      Abstract: This study aims to analyze  The effect of Placement, Training and Natural Resources partially and simultaneously on the income of Transmigrant Farmers at UPT Ulumanda, Majene Regency and the most dominant variable affecting the increase in income of Transmigrant Farmers at UPT Ulumanda, Majene Regency. This research design uses survey research. The population used in this study were transmigrant farmers at UPT Ulumanda Majene Regency who opened 275 families. The sample was determined by using a simple random sampling technique, where the population as a sample was 100 transmigrant farmers. The data analysis technique used Multiple Regression analysis. The results showed that: The partial effect of placement, training and natural resources on the income of transmigrant farmers at UPT Ulumanda, Majene Regency. Where Training, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of Transmigrant Farmers at UPT Ulumanda Majene Regency by 73.0% while the remaining 27.0% is influenced by other variables not included in this study, and Placement (X1) is a factor that the most dominant influence on the income of transmigrant farmers in UPT Ulumanda Majene Regency.
