- A LINGUISTIC STUDY OF AL-MAJIDI'S INTERPRETATION OF ALLAMA
ABDUL-MAJID DARYABADI
Authors: Dr. Hafiz Muhmmad Ibrar Ullah, Dr. Ruqayyah Akhter, Rashida Fatima
Abstract: Imam Al-Majidi is one of the prominent Muslims and the greatest scholars of Islam, and for the sake of the interpreters. He was considered a man of thought and an advocate for Islam, and he had a good and prominent role in developing and explaining the Holy Qur’an in the subcontinent, and he discovered for those who came after him new horizons for Quranic research and studies. Al-Majidi was the first who translate it into the Urdu language and used Arabic terms and benefited from the interpretations of Arabic, linguistic books, and the Sihah al-Sittah. He used terms in the Persian language, especially in poems, and proverbs. There is no doubt that these works in the service of the Noble Qur’an, its interpretation, and its origins are among the exploits of Imam Al-Dahlawy that history mentions for eternity. However, no studies or research define the efforts of this venerable Imam and great knowledge in this blessed field, which calls for wonder and regret. Therefore, it seemed to the researcher to address in this research the definition and study of the efforts of this imam in this field in a nutshell. The second relates to defining and studying his linguistics. This is because he did not write it for this purpose but composed it to build the rules of the language, and the issues of interpretation were contained within his grammatical and morphological sections, Grammatical and morphological efforts in the service of the Noble Qur’an.

- THE ROLE OF THE REASON FOR THE ARRIVAL OF THE HADITH IN DEDUCING LEGAL
RULINGS: AN ANALYTICAL STUDY
Authors: Syed Nour
Abstract: It is well known that the holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad (SAAW) are foundations of Islamic legislation and community building. Muslims have resorted to these (Quran and Sunnah) since the beginning of Islam to the present day. The Sunnah of the Prophet is either clarified, confirmed, or explanatory of the Holy Qur’an. So, paying attention to the Sunnah of the Prophet (SAAW) is paying attention to the holy Qur’an and preserving the Sunnah is preserving the holy Qur’an. Therefore, considering the importance of the Sunnah of the Prophet, to study and know the science of “sabab wurud al-hadith” is one of the most important and noble sciences of hadith. Hence, considering the important role of Sunnah the scholars of the Salaf paid great attention to “Sadab wurud al-hadith”. This research attempts to address what the “sabab wurud al-hadith” is, what its divisions are, what the benefits of knowing it are, especially what the role of it in deducing legal rulings in Islamic legal system. This research adopted analytical method in its attempt to answer the questions. One of the most important findings of the research is that, considering the large number of works in the hadiths of the Prophet, the collection and classification in case of the “sabab wurud” still need new additions. The “sabab wurud al-hadith” should be attended not only in one style, but also in many styles.

- Reasons for Apostasy of New Muslim People in Pakistani Society (Research
and Critical Review)
Authors: Dr. Qutab Nisar
Abstract: The areas where Muslims are in majority in Pakistan, no new-Muslim should face any kind of problem and difficulty. They should be treated in such a way that other non-Muslims feel attracted towards Islam. But our society creates such problems for them as they did not face even as a non-Muslim. Perplexed with these problems, they develop thinking about reverting to their previous religion. The basic cause of all these problems is the society based on Hinduism which comprises materialism and caste system. Until and unless this system is rooted out, new Muslims will have to face them. These problems are the biggest hindrance in the way of preaching and proselytizing which do not allow non-Muslims to embrace Islam. Therefore, it is essential to remove these problems and establish our society on Islamic foundations and aware people about Islamic teachings. In addition to this, the government should also announce special incentives for the new-Muslims because the credit for increasing the number of followers of Islam day by day goes to them.

- Drastic Effects of Western Family Life on Pakistani Family System and Its
Solution in Qur’anic Perspective
Authors: Dr. Bibi Alia; Dr. Shams Ul Hussain Zaheer , Dr. Zuha Qaisar
Abstract: Human beings are naturally social specie. They depend on each other, in day to day life. Such may be material necessities or simple moral support. Nevertheless, there is nothing stronger than family bound. Islam signifies the importance of family. Family is the foundation of human society. Islam believes families, to be at the heart of Muslim community. Allah created family life to keep society together. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) married and remained in family system. Islam believes in collective life, which is not possible without family system. No one can deny that western world is strongly in clutches of premarital sex at is the early age of puberty, cohabitation in name of relationship, illegitimacy on kids, divorce is no more considered as bad, same sex marriage, encouraging old age homes and parent’s loss control of kids once get major. Kids are no more under the supervision of fatherhood. Families give stability, security, cooperation, love and support for each member of family, however, west has lost such values. Islam promotes to follow the commands of Almighty Allah, within the limits so prescribed. In contrary, no such limits for non-Muslims, hence, in the west, the citizen has the choice to lead life as per his/her ambition. It is not a secret that the British remained in subcontinent for a substantial period of time. They also introduced their cultural values including family life. It should not be out of sight that the cultural values and other traditions in respect of family life, has not vanished after their departure from the subcontinent. Another aspect in the issue is that due to the phenomena of globalization, the cultural amalgamation of the western life in our society has been very easy. We are living in the modern era, where the world has become global village. The distance of the world is no more than a click. Excess to modern technology has made the contact so easy that one can access any one in other corner of the world in seconds. Such contacts have made the amalgamation of the world culture. Joint family system has been the trademark of our society, however due to the introduction of Western family life through various moods, has changed that to individuality. It is also noticed that the drastic impacts of Western family life, also resulted in the increase of rate divorce in our society. Even, the homemade food has now been converted into the hoteling. It has not been a very far story, that when guest used to visit families in our society, there used to be proper arrangements before their arrivals, however these days due to the western Civilization introduction, converted on to home delivery services. The important question in the context is how to cope with the situation, to avoid negative impacts of Western family life and Civilization in our society. We being Muslims are governed by the Holy Quran and the life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Every aspect of life including family life is being prescribed, guided with details by Holy Quran and the Holy prophet (PBUH). We have no other alternative to avoid the negative impacts of the Western family life, but to adopt the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). We have to adopt the values that govern the life of a Muslim that being as husband, wife, father, son, daughter or any other member of the family. We have to make the youth to understand that the glory of this world and hereafter, go to follow the teachings of Islam. The social media, electronic and print media have to be scrutinized in such a way, so that to avoid its negative impacts on the youth. Serious measures are to be adopted to protect family values from the negative impacts of western culture.

"MAFHOOM-UL-QUR'AN” A CRITICAL & ANALYTICAL STUDY
Authors: Abdul Rasheed, Dr. Muhammad Umar Farooq, NUML; Islamabad Campus
Abstract: In the Indian subcontinent we have found different approaches towards interpreting the Holy Qur’an. The well-known approaches to Urdu exegesis are three, the traditional approach, the literal approach, and the approach between tradition and rational. Those who selected the rational approach in their interpretations are strict with the Holy Qur'an. They interpreted the verses of the Qur'an with other verses and do not explain the verses of the Qur'an with the hadiths of the Prophet (P.B.U.H). Moreover, they also do not rely on the hadiths of the Messenger, to explain a verse, became known among us as the "Literalists," (Qura'nistis) group. They have well-known exegesis of the Holy Qur’an and presented their interpretations like the general commentators with introductions. One of the most important is that they have discussed in the “introduction” of their interpretation about the principles, methodologies of their interpretation as well. Whosoever, would like to deeply understand about their Tasfeer and approaches, can easily know from their “introduction”. The study of their “introduction” can lead to understanding of their principles used in an interpretation of the Holy Qur’an, methodologies, exegetical origins, and other ideas and opinions. “Tafseer Mafhoom Ul Quran” written by Chudhri Ghulam Ahmad Parviz, is amongst the third group. In his Tafseer, he has written its “introduction”, from where we can easily access to his thoughts, ideas. Therefore, we have studied on his “Introduction” in this article using the analytical and critical approach for understating of his views and thoughts of the Holy Qur’an.

IT
Authors: Amjad Ali, Zahid Shahid, Dr. Bibi Alia
Abstract: The Arabic language is considered one of the bonds that unite the Muslim community, and the connection between Islam and Arabic, is one of the most wonderful miracles of Islam. Islam has taken the language out of its narrow scope by making it a tool of thought, spirit and religion which paved the way for other people to join under the banner of Islam. Learn Arabic and create civilization, because Civilization only came through language and civilization in a kind of brief definition is a language, so the Arabic language has been able to bring together peoples of different races to manufacture a civilization advancement that the world has lived for a long period of time, and it is noted for the association of Islam and Muslims with the Arabic language, we find that the prosperous era of Islamic civilization in which Muslims connected with the Arabic language, and when it was established National and sectarian strife and Muslims abandoning the Arabic language was an indication of Muslims abandoning civilization leadership. The Classical Arabic language today faces serious challenges that are about to befall it, and it needs to help it withstand the challenges, and the hope was pinned on the various media; to play most of this role; The mass media - such as television, radio, satellite channels, the press and other important means of culture and education- they can play a role unparalleled in serving the Arabic language, spreading it among people, attractive it to them, and redressing it, from the tyranny of colloquialisms, and their infiltration into every activity. One of the activities of our Arab life; these devices have entered every home, and their seduction and lure have settled all souls and hearts, and have become a means of destruction and sabotage. Arab media have begun to openly promote colloquialisms (slang language) increasing their arrogance, and most of the programs presented on satellite channels are presented in the colloquial language instead of original/ root language. The matter went beyond dramas, serials, and films, and included some cultural and educational programs, political commentaries, and even news bulletins on some satellite channels. This abstract is containing to challenges for Classical Arabic language and the role of media in it.

- A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF WOMEN’S RIGHTS IN ISLAMIC AND WESTERN LAWS IN
TERMS OF HUDOOD AND TAAZIRAT
Authors: Rabia, Abdul Rasheed
Abstract: War is recurrent factor of history that has not only affected the international orders and balance of power, but also impacted the society as general and women as particular. Women have been tortured during domestic and international conflicts. The women’s right violations and human casualties led nations to come up with some legal framework to mitigate and eliminate women suffering during conflicts and crises. The study focuses to draw a research review between Islamic Criminal Laws and Western International Criminal Laws focusing on women’s right. Islamic Criminal Laws has enunciated authentic principles regarding women rights; they cannot be killed during war and should be protected and respected as per their status if they are even Prisoner of War. Along with this, West has developed a lot of legal frameworks and Universal declarations regarding women’s rights in International Criminal Laws. Since the number of women who participated in war was insignificant until the outbreak of World War I, the need for special protection for them was not felt prior to that time. International Humanitarian Laws awarded them some general legal protection as men. If they wounded, women were protected by the provision of the 1864 Geneva Conventions. If women become prisoner of war, they benefited from the regulations of Hague Convention 1899 and 1907 on the Laws and Customs of War on Land. Similarly, under International treaties government are binded by legal obligation of Convention on the Elimination of all form of Discrimination against Women. This convention binds its member states to provide socio-economic and political rights to women and protect them against any discrimination and violence.

- THE CONCEPT OF RESPECT FOR HUMANITY AND RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE IN ISLAM AND
OTHER SELECTED RELIGIONS (COMPARATIVE AND CRITICAL REVIEW)
Authors: Dr Hafiz Muhammad Sani, Mufti Bakht Shaid
Abstract:
Respect for humanity is the source of peace and tranquility in society because man has the basic position in this universe. The greatest need in today's world is that peace and order should be established in the world and the society should be peaceful. The only way to this is to respect humanity and give every human being their basic rights. For this purpose, this article examines the teachings of various religions and the attitudes of their followers regarding human respect. Before Islam, the concept of human sanctity was lost in Arab society. And the victorious force inflicted various atrocities on the people. The extremism of the Jews was such that they did not hesitate to kill the Prophets. Before Islam, Jews burned many Christians of Najran. In 453, Christians confiscated the property of non-Christians, and executed them by crucifixion, burning alive, or putting them to the beasts. The religious teachings of Hinduism call for harsh treatment of one's opponents to the point of burning them alive. Islam has declared human life, property, honor and dignity as respectable and ordered to give all human beings their basic rights. And in this regard, no distinction has been made between nation and religion.

Authors: Dr. Naveed Altaf Khan, Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Zaheer, Dr. Abdul Qadir
Abstract: Just as Allah is the Sustainer of all the worlds, the Holy Quran is the remembrance for the worlds, so His Beloved Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) is the mercy for the worlds, The Holy Qur'an is the path of guidance and the biography of the Prophet is sustenance and viaticum of that journey. - THE ROLE OF PROPHETIC LETTERS IN CALLING TO RELIGION AND SPREADING ISLAM
Authors: Ama Tul Latif, Dr Gulzar Ali, Dr. Noorul Haqq
Abstract: The call to religion and the publication of Islam has an important and unique position in all heavenly and non-heavenly religions, which is the characteristic and attribute of other religions that could not remain stable among the People of the Book. The religion, the religion of Islam and its eternal and eternal code of life, was sent as an emissary, and after the Prophethood, the Prophet (ﷺ) sent to various emperors and kings of the world by writing books, writings and letters to various companions of the Prophet regarding the invitation to religion and the propagation of Islam. It is a bright chapter in Islamic history regarding the call to religion and the spread of Islam. In the present era, the chain is still established and permanent. It is a regular link of the same chain and after you, peace be upon him, this chain will remain permanent and permanent. Even in the secret of the world, we see the preaching of the religion and the propagation of Islam, thus this responsibility has been made mandatory for the people who will come to doomsday. For the sake of spreading the religion of Islam, Allah Almighty sent about two hundred thousand Prophets (peace be upon them) to the world. It was to make them know Allah Almighty and to take them out of the deep darkness of misguidance and misguidance. The existence of the world is owed to the divine religion. As long as the religion of Allah Almighty remains in the world, this system of the world will continue and when there are no believers of Allah in the world, the world will be destroyed.

- RIGHTS OF NON-MUSLIMS IN A SHARIA AND ITS APPLICATION IN PAKISTAN
Authors: Dr.Hafiz Muhammad Ishaq, Muhammad Aman ullah
Abstract:
Islam has come as a mercy for all mankind. Islam has set rules for each class. While Islam has ordered the establishment of an Islamic state, Islam has also ordered the state to protect its citizens and provide them with facilities. In terms of religion, there are two types of citizens of an Islamic state. They will either be Muslims or non-Muslims. In the Islamic state, the rights and duties of both classes are determined. Islam has clearly ordered the protection of non-Muslim citizens. While Islam has ordered non-Muslims to pay jizya for the protection of their lives, for this purpose it is the responsibility of the state that the all economic, social and religious rights will be protected .in the light of Islamic laws, it is known that both Muslims and non-Muslims are equal in the sanctity of humanity. In Sharia laws, the blood of a non-Muslim is equal to the blood of a Muslim. Where non-Muslims have been given religious freedom, they have also been given the right to live their private lives freely. Joking with non-Muslims is also prohibited. An important and attention-seeking issue is that the minorities in Pakistan do not have religious freedom and the minorities are oppressed. The Pakistani government is unable to fulfill their rights due to public fear and intimidation. In this article, the challenges and solutions to the problems faced by non-Muslims will be presented with reference to contemporary times in the light of Sharia and Pakistani laws.

- SURVEY, RESEARCH AND CRITICISM OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ISLAMIC LAWS IN
ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN
Authors: Muhammad Aijaz, Dr. Abubakar Balouch, Prof. Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Balouch
Abstract: Allah Almighty has created the heavens and the earth with truth. The system established by Allah Almighty is a purposeful and wise system. There is a difference between good and evil in morals and good and evil in deeds. It demands that the oppressors be punished for their oppression and that the oppressed be treated fairs For full justice and full retribution, after this world, the court of Allah Almighty will be established in the other world and everyone will be fully rewarded for his deeds.“But even in this world, the law of retribution and punishment has been laid down to maintain the system of this world. And the aim of Islam is to establish a system of collective justice which, as a balanced combination of human freedom, brotherhood and equality, becomes a comprehensive and perfect manifestation of the mercy and Lordship of its Creator and Lord. Therefore, Islam has enacted the law of retribution and punishment in the world with the belief in the reward and punishment of the Hereafter, so that a balanced system of justice and fairness can be maintained in the world as well.” Penalties for crimes under this system are proposed on the grounds that the Islamic State will deal with all incentives for crime, and if anyone breaks the law after that, it means that he is corrupt. Islamic criminal law cannot be called immoral or inhumane in any way because Islam wants to eradicate the root of crime and it also imposes punishment through government and state when crime and itsAll avenues of persuasion should be closed. Although Islamic laws are reasonable in their place, their implementation is for a purely Islamic society. The greatest sign of Islamic tolerance is that it has sealed human equality by making piety and abstinence the only criterion of honor and dignity.

- THE CONCEPT OF GOOD AND EVIL AND VIEW POINT OF ISLAM
Authors: Muswar Sikandar Makol, Khalida Siddique, Hasin Bano
Abstract: The concept of ‘Good and evil’ has remained solvable notion since inception of human intellect. Every individual uses terms i.e. good and evil, deeds and misdeeds and virtue and vice etc. in daily life. He depicts his deeds and manners on the part of ethics and criticizes characters of others, charging them with spectrum of good and evil. We experience in day life, if two persons fight with each other. Each one tries to prove true himself and charging others to be wrong with help of arguments. The same trend is common among life of nations. When differences exceed the limit, different principles, rules and regulations are cited as an aid for distinguishing between truthfulness and falsehood, and convict either of good or evil. Usually it has been perceived that the philosophers disbanded fundamental beliefs. It is a reality because free thinking philosophers criticized religions in all facets. Sometimes they have laid strong basis for religious beliefs. Furthermore, they strengthened religious beliefs. Among all, the Muslim philosophers were adept in the fields philosophy and religion. They laid philosophy dependent on religion. The concept of ‘good and evil’ has always remained solvable notion. But in spite of the situation is that human thoughts could neither fixate nor solved it. Allah has allowed using intellect and meditation. In present era, evil is presented with fascination as if it looks true and very difficult to differentiate between good and evil, although to judge the difference between them, human being should know how with the cursory look into the reality of good and evil with clarity. This way we may get rid of evil. This concept is common in our daily life therefore the adoption of good, we can get rid of evil; this thought belongs to our everyday life so is important knowing about good and evil.

- A CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF ORIENTALISTS' FRUITLESS EFFORTS TO CRITICIZE
THE HOLY PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SAW)
Authors: Dr. Nisar Akhtar, Dr. Noor Wali Shah, Waqar Ahmad
Abstract: It is an established fact that Christians and Jews have never resisted an opportunity to oppose Islam, its followers, its mission and human resources. Ever since the inception of Islam, the non-believers; especially the West, have been with their daggers drawn at the progress of Islam. A span millennium has been the witness that Islam and the West were thought to be antagonists. Therefore, the anti-Islamic forces, especially the West, have not left any stone unturned to hinder the spread of Islam, and to accomplish their target they left no opportunity to go waste to molest Islam and above all to defame the personality of the holy Prophet Muhammad SAW. One of the causes that the Prophet Muhammad SAW remained the center of conspiracies by Christians and Jews was that he was a descendant from Bani Ismail, whereas, both the Christians and Jews were convinced that Prophet Hood be from Bani Israel. Thus racial prejudice played its role behind the scene. That's why, the Jews and other Orientalists have always tried to pick up points in the perfect personality of Prophet Muhammad SAW. For this purpose, they start studying Islamic teachings and the life of Prophet Muhammad SAW very minutely. They established such institutions on purpose that were de dictated to strengthen orientalism. The very purpose of molesting the perfect personality of Prophet Muhammad SAW was that if the very basis of Islam i.e. the personality of Prophet Muhammad SAW becomes controversial, the whole religion shall automatically become vulnerable to their conspiracies. However, their efforts have always ended in the smoke. This article recalls some of the well-known objections on the personality of Prophet Muhammad SAW by the Orientals and they have been addressed in the light of Quran. Hadith besides rationale.

- A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE THEORIES OF SOME SELECTED NON-MUSLIM THINKERS
ABOUT THE RIGHT OF PROPERTY OF WOMAN: IN LIGHT OF QURAN & SUNNAH
Authors: Dr. Shams ul Hussain Zaheer, Dr. Bibi Alia, Sajida Faraz
Abstract: Form the day first after landing down of Adam and Eve on the earth; the human life depended upon the two basic pillars; man and woman, but later on, the concepts of people regarding woman remained different. This differentiation was because of depending of each individual on his own mentality, and his own point of view about the woman due to her attitude and acts she performed. For the reformation of human life and saving him from the differentiation and declines, in every era, Almighty Allah, send messenger who guided their followers about the mistakes happened in human life intentionally or unintentionally. Whenever the teachings of a messenger regarding the humanity and especially woman were bypassed by anybody, some unsatisfactory circumstances occurred. All these probably miss-happened because of constituting the different contradictive point of view by thinkers about life and especially about woman, which was in contrast to the teaching/instruction of Almighty Allah, resultantly it caused strange decisions based on cruelty and injustice to women. Like so, there were some thinkers like Plato, Aristos etc. who wrote down their point of view regarding right of property and inheritance of a woman, which are somehow, in contrast to the sematic teachings. This article discusses the theories of some non-Muslim scholars, who lived before the revelations of Islam and even before Christ and after Islam. It analyses their theories about the said right of a woman in comparative style with a conclusion given at the end. All this study has been offered in a scholarly way. It will open new aspect of research for the up-coming researchers.

- THE ANALYTICAL STUDY OF “وَأَعِدُّوا لَهُمْ مَا
اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ” WITH A NEW APPROACH
ACCORDING TO THE NEED OF CURRENT ERA
Authors: Syed Farooq Aziz, Muhammad Inam ul Haq, Muhammad Naeem
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to introduce Jihad in a new light, with a new perspective based on the needs of the current era. Islam is a dynamic religion.1 The Almighty Allah declared Islam the last revealed religion, and there is no need for any other revelation or prophecy. Only Islam is a religion accepted to the Almighty Allah, as stated in the holy Quran:“Whoever seeks a way other than Islam, it will never be accepted from them, and in the Hereafter they will be among the losers.” It was also declared that Islam will be the dominant religion, but unfortunately, Islam is oppressed in the current world. The only reason is that the Muslims forgot the Jihad. Here in this paper, Jihad, according to me, isn’t limited to a specific field of Qital (قتال) only. Muslims need to do jihad in every field and in every walk of life. According to the dynamic quality of Islam, it is the need of today that Muslims be aware of each field of life. There are different types of wars running in the modern world, like educational war, scientific war, political war, and economic war. In this current scenario, the Muslim world has a very low contribution. So in the light of Quranic verse (وَأَعِدُّوا لَهُمْ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ) Today's Muslims must excel in every aspect of life and govern the entire world; this is only possible if the Muslim world takes the place of the world's developed and strong educational, scientific, political, and economic nations; otherwise, Islam will be in decline.
