      Abstract: This study aims to produce teaching materials for the subject of Innovation and Education Globalization Studies. Methods using Research and Development; Borg, Gall, and Sukmadinata models. The study used a descriptive approach. The sample was 25 students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang in 2021. Data were collected using observation, survey, test, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of the study found valid teaching materials through validity testing, with the stages of preliminary studies, needs analysis, preparation of initial products, validation of experts, five sample individual tests, and revisions according to expert advice and individual test results until declared feasible by experts. Practical teaching materials through a small group test of 10 samples and are known to be suitable for use in the learning process and tested in large groups. The potential effect of teaching materials obtained through a large group test of 25 people is known to be very effective on cognitive aspects and effective on affective and psychomotor aspects. The supporting factor for the success of testing the potential effects of the product is the good attitude and cooperation of the research sample, while the inhibiting factor is the Covid-19 atmosphere which limits the space for face-to-face learning.

  • Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form with Indonesian University
           Graduates: A Rasch Model Approach

      Abstract: The Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale (CDSE)-Short Form is a 25-item intended to assess people's belief in their capacities to make a career decision. This study analyzed the psychometric properties of CDSE-SF using RASCH in the sample of 391 (64% male; 88% female) university graduates in Indonesia. The results indicated that the CDSE-SF are (1) unidimensional except for item number 13 and 17; (2) item measure test showed the greatest value is item number 13 and the lowest value is item number 1; (3) each response of category is functioning well, (4) the item reliability is 0,98 and the person reliability is 0,95, and (6) item number 1, 16, 18, and 22 are detected to have DIF across gender. Overall, the results indicated that based on the psychometric properties of the CDSE-SF Indonesian version, this 5-item scale was satisfactorily reliable and valid to measure self-efficacy of career decision-making.

  • Kriteria Pengembangan E-Modul Interaktif dalam Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh

      Abstract: Abstrak. Hubungan interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik merupakan faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi literatur sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai kriteria penerapan e-modul interaktif dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini didasari oleh pengaruh perkembangan teknologi dengan dibuktikan adanya pembelajaran jarak jauh yang menekankan upaya pendidik dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa, e-modul interaktif adalah media pembelajaran yang menyajikan materi dalam bentuk teks, gambar, serta audio maupun video melalui format elektronik. Terdapat kriteria dalam mengembangkan e-modul interaktif guna mewujudkan keberhasilan pembelajaran jarak jauh, kriteria tersebut terbagi menjadi tiga aspek yaitu aspek materi, desain pembelajaran dan aspek media.

      Abstract: Kajian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana pengimplementasian pendidikan pada jenjang sekolah dasar, dimana kita ketahui pada saat awal tahun 2020 Covid-19 memasuki Indonesia sehingga pembelajaran hanya dilakukan melalui tatap muka. Pada kajian ini kita menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, lalu akan dijabarkan melalui metode observasi berupa penyebaran kuesioner dan peninjauan langsung pada lapangan melihat apa yang terjadi di sekolah tersebut. Dengan informan yang ada yaitu guru, orangtua dan siswa serta kepala sekolah. Dalam menentukan tekniknya informan yaitu antara lain (a) berprofesi sebagai guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balang Boddong (b) orang tua bertugas sebagai pendamping anaknya selama proses pembelajaran secara offline yang dilakukan di rumah yang disediakan datang kesekolah. Dan (c) siswa di sekolah SDN balang boddong cukup memahami cara penggunaan media yang digunakan selama pembelajaran tatap muka di rumah, mereka cukup memahami secara seksama

  • Development Of Learning Media Based On Wondershare Filmora Software On
           Integrated Thematic Learning Elementary School

      Abstract: This study aims to determine the validity and practicality of learning media based Wondershare Filmora software  in integrated thematic learning. This type of research is R&D (Research and Development). This means that research is responsible for the results of new products or improvements to existing products. This study uses a 4-D development model. Consists of define, design, development, and disseminate. The subjects of the pilot study were 3 experts, 1 class teacher and 30 third grade elementary school students. The instruments used were expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires. The results showed: (1) Wondershare Filmora software  in integrated thematic learning theme 6 Energy and its Changes in Elementary School was declared very valid with an average score of 94,12% media experts, material experts 90.67% and linguists 97.50%, (2) Teacher and student responses to software -based learning media trials Wondershare Filmora in Elementary School obtained a very practical category with an average value of 92.50% teacher responses and 95.83% student responses.

      Abstract: Research is based on the problem of weak educational institutions to display achievements amid the level of competitive competition, relevant, strategy, effective, efficient, productive is very necessary. It’s Analyzes the implementation of BSC in improving the performance of Darul Hikam Foundation and BPI Foundation in Bandung City. Grand Theory is Kaplan and Norton's performance theory, where BSC is a method of comprehensively measuring performance not only limited to financial performance but extends to non-financial performance. The results showed that the Proses preparation of BSC educational institutions has not been fully implemented, starting from the preparatory stage, stakeholders involved, reasons in improving the performance of educational institutions, resources, and measures in the preparation of BSC; The BSC concept of several indicators have not been implemented by the description of the BSC concept of the education sector, which includes vision, mission, SWOT analysis, BSC perspective, strategic objectives, strategy map, and Key Performance Indicators (IKU); Implementation of BSC has not been done well, including socialization, pilot project system, special teams, information and technology (IT), BSC consultants, and steps to implement BSC; The problems facing educational institutions. Educational institutions always strive to prepare a variety of needs to implement BSC, find solutions in dealing with every problem, as well as various obstacles that occur by taking strategic steps; Where to implement BSC if done gradually and arrange will improve the performance of educational institutions. Abstrak. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi permasalahan lemahnya lembaga pendidikan untuk menampilkan prestasi ditengah tingkat persaingan kompetitif, hingga strategi yang relevan, efektif, efisien, produktif sangat diperlukan. Peneliti menganalisis implementasi BSC dalam meningkatkan kinerja Yayasan Darul Hikam dan Yayasan BPI Kota Bandung. Grand Theory-nya yaitu teori kinerja Kaplan dan Norton, dimana BSC merupakan metode untuk mengukur kinerja secara komprehensif tidak hanya terbatas pada kinerja keuangan, namun meluas pada kinerja non-keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses penyusunan BSC lembaga pendidikan belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan, mulai dari tahap persiapan, stakeholders yang terlibat, ragam alasan dalam meningkatkan kinerja lembaga pendidikan, sumber daya, dan langkah-langkah dalam penyusunan BSC; Penjabaran konsep BSC beberapa indikator belum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan penjabaran konsep BSC sektor pendidikan, yang meliputi visi, misi, analisis SWOT, perspektif BSC, tujuan strategis, peta strategi (strategy map), dan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU); Implementasi BSC belum dilakukan dengan baik, meliputi sosialisasi, sistem pilot project, tim khusus, informasi dan teknologi (IT), konsultan BSC, dan langkah-langkah menerapkan BSC; Masalah-masalah yang dihadapi lembaga pendidikan. Lembaga pendidikan selalu berusaha untuk mempersiapkan ragam kebutuhan untuk mengimplementasikan BSC, mencari solusi dalam menghadapi setiap permasalahan, serta berbagai kendala yang terjadi dengan melakukan langkah-langkah strategis; Dimana implementasi BSC jika dilakukan secara bertahap dan runtut akan meningkatkan kinerja lembaga pendidikan.
