- Evaluasi Implementasi Program Pendidikan Gratis di Kota Padang Sidimpuan

Abstract: Kebijakan program Pendidikan gratis memberikan harapan yang sangat besar bagi Sebagian besar masyarakat, hal ini disebabkan karena banyaknya keluarga yang tidak mampu untuk menyekolahkan anaknya diakibatkan faktor ekonomi yang sulit. Namun, pemberian program Pendidikan gratis masih kurang merata, karena masih banyak anak yang putus sekolah atau bahakan adanya siswa yang tidak dapat mengikuti ujian akibat tidak dapat melunasi iuran sekolah ataupun membeli instrumen pembelajaran lainnya. Metode peneltian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dekriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan metode-metode untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami makna yang-oleh sejumlah individu atau sekelompok oran dianggap berasal dari masalah sosial atau kemanusiaan. Metode kualitatif lebih menekankan pada pengamatan fenomena dan lebih meneliti ke subtansi makna dari fenomena tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, data naratif, catatan lapang dari pengamatan dan dokumentasi tertulis lainnya. Hasil penelitian kebijakan pendidikan gratis yang diprogramkan oleh pemerintah Kota Padang Sidimpuan sangat ideal dan mulia, tapi pada tataran implementasi kebijakan masih ditemukan adanya hambatan dan gesekan dari sisi koordinasi pemerintahan dengan para bupati/walikota, baik secara tekhnis maupun secara administratif oleh karena belum adanya regulasi yang tegas memberi tugas-tugas pemerintahan ke pemerintah kab/kota. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan pendidikan gratis di Kota Padang Sidimpuan adalah faktor komunikasi, faktor sumber daya, faktor disposisi dan faktor struktur birokrasi. Dari pembahasan yang dilakukan faktor yang cenderung mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan pendidikan gratis di Kota Padang Sidimpuan adalah faktor komunikasi. Efektifitas Implementasi pendidikan gratis dari segi Efektivitas, tujuan kebijakan sudah dicapai, sehingga implementasi kebijakan pendidikan gratis di Kota Padang Sidimpuan sudah efektif. Efisiensi, jumlah dana atau anggaran pendidikan gratis sudah cukup optimal untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan di sekolah. Kekurangan terjadi pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan siswa dan sekolah. Kecukupan, pelaksanaan pendidikan gratis di Kota Padang Sidimpuan sudah cukup memuaskan kebutuhan masyarakat akan pendidikan.

- Tinjauan Hukum Terhadap Penyelenggaraan Pilkada Serentak Nasional Pada

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Tinjauan Hukum Pelaksanaan Pilkada Nasional Serentak Tahun 2024 Menurut Pandangan Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) Kota Medan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan sumber berupa angka, sehingga dalam penyelesaiannya harus dilakukan berupa pengumpulan data dengan teori, proposisi dan sebagainya agar kesimpulannya sesuai dengan masalah yang penulis teliti. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif ini juga menggunakan penelitian yang menggali berbagai literatur, baik dalam undang-undang, buku, jurnal atau artikel maupun website yang berhubungan dengan tema yang diangkat oleh penulis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa alasan Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) menolak pilkada serentak 2024, yang pertama adalah secara filosofis pelaksanaan Pilkada 2024 menghilangkan kesempatan masyarakat untuk berpikir proporsional, karena waktunya bertepatan dengan pemilihan presiden, sehingga mungkin ada bias dalam memilih pemimpin. kedua, secara teknis pelaksanaannya berpotensi menimbulkan komplikasi di lapangan, seperti contoh pemilu lalu, pemilu dan pemilu presiden digabungkan sehingga menimbulkan korban jiwa. Dalam Pilkada serentak, Pemerintah harus lebih mempersiapkan penyelenggara pemilu dan strategi dalam menghadapi tantangan yang ada di lapangan. Pilkada dan Pilkada serentak 2024 memiliki beberapa kekurangan, salah satunya adalah tidak memberikan porsi pada setiap pemilu yang seharusnya diselenggarakan. Belum pasti efektifitas Pilkada serentak ini. Namun, kepada KPU dan Bawaslu untuk mempersiapkan sebaik-baiknya pelaksanaan pilkada ini.

- Peran Pemerintah Dalam Target Penurunan Stunting Ditinjau Dari Perpres 72
Tahun 2021 Studi Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam

Abstract: Stunting merupakan terhambatnya pertumbuhan seorang anak yang dapat dilihat dan dibandingkan dengan rata rata fisik anak pada umumnya. Masalah stunting menjadi target yang amat serius karena berdampak pada kecerdasan dan produktifitas bangsa indoneisa di masa mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan identifikasi dan analisis mengenai peran, upaya, dan efektifitas pemerintah dalam menjalankan target penurunan stunting di Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam. Penelitian ini juga mendorong pemerintah yang berwenang agar meningkatkan kembali kinerja dan akses Kesehatan serta layanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara kepada kantor BKKBN Deli Serdang dan kantor PPKS Lubuk Pakam yang andil dalam penurunan stunting di Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam perlahan mengalami penurunan dilihat dari angka stunting kabupaten deli Serdang yang berada di 12,5% pada tahun 2021 rendahnya angka stunting di kabupaten merupakan hasil keberhasilan beberapa kecamatan, salah satunya kecamatan lubuk pakam yang mengalami penurunan derastis mulai tahun 2021 dan kini masih dalam masa penurunan yang menjadi target pemerintah pada 2024 mendatang.

- PERAN PEMERINTAH DALAM MEWUJUDKAN POTENSI PENGEMBANGAN DIGITALISASI DI
DESA TERTINGGAL MENURUT PERSFEKTIF FIQH SIYASAH

Abstract: Tulisan ini untuk menganalisis penerapan pembangunan digitalisasi di desa tertinggal dimana peranan pemerintah dalam mewujudkan tumbuhnya kegiatan digitalisasi agar dapat memaksimalkan potensi digitalisasi kegiatan di peran pemerintah dalam mewujudkan potensi pengembangan digitalisasi di desa tertinggal menurut perspektif fiqih siyasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian metode tinjauan kualitatif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa praktik digitalisasi dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan, menghilangkan kendala ruang dan waktu, meminimalkan hambatan transportasi, memudahkan komunikasi kepada publik. Dimana pemerintah memiliki peran penting dalam menerapkan strategi untuk dapat mewujudkan potensi pegembangan digital, yaitu membangun salah satu pengetahuan diseminasi pengetahuan yang mengarahkan menetapkan standar. Dimana dalam mengembangkan kegiatan digitalisasi ialah untuk perlindungan bagi masyarakat dalam pengembangan digitalisasi.

- Implementasi asas keterbukaan dalam pelaksanaan konseling individu pada
siswa SMA

Abstract: The principle of openness is the basis for success in the counseling process. Individual counseling process in order to help students solve their problems. The implementation of individual counseling services provided has a responsibility that is adjusted to the counselor's duties with the services provided. In addition to being a place for learning and providing good learning services, it also provides guidance and counseling services that are formed in the procurement of several school programs. Thus, the implementation of Guidance and Counseling services for high school students also has a distinctive characteristic, namely counselors who provide counseling services by applying the principle of openness, especially in the implementation of individual counseling. This article study aims to find out how the role of counselors in using the principle of openness to counselees and to find out how counseling influences high school students. sourced from reputable articles and books, with 2 strong sources relevant to research conducted with the keywords "Principle of Openness" and "Individual Counseling". The results show that the implementation of individual counseling services in high schools applies the principle of openness as an effective strategy in exploring information about student problems. The results obtained, students or counselees feel more confident and comfortable during consultations to solve problems as well as possible with the guidance of a counselor

- Problem psikologis danstrategi coping pada pelaksana upacara adat rambu
solo’tana’ bulaan miskin di dusun pambalan

Abstract: Tana Toraja is a unique area where its customs are very well known, one of which is the solo sign (traditional death ceremony), although the consequences are not good it can even cause psychological problems, such as stress, anxiety, depression and other effects, until now there are still many perpetrators tana' bulaan who are still trying to perform the traditional signs ceremony solo' in accordance with the tradition that applies to family members who die. This study aims to find out psychological problems and how coping strategies are used by the performers of the traditional signs ceremony in tana'bulaan impoverished. The research design uses a qualitative phenomenological method. Collecting data using observation and interview techniques. The sample in this study were 2 participants who were selected by snowball or chain sampling with the characteristics of the Toraja people who perform the traditional ceremonies for signs solo', tana'bulaan, poor in Pambalan Village. The results of the study show that there are several themes involved in psychological problems and coping strategies, including the view of the solo sign, that the solo sign is a custom that must be preserved and is the final tribute to family or relatives who have died. It was also found that there was a stress reaction because of the solo signs. Stress coping strategies, where there are several coping strategies for the two participants such as cognitive assessment, emotional focused coping, and problem focused coping. Protection factors against stress include social support, preparation and planning. As well as found risk factors for stress, such as lack of emotional expression and lack of self-acceptance.

- Peran game online mobile legends sebagai pemicu turunnya motivasi belajar
siswa

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang game online mobile legends yang berperan dalam turunnya motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian di latar belakangi oleh ketertarikan peneliti dalam melihat fenomena siswa yang kecanduan dalam memainkan game online mobile legends ketika di sekolah ataupun di lingkungan masyarakat. Teori yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teori pilihan rasional. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pemilihan informan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling kepada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan secara tatap mungka dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data yang dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa game online mobile legends di iringi kurangnya kontrol orang tua menjadi salah pemicu turunnya motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah menengah atas, siswa menjadi kecanduan dan terus memainkan game online tersebut serta melupakan tugas seorang siswa adalah untuk belajar dan mempersiapkan masa depan.

- Pengembangan dan efektivitas model konseling behavioristik teknik role

Abstract: The aims of this study is to (1) compile and produce a behavioristic counseling guidebook, (2) determine the content's validity of the behavioristic counseling guidebook, (3) find out the practicality of a behavioristic counseling guidebook, and (4) determine the effectiveness of a behavioristic counseling guidebook using the role playing technique. as well as modeling to minimize bullying behavior of junior high school students. This research method uses research and development (R&D) with the 4D (Four D) model developed by Thiagarajan (1974). This study used a bullying behavior questionnaire as an instrument. Expert examiner on the guide product involve five experts from Guidance and Counseling Professors. The results of this study indicate that (1) produce a behavioristic counseling guidebook consisting of covers, prefaces, guide schemes, steps, evaluation and closing (2) behavioristic counseling guidebooks using role playing techniques and modeling to minimize student bullying behavior are declared valid. high with CVR = 1 (CVR> 0) and CVI got a score of 1, (3) the practicality test of the guidebook on the assessment of five guidance counseling practitioners was declared practical (89%), (4) The application of the guidebook behavioristic counseling technique role playing and Effective modeling is used to minimize student bullying behavior with a value of t = 19.171 with a significance <0.05

Abstract: The aim of this study was to (1) produce the design of a counseling guide, (2) determine the validity of the contents of the guide, (3) determine the practicality of the guidebook, and (4) understand the effectiveness of the CBT Counseling, Counseling handbook with Cognitive Dispute and Modelling Techniques to Improve Self-Efficacy of Reproductive Health for Middle School Students. This research method uses research and development (R&D) with the 4D (Four D) model developed by Thiagarajan, using a questionnaire instrument. Expert testers of guide product involve five Guidance and Counseling experts. The results of this study indicates that (1) produce a CBT counseling guidebook, and (2) test the validity of the Lawshe formula for the contents of the guidebook. The results obtained from the validity test using Lawshe CVR and CVI showed that the per-item value was greater than zero (CVR>0). Furthermore, the results of the Lawshe CVI analysis obtained a score of one. Based on the data analysis, it mean that the content validity value of the guidebook product is the high, meaning it is consideres feasible to be develop.(3) the practicality test of the guidebook on the assessment of 10 guidance and counseling practitioners is declared practical (90%), (4) the effectiveness of the guidebook obtains a sig value (2- tailed) is < 0.001 or below 0.05 so that it can be said that the CBT counseling guidebook is effective in increasing students' reproductive health self-efficacy.

Abstract: This study aims to produce a design of a counseling guide, determine the validity of the contents of the guidebook, find out the practicality of the guidebook and know the effectiveness of the behavioral counseling guidebook with strengthening techniques and modeling techniques to increase early childhood independence. This study uses the research and development method using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develope, Dissiminate). The assessors were five experts in the field of guidance and counseling as well as PAUD teacher practitioners in schools. In this assessment using 28 questionnaires that refer to the validity of the contents of the guidebook, 30 questionnaire items that refer to the practicality of the guidebook and 10 items of child independence assessment found on the observation sheet. Then an analysis was carried out using the lawshe formula with the results of the content validity analysis getting the CVR for each item more than 0 (CVR> 0) and no items with less value were found; of 0 (CVR<0). The CVI score is 1, it can be interpreted that the feasibility of this guidebook is high for development, the practicality test of the guidebook on the assessment of 10 guidance and counseling practitioners is declared practical (90%), (4) the effectiveness of the guidebook obtains a sig (2-tailed) value 0.000 or below 0.05 so that it can be said that the behavioral counseling guidebook is effective for increasing children's independence and produces a behavioral guidebook with positive reinforcement techniques and modeling to increase early childhood independence.

Abstract: This article aims to describe the results of research on the effect of reality counseling on reducing smartphone addiction and increasing student achievement in Class VIII SMP. The method used in this study uses the Experiment method. Respondents in this study amounted to 102 students of class VIII SMP Sila Dharma and used the Pretest-Posttest Control Group design and the sample was taken using a purposive random sampling technique. data that has been collected and analyzed using the SPSS 17.0 application for Windows. The results of data analysis show that the Reality Counseling Approach can reduce smartphone addiction and can increase learning achievement and reality counseling can influence simultaneously in reducing smartphone addiction and increasing student learning achievement. after controlling behavior control This article suggests teachers to be able to use the Real Counseling Approach in dealing with student problems, namely reducing smartphone addiction and also to increase student achievement. And also this article suggests that teachers pay more attention to students' smartphone playing habits at school so they can get used to controlling themselves in playing smartphones and teachers are more active in guiding students in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains so they can excel in their learning.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the psychoanalysis counseling model interpretation techniques on the moral development of students, looking for the tendency of moral development of students of class VII Quba Foundation and apakah counseling psychoanalysis techniques interpretation effective in the moral development of students of Quba Foundation. This study is an experimental study with a pretest posttest design only one group design, the population in this study is the entire Quba Foundation Junior High School, theampelous of this study is 21 people consisting of grade VII junior high school students who were taken through purpose sampling techniques, the data collection etode uses a moral development questionnaire of 30 items that have met the internal test of item consistency and reliability in the high category. Based on prettest data where previously there were 10 students who had a high category, after receiving classical guidance treatment psychoanalysis counseling posttest data interpretation techniques showed very high category changes, it can be interpreted as the tendency of moral development of class VII students of the Quba Foundation after getting treatment has good skills. The empirical findings in this study are a psychoanalytic counseling model of effective interpretation techniques in the development of student morale. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the SPSS output obtained a sig value of 0.01. Because the value of sig = 0.0 1 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that it is accepted that "counseling Psychoanalysis techniques of effective interpretation in the moral development of students VII of the Quba Foundation Junior High School".

Abstract: Becoming an achiever is not a desire of an individual. Because life in a penitentiary is different from life in society. After serving his sentence, the former prayed hoping to be accepted by society and change for the better. Former difficulties usually experience social pressure unconsciously and find it difficult to overcome them. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and what factors can influence the state of psychological well-being in former drug users. The subjects of this study were 2 people who were selected by purposive sampling with the characteristics of being able-bodied, male and cases of drug users. This study uses interview and observation methods. The results of this study both subjects have good psychological well-being after leaving prison, this is evident in the results of the discussion that the 6 dimensions of psychological well-being have good value. Then the factors that influence the psychological well-being of the 2 subjects are social support and evaluation of experience.

Abstract: This study was conducted with the aim to examianting the effectiveness of group counselling of TPACK-based symbolic modelling techniques to improve children's emotional intelligence. The research was conducted at Tunas Bangsa Kindergarten A. The research sample used random sampling technique. Determination of the experimental class as a sample of this study using lottery technique, the number of samples taken as many as two classes with 8 students from Kindergarten A2 and 11 people from Kindergarten A1. The experiment was carried out with experimental preparation stages by compiling research instruments, trials, observations, preparing RPLBK counselling guidance services and giving Pre-Test, then implementing experiments and finally the experiment ended. The independent variables in this study are group counselling (A) modelling techniques (A1) and TPACK (A2). The dependent variable (Y) in this study is social and emotional intelligence. Data collection methods were conducted through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used t-test. The results showed that the TPACK-based modelling technique group counselling model is effective for stabilising students' emotional intelligence and there is a significant difference in effectiveness between the TPACK-based modelling technique counselling model and the modelling technique without TPACK-based to stabilise kindergarten children’s emotional intelligence.

- Pemahaman guru bimbingan konseling terhadap kurikulum merdeka belajar di
provinsi Bengkulu

Abstract: Kurikulum prototype atau merdeka belajar adalah penyempurnaan dari kurikulum 2013 dan secara nasional akan diberlakukan tahun 2024. Untuk itu perlu sosialisasi dan persiapan, baik dari konten kurikulum itu sendiri, maupun berkaitan sarana prasarana dan guru sebagai pelaksana kurikulum. Diantara jenis guru; guru mata pelajaran, guru kelas, guru praktik dan guru pembimbing/guru BK. Esensi perubahan adalah lebih sederhana dan mendalam, lebih merdeka dan lebih relevan dan interaktif. Berkaitan dengan lebih merdeka bahwa siswa bebas menentukan pilihan mata pelajaran sesuai bakat, minat, kreativitas, cita-cita dan kepribadian. Untuk itu guru BK harus memahami kurikulum secara komprehensif terutama yang menjadi bagian dari layanan BK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pemahaman guru BK terhadap kurikulum merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix methods, dimana data akan diungkapkan secara kuantitatif dengan P=F/N X 100%, kemudian akan didalami secara kualitatif dan data akan dipaparkan secara kuantitatif. Hasil penellitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemehaman guru BK terhadap kurikulum merdeka belajar cukup baik Secara keseluruhan terlihat untuk rata-rata jawaban sangat setuju 40 0rang (38%), Setuju 57 orang (55 %), kurang setuju 6 orang ( 6 %) dan tidak setuju 1 orang (1 %). Dari wawancara terungkap guru BK harus memiliki kompetensi Kerjasama dan kompetensi IT untuk mempermudah layanan BK.

Abstract: This study is the result of a literature review that discusses the implementation of the confidentiality principle in counseling students with broken home conditions. The results of the study show that counseling services with the principle of confidentiality for students with broken home conditions have a role in improving and achieving the lives of students both related to problem alleviation and optimal development in learning. The existence of children in this broken home situation can lead to negative behaviors that impact bad habits at home, socializing with peers, academics. and conduct disorder in school. Negative behaviors by children can lead to juvenile delinquency. Juvenile delinquency arises due to the absence of family and/or environmental recognition so that they feel that their basic needs, namely love and affection, are neglected. Not fulfilling the need for love is the basis for young people or adolescents to commit deviant actions. The principle of confidentiality is used when students have problems and the teacher/counselor must be able to keep it secret. However, this secrecy has limitations that must be considered between the interests of the school or educational institution and the interests of the students themselves. Students who wish to consult with the teacher/counselor can be influenced by the way the teacher himself provides services and maintains the confidentiality of the student's problems. The better the method used in maintaining the confidentiality of the students, the more successful the teacher will be in guiding.

Abstract: Problems experienced by adolescents in courtship relationships are risks that tend to lead to negative impacts. Adolescent volunteerism must seek help to solve problems in courtship. The counseling process in adolescent education can accompany and direct adolescents toward problem-solving. The purpose of this literature review research is to know the implementation of the principle of volunteerism in counseling, the impact of risky courtship on adolescents, and the application of the principle of volunteerism in counseling cases of risky courtship in adolescents. The method used in this article is a literature review. The research data is sourced from data mining techniques with a literature review. The result of this literature review is that the implementation of the principle of volunteerism in counseling takes place based on volunteerism and without being forced both by the counselor and the counselee. The impact of at-risk courtship on adolescents consists of physical, psychological, and social impacts. Applying the principle of volunteerism in counseling cases of risky courtship in adolescents is carried out by the counseling process. The counseling process is divided into three stages, namely, the initial stage of counseling, the middle stage, and the final stage of counseling. In the early stages of counseling, the counselor builds a good relationship and communication with the counselee, accompanied by an assessment and delivery of the principle of volunteerism for data mining related to counseling problems. The middle stage of counseling is the core stage of counseling activities which is accompanied by the intervention of behavioral approach counseling with one of the behavioral approach techniques, namely assertive training techniques for handling cases of risky courtship. In the final stage of counseling, the counselee makes decisions for themselves based on consideration of alternative solution options provided by the counselor.

Abstract: The study aims to see the implementation of guidance and counseling asa problem-solving effort bullying students at the school-nizam medan. Through field research researchers have tried to describe the cases of bullying that occurred in the field by carrying out sociometry support activities to measure relationships between peers and by performing written interviews through the castee given to the student so that researchers have obtained information and information about the school's bullying. Studies show the importance of implementation of guidance and counseling as an effort to correct bullying. In this case, the role of the bk teacher is indispensable in rendering service and support activities to correct the bullying problem. The general purpose of the study is to address the problem of bullying so as to address school guidance and counseling so that the study can run in the lancer with no student and school barriers.

Abstract: The purpose of this study: to determine the validity of the self-concept scale for time management in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Using a stratified random sampling technique and to determine the reliability of the items in the self-concept instrument in time management in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. This study uses research and development methods (Research & Development). The validity test involved 5 experts, 3 guidance counseling lecturers and 2 practitioners counseling teachers at Vocational High Schools. The sample was selected 100 class XI students from a total of 1129 students of SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. The results of this study are the low intelligence of time management in students and the inadequate availability of instruments in schools. The results of the CVR calculation obtained ∑CVR with the number 34.8. So it can be concluded that 34.8 > 0, which means that the contents of the interpersonal intelligence scale items fulfill the criteria (valid). The results of the CVI calculation obtained a result of 0.96 which included very suitable criteria.

Inventory) Setelah Pandemi Covid-19 Pada Siswa

Abstract: This study aims to develop an instrument for students' mental health in junior high schools. In order to fulfill this, research was carried out using the Research and Development (R&D) method. The development model used was the development of instruments from Prof. Nyoman Dantes with 10 steps of development, namely: 1) setting test objectives, 2) analysis of references and other learning resources, 3) compiling grids, 4) writing test items, 5) examining questions (conceptual validity), 6) revision/improvement questions, 7) limited test reproduction, 8) initial test trials and core trials (empirical validity), 9) analysis of test results (validity tests), and 10) assembling test items into tests. In testing the validity of the researcher used the Lawshe Formula with 3 Counseling Guidance lecturers and 2 experts in the field of mental health to test the appropriateness of the developed instrument containing 50 questions. To test the level of validity in a limited way, the researcher used Product Moment correlation with the help of the SPSS program which involved 60 respondents, to test the wider validity, the researcher involved 250 respondents. To test the reliability, researchers used Alpha Cronbach involving 250 respondents, while the data collection was aimed at class XI at Junior High School 2 Singaraja and Junior High School 6 Singaraja which were drawn randomly via Google form. In the distribution, the CVI value was 1 and the reliability was 0.963 so that it was included in the very high category and the instrument was declared feasible for measuring students' mental health.

Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menghasilkan produk berupa Instrumen Skala Kecerdasan Emosional Pada Masa Remaja Siswa SMA dan SMK Di Kota Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel random sampling atau sampel acak sederhana dengan jumlah 300 subyek atau peserta didik di kelas X. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner diukur dengan skala likert dengan 5 pilihan jawaban yang terdiri dari SS(sangat sesuai), S (sesuai),KS (kurang sesuai) TS (tidak sesuai) dan STS (sangat tidak sesuai). Berdasarkan uji ahli 5 pakar dan instrumen layak diujicobakan dengan nilai CVR (content validity ratio) seluruh butir yang diperoleh 49.0 dan dengan nilai CVI (Content validity indeks) diperoleh 0,98 atau kategori sangat sesuai. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan uji validitas empirik terluas hasil yang didapatkan dengan 50 butir pernyataan didapatkan hasil rentangan ɾ hitung= ≥ ɾ tabel = dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan uji validitas konstruk memperoleh nilai KMO 0,796, nilai anti-image correlation dan nilai ekstraksi ≥ 3.0. Kemudian terbentuk 15 faktor dan hasil validasi faktor stabil dan dapat digeneralisasikan pada populasi, adapun validitas konstruk dilakukan untuk memperkuat hasil dari pengembangan yang dilakukan peneliti secara klasik.. Kemudian hasil uji reliabilitas memperoleh cronbach Alpha 0,815. maka dapat disimpulkan instrumen yang telah disusun oleh peneliti layak untuk digunakan sebagai layanan bimbingan konseling kepada peserta didik

Abstract: This study aims to develop a behavioral counseling guidebook using the modeling method to improve high school students' self-regulated learning. This handbook is a guide for counseling teachers in conducting counseling tutorial services in schools. The development procedure in this research explores the 4D development model proposed by Thiagarajan, (1974). Evaluation of the acceptability of this guidebook was assessed by 5 judges in the field of counseling tutorials. The evaluation instrument used consisted of 22 statement items referring to the acceptability of the guidebook. Acceptability analysis uses the formulation of the calculation of the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) from Lawshe, (1975). The results show content validity (CVI) of 1 which means very good or special. This shows that the modeling technique behavioral counseling guidebook that was developed already meets the acceptance criteria. Trial to involve 3 students and in this research using a single subject design method with A-B-A design and the method of analyzing the data using graphic analysis. Variable measurement using percentage (%). In the effectiveness test, the results of baseline-1(A) self-regulated learning for the first student were (54.16%), the second student was (54.16%), the third student was (62.05%). In the intervention condition (B) self regulated learning the first student is at (61.66% - 90.41%), the second student is at (63.33% - 90.83%), the third student is at (66.66% - 98.33%). In the baseline-2 (A) condition, the first student's self regulated learning was at (95%), the second student was at (95.83%), the third student was at (99.58%). It can be concluded that the development of a behavioral counseling guidebook with modeling techniques is effective for increasing the self-regulated learning of high school students.

Abstract: This study aims to identify and describe (1) the content validity of the instrument for measuring academic procrastination in junior high school students (2) the empirical validity of the instrument for measuring academic procrastination in junior high school students (3) the reliability of the instrument for measuring academic procrastination in junior high school students. This research is a development research (R&D). The procedure for developing this research uses ten steps in the development of the djemari mardapi instrument. Data was collected through observation and distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the content validity test with the Lawshe formula, empirical validity test with the internal grain consistency formula (Product Moment), and reliability test with the formula (Alpha Cronbach). The results of the data analysis, based on the results of the internal empirical test for the consistency of the instrument items for measuring academic procrastination in students, obtained the results rxy (hit) > rxy (tab), indicating that overall the items were declared valid. While the results of the reliability test of the instrument for measuring academic procrastination in students amounted to 0.889 included in the results of the classification "Very High".

Abstract: The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic adds to the row of problems that exist in tertiary institutions, meaning that we cannot allow this problem to continue because it will hamper the improvement in the quality of graduate learning and the quality of the students it produces. The aim of the research is to improve the quality of learning through digital-based learning projects (DIGIEDU) to address lost learning after the pandemic to increase understanding and absorption of learning. This research is a type of Addie's (1996) development model using the Lee & Owens (2004) model through the use of digital technology development model syntax. The study of product effectiveness in measuring learning is based on assessments from the material validator, media from alpha testing, as well as comments from users and expectations from DIGIEDU product development. Based on the data table, the feasibility and effectiveness scores were obtained from various experts and students. In the media expert's assessment, a score of 82.3% was in the proper category. Assessment from design experts gets a score of 86% in the proper category. In the assessment of the practitioner category, a score of 91.1 was obtained and 82.2 students were in the sufficient category.

Abstract: This article is a literature review related to career maturity. Career maturity is the maturity of attitudes and competencies in career decision making related to the suitability between individual career and behavior. This literature review aims to describe differences in student career maturity in terms of gender and job aspiration factors among adolescents in Indonesia. The method used in writing this article is a literature review, which is a search for both international and national literature that is carried out using the Google Scholar and Sciencedirect databases. The analysis used in this article uses descriptive analysis. The results of a literature review of empirical data found that there were differences in career maturity in terms of gender and job aspirations. This study will be useful in further research development, and also as reference material related to career maturity.

Abstract: Dampak dari Covid-19 tidak hanya terjadi disektor kesehatan, melainkan terhadap sektor-sektor lainnya seperti sosial, ekonomi, lingkungan dan bahkan geopolitik dan termasuk pada sektor pendidikan. Salah satu dampak dari Covid 19 yang paling dirasakan oleh bidang pendidikan yakni perubahan tata cara proses belajar mengajar. Pemberlakuan pembelajaran jarak jauh atau dikenal dengan istilah PJJ atau Daring dimana proses belajar mengajar dilakukan dari rumah masing-masing baik guru maupun murid yang di hubungkan oleh internet. Akibat dari kondisi tersebut, wilayah Desa Cibodas memiliki keterbatasan dalam pemenuhuan sarana dan prasarana untuk pelaksanaan PJJ. dengan adanya penelitian ini dirasa memiliki pengaruh yang baik akan keberlangsungan PJJ di Desa Cbodas Kecamatan Jonggol Jawa Barat. Harapan dari penelitian ini dapat menggambarkan kendala-kendala yang tidak mendukung PJJ dari kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua dengan lebih terukur, sehingga sekolah dan lembaga pemerintah yang berwenang akan lebih siap dengan berbagai macam keadaan untuk tetap melaksanakan pembelajaran secara efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 82 responden. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis data yang sudah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa, kondsi sosial ekonomi masyarakat Desa Cibodas mayoritas masyarakatnya masih berada pada taraf kurang mampu yaitu sangat miskin dan miskin yakni dengan 30 responden atau 36% dari keseluruhan responden sehingga ada ketidak mampuan dalam pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana penunjang untuk melaksanakan PJJ.
