  • Psychological Impact of Online Learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic: A
           Case Study on Vocational Higher Education

      Abstract: This study aimed to determine the psychological impact in students due to online learning in vocational higher education conducted during the Corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19). The samples in this study were all the students of the Undergraduate Program Department of Commercial Administration of Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. The Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique focused solely on students who gained online learning in theory and Practice courses since the use of online learning because of the COVID-19. The Data was collected using a DASS 42 instrument through online questionnaire. The results of this study showed that online learning in the higher education of psychologically impactful, which resulted in 29% of students having a level of depression above normal, 70% of students had an anxiety level above normal, and 46% of students had a stress level above normal.

  • Model Pengembangan Pembelajaran PJBL Berbasis Proyek untuk Meningkatkan
           Kreatifitas Siswa

      Abstract: Through this research, it is hoped that acid-base titration learning will be more meaningful and can contribute to student creativity. PjBL model is an integrated learning that is carried out cooperatively through projects that develop student skills, so that student creativity will increase. The project given in this research is making of soap from the wrinkled oil. In the process can be attributed to the application of acid-base titration material by calculation of acid numbers and saponification numbers on the cooking oil before being processed into soap. The results of data analysis shows data significance> 0.05 which means that the data is normally distributed for pretest and posttest. The data of paired sample t-test shows that the significance obtained is 0,000 <0.05 which means that there is a significant difference between the mean value of the integrated creativity test with the acid-base titration concept before treatment is given after treatment is given. Creativity improvement were calculated using the N-Gain value resulting in an average achievement rate of 0.50 and belonging to the moderate category. Posttest results indicate that the implementation of project-based LKP is effective in improving student creativity with classically average is 81.5%.

  • Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif dalam Pembelajaran Simulasi dan
           Komunikasi Digital

      Abstract: This research aims, (1) to know the description of the need for interactive multimedia development, (2) the validity, (3) practicality, and (4) the effectiveness of interactive multimedia products in learning simulation and digital communication. This research is a research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model with the subject of research as a material expert, a media expert, subject teacher, and forty students. Data was collected by interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The data obtained in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. The results of research are: (1) The level of need for interactive multimedia in learning learning simulation and digital communication for 10th grade student at SMK Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang is very high. This is evidenced by the value of student learning outcomes that have reached the minimum completeness criteria after using interactive multimedia. (2) The results of the product validation data analysis are in the very valid category, this is obtained from the validation assessment of material and media experts. (3) The results of the respondents' evaluation of small group trials and teacher responses to interactive multimedia products are stated to be very practical. (3) Interactive multimedia in simulation learning and digital communication developed effectively as seen from the average recapitulation of learning outcomes assessment shows an increase in learning scores of all students is above the minimal completeness criteria value.

  • Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Dengan Multimedia Dalam Pembelajaran
           Pencak Silat di Masa Pandemi Pada Siswa

      Abstract: This study aims to see the level of student learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with the background of the Covid-19 epidemic where the teaching and learning process is carried out courageously. This study aims to produce a multimedia development product for learning pencak silat, Physical Education, Sports and Health for fourth grade elementary school students. This research used a qualitative method, the data source of this research was the students of class IV SDN Wonokerto IV in the academic year 2020/2021 which were planned as many as 5 students. The data technique uses the method of observation and questionnaires to material experts, media experts and students. The results of the material expert validation were "Very Good" with a score of 4.80 and a media assessment of 4.60 in the "Good" category. The assessment of students who were tested was "Very Good" with an average score of 4.75. So it can be denied that the product developed is suitable for use in the learning process. The development of multimedia in learning pencak silat Physical education, sports and health can increase student motivation and learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade IV of Wonokerto IV State Elementary School.

  • Google Classroom: A Learning Media In Increasing Students' Motivation

      Abstract: The objective of this study is to know the effect google classroom as learning platform in increasing students’ learning motivation in non-formal education subject of students’ Early Childhood Education programs during the first semester STAIN Mandailing Natal 2020/2021. This study is an experimental research with descriptive analysis. The population of this study was 128 students and there are 25 students as respondents in the cluster class. Pre-test and Post-test were used as techniques in collecting data. To analyze the data, the researcehrs used SPSS 16. The result of this study showed that the mean of pre-test was 47.692 and Post-test was 76.154 which can be concluded that there is an increase in the students’ learning motivation in experimental group using Google Classroom

  • The Influence of Spiritual Intelligence on Leadership Competency in The
           Scope of Government Institutions

      Abstract: The success of an organization cannot be separated from the quality of a leader. Leaders have an important role in achieving the success of an organization. For this reason, a competent leader is needed, so that he is able and proficient in managing the system applied in an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of spiritual intelligence on leadership competencies of leaders within the scope of government agencies. Subjects in this study, leaders within the scope of government totaling 300 leaders in the Makassar City Government Authority. The measuring instrument used is based on the Emmons and Swiderski theory. The statistical analysis method applied is the ordinal regression analysis. Hypothesis test results showed that spiritual intelligence affects leadership competence (p = 0.000), with a contribution of 6.9%. This research implies that it becomes the input for leaders to increase the level of spiritual intelligence so that they can become competent leaders in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, and can implement systems and manage human resources to achieve maximum results from organizational goals.

  • Sistem Zonasi Sekolah: Antara Persepsi Dan Minat Belajar Siswa

      Abstract: This research aimed to find out the students’ perception about the school zoning system and the students’ learning interests from the seventh grade junior high school in Buleleng regency, as well as the effect of it. This research used correlation-quantitative research. The subject of this research was the students of seventh grade junior high school in Buleleng regency. The object of this research was the students’ learning interests affected by the students’ perception about the school zoning enrolment system for the new students. The data were taken by spreading the questionnaires, doing the observation and interviewing. The respondent in this research were 318 students of seventh grade junior high school in Buleleng regency who chosen randomly from each school. There were two variables in this research, the students’ perception about the school zoning system (X) and the students’ learning interests (Y). This research was analysed by using one sample t-Test, linier test and simple linear regression test. The results showed that: (1) students' perception of school zoning system for junior high students in Buleleng regency have been carried out so well. Also, the facilities and the infrastructures already supported the policy properly. The results showed an average number on 38,317 and the t-Test showed 29,196. (2) The students' learning interests in junior high school Buleleng regency showed a quite good result. This statement was supported by the average number on 2.7758 and the T-test was 29,20. (3) There was a significant result between the students’ perception about the school zoning system and the student’s learning interest. This result was supported by doing an analysis of independent sample t-Test analysis with a t-count showed 1,848 > 1,655 with percentage 56%.

  • Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Fasilitas Belajar Terhadap Pembelajaran Sistem
           Daring dan Prestasi Siswa SMP Se-Kota Makassar Di Masa Pandemi Covid 19

      Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari variabel kompetensi dan fasilitas belajar terhadap pembelajaran sistem daring dan prestasi siswa SMP se-Kota Makassar di masa pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri se-Kota Makassar berjumlah 1.200 orang guru. Penetapan sampel menggunakan metode two step stratified proportional sampling secara acak 10 – 15% dari total populasi, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 144 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa. Fasilitas belajar secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa. Pembelajaran sistem daring secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa. Kompetensi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelajaran sistem daring. Fasilitas belajar secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelajaran sistem daring. Kompetensi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap fasilitas belajar.

  • At the Heart of Teacher Professional Development: Teachers Matter

      Abstract: This paper focuses on the influence of teacher characteristics on teacher professional development (TPD) practices. It draws upon a multiple-case study of teachers’ professional development experiences at three schools. Data were gathered through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Teachers’ characteristics matter in any professional development activities but not at the same level of influence to make TPD effective. Formal characteristics such as years of teaching experiences, level of studies and status of employment have always tended to greatly affect the level of teachers’ TPD participation. It is found, however, that teachers’ level of TPD participation does not always equate learning. It is teachers’ personal and professional characteristics such as beliefs about their roles or profession and perspectives of effective TPD that carry profound effects on teachers’ experimentation, application and reflection of TPD ideas for meaningful learning to occur, and enact the expected changes or improvements accordingly.

           Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Mahasiswa

      Abstract: Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto yang bersifat kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STKIP Andi Matappa. Data dikumpulkan melalui 45 orang sampel yang terpilih dengan menggunakan teknik penyampelan berkelompok (equalsize cluster random sampling). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1)Untuk mengetahui gambaran efikasi diri, konsep diri, aktivitas belajar, kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar matematika (2)Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar matematika mahasiswa baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui kemandirian belajar), (3)Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh konsep diri terhadap hasil belajar matematika mahasiswa  baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui kemandirian belajar). Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan analysis jalur (path anlysis). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1)Sebagian besar mahasiswa STKIP Andi Matappa memiliki: efikasi diri dengan kategori tinggi, konsep diri dengan kategori tinggi, aktivitas belajar dengan kategori sangat tinggi, kemandirian belajar dengan kategori tinggi dan hasil belajar matematika dengan kategori tinggi; (2)Efikasi diri yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui kemandirian belajar),Konsep diri yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui kemandirian belajar) dan aktivitas belajar yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui kemandirian belajar).
