by adapting to the context of the educational institution and the cooperation of administrators, teachers, parents, and students; 3) a learning management model of teaching according to the Trisikkha principles of secondary school teachers under Udon Thani Provincial Secondary Educational Service Area 20 is appropriate and feasible for practical use.

  • GUIDELINES OF PERSONAL MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH
           BUDDHADHAMMA PRINCIPLES FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL IN BANG KHO LAEM DISTRICT,

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were 1) to study the state of personnel management in primary schools in Bang Kho Laem District of Bangkok, 2) to propose the guidelines for personnel management development according to Buddhadhamma principles for primary schools in Bang Kho Laem of Bangkok. Mixed methods research between quantitative research and qualitative research was used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaire from 199 samples. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 8 experts. Quantitative data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation whereas qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis. Results were found that 1) the state of personnel management in primary schools in Bang Kho Laem District of Bangkok in 4 aspects was at a high level in overall. In details, the highest was on personnel performance evaluation, followed by personnel planning, personnel maintaining, and personnel recruitment, respectively. 2) The guidelines for personnel management development according to Buddhadhamma principles for primary schools in Bang Kho Laem of Bangkok based on the 4 principles of Sangkhahavatthu IV are as follows: 1) Dana: the budget is allocated for materials and equipment used in operations for the success in the organization and advancement in the school administration; 2) Piyavaca: the executives are hospitable and know how to use words in management; 3) Atthacariya: the executives act as role models in maintaining discipline, give assistance to subordinates and their relatives; 4) Samanattata: the executives treat subordinates evenly and equally. They behave themselves as good role of model and suitable to their position and duty including being friendly with subordinates.

      Abstract: The purposes of this thesis were 1) to study the condition of Pariyattidhamma teaching and learning management in Dhamma Study Division of Chachoengsao province, 2) to analyze development process of Pariyattidhamma teaching and learning management in Dhamma Study Division according to the Fourth Chakra principles in new normal, and 3) to propose guidelines for Pariyattidhamma teaching and learning management in Dhamma study division according to the fourth chakra principles in new normal of Chachoengsao province. Mixed methods research was used combines the methods of quantitative and qualitative research. The questionnaire was used as a quantitative data collection tool from a sample of 186 monks and novices. An interview questionnaire was used to collect qualitative data from five experts. Quantitative data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics consisted of mean and standard deviation whereas qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis. Results found that 1) the condition of Pariyattidhamma teaching and learning management in Dhamma study division of Chachoengsao province in four aspects was at a high level overall. 2) The development process of Pariyattidhamma teaching and learning management in Dhamma study division according to the fourth Chakra principles in the new normal consisted of teaching and learning management suitable for the new normal era and enabling teachers and students to develop in various fields of teaching management at the highest by bringing the Four Chakra principles to integrate 4 aspects , namely curriculum, teaching and learning management, instructional media, and measurement and evaluation. 3) guidelines for Pariyattidhamma teaching and learning management in Dhamma study division according to the fourth Chakra principles in new normal of Chachoengsao province is integration of the four aspects with the Four Chakra Principles in order to achieve proficiency and effectiveness in Pariyattidhamma teaching and learning management.

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were 1) to study the state of teaching and learning activities of Buddhism in secondary schools, 2) to propose guidelines for the development of teaching and learning activities of Buddhism in Thailand 4.0 in secondary schools in Yannawa district of Bangkok. Mixed methods research was used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaire from 345 samples. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 5 experts. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research results were found that 1) the state of teaching and learning activities of Buddhism in secondary schools was at a high level in overall. In descending order, the highest was on learning activities, followed by media, learning processes, measurement and evaluation, and curriculum, respectively. 2) The guidelines for the development of teaching and learning activities of Buddhism in Thailand 4.0 in secondary schools in Yannawa district of Bangkok were that curriculum development for learners to acquire analytical thinking skills, planning and problem solving systematically. The curriculum and learning process can be adjusted according to situations and conditions of learners. The application of e-Learning may be implemented. The learners’ parents and community should be allowed to participate and share in teaching and learning activities.

  • THE DEVELOPMENT OF RAJASITHARM TECHICAL COLLEGE, VOCATIONAL COMMUNICATIVE
           ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS THROUGH A ROLE-PLAY ACTIVITY PACKAGE

      Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) to develop Rajasitharam Technical College, Vocational communicative English speaking skills through a role-play activity package for 2nd year vocational students to meet the set efficiency standard at 75/75; and 2) to compare students’ English learning achievement and their satisfaction between the learning package and the normal class instruction. This study was the quasi-experimental research. The population and the sample of this research were 47 students who studied 2nd year vocational certificate at Rajasitharam Technical College Tools for this research were: 1) lesson plans; 2) Rajasitharam Technical College, Vocational communicative English speaking skills through a role-play activity package; 3) an achievement test; and 4) students’ satisfaction toward learning package questionnaire. Statistics used for this study were percentage, average, standard deviation, and t-test (pair sample test). The findings revealed that the effectiveness and the efficiency of the communicative English speaking skills through a role play activities package for 2nd year vocational students was at (E1/E2) = 80.17/86.22. The English learning achievement of the target group was considered higher than those who did not use the package as well as the satisfaction after developing the package through class which means there is a significant difference at .01 level.

      Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the priority need of the approaches for Developing Learning Management Competency of Teachers of Nonthaburi School Cluster 2. The population were Nonthaburi School Cluster 2. This study was descriptive research. There were 64 informants. Administrators were the school director, deputy directors, assistant directors, 8 heads of subjects. The research instruments were rating-scaled questionnaires and rating-scaled appropriability and possibility evaluation forms. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, PN Imodified and mode. The results were as follows. 1) the current state of the approaches for Developing Learning Management Competency of Teachers of Nonthaburi School Cluster 2, overall, was at the moderate level, with the highest mean on using and development of innovative media technology for learning management. As for the desirable state of the approaches for Developing Learning Management Competency of Teachers of Nonthaburi School Cluster 2, overall, was at the high level, with the highest mean on using and development of innovative media technology for learning management. 2) The first priority needs index was Knowledge and competence in learning design; the second priority needs index was learning management that is student-centered; and the last priority needs index was measurement and evaluation.

  • DEVELOPING THE SPEAKING ABILITY FOR CAREER OF STUDENTS AT HIGH VOCATIONAL
           CERTIFICATE THROUGH ACTIVE LEARNING

      Abstract: The purposes of this research articles were 1) to compare the speaking ability for career of students at high vocational certificate before and after learning through active learning and 2) to study the satisfaction of students at high vocational certificate towards active learning to develop the speaking ability for career. The sample used in the study was the students at high vocational certificate currently studying in the first semester of academic year 2020. 30 students in one classroom at a vocational college in Nakhon Sawan province were selected using cluster random sampling. The research instruments consisted of 1) four lesson plans of Thai skill for career course 2) a test on the speaking ability for career, and 3) a questionnaire on the satisfaction of students at high vocational certificate towards active learning to develop the speaking ability for career. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and t – test for dependent samples. The findings showed that 1) the students’ speaking ability for career after the lesson was significantly higher than before the lesson at the .01 level and 2) the students were satisfied with learning using the study arrangement Know proactive at the most level Has a mean of 4.60 2) the students’ satisfactory on active learning was at highest level.

  • A MODEL OF STUDENT’S AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIORS PROMOTING ADJUSTMENT ACCORDING
           TO BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE OFFICE OF
           PRIMARY EDUCATION AREA

      Abstract: The objectives of this research article were to 1) study the state and problem of student’s aggressive behaviors promoting adjustment according to Buddhist principles, 2) create a model of student’s aggressive behaviors promoting adjustment according to Buddhist principles, and 3) propose the model of student’s aggressive behaviors promoting adjustment according to Buddhist principles. Mixed methods research was used in the study. The qualitative data were collected from documents, in-depth interviews with 5 school administrators and focus group discussions with 10 experts and then analyzed by content analysis. The quantitative data were collected through questionnaires from 372 teachers and 362 school administrators obtained by multi-stage random sampling. The data were analyzed by percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation. Results found that 1) the overall of state and problem of student’s aggressive behaviors promoting adjustment according to Buddhist principles was at a moderate level. 2) Model of student’s aggressive behaviors promoting adjustment according to Buddhist principles consisted of 5 components; Part 1 Principle, Part 2 Objective, Part 3 The process of promoting the reduction of aggressive behavior among students consisted of (1) the student care system, (2) factors affecting the aggression behavior, (3) the process of reducing aggression behavior, (4) Buddhist principles (Tri-Sikkha) such as Sila, Samadhi and Panya, and (5) a project for reducing aggressive behavior, Part 4 Practice guidelines, and Part 5 Achievement condition. 3) A model of student’s aggressive behaviors promoting adjustment according to Buddhist principles was of the greatest benefit whereas accuracy, suitability and the possibilities were at high level, respectively.

  • THE DEVELOPMENT OF GRADE 6 STUDENTS’ YCT1 CHINESE VOCABULARY LISTENING
           AND READING SKILL USING GAMES

      Abstract: This research article aimed to: 1) compare grade 6 students’ YCT1 vocabulary listening skill before and after learning through games, 2) compare their YCT1 vocabulary reading skill before and after learning through games, and 3) explore their opinions towards the utilization of games in developing YCT1 Chinese vocabulary listening and reading skills. Cluster sampling was employed to recruit a research sample comprising a class of 48 students currently studying in semester 2 of the academic year 2020 in a private school in Surat Thani province. Research instruments consisted of: 1) three Chinese language learning management plans, 2) a 40-item true-false listening and reading test in Chinese vocabulary, and 3) an interview form used for exploring students’ opinion towards the utilization of games in developing YCT1 Chinese vocabulary listening and reading skills. Analytical statistics including means, standard deviation, and the dependent sample t-test was used to conduct data analysis. The results revealed that 1) students demonstrated better YCT1 vocabulary listening skill after learning through games with a statistical significance level of .05. 2) Students better YCT1 vocabulary listening skill after learning through games with a statistical significance level of .05. 3) Regarding students’ opinions, students were found to prefer learning through games and agree with the utilization of games in developing YCT1 Chinese vocabulary listening and reading skills.

  • THE PRE-SERVICE TRAINING CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT TO ENHANCE TEACHER
           SPIRITUALITY FOR TEACHER STUDENTS

      Abstract: This research article to Pre–service training curriculum development to enhance teacher spirituality for teacher student and implement and evaluate the results of the developed training program for teacher student. The development research consists of four steps: step 1 fundamentals study, step 2 create a curriculum step 3 curriculum implementation and step 4 the evaluation is to assess the effectiveness of the training course. The sample group used 16 fourth-year teacher students from the Faculty of Education, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University. The sample used 8 program by purposive sampling. Tools used curriculum conformity assessment form, opinion interview form, needs related to the teacher spirit, questionnaire on problem and spirit of teachers, Questionnaire and the need to strengthen the spirit of teacher training satisfaction and feedback form training achievement test the spiritual behavior, and the opinion questionnaire of the stakeholders. Data analyzes include mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research results were found that 1) The training course to strengthen the spirit of teacher for teacher students is the condition, problem, principles, propose, training, training Process, measurement and evaluation. training activities are as follows: Motivation to be a teacher with a spirit of teacher, Experinces, hardships and difficult problems, Model teacher who has spirit of teacher, Teacher-student bond and Development of fundamental psychological traits. The results of assessing were the conformity by the results of the expert curriculum evaluation. Found that the curriculum was appropriate and practical. The consistency index between 0.80-1.00. 2) The results of the training program showed that the training program was carried out and the objectives of the training, the mean score, the mean score for the evaluation of spiritual behavior as a teacher to study behavioral, satisfaction and opinion towards the training course of the trainees found that changes after training. The post-training data was collected significantly higher than the specified criteria at the 0.05 level. The results found that the results of the evaluation of the organization of the trainees to study behavioral changes after training, Overall, the assessment results were at the highest level and the average score of the supervisors interview to study behavioral changes after training. The post-training data was collected statistically significantly higher than the specified criteria at the 0.05 level.

      Abstract: This research article aimed to 1) compare students’ HSK 2 vocabulary listening skills before and after treated with brain-based learning and think-pair-share strategies, 2) compare students’ HSK 2 vocabulary reading skills before and after treated with brain-based learning and think-pair-share strategies, and 3) explore students’ opinions towards the learning management methods. The participants were a Grade 5 classroom of 32 students studying in semester 1/2021 at a private school with Chinese curriculums in Bangkok, Thailand. The instruments included 1) 4 learning management plans, 2) an HSK level 2 vocabulary listening test, 3) an HSK level 2 vocabulary reading test, and 4) an interview for exploring students’ opinions towards the learning management methods. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The results revealed that 1) students’ HSK level 2 vocabulary listening skills improved after treated with brain-based learning and think-pair-share strategies. 2) Their HSK level 2 vocabulary reading skills improved after treated with brain-based learning and think-pair-share strategies. 3) Most students liked then learning management method, having fun and better Chinese listening and reading skills.

Results found that: 1) the factors affecting motivation of teacher performance under the office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area in ten aspects was at a high level overall, 2) principles, concepts, and methods of enhancement and development of factors affecting motivation of teacher performance under the office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area is the success of work together resulting to work performance, relationship between teachers and administrators, and responsibility to administrative policy effectively, and 3) guidelines for the development of factors affecting motivation of teacher performance under the office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area is administration by building relationships between administrators and teachers integrating with Sangahavatthu IV principles to be happy and driven to work more efficiently.

      Abstract: The purposes of this thesis were 1) to study the condition of foreign language learning in the 21st century, 2) to study management methods in foreign language learning in the 21st century, and 3) to propose guidelines for learning management of foreign language learning skills in the 21st century for Phrapariyattidhamma School, Wat Phradhammakaya, Pathum Thani province. Mixed methods research was used combines the methods of quantitative and qualitative research. The questionnaire was used as a quantitative data collection tool from a sample of 136 novices. An interview questionnaire was used to collect qualitative data from five experts. Quantitative data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics consisted of mean and standard deviation whereas qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis. Results found that 1) the condition of foreign language learning in four aspects was at a high level overall. 2) The management methods in foreign language learning skills consists of teaching and learning to enhance learning skills, improving and developing teaching and learning processes, curriculum, learning processe, evaluation of learning, learning media, and supervision to provide learners with standard quality, integrated with the philosopher's heart in all 4 areas, namely speaking, writing, listening and reading skills. 3) Guidelines for management of foreign language learning skills in the 21st century for Phrapariyattidhamma School, Wat Phradhammakaya, Pathum Thani province is teaching and learning management to enhance learning skills with the overall development process in 4 aspects, integrated with philosopher's heart to provide learners with the ability to listen, read, critical thinking and write foreign languages more effectively.

The research instruments were 1) plans by leaning problem-based learning with jigsaw technique 2) achievements test 3) analytical thinking abilities test in Thailand geography and 4) attitudes towards social subject. The design of this research was using one-group pretest-posttest design. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test (dependent). The results of the research were the following findings. 1) The post-test mean scores of problem-based learning with jigsaw technique achievements were significantly higher than pre-test mean scores at the .05 level. 2) The post-test mean scores of problem-based learning with jigsaw technique analytical thinking abilities were significantly higher than pre-test mean scores at the .05 level. and 3) The attitude toward social subject learning problem-based learning with jigsaw technique were at higher level.

The research instruments were assessment form. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the overall level of opinion towards the current situation and the need for personnel development in information and communication technology as overall is at the highest level. 2) The creation and validation of human resource development model of using information and communication technology for learning management in the 21st century of schools in Angthong primary educational service area office consists of 5 components: (1) Principle, (2) Objectives, (3) working systems and mechanisms, (4) operating methods according to the Perfrom Model, and (5) assessment guidelines and examined the model, found that it was correct, appropriate, feasible and the usefulness is at a very high level in every item. 3) The results of using and evaluating the model were found to be correct, appropriate, feasible, and usefulness at a high level in every item.

      Abstract: This study aimed to compare the relation between teacher immediacy behaviors and students’ attitude toward learning English. Study students’ and English teachers’ opinions toward teacher immediacy behaviors and also students’ attitude toward learning English by classifying related factors. The samples were 1,700 students and 330 English teachers in schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan, the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 1 and Area 2. Multi-stage Sampling was used. Research tools for this study were online questionnaires for the students with 72 items and for the teachers with 42 items. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, percentage, frequency, Pearson’s product moment correlation, one-way analysis of variance, T-test (Independent), Scheffe’s test and LSD test. The results showed that students’ opinion as well as English teachers’ opinion toward teacher immediacy behaviors were at ‘high’ level. While only students’ attitude toward learning English is at ‘moderate’ level. It is to say that there was significant positive correlation between teacher immediacy behaviors and students’ attitude in learning English at a .05 significance level. Gender, age, and school size are factors that affected students’ opinion toward teacher immediacy behaviors while gender, age, English grade point average, school size, and school cluster affected students’ attitude toward learning English. Meanwhile, factors that affected teachers’ opinion included gender, and school size.

      Abstract: This research article has the objectives to compare learning achievement of the students before and after using 4 MAT learning management; and to study the satisfaction of the students taught by 4 MAT learning management. The sample selected was 40 grade eight students from a classroom, collected using Cluster Random Sampling. The research instruments used consisted of a lesson plan using 4 MAT; a learning achievement test; and a questionnaire on the student satisfaction towards the leaning management. The data were analyzed using data analysis for the purpose of the research. According to the first objective, t-test for dependent samples was used while mean and standard deviation were used for finding the results of the second objective. The results revealed that the learning achievement of the grade eight students after learning through 4 MAT learning management was higher than the learning achievement prior to learning through 4 MAT with statistical significance at the .05 level. Besides, the results showed that the grade eight students were satisfied with learning through 4 MAT learning management at the highest level with an average of 4.61 and standard deviation of 0.03.

The data were analyzed using Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Multiple Regression Coefficient. Findings revealed that 1) the roles of school administrators working at secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya were found in a high level, 2) overall conditions of the PLC implementation at the secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya were found in a high level, 3) the roles of school administrators working at the secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya on PLC implementation were found in 4 aspects. The highest effect showed on consultation, followed by facilitation support, and expectants, respectively. They affected the PLC implementation at a statistically significant level of .05.

The results of this research were as follows: 1) The overall current condition of teacher development at Horwang School in accordance with the Concept of Characteristics of Innovators was at a high level. The overall desirable condition of teacher development at Horwang School in accordance with the Concept of Characteristics of Innovators was at the highest level. The overall need score for teacher development at Horwang School in accordance with the Concept of Characteristics of Innovators was 0.138 (PNImodified = 0.138). When individual aspects were considered, an aspect with the highest mean was Inspiration(PNImodified = 0.175), followed by Vision and Leadership (PNImodified = 0.156), Problem-solving ability(PNImodified = 0.147), Risk-taking (PNImodified = 0.145), Flexibility and patience (PNImodified = 0.142), Self-confidence (PNImodified = 0.112), and Competent practitioners and teamwork (PNImodified = 0.099).

Quantitative data were analyzed using basic statistics consisted of mean and standard deviation and qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis. Results found that 1) the condition of football academic management of secondary schools in Nonthaburi Province in all 4 aspects was at a high level, all each aspect was also at a high level such as curriculum, learning management, teaching materials, assessment, respectively. 2) The methods of football academic management according to the Trisikkha principles of secondary schools in Nonthaburi Province, comprising of academic management processes related to the curriculum, learning management, teaching materials, and assessment, results for administrators, teachers, and students to develop both physically and mentally. There is a method to follow Trisikkha principles, and 3) The guidelines for academic management in football according to the Trisikkha principles of secondary schools in Nonthaburi Province is a practice in the administration of football academics to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in 4 areas by integrating with the Trisikkha principles to increase efficiency and quality in educational management.

The research instruments consisted of 1) inquiry learning method (5E) with a cooperative learning jigsaw I technique lesson plans 2) learning achievement test 3) group working behaviors evaluation form. Also, the statistics used in this study were dependent sample t-test and one sample t-test. The research findings showed that; the posttest scores of students’ learning achievement after using the inquiry learning method (5E) with the cooperative learning jigsaw I technique were statistically significant higher than the pretest scores at the .05 level and the students’ group working behaviors after using the inquiry learning method (5E) with the cooperative learning jigsaw I technique were in a good level.

  • MODEL OF ADMINISTRATION PAK PANANG RIVER BASIN BUDDHIST INTEGRATION

      Abstract: The objectives of this research paper were 1) to study the management of the Pak Phanang River Basin, 2) to study the participatory management of local network partners, and 3) to propose a model of the Pak Phanang River Basin management with an integrated Buddhist approach. This is a qualitative research by in-depth interviews with key informants, namely government agencies, community leaders representative, farmer representative, representatives of private agencies/economic promotion and tourism in the Pak Phanang River Basin area and 25 monks in total. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results of the research were as follows: 1) the problems of the Pak Phanang River Basin were the characteristics of the Pak Phanang River Basin where the water level was lower than the sea level and the slope was low. When fresh water on the upstream side is low, saltwater can invade the Pak Phanang River in the south, flooding all year round and the soil is acidic, and sour water including sewage from shrimp farming that flows into the river until it cannot be used for cultivation and flooding problems. 2) Pak Phanang River Basin management with participation from local networks, a project to develop the Pak Phanang River Basin under the Royal Initiative has been carried out. There is support to promote the implementation of the plan with government agencies. The local community is open to the community to participate in training to educate and understand the principles of sufficiency economy, meeting to discuss and agree to open and close the floodgates appropriately. There is a system of agricultural and technological structures for management. 3) A model of the Pak Phanang River Basin management with an integrated Buddhist approach consisted of 5 components: (1) Concepts and principles of the model; Water management through participation of network partners to reduce conflicts and jointly resolve problems. Apply the principles of Sangahavatthu IV and Sappurisadhamma VII in management and Buddhist way; (2) Objectives for sustainable development promote the unity of the people distributing income to the community creating a balance for the economy, community, society as a whole; (3) the structure of the model, the process of community participation in meeting activities requires rules, regulations and the creation of common rules; (4) operational strategies, coordinating developments with the framework of the National Development Strategic Plan at the local and community level; and (5) conditions for the success of a model of participation from all sectors which there was a clear system and plan.

The study selected from the senior bank executives, the middle and upper levels of 6 Thai commercial banks in Bangkok, namely: Government Savings Bank, Krungthai Bank, Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Kasikorn Bank Limited (Public); and Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited, the bank consultants and the businessmen, totaling of 18 key informants by in-depth interview. The results found that 1) the digital leadership in digital age management of Thai commercial banks concluded that: personnel management in the digital age was that leaders must enable the entire organization to move towards a whole new type of work. Digital knowledge and skills were: (1) to have knowledge and skills in the use of technology, (2) to comprehensive and informative management skills, (3) to communicate skills. through digital media, (4) to think, reason and decision - making skills, (5) to manage the technology organization skills; and (6) to live with others and networking skills. In creating a digital culture, leaders changed the organizational culture to be ready for the digital age, building a digital learning culture. The creation of digital learning innovation was that leaders must drive learning for people. Ability to use information was how to use “data” as “power” to drive the organization; and 2) the problems and the obstacles affected the digital leadership of Thai commercial banks were leaders face the pressure of rapidly changing technology, therefore needed to know how to adapt and develop the organization all the time.

The sample of this study consisted of 53 teachers in science and technology learning area of Matthayom Taksin Rayong School under the Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization. The research instruments were 1) a questionnaire on problems and needs of science and technology teachers for the development of 21st century educational technology and innovation competencies, 2) a cognitive test on 21st century educational technology and innovation competencies, and 3) satisfaction questionnaire on training course for the development of 21st century educational technology and innovation competencies. According to the results of the study of problems and needs of science and technology teachers for the development of 21st century educational technology and innovation competencies, the application of technology and educational innovation that are consistent and appropriate to the subject content and learners was at a highest level with an average score of 4.75. The results showed that the training course for the development of 21st century educational technology and innovation competencies of science and technology teachers consisted of the following elements: (1) course title, (2) background, (3) course principles, (4) objectives, (5) content and duration, (6) guidelines for organizing activities, (7) media for curricular activities and (8) course evaluation. In this study, the objectives and content of the course were evaluated by the experts and found to have an IOC of 0.94. 3) After using the training course for the development of 21st century educational technology and innovation competencies of science and technology teachers, the teachers had higher comprehension and the satisfaction survey on the training course for the development of 21st century educational technology and innovation competencies of science and technology teachers revealed a high level.

Cluster random sampling was employed to recruit a sample of 29 grade 1 students currently attending semester 2 of academic year 2020 in one classroom of a private school in Nonthaburi province. Research instruments consisted of 1) 4plans of Thai language learning management plan, 2) 30-item true-false test of pronunciation skill on final consonant sounds of N and D protocols, and 3) Interview form for student opinion toward learning management using games with think-pair-share technique. Analytical statistics were mean, standard deviation, and t-test for dependent samples. Results are as follows. 1) Students demonstrated higher pronunciation skill in final consonant sounds of N and D protocols after the learning by games with think-pair-share technique than before, at a statistical significance level of .01. 2) Most of the interviewed students agreed with using games with think-pair-share technique and can improve the pronunciation skill in final consonant sounds of N and D protocols during the learning. Students agreed with pair learning and using games in learning management.

      Abstract: The objectives of this research paper were 1) to study the present condition and characteristics of teachers in the digital age, 2) to develop teachers towards excellence in the digital age, 3) to propose the development of teachers towards excellence in the digital age, Ban Sang Subdistrict Municipality Kindergarten under the local government organization Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The research method was integrated, which was a quantitative research using a questionnaire based on a total population of 500 people. Statistics were used to analyze the data by percentage, mean, standard deviation and a qualitative research by interviewing 10 key informants and a focus group discussion of 10 experts. The results showed that 1) the present condition, the overall characteristics of teachers in the digital age were at a high level; 2) Teacher development towards excellence in the digital age Ban Sang Subdistrict Municipality Kindergarten, it consists of the characteristics of digital teachers in 3 standards: Standard 1, Teachers must guide, assist, and inspire learning through a conducive environment; Standard 2, Teachers must develop and design clear learning, and Standard 3, Teachers must promote a digital citizenship model with a six-step approach to teaching and learning: organizational analysis, planning, communication, understanding Operations, control, supervision, follow-up, continuous improvement by using the project to develop teachers for excellence in the digital age of Ban Sang Subdistrict Municipality Kindergarten School in a case study of teacher development project and educational personnel workshop project to develop teachers in the use of technology, the project to develop teachers and educational personnel's potential to build morale and honor them. 3) Results of teacher development towards excellence in the digital age, Ban Sang Subdistrict Municipality Kindergarten Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province It consists of the characteristics of teachers in the digital age in 3 standards, 6-step teaching-learning towards excellence, and guidelines for 3 projects to develop teachers for excellence in the digital age, summarized in the BANSANG Model.

      Abstract: The objectives of this research paper were 1) to study the state of leadership in the digital age of school administrators to expand educational opportunities; 2) to study the guidelines for the development of leadership in the digital age of Bhavana IV by school administrators to expand educational opportunities in elementary, and 3) to propose guidelines for developing leadership in the digital age according to Bhavana IV of school administrators to expand educational opportunities Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 is an integrated research method, namely 1) quantitative research, using a questionnaire, a sample group of 234 teachers of the Opportunity Expansion School was used. The data were analyzed by statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and 2) qualitative research. Conducted interviews with 7 key informants. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results of the research showed that 1) the digital era leadership of school administrators expanded educational opportunities. Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, in overall and in each aspect, it was found that the level of practice was at a high level. 2) Guidelines for developing leadership in the digital era according to Bhavana IV of school administrators to expand educational opportunities in elementary school. It is the development of leadership in the digital age in 5 aspects by integrating Bhavana IV which is the Dharma principles that are suitable for the development of administrators, namely Kayabhavana, Silabhavana, Cittabhavana, and Panyabhavana. 3) Guidelines for developing leadership in the digital era according to Bhavana IV principles of School administrators expand educational opportunities, Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consisted of 1) Visionary leadership as a role model for others, making them look and see as an example; 2) Leadership in change is courageous and open, dare to face the truth Pioneers encourage innovation in schools; 3) Information technology leadership is a role model in the use of information technology and communication with social responsibility; 4) Inspirational leadership is a role model for self-domination, people domination, and dominate the job; 5) Support leadership is the one who keeps the spirit of the team alive in continuous operation.

      Abstract: This article aims to analyze the factors needed for capacity development of Chulalongkorn University’s administrative staffs in international programs by assessing the current and expected working conditions under the excellence service framework. This research employs quantitative method and collected data from the population of 50 of Chulalongkorn’s administrative staffs in international programs through a questionnaire, and analyzing data from 35 usable respondents. The questionnaire surveys the demographic of the respondents and asks the current working conditions and the expected working conditions with open-ended questions. The statistical methods used in this study are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (SD), and PNI modified. The survey shows that the overall engagement level of the respondents on the current working condition is high. On the expected working conditions, the data showed highest level of expectation. The analysis from this data found that the most important factor for capacity development among administrative staffs in international programs is the determination to continuously meet the goals and expectations (PNIModified =0.30), followed by the urge to seek new challenges (PNIModified =0.27), the determination to achieve university-level excellence (PNIModified =0.23), with the determination to improve the end results of their work as the least needed factor (PNIModified =0.22).

      Abstract: This research paper aims to create and experiment with a professional learning community model, to develop learning management skills according to the Montessori concept of the teachers of Wat Dan Chang School, Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research process was carried out as follows: 1) to create and examine a vocational learning community model to develop learning management skills based on the Montessori concept. The model was created based on a document study and interviews with 6 key informants. The model was examined by connoisseurship of 10 experts. 2) The model was tested with the sample group of 35 teachers in grades 1-6 of Wat Dan Chang School, Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and 781 students in grades 1-6.The data were analyzed by the content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and t-test. Results indicated that 1) Professional learning community model to develop learning management skills according to the Montessori concept of the teachers of Wat Dan Chang School, Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 consisted of 5 components: (1) Principles, (2) Objectives, (3) Methods, and processes of the model, namely the development of teamwork, setting a vision shared values and goals, support arrangement learning and professional development together. It consisted of sub-processes: analysis, goal setting, Review of knowledge, and equipment media, lesson presentation planning Implemented in the classroom, reflection, sharing of practice, (4) measuring and evaluating the model, and (5) conditions for the success of the model. The results of the model examination revealed that the model was appropriate and feasible at the highest level. 2) Results of model validation on accuracy, suitability, feasibility and overall usefulness were at the highest level.

      Abstract: This study has the purpose is to study the Needs for Developing Student Affairs Management of Rajavinit Mathayom School based on the Concept of Global Citizenship framework by using a descriptive research method. The research instrument used in this study was a rating scale questionnaire, which has directors and teachers of Rajavinit Mathayom School consisting of 86 people as the research informants. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNImodified. The findings showed that the overall of present state were the medium level and desirable state were the highest level in Student Affairs Development of Rajavinit Mathayom School based on the Concept of Global Citizenship. The overall of priority was 0.594 (PNImodified = 0.594) The first priority was the participation in the community at a range of levels, from the local to the global. The second priority was being passionately committed to social justice. The third priority was taking responsibility for their actions. The findings will make Rajavinit Mathayom School realize the Needs of Global Citizenship for supporting students to be Global Citizens through activities provided by student affairs.

      Abstract: The purpose of this research were 1) to study the actual state and the desirable state of academic management of secondary schools in suvarnabhumi prakan consortium based on the concept of social entrepreneur characteristics and 2) to analyze the priority needs of academic management of secondary schools in suvarnabhumi prakan consortium based on the concept of social entrepreneur characteristics. The sample population of the research were 7 secondary schools in suvarnabhumi prakan consortium and the informants consisted of 260 people using the tables of Krejcie and Morgan. The research instrument in this study was the 5 - point rating scaled questionnaire of the actual state and the desirable state of academic management of secondary schools in suvarnabhumi prakan consortium based on the concept of social entrepreneur characteristics. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and modified priority needs index. The research findings indicated that, overall, the actual state was at the high level and was sorted from the highest to the lowest as follows: the instructional management, the measurement and evaluation, the development and promotion of learning resources and the curriculum development respectively. The desirable state was, overall, at the highest level and was sorted from the highest to the lowest as follows: the instructional management, the development and promotion of learning resources, the measurement and evaluation and the curriculum development respectively. The result of priority need analysis turned out that the first priority need fell on development and promotion of learning resources, followed by measurement and evaluation, curriculum development and instructional management, respectively.

      Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) to study students’ tourism behavior in learning resource of the royal foundation project, 2) to develop training curriculum for promoting natural and environmental conservation, 3) to evaluate training curriculum for promoting natural and environmental conservation using Puissance Analysis Technique consisting of 4 operation processes: 1) studying students’ tourism behavior, 2) outlining and developing training curriculum, 3) evaluating training curriculum outline, 4) evaluating the quality of training curriculum. The target groups were 1) 45 students participating the study visit, 2) 10 experts. Instruments used to collect data were 1) questionnaires 2) training curriculum for promoting natural and environmental conservation 3) The Puissance Analysis Matrix used to analyze behavioral purposes, training activities and measurement and evaluation. Data were analyzed for percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results found that: 1) The result of students’ tourism behavior study found that overall knowledge and understanding about natural and environmental conservation were at the high level. 2) The result of curriculum development found that the suitability of training curriculum for promoting natural and environmental conservation was at the highest level. 3) The result of training curriculum evaluation found that the quality of overall training curriculum for promoting natural and environmental conservation was at the high level. and when considering each side, it was found that behavioral purposes, training activities and measurement and evaluation were at the high level. In conclusion, the quality of training curriculum constructed by the researcher was at the high level the training curriculum can be used for training efficiently.

  • GUIDELINES FOR PROMOTING THE AUTONOMOUS SCHOOL

      Abstract: Autonomous school is part of the decentralization of administration and education management comes from the concept of school-based administration that emphasizes on direct to educational institutions in order to make educational institutions responsible and make decisions independently and proficiently. Responsible for results arising from management under the principle of decentralization, principle of participation, self-management principles, and the principle of checks and balances were set. It aims for collective decision-making at the school level between education providers and education service recipients by giving freedom to make decisions both academically personnel management finance and supplies and general administration. Principles of autonomous school must be flexible according to the readiness and context of each educational institution which is different and must have a support mechanism that meets the needs of educational institutions. Factors contributing to success is to be managed by personnel committee to develop and create an understanding of the roles, duties and responsibilities of those involved participation in management and aiming to create a shared vision and values. Operational guidelines and practices policy Level, the Ministry of Education must announce a policy to develop the efficiency of education administration and management by promoting and supporting educational institutions to be independent and flexible. Decentralization of administration and educational management was used the province as a base at the area level emphasizing the provincial level according to the concept of spatial administration to strengthen and unity in administration and education at the provincial level. It is consistent with the administration of the state affairs which emphasizes on management at the level of management, defining guidelines for joint operations of provincial departments to develop, promote and support educational institutions to be independent according to school level. Educational institution administrators was developed to have knowledge and understanding of autonomous school administration, participate in the operation of educational institutions by participating in the preparation of action plans and organizing training or development of teachers to have the competencies and skills that necessary to organize the learning process.

In detail, K means Kanlayanamitra, Y means Yoniso Mansikarn, in which (KY) is the reason for the development of learners, friendship is an external component and Yonisomanasikan is an internal component. These two factors are the support for the development of all-round learners: B means Behavior - Behavioral Learners Development, M means Mind - Mental Learners Development, W means Wisdom- Intellectual Learners Development. It follows the three wisdom principles: 1) Jintamayapanya, 2) Suttamayapanya, and 3) Pawanamayapanya.

      Abstract: The Process of developing a teacher coach is important to the development of education in the 21st century, which aims to develop learners to have knowledge, skills and desirable characteristics that can be used in a quality life by teachers of the new era who assume the role of teachers. A coach is a teacher who inspires through the use of powerful questions and reflections during coaching to enable learners to learn to their full potential. Therefore, the usefulness of this study is to bring the three wisdom principle which is Dharma in the development of wisdom so that human beings can gain real knowledge and understanding with cause and effect if teachers can apply the process of developing a coach with the three wisdom principle to integrate with the learning and practice of the coaching process of “The GROW Model”. The GROW Model consisting of 1) G-Goal, 2) R-Reality, 3) O-Options, and 4) W-Way Forward. This is an open are for the coach to take lessons from the process of developing their coaches. They reflected their thinking by using the three wisdom principle to development process, which are: Base 1: Suttamayapanya, listens to create wisdom; Base 2: Jintamayapanya, think analytically to create wisdom, and Base 3: Pawanamayapanya, to practice until wisdom arises. If the teacher have learned and applied the concept of the teacher-coach development process with the three bases of wisdom as a basis for self-development. Continuing until becoming a way of life of coaching both in one’s professional and life subjects.

Moreover, have the ability to screen media quality and have coordination skills to promote proper learning for early childhood. In order to reduce the risks that can happen to the children, Therefore, digital media technology has been developed to be used in educational management for early childhood children, which has become more active in the daily lives of children or may become part of the lives of adults and their children. If children are not taken care for using media, the consequences are they will consume media and addicted to inappropriate contents. Especially sexual behaviors, violence, imitations and consumerism.

      Abstract: This article has the purpose to study on the development policy of National Economic and Social Development Plan influencing on gap between rural and urban area, to study on gap rural and urban area leading to people migration, and to propose development approach that not leading to gap between rural and urban area and migration. This article used qualitative approach with documentary method by analyzing documents, recorded statistics, related researches, journals and news. This study was found that the past development policy according to National Economic and Social Development Plan was initiated by employing main stream capitalism and state-centralization approach prioritizing Major city like Bangkok and leading Bangkok to be Single-Big City and to extend gap between urban and rural to be wider. This kind of gap causes rural people to migrate into capital city for working. Therefore, solution for solving this problem should be decentralizing power to regions and locality to reduce concentration of resources and should delegate the opportunity for local agency to use its own resources to develop its area without orders and allocation from center.
