      Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of socio demographics on Remittance of Women Workers (TKW) in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. The study design was croos-sectional. This research was conducted in Kerinci Regency by selecting four sub-districts, namely Danau Kerinci District, Keliling Danau, Bukit Kerman and Gunung Raya District. This research takes six calendar months. The object of research is the Female Workers (TKW) who work in Malaysia with marital status and have children. The research sample was taken by snaw ball sampling. The number of respondents was 64 people. Data were analyzed by descriptive and statistical tests using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the number of remittances sent by TKW to families living in the original area really helped the needs of the family, reaching 58.42 percent. The results of the analysis showed that the factors of the number of family members, length of stay in the destination area, and family expenses in the area of ''origin had a significant effect on remittances, while the factors of age, level of education, and total income did not show a significant effect.

      Abstract: The purpose of this research is the first to know the effectiveness of BPJS Health program seen from input, process and output indicators; secondly to know the perception of the community of BPJS Health program users about the benefits felt by BPJS Health participants. This research uses two methods of data analysis. First by using descriptive statistics method to know the level of program effectiveness. Second, using non parametric statistical method with Mc Nemar method to know the benefits of BPJS Health program. The sample used in this research is 100 respondents. The result of analysis shows that the effectiveness level of BPJS Health program is seen from the input, process, and output indicators in Denpasar city is already effective. This is seen from the average score obtained from each input, process and output indicators. This is seen from the average score of answers obtained from the respondents, because all indicators above average 3. BPJS Health program also provides benefits to participants include reducing the cost for treatment, increasing the level of health, better service quality and access to health become easier.

      Abstract: Karangasem regency is an area with salt producing potential. This study aims to determine the effect of capital variables, pond area variables and variable of labor and its influence on production and income of salt farmers in Karanagsem Regency. The results of analysis using path analysis, it states that the capital gives effect to the production and income on salt farmers in Karangasem regency. The results of the analysis for the pond area affect the yield and income of salt farmers in Karagasem Regency. The results of the analysis for the labor force give effect to the production and income on salt farmers in Karangasem regency. The salt farmers are advised to need a coaching program from the government of Karangasem Regency to socialize the salt farmers in order to achieve the production target of iodized salt according to SNI. In order for salt produced by salt farmers in Karangasem regency will be able to compete outside the island of Bali.

      Abstract: Indonesia is the fourth most populous country with a population of 258 million peoples and will continue to grow over time. Increasing population will certainly increase the amount of consumption as well as the potential increase in the volume of waste produced by humans every day. Good waste management will have a good impact on the environment. To realize this the existence of Waste Bank is certainly very needed. In addition to providing a dampat on the surrounding environment, the Bank Trash can also create a creative industry that impact on the socio-economic customers. This research was conducted in Kelurahan Dauh Puri, Denpasar. Population in this research is citizen registered as customer of Trash Bank with sample using slovin formula amounted to 136 peoples. The method of determining the sample using proporsionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis technique used is path analysis and test of sobel to analyze indirect influence through intervening variable. The result of hypothesis testing shows that education level and employment status have positive and significant influence, while age has negative and significant effect to the welfare of customer of Waste Bank of Community Empowerment Institute of Dauh Puri. The level of education and employment status have a positive and significant influence, while the age, and the welfare have a negative and significant impact on the level of customer participation of the Bank Dump Institute of Community Empowerment Dauh Puri. Work participation variable is the variable of indirect effect of mediation and significant level of work, employment status and age to the welfare of customers of Waste Bank Community Empowerment Institute Dauh Puri.

      Abstract: The purpose of this research for analyze the affecting factors of industrial sector’s job opportunities in Banten Province such as the total industry, education rate, inflation rate, and investment.  This research conducted in Banten Province and is a associative quantitative research. The method of collecting data are non-partisipan abservation and in-depth interview with relevant sources.  The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis with SPSS program for the test. The result of this research show that the education rate, inflation rate, and investment have significant and positive effect for job opportunities in industrial sector’s Banten Province, but the total of industry  hasn’t positive and insignificant  effect for  job opportunities in industrial sector’s Banten Province. Coefficient determination (R2) amount 0,987 it mean that 98,7 percent total variance of job opportunities in industrial sector’s Banten Province are affected by total industry, education rate, inflation rate, and investment.

      Abstract: Regional development as an integral of national development is a process of planned change achieve the goals and objectives to improve the welfare of the community that involves all existing activities. Kabupaten Karangasem has an economic growth that tends to decrease from year to year, so this research is done in Krangasem District. The purpose of this study is to analyze which sectors are the basis sector in karangasem district, to analyze the most important sector in karangasem district, to analyze which sector become potential sector in Karangasem regency with DLQ analysis technique. Result of research indicate that sector which become base sector in Regency of Karangsem there are 6 sector, dominant sector in Regency of Karangasem there are 13 sector, and potential sector which become development priority in Regency of Karangasem there are 7 sector.
