  • Bibliometric Analysis of Scientific Studies Published on Game Customer
           Churn Analysis Between 2008 and 2022

      Abstract: Churn prediction has become a key part of many modern businesses because of the performance advantages it brings. It may assist businesses in determining measures such as customer retention and revenue production. Business intelligence (BI) is the process of transforming data into actionable insights that help a company make better choicesThis research includes a bibliometric analysis of works on game analytics, particularly customer churn in gaming business. Our research is mostly focused on identifying the content and goals of studies that have already been published. In game analytics, classification, grouping, and statistical analysis approaches are utilized to acquire insight via the study of studies. Keywords were analyzed in articles, papers, books, and research materials on gaming analytics and customer churn analysis. Then there's a look at which measures are most important in game analytics, as well as some of the most often utilized artificial intelligence systems. These difficulties are examined in the assessment section, where performance evaluation measures are more significant in this sector. For bibliometric analysis, the keyword "game churn analysis" was used. Data from Google Scholar, as well as Publish or Perish and Zotero. Year requirements for bibliometric analysis were set between 2008 and 2022. The study data analysis tools include Excel 2019 and Vosviewer. Finally, we analyzed databases, widely used data sets, game titles, metric kinds, indexing databases, countries where studies were published, categories of scientific study, word and author bibliometric maps, and algorithms.

  • History Of The Turkish Banking System And It’s Development After The
           2001 Crisis

      Abstract: The aim of this study is to reveal the historical change of the Turkish banking system from its emergence to the present day and to examine the developments in the banking system after the financial crisis in 2001. With the financial difficulties experienced in the pre-Republican period, the banking system was needed to find credit. In the post-Republican period, significant developments took place in the banking system. There have been many financial crises in the development process of the Turkish banking system. Following the financial crisis in the Turkish economy in 2001 and also known as the "Banking Crisis" very important decisions were taken with structural reforms in the Turkish banking system. Today, the Turkish banking system has gained a secure structure with solid foundations.

  • The Role of Local Governments in the Integration of Immigrants

      Abstract: Small and large-scale problems caused by migration at the local level, have entered the field of work of institutions with global and regional power in the international arena, central governments and specifically local governments, and these units have produced some policies for the solution of problems in urban space. In the context of the policies put into practice, the most concrete information reached in the study was to contribute to the correct understanding of the relationship between the migration adaptation and integration process and the local government units. In the context of this contribution, Turkey, which has been a key country in migration for the last 15 years, is in the main axis of the study. Therefore, it is necessary to produce rational solution proposals for the problems experienced in migration adaptation and integration. The aim of this research is to examine migration management and compliance policies in the context of legal and administrative regulations in Turkey and to discuss the issue on the basis of local governments. The inadequacy of examining the studies conducted in this field through local governments; the presence of a limited number of studies examined in the literature on migration, adaptation, integration and the relationship of local government constitutes the original value of the research.

  • Computer-Based Learning and Training in Logistics Management Department

      Abstract: Nowadays, resilient companies that grow and develop with globalization and can position themselves against the risks that arise in the markets have begun to attach more importance to logistics activities than to previous periods in order to get a larger share from international markets. The ability of companies to gain competitive advantage through effective and efficient practices in logistics activities depends on increasing the workforce quality and contribution of employees. Accordingly, there has been an increase in the number of universities providing logistics education, as well as the search for personnel with qualified knowledge and skills in the field of logistics. In order to provide better quality education, the use of computers in logistics education has increased rapidly in the last 10 years, especially thanks to the software developed. As part of this trend, logistics educators have added an increasing number of computer-based logistics courses to their training curricula to meet the knowledge, competence, and equipment required in their workforce. However, the development of educational curricula and educational infrastructures evolves much more slowly than the development of the logistics sector. Especially in the last 10 years, when the curricula of the world's leading logistics education institutions are examined, it is seen that there are many courses that include gamification, simulation, and current logistics package programs. The fact that the sector is too dynamic reduces the popularity of theoretical trainings and leads to an increase in the demand for practical trainings. In this context, the collected data of Afyon Kocatepe University Bolvadin Faculty of Applied Sciences Logistics Management department students' perspectives on applied education are analyzed with SPSS by means of a questionnaire. The study aims to contribute to logistics education by revealing the perspectives of logistics management students on applied education.

  • The Effect of Environmental Passion, Green Transformational Leadership,
           Green Organizational Climate on Employee Green Behaviors

      Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of environmental passion, green organizational climate and green transformational leadership on employee green behaviors and to establish whether the green organizational climate has a mediating role in the relationship between employee green behaviors and green transformational leadership. Environmental passion as an individual factor, green transformational leadership as a managerial factor and green organizational climate as an organizational factor are considered as variables that affect the employee green behaviors and research model and hypotheses have been developed. Research data were collected from 244 individuals selected by simple random sampling method using online questionnaire technique. Research hypotheses were tested with Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis and Sobel Test. The results of the research show that environmental passion, green transformational leadership and green organizational climate positively affect employee green behaviors. In addition, the results of the research present that the green organizational climate has a full mediating role in the relationship between green transformational leadership and employee green behaviors. This research provides important clues to managers to improve the sustainable environmental performance of organizations and guides them on what needs to be done to increase employee green behaviors in the organization. It is thought that this study will contribute to future research on green organizations.
