  • The Modified Flocking Algorithm for Optimizing Non Player Character

      Abstract: Non player character is an important part of a game that can make gameplay more interesting and challenging. That reason also makes it important to study, especially for non player characters that are clustered in large numbers where programming of such non player characters is relatively difficult to do. Quite a lot of games with non player characters in the form of birds that are clustered but on average the game does not apply good movement so that the motion of birds is relatively slow, monotonous and unrealistic. In this research, we will try to modify the Flocking Algorithm, as one of the popular algorithms for non player character groups, so that birds can fly scattered in terrain while maintaining flocking. In its implementation, the new algorithm was successfully designed and inserted in flocking, which was then applied to a 3D game. The test results are quite satisfactory with only 6.6% collisions on 100 agents with a maximum frame rate of 10 fps. Non player characters succeeded well toward 3 targets in less than 2 minutes and the results of beta testing were an average of 81% of respondents "VERY AGREE" The implementation of the Flocking Algorithm and its modification worked well and resulted in a realistic movement of non player characters.

      Abstract: In the development of information technology, it is very important for the industry to create a structured data warehouse. It has functions as a track record data and digital archiving. One industry that requires a data warehouse is a hospital. Hospitals need a digitizing system that can store medical record data and other vital data in their managerial system. Hospitals are now required to have a hospital management information system as an information medium to speed up the process of obtaining computerized information. Hospital data warehouse must be built with a systematic, tactical scheme in reporting and can guarantee its confidentiality from unauthorized persons. Displaying reports from the database is possible but has complex and very slow queries. So to make an executive report that quickly requires making dimensional data warehouse. Data warehouse schemes from a good Hospital Management System can be made in various ways, one of which utilizes the Facts Constellation scheme as the research raised by this paper.

      Abstract: With the evolution in this digital era, many industrial organizations and companies have begun to move towards digitization to increase the company's business opportunities. Data is something that is very useful in a company's business. If the dataprocessed correctly can provide a variety of information needed by the company to continue to grow. Now Data also becomes digital and data processing have many techniques and can provide us with a decision support for the information generated by the data. The data processing is usually called Data Warehouse. In running a business, business owners must certainly analyze a number of things so that the business continues to run and grow, including one of which is a fabric business in Bali, namely CV Phalani Bali. CV Phalani Bali still needs a centralized system that integrates sales data from online stores and offline stores, therefore a data warehouse is needed that can help manage all these data and make it a new information needed by CV Phalani Bali. With the data warehouse, it can help the owner of CV Phalani Bali in reporting and historical information of the business they run. Helps manage historical data and provides strategic information to support evaluation and take decision analysis at the executive level. So one of the data warehouse design methods is used, is the Powell method. This Powell method focuses on the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process to become a data warehouse that is ready to be processed by OLAP (Online Analytical Processing). This Powell method will be assisted by Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence as a tool that will design and process the sales data into a data warehouse that will produce the information needed by CV Phalani Bali for analyze and make decisions to bring cv phalani bali even more advanced.

      Abstract: Various activities related to financial transactions such as the process of deposit and loan funds require the role of the Bank. Along with a large number of customer needs in current technological developments, the banking industry is undergoing many changes. The products offered by the Bank are becoming more diverse. Customers needs for services offered by banks are becoming increasingly high for example internet banking needs. Banks require high data storage so that the bank's business processes can run efficiently. High data requirements by banks also require ease of exchanging data. One concept that can be applied is Data Warehouse. There are various approaches in developing Data Warehouse, one of which is Inmon. This study aims to build a database design from Bank X Data Warehouse with the Inmon approach. The results of the design of the Data Warehouse Bank X database design consists of three fact tables, namely loan fact, saving fact, and portfolio fact, and two data marts, namely loans and saving.

  • Market Basket Analysis using FP-Growth Association Rule on Textile

      Abstract: Online shop is one of the technological developments that makes it easy for sellers and buyers to make transactions. A batch of data is produced from the process at an online shop and will be wasted if not utilized properly. An example is a batch of transaction data that may store hidden information that might benefit the online shop, such as information on customer transaction patterns or information on the relationship between two or more items that are most often purchased by customers. Based on that problem, this research conducts market basket analysis using one of the data mining methods, namely Association Rule with FP-Growth Algorithm, to find hidden information in a transaction data produced by an online shop. The data used in this research is an online shop transaction data that contains more than one item from November 2019 to December 2019 owned by one of the textile industries located in Ubud, Bali. The calculation of the FP-Growth Association Rule also tested using the Weka application. The results of market basket analysis are several associative rules related to the combination of best-selling items, such as “customers who buy Tigers Base Grey will have a 100% chance of buying Tribal Green too”. The result can be utilized by the textile industry owner to manage the layout of the online shop, add item recommendation features to the online shop based on items purchased by the customer, and also keep stock of the best-selling items to prevent running out of stock.

  • Design of Data Warehouse for Minimarket’s Sales Information Using
           Tabular Models

      Abstract: Alongside with development of technology, more business need support of business intelligence tools to transform its data in a meaningful way which is accumulated rapidly in every transaction occurred.  In order to achieved that, data warehouse with its online analytical processing (olap) can be considered as a solution. One tools for creating an olap from data warehouse is SSAS. This tools consist of two models, first one is multidimensional models or can be said the traditional one and the new one is tabular models. One best feature that tabular models give is the time needed for building it. The tabular models does not require the data in format of fact and dimension tables so reduce the time to change particular data into some scheme (star or snowflake). Hence, the purpose of this research is to design a data warehouse for minimarket’s sales information using the advantage of tabular modeling for creating the analysis. Its also known that, the data analysis created using tabular, support reporting application such as pivot table excel, so the user not need to create a new application for reporting analysis

  • Classification and Prediction of Smoking Behavior and Hypertension in the
           Healthy Family Program with R (Case Study : Bali Provincial Government
           Department of Health)

      Abstract: The Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach aims to improve the quality of human life and is a government program that starts from the family environment. There are 12 indicators marking the health status of a family. The Provincial Government of Bali in implementing the 12 indicators there are two main problems of non-communicable diseases, namely patients with hypertension and smoking behavior. An analysis in the form of classification and prediction is needed to overcome these problems. Classification and prediction is one of the techniques in data mining. Through R, a decision tree can be produced which can be used to help the classification process and produce predictions related to the problem of non-communicable diseases. The decision tree results can be predicted that the dominant hypertension are in the age group classification of 20-40 years and 41-70 years with a probability of 0.14. As for smoking behavior, the highest smoking tendency was obtained in the classification of male sex whose status worked with a probability of 0.44.

  • Systematic Review of Text Mining Application Using Apache UIMA

      Abstract: Companies are often faced with a number of data and information in the form of unstructured texts. The unstructured data set can be processed / extracted so that it can benefit the company in the decision making process or strategy that must be carried out by the company. Text Mining is one solution to overcome these problems. Text Mining can be defined as the process of retrieving information sourced from several documents. One of the most commonly used text mining tools is Apache UIMA. This study aims to systematically study literature on the implementation of text mining and Apache UIMA by using several related databases, including reviewing text mining, Apache UIMA, and reviewing journal of text mining and Apache UIMA. These journals are reduced using certain criteria. The results obtained are the 20 journals that discuss the implementation of text mining and Apache UIMA. Based on the analysis of these journals, it can be concluded that the application of Text Mining is more widely used in the field of Classification with the method often used is Naive Bayes Classifiers. The average accuracy of the method reaches more than 85%, which means the method is very effective for classification. Specifically, Apache UIMA is more widely implemented in the Information Extraction and NLP fields. The main component of Apache UIMA that is often used is the Annotator Engine and is very effectively implemented for information extraction.

  • Analysis of Shopping Cart in Retail Companies Using Apriori Algorithm

      Abstract: This research needed a priori algorithm method to produce association rules, with a "if-then" pattern. Apriori algorithm uses an iterative approach known as level-wise search, where k-groups of products are used to explore (k + 1) product groups or (k + 1) -itemset (Han and Kamber, 2001). A priori algorithm method is expected to provide vacancy information on one of the stock items that are often purchased simultaneously by the customer. Product optimization is carried out using the profset model, which evaluates the profit margins generated per product and is developed to maximize cross-selling opportunities.   • Implementation of Document Clustering in Online News Using K-Means

      Abstract: The development of technology when making an explosion of the number of news or news documents that are very much on the internet, it is necessary to have clustering done in dividing these documents so that they can be adjusted based on the category of the online news. Application of document clustering can increase the effectiveness of information retrieval by referring to a hypothesis that relevant documents will tend to be in the same cluster if a collection of documents has been clustered. This research aims to try to do clustering on online news about Covid-19 taken from three online news websites contained in XML files. K-Means clustering is used as a grouping of online news by using an open-source application, Carrot2 Workbench which turns out to be able to generate nine clusters of "Covid-19" queries entered in the Carrot2 application.

  • Comparison of Model Prediction for Tile Production in Tabanan Regency with
           Orange Data Mining Tool

      Abstract: Data can not only be saved, but the data can be processed to be a representation of new knowledge. Tile production data in Tabanan Regency is one of them, this data consists of variables that affect the results of tile production in Tabanan Regency. Tile production in Tabanan Regency is relatively declining, therefore a predictive modeling is needed to predict the results of tile production and see which variables most influence tile production. Some data mining techniques such as classification tree, AdaBost, kNN can be used to perform the prediction modeler. In this study predictions using several methods then compare the effectiveness of these methods and look for variables that are more influential on tile production using Linear Regression. Orange data mining tool is used in this study, the use of Orange Data Mining is because this tool is based on GUI so that it can be used easily and can be utilized even by ordinary people. This study produces the best value on the comparison of the methods used and the most influential variables.

  • Spatial Data Analysis using DBSCAN Method and KNN classification

      Abstract: Spatial Data Clustering is one of the most important technical techniques used to obtain information about knowledge about number boundaries in databases from various applications. This technique can determine groups of forms that cannot be arranged and can be used effectively with a budget. Exploring interesting and useful spatial boundary patterns is more difficult to extract traditional and categorical numerical polymers because of the difficulty of species, the relationship between autocorrelation of spatial boundaries. One of the pioneering techniques in the development of facial and technical grouping technologies is DBSCAN. This technique can determine groups of shapes that cannot be arranged and can be arranged in an effective way. the groups that have already received the next classification process are carried out in order to obtain information on the classes already formed. The K-Nearest Neighbour classification technique is based on learning by analogy. When there is new data, K-Nearest Neighbor will look for a class of data from the learning sample that is closest to the new data. This closeness can be defined using the Euclidean Distance calculation method.

      Abstract: Energy conditions in Indonesia are not balanced so there is an overlap between energy demand and availability. Energy demand will continue to increase with population and industry growth, but the availability of energy will continue to decrease. Uncontrolled energy consumption will certainly increase damage to the environment which in turn worsens global warming. Energy management is a best practice so that the use of energy is well managed. Technological developments can also support energy management by utilizing IoT technology. This study conducted a systematic literature review related to the application of IoT in energy management systems. The results of the literature review conducted are that IoT which was built for energy management consists of several components, such as microcontrollers, sensors, modules, communication protocols, and cloud-based systems. Microcontrollers often used in building IoT systems are Arduino and NodeMCU. The sensor is varies depending on the measurement requirements, usually using the current sensor and voltage sensor.

  • A Comparative Study of Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem Heuristic Model

      Abstract: CVRP is a variant of VRP that can be used to find the minimum distance and number of vehicles. In this paper, three algorithm for initial solutions are compared to find the minimum distance for shipping goods from distribution center to all outlets routinely in West Jakarta – Improved Clarke and Wright (ICW) algorithm, Karagul Tokat Aydemir (KTA) algorithm , and Sweeping – Cluster First Route Second algorithm. The results show that Sweeping algorithm is the shortest total distance compared to other two algorithm which is 48.57% shorter than KTA algorithm and 33.33% shorter to ICW algorithm. Larger sample sizes need to be evaluated to strengthen this findings.   Index Terms—CVRP, ICW, KTA, Sweeping algorithm

In Bali Province, with a length of 629.39 km of National Roads and 743.34 km of Provincial Roads (PUPR Office of Bali Province, 2018). For Fiscal Year 2018, the need for Asphalt in Routine Rehabilitation / Maintenance Activities for Roads and Bridges is 25,842 tons of asphalt (PUPR Bali Prov. 2018) and the quantity requirement for asphalt for Road and Bridge Improvement Work Packages in Fiscal Year 2018 is 195,657.6 tons. So that the risk of asphalt procurement by its suppliers requires effective handling.This study focuses on mitigating major risks that occur in the road works supply chain, namely identifying risk mitigation in the production and operational processes of the Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) production unit related to road infrastructure construction work in Bali Province.                 The first study focuses on mitigating major risks that occur in the road works supply chain, namely identifying risk mitigation in the production and operational processes of the Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) production unit related to road infrastructure construction work in Bali Province has been completed. This study focus on the second stage of risk mitigation that is data collection regarding ISM mitigation and assessment through Focus Group Discussions which will be held after the first stage is completed, the selection of FGD members is carried out by people who have expertise and competence in their fields consisting of: Contractors, Consultants, project owners, academics and competent people in AMP management. From the study found 80 points of mitigation from major risk based on SIPOC stage of asphalt production. This risk mitigation is elaborated into Total Quality Management, and  catagorized into 11 catagory of risk mitigation elements of Risk Mitigation Model based on Total Quality Management.   Keywords : Risk Mitigation, Interpretive Structural Model, Focus Group Discussion

  • A Deep Learning Approach For COVID 19 Detection Via X-Ray Image With Image
           Correction Method

      Abstract: In the mitigation effort for reducing the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic in Indonesia, finding, detecting, and containing the suspect be a very crucial step to contain the virus. One of the ways that this can be detected is by thorax x-ray examination by the expert. Transferring the doctor's knowledge to a computer makes the task more scalable and precise. This can be done by building a small artificial intelligence using a simple CNN model to detect COVID biomarkers' presence in x-ray images. As the AI relies heavily on the x-ray dataset as the system's underlying basis has a good quality dataset is very important. However, the x-ray data tend to have a noise problem that will affect their overall system quality. We did a little comparative study with the objective to improve the quality of the dataset with three techniques of image enhancement, namely color denoising, mean denoising, and contrast enhancement, with the mean denoising outperform the other image manipulation method by 4%, which yield the accuracy of the system to 95% with 100 pieces of real-world test data. Hopefully, this study would inspire future studies improving the tech-based pandemic mitigation technology In the future.

  • Detection of Covid Chest X-Ray using Wavelet and Support Vector Machines

      Abstract: The study of digital image processing is still a hot topic in the realm of research, especially in medical research. The presence of various digital image processing methods and machine learning also contributes to the progress of research in this field. Detecting Covid Chest X-Ray is a prediction problem solving with a supervised classification method. In this study, the SVM method was chosen because it is proven to function as a good classifier as has been done in previous studies. Where previously the chest x-ray image feature extraction was carried out using wavelet transform. Feature extraction using wavelets has given the distinctive features of normal lung X-rays and distinguishes them from the distinctive features of Covid lung X-rays. The measurement results of the average classification model for the approximate, vertical, horizontal and diagonal dataset are 93.91% accuracy, 6.09% error rate, 98.75% recall, 89.06% specificity, and 91.26% precision. The vertical dataset is the best dataset to get a classification model because it has the best value in the accuracy and recall variables, but still provides good performance in measuring precision.

  • Thermal Conductivity and Bending Strength of Coconut
           Fiber/Paraffin/Graphite Composite Phase Change Materials

      Abstract: The use of composite materials for panel boards, building construction, vehicle accessories, and household furniture is growing. Coconut coir fiber-reinforced composites can be applied as panel boards for building and furniture construction, which can also be used as heat storage systems. The coco fiber composite's low energy storage capacity can be increased by incorporating PCM material into it, forming a PCM composite material. Heat absorption and release performance depend on the material's thermal conductivity, which can be increased by adding additives such as graphite. This paper presents a performance test of PCM composites to obtain bending strength and thermal conductivity. The research materials were coconut coir fiber, polyester, paraffin, and graphite. The weight fractions of coco fiber and polyester were 30 and 50%, respectively. Variation of paraffin weight fraction 15 and 20% and variation of graphite weight 0 and 5%. The method of mixing materials is direct incorporation and forming of PCM composites using a press molding process. The tests carried out include the bending test (ASTM D790-03) and the thermal conductivity test using the Heat Transfer Experiment Base Unit test kit. The results show that the use of 15 wt% paraffin with 5 wt% graphite increases thermal conductivity by 23.27% and increases bending strength by 36.71%.

      Abstract: Passenger Car Equivalent (PCE) is the conversion factor of various vehicle types into passenger car units. Characteristics and geometric road conditions affect the PCE value. The PCE value on urban roads has been determined in the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (IHCM) in 1997. Previous studies show that the PCE value for motorcycles according to IHCM isn‘t appropriate. The COVID-19 outbreak that occurs at Denpasar in early March 2020 led to a policy to restrict community activities outside the home, affects the traffic flow conditions in Denpasar City. The study's aim is to estimate the PCE value for the motorcycle at COVID-19 pandemic on mixed traffic flows in Denpasar and compare it with the PCE value in the IHCM. The PCE value is determined using the time headway method. The analysis results show the PCE value of the motorcycle during the COVID-19 pandemic was different from the PCE value of the IHCM.

  • A Bibliometric Analysis of Input Parameter in Artificial Neural Network
           Approach for Groundwater Level Prediction

      Abstract: Rapid growth in the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) approach in groundwater level prediction literature calls for an assessment of the trajectory and impacts to identify key themes and future research directions. In this paper, reported a bibliometric analysis of this literature that focuses on examining input paramater uses, focus of research, and research forward. We used Elsevier’s SCOPUS database, Dimensions, and Google Scholar to search for publications from January 2000 to May 2020 on the ANN approach in groundwater level prediction, and analyzed the 'nal sample of 101 publications using RIS file from Mendeley and Vosviewer software tools. Thematic analysis of abstracts revealed a strong focus on groundwater level prediction with artificial neural network approach. The co-occurrence network map showed the hydro-climatology parameter like precipitation, temperature, and groundwater level connected with a large number of frequently used for input in ANN approach, while the evapotranspiration, evaporation, humidity, river stage, runoff parameter demonstrated much weaker links. Re'ected on how these 'ndings may useful for better understand and ultimately be able to use the other hydro-climatology input paramater on groundwater level prediction with artificial neural network approach.

  • Solar PV Plant as a Replacement for Power Supply of Irrigation Water Pump

      Abstract: The southern side of Subak Babakan Yeh Kuning has an agricultural irrigation water shortage due to the dry season’s drought. In 2016, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing resolved that by giving diesel-powered irrigation water pump system and groundwater irrigation network, however the high operations cost resulted an abandonment of it. This study conducted a solar power plant design for submersible pumps at the southern side of Subak Babakan Yeh Kuning by calculating the amount of irrigation water needed, designing the solar power plant and the investment costs, and comparing the operations cost between the new and old system. Based on the design, the capacity of the solar power plant was set at 12,54 kWp using 33 solar module units and a 18,5 kW inverter unit. The pump could operate for 5 hours and 30 minutes on a sunny weather with a water discharge of 253 m3 or fulfill 17,5% of water needs  for an area of 16-hectare. The investment costs of the solar power plant pump system were IDR 171.193.500. The operations cost of the new system (solar-powered) per hectare was IDR 6.495/day. Meanwhile, the operations cost of the old system (diesel-powered) per hectare was IDR 15.950/day.

      Abstract: Tourism transportation companies such as the Sumber Jaya Trans bus are a means used to facilitate an agency or company in conducting tourism trips. With the use of a means of transportation, maintenance is definitely needed for the continued use of the vehicle in the long term. At PT. Sumber Jaya Trans Tangerang has a problem, namely regarding the reporting of vehicle maintenance data that still uses the web, mechanics who have repaired bus vehicles fill out maintenance reports on a web so that it takes a very long time. With the existing problems, the authors propose an Android-based bus maintenance system. Using the PIECES analysis method. The system design uses object-oriented analysis method with Unified Modeling Language (UML), programming language for Web Service using PHP with Laravel framework, programming language for Android using Dart with Flutter framework. Android was chosen because of its popularity among Indonesians as a mobile operating system capable of replacing computer jobs. Therefore we need an Android-based system that can assist in reporting vehicle maintenance data to make it more effective and efficient.

      Abstract: The success of the company in developing its services can be seen from the number of customers who use these services, customer loyalty in using services can be seen from customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is an important factor in the development of a business in the company, repeated use of services can be used as an indicator in determining the level of customer loyalty, by paying attention to customer loyalty, of course the company will be able to develop customer focus on an ongoing basis. Clarification of customers needs to be done to find out how demographics customers use services, can be seen from how many customers and the level of transactions made. K-Means clustering is one method that can be used for the classification process of customer data through transactions carried out by forming several clusters, this classification process is divided into 5 clusters with the results of which include 1) A few small number transactions with many customers, 2) Many transactions small number with many customers, 3) a few transactions with a medium number of customers begin to decrease, 4) a few large number transactions a few customers, 4) a moderate number of transactions with a number of customers.

  • Solid Catalyst in Esterification and Transesterification Reactions for
           Biodiesel Production: A Review

      Abstract: Biodiesel is considered as an important substitute for the replacement of fossil diesel due to its biodegradable, renewable and non-toxicity to environment. Biodiesel consist of mixture of mono alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids. It is produced from vegetable oils, animal fats and waste cooking oil. Solid catalysts are promising and advantageous for biodiesel production because those could be reusable, environmentally benign and are more effective than liquid catalysts. Moreover, the application of solid catalysts does not produce soaps through triglycerides saponification or free fatty acids neutralization. When triglycerides as major component of oil react with alcohol (methanol or ethanol) to form biodiesel in the presence of base catalyst, this called is transesterification. When acid catalysts are used for reducing free fatty acids to form biodiesel, this called is esterification. The application of solid catalysts in esterification and transesterification reactions for biodiesel production are discussed in this review.
