  • Development of Design Thinking-Based Learning Innovation to Promote
           Innovative Thinking Skills of Students at Chiang Mai Vocational College

      Abstract: This research aimed to: 1) study context and situation for design thinking-based learning to promote innovative thinking of students at Chiang Mai Vocational College, 2) create and develop design thinking-based learning innovation to promote innovative thinking skill. The target group includes 5 school staffs (director and teachers) and 5 instrument validation specialists. This study is mixed-method research, using these following instruments: 1) document analysis form, 2) structured interview form, and 3) design thinking-based learning teacher manual to promote innovative thinking of students at Chiang Mai Vocational College, and 4) validation from for design thinking-based learning innovation promote innovative thinking of students at Chiang Mai Vocational College. The information analysis method consists of 1) content analysis, 2) interpretation, and 3) IOC: Index of item objective congruence.
      The result of study shows that:
      1. The overall current context was averaged at a moderate level. The overall problematic situation demanded to develop students with design thinking learning methods to promote innovative thinking skills.
      2. Evaluation results was certified by experts with an appropriate quality level which can be applied.

  • A Study of Insulting Expressions and Social Values of the Characters in
           Popular Thai Soap Opera Scripts in 2019

      Abstract: The purposes of this study were: 1) to study the expressions from insulting expressions of the characters in Thai soap opera scripts, and 2) to study the social values from insulting expressions of the characters in Thai soap opera scripts. The scope of the study were 3TV soap operas, namely: Pu Bao Indy Yayee Inter (Mister Indy Honey Hipster), Sarawat Yai (The Chief Inspector), and Krongkam (The Karma Cage).The study method was selecting the data from the dialogues of every character, then analyzing the data into the descriptive analysis and drawing the conclusion.
      The results were as follow:
      1. The insulting words from popular Thai soap opera scripts can be categorized into 3 types. There were the use of the insulting language 1) to express a negative abstraction, 2) to express physical ugliness, and 3) to devalue the others. The characteristics of the insulting idioms found in 5 types. There were insulting idioms about 1) behavior and action, 2) abusive speaking manner, 3) ingratitude and sociality with friends and foes, 4) anger, and 5) insult and chastening others about their bad behavior.
      2. The social values found in 3 characteristics. The values were about 1) being membership in Thai society’s expectation, 2) foreseeing performance, and 3) the inequality in society.

  • Leadership Development that Creates Leaders in School Administrators under

      Abstract: The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the components and indicators of leadership that create leaders of school administrators. 2) Study the current condition and 3) to study leadership development guidelines that create leaders of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office in the Northeastern region. The research was divided into 3 phases. Phase 1 Examines the components and indicators Analyze the data by Content Analysis and Percentage. Phase 2 Study the current condition. Desirable conditions. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean standard deviation and Priority needs Index and. Phase 3 studied leadership
      development guidelines that create leaders of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area in the Northeastern Region.
      The research results were found that:
      1. Leadership components that create leaders of school administrators Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area in the Northeastern region consisted of 5 components, 61 indicators.
      2. The current condition the desirable condition of being a leader that creates a leader of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area in the Northeastern Region as a whole, found that the present condition was at a high average level. The overall desirable condition was averaged at the highest level.
      3. Guidelines for leadership development that create leaders of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area in the Northeastern Region consist of 5 approaches, 26 indicators.

  • A Model for Preventing Corruption in Schools of Opportunity Expansion
           Schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

      Abstract: The purposes of this research was: 1) to study the condition of preventing corruption in educational opportunity expansion schools 2) to develop a model for preventing corruption in schools of opportunity expansion schools 3) to assess a model for preventing corruption in schools of opportunity expansion schools. This study had three steps: Step 1 to explore the prevention of the subject: a model for preventing corruption in schools of opportunity expansion schools by sample arrow. The sample group consisted of 50 administrators and teachers acting as group leaders. The questionnaire was used as a tool which a confidence value was 0.95. The data were analyzed using basic statistics such as mean and standard deviation. Step 2 to develop a model for preventing corruption in schools of opportunity expansion schools by synthesizing content. Analyze the data collected from the sample, draft a model and then check suitability through a group discussion of six experts. Step 3 to assess a model for preventing corruption in educational opportunity expansion schools. The sample consisted of 50 administrators and teachers acting as heads of the administration group. Data were analyzed by using basic statistics such as mean and standard deviation.
      The research result finds that:
      1. The state of preventing corruption in in educational opportunity expansion schools. The overall educational opportunities were at a high level. Participate in fraud prevention, raising awareness, anti-corruption values, and administrative processes in preventing corruption accordingly.
      2. Developing a model for preventing corruption in schools of opportunity expansion schools consists of three parts. 1) Introduction consisting of ideas, principles, and purposes. 2) Consisting of the main components of the corruption prevention model in educational opportunity expansion schools and operational guidelines in educational institutions. 3) Conditions for success.
      3. The results of the assessment of a model for preventing corruption in schools of opportunity expansion schools, found that the model was appropriate, possibility and usefulness at the highest level.

  • The Development of an Innovative Care System for Students in Accordance
           With the Buddhist Principle of Primary Schools in Chiang Mai Province

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current condition of student care and assistance in primary schools in Chiang Mai Province, 2) to develop an innovative system to support students according to Buddhist principles, and 3) to propose an innovative system to support students according to Buddhist principles, using mixed method research. A questionnaire was used, a sample of 302 people, data were analyzed by statistical means, percentage, and standard deviation. An innovation was developed by interviewing 10 key informants and conducting a group discussion of 10 experts, data were analyzed by content analysis.
      The results of the research found that:
      1. The present condition of working to take care of students in primary schools in Chiang Mai in all 5 aspects, overall were at a high level, sorted in descending order is knowing the students individually, student promotion and development, student screening, student referral, preventing helping and correcting students.
      2. The development of innovative student support system based on Buddhist principles for primary schools in Chiang Mai Province in all 5 aspects is knowing the students individually, student screening student promotion and development, preventing helping and correcting students, student referral Based on the four Brahma Vihara principles, teachers are compassionate, compassionate, Mutita, and Upekkha to students with individual student acquaintance activities, student screening activities, activities to promote and develop students, and preventive and remedial activities for students with a more quality student support system.
      3. Innovation of student care system by integrating the Brahma Vihara principles, Metta, Karuna, Mutita, Upekkha, linked to the ICARE Model, i.e. I (Innovation), C (Care), A (Action), R (Report), E (Evaluation), consists of activities to promote the development of innovative student care systems. The school’s advisors were able to solve problems effectively.

  • Long-Term Care Model for the Elderly with Dependency

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the conditions and problems of a long-term care model for the dependent elderly; 2) to develop a long-term care model for the dependent elderly; and 3) to assess a long-term care model for the dependent elderly. Using mixed research methods and Quantitative data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis.
      The results of the study found that:
      1. The conditions of a long-term care model for the dependent elderly were primarily met by family members. Local Administrative Organization had a role to play in administering the long-term care fund for the dependent elderly at the local level. The long-term care problems for the dependent elderly were totally at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, the most problematic aspect was the personnel in operations, followed by the policy and monitoring while the least problematic aspect was the family and community participation.
      2. The long-term care model for the dependent elderly was appropriate and consisted of 1) formulating long-term care policies for the dependent elderly at the provincial level, district level and local administrative. 2) The administration using the center for the Improvement of quality of Life for the elderly as a base under the academic support of health promoting hospital, community hospital or service unit. 3) There was analysis, synthesis, and care planning for the dependent elderly by integrating relevant and authorized agencies. 4) Encourage participation in families, communities, for sustainable care for the dependent elderly.
      3. The results of the evaluation of long-term care model for the elderly with dependency found that the model was appropriate. Overall, it was at the highest level. The most appropriate was the participation followed by the policy formulation, while the least appropriate aspect was the integration.

  • Factors Affecting the Achievement of Academic Work of Full-time Lecturers
           in Science and Technology Group, Mahasarakram University

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the current and desirable conditions, needs, and 2) factors affecting the achievement of academic work of full-time instructors in the Science and Technology Group, Mahasarakham University. The study was divided into 2 phases: The first phase studied the current and desirable conditions, including the necessities that affect the success of academic work. The sample group consisted of 126 full-time instructors. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire.
      The data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The second phase examined the factors affecting the success of academic work.
      The data was collected from 7 experts. The research instrument was an assessment form. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation.
      The result found that:
      1. The results of the study of the current and desirable condition, and the necessity of the factors affecting the achievement of academic work found that internal factors are the current condition of the factors affecting the success of academic work. The overall effect was at a moderate level and the overall desirable condition was at a high level. As for external factors, the present condition of the factors affecting the achievement of academic work was at a moderate level and the overall desirable condition was at a high level. In addition, the need for necessary factors affecting the success of academic work revealed that the internal factor of responsibility was the most needed, while the external factor for care and compensation showed the greatest need.
      2. The experts' evaluation on the factors affecting the success of academic work found that the most suitable internal factors were the appropriate monetary compensation and the recognition and praise by professional groups. As for the most appropriate external factors, the duties and responsibilities of the faculty should be appropriately defined.

  • A Model of Human Development with the Buddhist Ethics

      Abstract: The objectives of this research articles were: 1) to study human development; 2) to study human development according to Buddhist ethics; 3) to analyze human development model according to Buddhist ethics. This study was carried out by means of documentary research by collecting data from primary and secondary sources before the obtained data were interpreted by Descriptive Analysis according to the inductive method.
      The research results were as follows:
      1. Human development is to make human beings to live in the right way of life. Human beings have an animal nature that can be trained to develop themselves. Buddhism puts human beings as the center of development to enable human beings to live within the framework of moral ethics in every aspect.
      2. Buddhist ethics in human development is the standard of human behavior from the basic to the middle level, and to the high level, so that human beings can lead a virtuous life according to the ideals that human beings can achieve for perfect humanity.
      3. Human development model according to the Tisikkhā principles is the stage of full human development to develop human beings to become a complete human being in 3 areas. 1) Behavioral development (Adhisīlasikkhā) according to the Magga including Sammāvācā, Sammākammanta and Sammāājīva. This is a support that makes the person ready to build the foundation of the mind to have better quality. 2) Mental human development. (Adhicittasikkhā) according to the Magga that arises again: Sammāvāyāma, Sammāsati and Sammāsamādhi to make the practitioner's mind complete with virtue as the base of intellectual development; 3) Intellectual human development (Adhipaññāsikkhā) according to the Magga: Sammādiṭṭhi and Sammāsaṅkappa to make practitioners ready in wisdom that can live with stable and sustainable wisdom.

  • Strategy Development to Promote Tourism in a Second Tiercity at
           Chiangkhan, Loei Province

      Abstract:   This research is intended to 1) study current conditions, problems, and the wishes and need for the promotion of tourism in a second tier city at Chiangkhan, Loei Province. 2) develop strategies to promote tourism in a second tier city at Chiangkhan, Loei Province, and 3) implement the strategy for promoting tourism in a second tier city at Chiangkhan, Loei Province and evaluate the results of the implementation of the strategy. Participants of this research included entrepreneurial representatives, representatives of tourism agencies and tourists in Chiangkhan District. The research method which I utilized was the Participatory Action Research method (PAR). The research instruments used include in-depth interviews, group discussions, brainstorming meetings, and collaborative action.             The results revealed that: Current conditions in Chiangkhan divide tourism into 4 elements (4As): 1. Attractions, 2. Accessibility, 3. Amenities and 4. Ancillary Service. However, the city is currently facing difficulties with attracting tourists, making tourist attractions accessible, supplying the necessary amount of amenities, and keeping the service of tourist attractions up to standard. To combat this, I wish to improve the quality of the personnels and tourist activities, the management of accessibility to tourist attractions and amenities, and enhance the service of tourist attractions to be up to standard. Results of the development of the strategy to promote tourism in a second tier city at Chiangkhan, Loei Province consist of the vision "Chiang Khan, a world-class sustainable tourist city, an environmentally friendly city of good health and leisure with advanced agriculture and a priceless local culture", 5 strategies, 5 missions, 5 goals, 14 strategies, 101 projects and 105 indicators. Results of the implementation of the strategic development to promote tourism in a second tier city at Chiangkhan, Loei Province and the evaluation of the implementation of the strategy, which includes 7 projects, were satisfactory to the participants. The satisfaction assessment results for the event venue and duration of the event, the participants’ understanding of the contents discussed, the practical application of the knowledge gained during the event, and the participants’ ability pass on the knowledge that they gained to others were all ranked at the highest level.   • The NAVAKOVADA’s PrinciplesAs the Means of Living in the Disruption

      Vajirananavarorasa which recruited by 5 academic dignitaries was the main document. Qualitative Research Technique; documentary research method; was employed. Content analysis and triangulation were as data analysis technique and report by analytic description.
      The research results find that:
      1. 10 groups of the principle were found and all of them led to talk about the daily life’ behaviors, So the center of them was “Sa-ti”.
      2. “Bojjhaṅga”; by mean of the meaning in “Bojjhaṅga” principle; was shown as the mainly principle of these means because persons must have been aware of the fact sin these society and it will shown that: to be aware of their self, to be aware of their mind, to be aware of principle of their life and to be aware of their action. So; having and maneuvering; of “Sati - Sumpachunya” and “Hiri- Oottuppa”with Bojjhaṅga; were as mechanism of these Means in order to be aware of live or learn to live as; learn to know - learn to live- learn to flexible- learn to endurance; and ready or have ability to changes their life -with “Sati”. So; Their manipulation have based on the education which led by principle of Dhamma.

  • Local History Integrated Learning Management Model of Religion and
           Cultural Area along the Ratchadamnoen Avenue, Nakorn Si Thammarat Province

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were, 1) to study the present historical learning management model of Rachadamnoen Avenue in Nakhon Si Thammarat province, 2) to create local historical learning management model of Rachadamnoen Avenue, Nakhon Si Thammarat province that integrate with religion and culture subject. This research is qualitative research. The informants are 16-18 years old students and teachers who have experience in teaching history for more than two years. Scope of this research in term of space is 10 kilometer long of Rachadamnoen Avenue in Mueng district of Nakhon Si Thammarat, from Sala Meechai intersection (the beginning of the avenue) to the Forth Army Base (Wachirawut camp). To analyze qualitative data, series of questions for the interviews were used as a research tool.
      Research results are as follows:
      1. At present, learning management on the history of Nakhon Si Thammarat is not in the curriculum of school and subject areas. The only advise is that history of Nakhon Si Thammarat should be integrated into basic subjects and teachers should use various teaching methods such as lecture, area observation, instruction sheets and variety of media, and let students practice self-study and write a report back to their teachers.
      2. The right local historical learning management model that could integrate with religion and culture subject of the Rachadamnoen Avenue in Nakon Sri Thammarat is Mong Seup Yeun learning model. This model can be separated into 3 steps: Mong (to look) step by applying A: Autonomous Teacher process - the learning management inside and outside the classroom (real environment) through historical methods; Suep (to extend) step by applying C: conservative innovation - the learning management through round table focus group with the use of critical questions and Yuen (to sustain) step by applying C: Conservative innovation - the learning management through innovative process of conservation. The research results confirmed at the end that the Mong Seup Yeun learning model above should go through the ACC learning management process.

  • Creative Tourism Model Based on Cultural Capital Tai Dam Case Study Ban Na
           Pa Nard, Loei Province

      Abstract: This research was aimed to study the community context and spatial cultural capital to develop and evaluate the creative tourism model based on cultural capital toward a case study of Tai Dam of Ban Na Pa Nard, Loei Province. Mixed-method research methodology was implemented and the qualitative data was collected using focus group discussions through interviews and small group discussions. The quantitative data was collected with questionnaires to evaluate the appropriateness, and the data was analyzed by Content Analysis, Mean, and Standard deviation.
      The results revealed that:
      1. For the context of Ban Na Pa Nard community, the villagers are Tai Dam people who maintain their distinctive, hold on the belief about ancestors, and still have the same way of life which has been modified to fit well with today’s society. Their outstanding cultural capital included the traditions, rituals, beliefs, identity, and the way of life of Tai Dam people. The target group which are related to the Tai Dam community: (1) people living in Ban Na Pa Nad and are of Tai Dam descent and is related to tourism in Ban Na Pa Nad with a body of knowledge that can be transmitted in culture The life of the Tai Dam people Recognized by the villagers of paddy fields and experts involved in creative tourism.
      2. The creative tourism model was developed by beginning with considering the cultural capital according to the basic criteria that creative tourism activities need creative design based on 10 Criteria for developing creative tourism activities, applying the activities selected for tourists to try doing, and assessing the tourists’ satisfaction in order to take suggestions for the improvement.
      3. According to the appropriateness of the model evaluated by 9 qualified specialists, the overall appropriateness was at the highest level ( = 4.53). The implementation of creative tourism activities designed for tourists to do / tourist satisfaction was evaluated the highest, and at the most appropriate ( = 4.67), followed by consideration of cultural capital based on prerequisite criteria / design of cultural capital-based creative tourism activities, as the second highest, which was the most appropriate ( = 4.60), and the appropriateness of cultural capital search, the third highest, which was the most appropriate ( = 4.22).

  • Approaches to Enhancing Social Innovation in Small Secondary School

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were: 1) study the factors affecting social innovation in small secondary schools, 2) examine the consistency of A Structure Equation Model of Factors Affecting Social Innovation in Small Secondary Schools. Direct, indirect, and total influence, 3) study the approaches to enhancing Social Innovation in Small Secondary Schools. The research has been mixed method approach. Research methodology starting from Quantitative research 20 as much as the sample from the hypothetical model was used. Therefore, the sample was 240 small secondary schools. The informants for each school were administrators and teachers. A total of 480 respondents were included by multistage randomization. The instrument used was a questionnaire with Index of Consistency (IOC) is between 0.67-1.00 reliability value of 0.96 (Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient), a semi-structured interview. And an in-depth interview Data were analyzed using the Mplus statistical program, descriptive statistics, and reference statistics. Followed by qualitative research using a sample of 3 small secondary schools with outstanding social innovations by selective selection. Key informants consisted of administrators, teachers, and school committees. Data were collected by studying school information and interviewing informants. Data collection tools are document study form Record form and in-depth interview form Analyze the data by content analysis.
      The results showed that:
      1. The Confirmatory Factors of Social Innovation in Small Secondary Schools by the research showed a goodness-of-fit with statistical data as follows: x2 = 112.852, Df = 91, P-Value = 0.0601, RMSEA = 0.014, SRMR = 0.014, CFI = 0.999, TLI = 0.998.
      2. Approaches to enhancing Social Innovation in Small Secondary Schools found that: Promotion of educational institutions to have concrete products that are innovative. Promote operations in accordance with the needs of society Use the school as a base to drive innovation to society. And promoting educational institutions to use community areas as a base to improve the quality of education of students. The results of the assessment of accuracy, suitability, feasibility, and usefulness. Overall, it's at the highest level.

  • The Model of Educational Administration According to the Buddhist
           Principles of Integration in the Situation Education Outbreaks of Covid-19
           under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the condition of education administration in the situation of the COVID-19 outbreak, 2) to develop a model of
      educational administration according to Buddhist integrated principles, and 3) to propose a model of educational administration according to Buddhist integrated principles in the situation of the COVID-19 outbreak. It was a mixed-method research, comprising a quantitative research using a sample of 361 people, statistics using percentage, mean, standard deviation. As for the qualitative research, interviews were conducted with 10 qualified persons and group discussions of 10 persons were used, analyze data by content analysis.
      The results of the research found that:
      1. Administrators and teachers are of the opinion that the current state of education administration in the situation of the COVID-19 outbreak In terms of safety from reducing the spread of germs at the highest level, followed by financial management, policy, coverage of disadvantaged children, learning, and welfare and protection, respectively.
      2. Develop a model from interviews with administrators and teachers, and a group discussion of experts has a model of education administration according to Buddhist integrated principles in the situation of the Covid-19 outbreak.
      3. Propose a model of education administration based on Buddhist integrated principles in the situation of the COVID-19 outbreak.       The research results were as follows:
      1. Politics in Theravada Buddhist philosophy is the organization of country affairs by any authority to achieve the goal, namely the interests of the people. It is to take care of human beings to live together in a fair and orderly manner whether the country is good and calm or not. It depends on human beings who are virtuous and give importance as an individual in society rather than a system of government or a state.
      2. Politics in Plato's Philosophy is to bring justice to all and give importance to the system or society because man is a social animal, so that human beings cannot live alone. Plato predominantly considered the best state on its justice and to be governed by a sage king by introducing the concept of the republic, which is a desirable ideal society, characterized as a state or community that has a life of dependence on people in society.
      3. Politics in Theravada Buddhist Philosophy and Plato's philosophy both emphasize on the development of human potential and qualities that show the importance of parenting. The need to have good rulers who are responsible for creating benefits and peace of the people is that the rulers must have Dhammas or morals. The Theravada Buddhist philosophy focuses on the individual who uses the Dhamma principles in self-government and society. Plato's philosophy, on the other hand, focuses on an educational system that enables the selection and production of people who are physically, intellectually, and morally qualified.

The samples used in the research were 450 undergraduate students in the second year of University of Phayao who enrolled in general education, semester 1, academic year 2020, as followed by a classified sample. Research tools are learning skills assessment and innovation. Analyze data using narrative statistics, reference summary statistics, and content analysis.
      The results showed:
      1. The model of teaching activities using design thinking processes in general education is at the highest level (M = 4.69, S.D. = 0.47).
      2. The results of a comparison of average scores, learning skills and innovation from student self-assessment showed that the average score after activity was statistically significantly higher than before the activity at .05.

      Abstract: The purpose of this research is to study the role of monks in environmental management of the community in Khon Kaen city. By using a qualitative approach to collect the important data from 13 respondents, this study conducts an in-depth interview and with and without participatory observation.
      The results reveal that: monks play a key role in being a leader to set up a system and policy about the community environmental management. Particularly, monks are the ones who take the problem seriously and lead the villagers to act earnestly, and this widely spreads to the communityat the household level. The role of educating the environment through the Buddhist principles to enhance knowledge and understanding of the villagers towards the problem and treat it at their own house, the community environmental management needs to promote and encourage monks and villagers to work and develop a space together. Specifically, the central space should be open for temples, villages, monks, and villagers to exchange, talk, and discuss frankly, and find a solution to address an environmental problem together.

The samples consisted of 30 students in the Teacher Professional Certificate Program in the course of ED31203 ‘Foreign Languages and Cultures’. The research instruments consisted of the learning activity management plan, an advanced competency assessment form and a satisfaction assessment form. The obtained data were analyzed using the mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), while the quality results were interpreted according to defined criteria.
      The research results were as follows:
      1. The development of the students’ advanced competency in composing songs, Mo Lam singing, and Phayha poem writing using the cooperative learning with STAD technique and multimedia in overall could pass the efficiency criterion at the high level ( = 4.44, S.D. = 0.49), and met the setting criterion.
      2. The students’ satisfaction towards composing songs, Mo Lam singing, and Phayha poem writing using the cooperative learning with STAD technique and multimedia in overall could pass the efficiency criterion at the high level ( = 4.43, S.D. = 0.44), and met the setting criterion.

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were: 1) Study the elements of Disruptive Leadership of school administrators. 2) Examine the Disruptive Leadership model for school administrators. A Mixed-Methods Research design sequential explanatory design. The sample group in this research was administrators and teachers, Office of the Basic Education Commission. By setting the parameters 20:1 for 660 people. The tool used is Semi-structured Interview and a 5-level estimation scale by tool quality. The Alpha coefficient was analyzed using Cronbach's method. From the survey results, the overall questionnaire confidence was 0.975.
      Found that:
      1. Element weight value Disruptive Leadership the elements have values ranging from 0.929-0.997. The elements with the highest factor loading elements are Persistent. Factor Loading the least, including Lifelong Learning has the weight of the elements in the figure Factor Loading equals 0.929.
      2. Education at the Disruptive Leadership level of school administrators Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, it was found that the overall level was
      at a high level ( = 4.63, S.D. = 0.49). The aspect with the highest mean was Persistent ( = 4.7, S.D. = 0.46). The side with the lowest mean is Creativity ( = 4.55, S.D. = 0.51).

  • A Study of Online Instructor ‘Characteristics, Online Learning

      Abstract: This study aims to investigate desirable characteristics of online instructors, learning styles and online learning engagement of pre-service teachers and to compare their online learning engagement with the characteristics of online instructors which are preferable in their opinions. In this survey study, the samples were 242 undergraduate pre-service teachers at the University of Phayao. The data was collected using a questionnaire to survey pre-service teachers’ opinions on expected characteristics of online instructors and their online learning engagement
      The results of this research were:
      1. The pre-service teachers preferred online instructors who served as facilitators (M = 3.971, S.D. = .370).
      2. Regarding their learning styles, they learned through reading and writing (R). (n = 69).
      3. The pre-service teachers’ highest level of online engagement was in their commitment to learning (M = 4.194, S.D. = .636).
      4. The overall of pre-service teachers with different backgrounds were not different in online instructors’ characteristics and online learning engagement. However, when considering each component, it was found that the pre-service teachers with different backgrounds had a different average level of online instructors’ characteristics in the third component: facilitator. Moreover, pre-service teachers with different backgrounds were different in the third element of engagement: commitment to study.

Thai language skill practice activity series to promote critical reading ability and a critical reading achievement test. The statistics used to the analyze data were percentage (%), mean (), standard deviation (S.D.) and t-test.
      The research results find that:
      1. The effectiveness of promoting critical reading abilities of Grade 6 students was 83.00/81.11 higher than the standard 80/80
      2. The critical reading achievement of Grade 6 students at used a Thai language skill practice activity series to promote critical reading ability have the post-test were higher than pre-test score were statistically significant at the .05 level.

  • The Effect of Personality Trait and Brand Personality on Political Trust
           and Voting of Generation X, Y and Z in Bangkok, Thailand

      Abstract: The objective of this research is to study the elements of the effect of personality trait and brand personality on political trust and voting trend of the new voters. The researcher designed the multiple scales of a questionnaire for collecting 599 voters in Bangkok, during 2022, March-April, before the election of governor of Bangkok. The
      statistical analysis are exploratory factor analysis, coefficient correlation and Stepwise multi regression analysis.
      The research results revealed that: 1) Personality trait consisted of five elements such as openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness and neuroticism. 2) Brand personality consisted of five elements such as sincerity, excitement, competency, sophisticated and ruggedness. 3) Personality trait and brand personality of the politician influenced and predicted simultaneously significant at R2 = .32, .33, respectively. Besides, these two concepts also impacted significantly voting at 45.8%, no vote 25.0% and no decide to vote 29.2%.

It is a quantitative research.The population were primary school students in the second semester of the 2018 academic year, primary schools under the Pathum Thani Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample were Grade 1 students at Wat Song Phi Nong School 30 people by selective purposive sampling. Research tools were teaching series to enhance spelling skills with an active learning process for primary school students include a learning management plan for learning Thai language, teaching management media Exercises to improve spelling skills, an achievement test before and after using a teaching package to enhance spelling skills with an active learning process. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation t-test.
      The research results found that:
      1. The learning package enhances spelling skills with an active learning process. For grade 1 students, the efficiency was 81.80/87.33.
      2. The academic achievement after school was higher than before. Statistically significant at the .05 level.
      3. The Effectiveness Index (E.I) from the learning with the reinforcement learning package spelling matters with an active learning process. For primary school students, the value was 0.6611 or 66.11 percent.

      Abstract: The objectives of the research were: 1) to study the level of application of Buddhist principles in the sufficiency economy philosophy in Na Udom villages, Nikhom Huai Phueng Subdistrict, Huai Phueng District, Kalasin Province, 2) to compare the application of Buddhist principles in the philosophy of sufficiency economy with Na Udom villages classified by personal factors. This was quantitative research. The population consisted of 376 Na Udom villagers. The samples were obtained using the Taro Yamane formula. The samples were 194 people. The instruments used in the research were questionnaires, data analyzed using the SPSS program, the statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent sample t-test, and one-way analysis of variance: ANOVA.
      The results showed that:
      1. Applying Buddhist principles in the sufficiency economy philosophy to Na Udom Village Overall, it was at the highest level ( = 4.38, S.D. = 0.35) and in each aspect in descending order as follows: lifestyle, Dharma practice, Buddhist culture, and traditional beliefs, traditions, and rituals, respectively.
      2. The results of the comparison of opinion levels in living according to the sufficiency economy philosophy with different status in terms of sex education levels, age and occupation were found to differ significantly at .05 level. As for the average monthly income was found that there was no statistically significant difference at the .05 level.

      Abstract: This quantitative study was conducted to investing: 1) work engagement and social partner support for smog problem solving and preventing in Chiang Mai province and 2) factors having a relationship with work engagement and social partner support for smog problem solving and preventing in Chiang Mai province. The sample group consisted of 257 who were knowledgeable about smog and local administrative organization in Chiang Mai province. In the other words, they were representatives of civil society as well as public and private sectors obtained by purposive sampling. A set of questionnaires was used for data collection and analyzed by using multiple regression.
      Results of the study revealed that:
      1. The respondents had a high level of work engagement and social partner support for smog problem solving and preventing ( = 2.62). This was in terms of the following: 1) enthusiasm in smog problem solving and preventing ( = 2.69); 2) dedication to work on smog problem solving and preventing ( = 2.67); and 3) attention in smog problem solving and preventing, respectively.
      2. Psychological factors had a relationship with work engagement and social partner of the respondents which included 4 variables: 1) motivation to join the social partner group; 2) attitude towards social partner operation; 3) knowledge about smog; and 4) learning experience 0.413, 0.233, 0.128, and 0.012, respectively.

      Abstract: The purpose of this qualitative research was to 1) study the development guidelines for Boy scouting activities, 2) to develop Boy scouting activity guidelines and 3) propose Boy scouting activity development guidelines of Wat Nakorn Nuang Ket School (Sriphijit). The key informants included 3 groups, namely the administrators, teachers, and boy Scouts, totaling 40 people under the concept of Boy Scouting Activities Development, comprising Curriculum, Boy Scout Activities Management, Personnel, and Teaching and Learning. The data was therefore collected through in-depth interviews and summarized for analysis.
      The results revealed that:
      1. From the study of guidelines for the development of excellent Boy scouting activities of the administrators of Wat Nakorn Nuang Ket School (Sriphijit) that have contributed to the school’s achievement include organizing activities in accordance with the curriculum of the Boy Scouts, having clear management and planning of Boy scouting activities, as well as developing teaching and learning materials to be suitable for learners and appropriate for their age to strengthen good citizenship.
      2. The guidelines for developing Boy Scout activities in Wat Nakorn Nuang Ket School (Sriphijit). The Quality Management Cycle (PDCA) should be applied in management and innovation, budget allocation control, integration of morality, ethics, and volunteering for Boy Scouts; encouraging personnel to achieve higher Boy Scout qualifications as well as encouraging them to become speakers to spread knowledge of Scouting through teaching and documentation.
      3. Guidelines for carrying out Boy scout activities. It may be concluded that all parties should be involved in curriculum development, management should be clearly defined, and parents should be allowed to participate in the activities. Among these are encouraging more personnel to obtain Boy Scouting qualifications and promoting volunteer activities that include the applications of innovation and technology. Therefore, such guidelines can successfully develop the Boy scouting activities of the administrators of Wat Nakorn NuangKet School (Sriphijit).

Ministry of Interior as of December 31, 2018 from 4 provinces in the lower Northern provinces, including Nakhon Sawan, Phichit, Kamphaeng Phet and Uthai Thani, totaling 2,199,250 people by random sampling. The research tools were questionnaires, qualitative research. It's an in-depth interview. With key informants that were specifically selected as qualified 18 experts person.Data were analyzed from questionnaires using a social science research package using statistics. Statistics used in data analysis Contains descriptive statistics.
      Findings were as follows: Opinions on People's Political Participation in the General Election of the Lower Northern Provinces The overall results of the analysis of opinions on political participation of the people in the general elections in the lower Northern provinces were of a high average. When considering each aspect, it was found that participation in the form of elections was followed by participation in the form of political parties.

      Abstract: Mathematical representation is one of the most important skills for supporting students’ Mathematics learning achievements. The objectives of this paper are to present the practical definition of representation and to suggest REPRESENTATION Model derived from reviewing relevant literature and from employing Content Analysis.
      REPRESENTATION Model is a creation of 14 new educational terms derived from an analysis of Mathematical Representation forms which discovered by Bruner, Lesh, Goldin and Miura accompanied with psychological theories, learning theories, nature of mathematics, all-inclusive mathematics class components such as teacher and students, and all elements relationships which are used to create REPRESENTATION Model in order to be a guideline for mathematics teachers to design their lesson plans and to manage their mathematics instructions. As a result, the teachers could engage students’ participations and develop mutual communication in their classrooms. Consequently, students in the class could learn meaningful mathematics lessons. Moreover, they could perceive mathematical knowledge and mathematical processes to solve further mathematical problems effectively.
