  • Implementation of an image analysis agent within the framework of an
intelligent multi-agent system for searching for illegal materials on the
           Internet

    • Authors: Vladimir V. Burlutskiy, Vladimir A. Baluev
      Pages: 7 - 12
Abstract: The article describes the development process of an analyzer agent that uses deep machine learning methods and is part of a multi-agent system for searching for illegal information on the Internet. The task of the analyzer is to extract text information from images, where the image and text parameters cannot be predefined.

  • Estimation of the possibility location of microseismic events attached to
deep tectonic activity at oil and gas fields

    • Authors: Vladimir V. Krupitskiy, Evgeniy S. Sokol, Sergey G. Pyatkov, Alexander L. Tsaregorodtsev
      Pages: 22 - 32
Abstract: The article presents the results of work on assessing the possibility of locating microseismic events associated with deep tectonic processes. Two algorithms for determining the sources of microseismic events have been constructed and numerically implemented, based on the construction of the functions of cross-correlation and signal coherence. The implemented algorithms have been tested on synthetic data.

  • Development of software and hardware of a robot using computer vision
           algorithms

    • Authors: Е.Egor I. Safonov, Petr V. Zavialov
      Pages: 33 - 41
Abstract: The article describes the process of designing and creating a robot capable of using algorithms and methods of computer vision to determine the colors of faces, using the example of a Rubik's cube. The edges of the cube are scanned by the webcam installed on the robot. To get rid of image noise, Gaussian blur is used. The resulting image is converted to a completely black and white view, from which the outline is highlighted. The HSV color space is used for best results. The exchange of data between the robot and the computer takes place via Bluetooth wireless technology. To find the optimal algorithm for solving the cube, a third-party network Internet resource is used, which implements the "God" algorithm for solving the puzzle. The data received from the Internet resource is read and converted into commands for the robot. The robot is based on the Lego Mindstorm NXT set. The robot can execute a set of commands based on the rotation of the cube on the plane, the rotation of the cube line and the flip of the cube to another face.

  • Additional penalties in russian criminal law: problems of consistency and
           improvement

    • Authors: Stanislav V. Rozenko
      Pages: 59 - 65
Abstract: The article examines the problematic issues of additional types of punishments in Russian criminal law. The purpose of the research is to develop new methodological approaches to the development of the criminal punishment system. The article analyzes historical and modern approaches to fixing types of punishments in criminal legislation. The paper identifies the reasons and conditions for the current legal regulation of additional types of punishments. The research methods were: critical analysis, content analysis, comparative law. The article formulates a structural relationship between additional and basic punishment. The need to create a list of additional punishments is due to the crisis of basic punishments in Russian criminal law, where the principle of humanism prevails. As conclusions, the article formulates proposals for the formation of a separate structure of additional criminal penalties in the criminal code of the Russian Federation, which has an independent meaning and includes several additional penalties. Criminal punishment as an extremely specific and complex measure of state coercion should have a complex and versatile character.

  • Philosophical and ontological aspects of the problem related to formation
of civil legal awareness in the of modern threats to national security
linked with the rise in crime

    • Authors: Igor N. Fedulov, Sergey S. Kvach
      Pages: 72 - 80
Abstract: There were considered philosophical and ontological aspects of the formation of legal awareness as a structural element of the humanitarian picture of the world, which performs ethical, legal and socio-political functions. Sticking to the position of informational and systemic approaches, the authors deem the worldview as a multilevel open information system, the core of which is the humanitarian picture of the world. Legal awareness in one or another form is inherent to a person of any era. However, in modern civil society, there have developed the conditions for the transformation of legal awareness into a full-fledged legal worldview. Therefore, the urgent task of the state in modern conditions is to preserve the system of ethical and valuable attitudes of civil society.
