      Abstract: In today's life in maintaining health, it is very important to follow the government's advice to always obey the Health Protocol. The use of masks in everyday life, both when doing outdoor and indoor activities is very important, to avoid exposure to the covid-19 virus. This study proposes the use of an ESP32 cam as a mask detector, the captured image can be processed and executed by a program made using programming Python language. To access the camera library is used , the opencv, and to execute object detection in the form of a mask using the library tensor flow, which has created a training file in the form of a prepared data datasheet output of the program is sent to Arduino Uno in the form of an analog signal to control the servo used as a portal driver which is placed on the entrance to the room, which will open when the person who is about to enter has used a mask properly, the green led as a target indicator has used a mask and LED red as an indicator of the target not using a mask, and the ISD1820 module as a notifier in the form of sound playing through the speaker. The experimental results show the ideal distance for masking at a distance of 150 cm.

  • Sistem Monitoring dan Kontrol Tangki Air Menggunakan Raspberry Pi Berbasis
           Bot Telegram

      Abstract: Water is a daily necessity that is often stored in water tanks. Water tanks are often placed at a height to take advantage of the force of gravity for optimal flow. Good water quality is necessary for the fulfillment of daily needs. The high position of the water tank is difficult for the user to find out the quality and remaining volume. Poor water quality such as experiencing turbidity can have a bad impact. So we need a system that can detect turbidity and water volume and can inform users remotely. The technology that can be used is the internet of things. The system built will monitor the turbidity and volume of the user's water tank, as well as control the pump in the form of turning on and off. The sensors used are LDR sensors to detect turbidity and ultrasonic sensors to detect water levels which are then calculated into water volume. The process of interaction between users and the system using a bot from instant messaging Telegram. The test results of the system have been able to monitor turbidity and water volume and control the water pump through interaction with users via the Telegram bot. The test results show the average speed of the whole system process is 1.48s.

      Abstract: Fire & gas safety control adalah suatu sistem control untuk mengamankan suatu ruangan / gedung dari bahaya kebocoran gas ataupun kebakaran. Di era sekarang perkembangan arsitektur bangunan mengharuskan kita untuk selalu berinovasi dalam mempertahankan keselatan penghuni ataupun bangunan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini membuat alat Advance Fire & Gas Safety Control yang bertujuan untuk meminimalisir adanya alarm palsu terutama soal uap. Asap dan uap dapat dibedakan dari tingkat kelembabannya. Asap yang merupakan partikel sisa pembakaran memiliki tingkat kelembaban yang sangat rendah, sedangkan uap memiliki tingkat kelembaban yang sangat tinggi. Penelitian ini implementasi NodeMCU ESP8266, Sensor MQ-2, Sensor DHT11, Sensor api, Buzzer, Firebase dan Kodular, untuk mendeteksi kebakaran, adanya uap dan kebocoran gas.

  • Techno-Economic Analysis of the Implementation PV Rooftop System at the
           Denpasar Mayor's Office Building

      Abstract: Indonesia is located along the equator so that it has a huge potential for solar energy, but it has not been able to be utilized optimally to reduce the use of fossil energy that is not environmentally friendly. In order to increase the use of new and renewable energy by 23% in 2025 where the target for the utilization of solar energy is 6.5 GW, the Government through the National Energy Council issued a policy to encourage each region to accelerate the utilization of solar energy in accordance with the mandate of the General National Energy Plan which requires the use of a minimum of 30% of the roofs of government buildings for the use of solar PV rooftop. The Denpasar City Government in implementing the Bali Provincial Energy General Plan can implement solar PV rooftop system at the Denpasar Mayor's Office Building as a pilot project for government buildings in Denpasar City. From the results of technical studies that have been carried out, the Denpasar Mayor's Office Building has a total roof area of ''1,732.14 m2. However, based on the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 49/2018, in this study designed solar PV rooftop with a capacity of 112.5 kWp. Solar PV rooftop simulation with PVSyst produces an average annual performance potential of 81.6% with an annual energy production of 175 kWh. Solar PV rooftop  which is designed can save the use of PLN's electrical energy by 72.12% in a year. The results of the design are then tested economically using the NPV, IRR, BCR, PI and PP methods. NPV is positive at discount rates of 6%, 10%, and 15%. The IRR test is worth 20.12%, the BCR test is 14.57, the PI test is 7.31 and the PP test states that this investment requires a period of 3.4 years to return the initial capital. Based on the technical and economic analysis, the design of solar PV rooftop on the roof of the Denpasar Mayor's Office is very feasible because it is able to produce electrical energy that can save significant use of PLN's electrical energy and meet the investment eligibility criteria.

      Abstract: Over time, the development of technology is very rapid.  It is certainly inseparable from the role of networks that can connect devices to be able to exchange information. Therefore, there is a need to secure computer networks to prevent cyber crime. The most commonly used attacks are Port Scanning and DoS (Denial Of Service). There are various ways to secure a computer network, one of which is by switching port security. In addition to using switch port security, the technique for securing network crimes is to use the De-Militarized Zone (DMZ). This study aims to compare network security performance with Port Security and DMZ methods where the tests obtained based on the review literature concluded that the use of DMZ and Port Security methods can provide security to the network.

           Energy (WTE) di TPA Pakusari Jember, Jawa Timur

      Abstract: The problem with waste in Jember Regency is that waste management has not been maximized. The abundant availability of combustible waste can be used as RDF as waste to energy. This study analyzed the potential RDF and the feasibility of constructing a PLTSa at TPA Pakusari using the life cycle cost method. The electricity cost is calculated by LCoE, obtained by dividing the total present value life cycle cost of the total energy generated. The potential of RDF from the results of the water content and ash content produced does not require the RDF quality standards of several countries. In contrast, the volatile content test and the calorific value of the waste after treatment have required the RDF quality standards. The level of GHG emissions produced is 1,8 tCO2. The results of the economic analysis show that the LCC value during a lifetime is Rp. 75.903.806.400. The feasibility of the Pakusari PLTSa development plan is declared feasible with a PBP value of 13 years. The NPV value with an interest rate of 8,5% is Rp. 22.065.398.707,03, and the IRR value is 14,35%. In the profitability index and net B/C criteria, the project is declared feasible with a value of 2,3.

  • Sistem Replikasi Basis Data berdasarkan MySQL menggunakan Container Docker

      Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan implementasi replikasi database menggunakan teknik master-slave. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah menjalankan replikasi data yang terdapat pada server master sehingga dapat tersalin secara otomatis pada server slave. Penerapan teknik replikasi master-slave bertujuan untuk mencegah kehilangan data dari kejadian sistem gagal atau kerusakan perangkat pada server utama. Konsep replikasi master-slave adalah menyalin data dari database server master ke server slave sehingga pengguna tidak perlu melakukan backup data dari database secara manual. Replikasi database master-slave merupakan salah satu fitur yang disediakan oleh aplikasi database MySQL dalam container Docker, namun untuk dapat menjalankan sistem replikasi, beberapa penyesuaian dan konfigurasi diperlukan pada aplikasi database, sehingga mampu membentuk sebuah infrastruktur replikasi secara otomatis. Dalam penelitian ini, replikasi dijalankan pada aplikasi database MySQL dengan data uji sebanyak 20 file data multimedia dengan kapasitas 100MB. Pengujian dilakukan dengan memasukkan data ke dalam database pada server master. Skenario pengujian pada penelitian ini dilakukan unggah data dan hapus data. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan perubahan data secara otomatis: data yang ada pada server slave sama seperti pada server master, walaupun data pada server master telah melalui unggahan dan penghapusan data. Begitu pula sebaliknya, perubahan data yang dilakukan pada server master juga langsung terreplikasi pada server slave.

           Heater pada Kubikel 20 kV Berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis

      Abstract: Salah satu gangguan yang terjadi pada kubikel 20 kV adalah pada saat kondisi suhu dan kelembapan yang tinggi, maka suatu saat akan timbul uap air yang menempel pada dinding kubikel dan mempengaruhi terjadinya korona. Untuk mengatasi hal itu kubikel telah dilengkapi heater yang berfungsi memanaskan ruang kubikel agar kelembapannya terjaga.  Namun ketika di lapangan seringkali ditemukan kondisi kinerja heater yang kurang maksimal dan tidak berfungsi.  Dengan kondisi tersebut diperlukan sistem monitoring suhu dan kelembapan serta sistem kendali dua heater  guna mencegah kerusakan pada heater. Sistem dibangun menggunakan mikrokontroller STM32F103C8T6, sensor DHT-22 dilengkapi dengan exhaust fan untuk menjaga suhu ruang terminasi kubikel tetap terjaga. Parameter suhu yang diperbolehkan minimal sebesar 35 ºC sampai batas maksimal 40 ºC dengan kelembapan dibawah 90% sesuai dengan datasheet kubikel merek kubikel, Schneider dan standard IEC 62271-1. Selanjutnya data hasil dari monitoring dapat ditampilkan pada LCD dan Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis website. Dengan adanya alat ini, dapat memudahkan masyarakat khususnya pihak PLN dalam proses monitoring dan pemeliharaan kubikel 20 kV.

  • Augmented Reality Pada Property Dengan Window Portal Depth Mask Shader

      Abstract: The current home marketing strategy still uses social media accounts, brochures, and catalogs as promotional media. The current use of promotional media, people are often confused to imagine the shape of the house to be purchased, because they still use brochures as promotional media where the visualization of the shape of the house still uses 2D so that the perspective is limited. The need for an innovation that can visualize the shape of the house into a 3D object by using Augmented Reality technology. The purpose of this research is to produce an AR application that can be a marketing medium. Users just open the application and then point to the marker and the portal and 3D house will appear. The Augmented Reality application was tested on the community to measure the validity and feasibility as a marketing medium that has been filled out by respondents through Google Forms. For the development method using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which has 6 stages, including: concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing, and distribution. In this study, the application of AR technology to the application resulted in an application that applied Augmented Reality (AR) technology that can display 3D houses through portals and can be an innovation for home marketing strategies to attract public interest.

  • Simulasi Penggunaan Komponen Smart Building untuk Meningkatkan IKE di
           Gedung Rektorat Universitas Udayana

      Abstract: One of the important aspects in energy management is energy audit activities. he benefits of an energy audit include recommendations for actions to be taken to improve energy efficiency, reduce costs and save money on energy bills.  This study aims to obtain information on the efficiency of the use of electrical energy in the rectorate building of Udayana University and how big the potential for saving electrical energy is through testing energy-saving equipment. The results of the measurement, observation and data collection of the load at the Udayana University rectorate, the total power and electrical energy consumption of the Udayana University Rectorate building are 120.12 kW and 15521.02 kWh, respectively. The biggest need for electricity supply is air conditioning, which is 61.5 kW with energy consumption of 62%. In general, the Rectorate building of Udayana University has an IKE value of 49.43 kWh/m2/year. The IKE value for the AC/non-AC building category is 4.12 kWh/m2/month (very efficient). Meanwhile, in terms of IKE per room, there is still a value below the efficient category because electrical equipment is still / left on when working hours are over, especially lights and air conditioners. The application of Smart Building equipment with the aim of efficient use of electrical energy shows a decrease in lighting electrical energy consumption by 161.25 kWh (31%) while for air conditioning by 143.86 kWh (11%).

      Abstract: Information is important thing and the service or method used to transmit the information needed to be evolve then will able provide a better services. SIMAK-NG Udayana University is an information system built by the Udayana University Resources and Information Unit (USDI) to provide convenience to users (academic operators, lecturers and students) in online academic administration activities incorporated in an Integrated Information System, with the name IMISSU (Integrated Management Information System the Strategic of Udayana). The architecture migration of SIMAK-NG service into microservices is carried out in order to improve the service to work more effectively and optimally. The migration process is started out by implementing RESTful APIs on student modules which will support the performance of SIMAK-NG services. RESTful API is one of the architectural designs contained in the API itself, and API is software that integrates applications that have been created with other applications. In this research, a RESTful API model design has been made using the Java programming language, Quarkus framework, and a database schema that is in accordance with the database on the SIMAK-NG service at Udayana University. The test results show that the developed API can work and produce data according to the design.

      Abstract: SIMPEG – SIMAK DIHAT is Information System of Government Staff that developed by the Denpasar City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) in supporting the implementation of e-government and Denpasar Smart City for the realization of good public services based on "Sewakadharma" as an innovation product. The COVID-19 pandemic has created several changes. Starting from budget efficiency, the Work From Home (WFH) transition, online training and education, have had a huge impact on the development of SIMPEG - SIMAK DIHATI which is a milestone in Denpasar City BKPSDM staffing services. COBIT 5 was chosen because it was considered to be able to describe what should be done in the future development of SIMPEG – SIMAK DIHATI.   • Analisis Perbandingan Produktivitas Material Budidaya Akuaponik Berbasis
           IoT (Internet of Things) dengan Budidaya Akuaponik Konvensional

      Abstract: Aquaponics is one of the methods of farming in urban areas that produces fish and vegetables at the same time. One aspect that can improve the quality of aquaponics products such as catfish and water spinach in a short period of time is the addition of Internet of Things (IoT) systems. This technology allows farmers to automate work and monitor aquaponics media remotely. Before applying this technology, it is necessary to analyze to what extent each aquaponics system improves the quality of fish and vegetables. The purpose of this study is to compare the productivity of materials needed to grow catfish and water spinach in IoT-based aquaponics and conventional aquaponics. The parameters studied to support the results of the analysis are fish weight and vegetable weight after 14 days. The results show that the weight of fish and vegetables produced by IoT aquaponics is heavier than that produced by conventional aquaponics, which leads to a higher number of production units. It makes the IoT aquaponics productivity percentage value greater with a productivity difference of 112%, which indicates that the IoT aquaponics system manages the required materials more efficiently in a short period of time.

      Abstract: The aquarium monitoring system in the maintenance of ornamental fish is fundamental to maintaining the survival of the aquatic biota in it. In this study, a prototype of a water condition monitoring system such as turbidity and water temperature in freshwater ornamental fish aquariums was designed and integrated with IoT technology so that it could make it easier for ornamental fish owners to maintain freshwater ornamental fish remotely. In the prototype tool, there is a turbidity sensor SEN0189, a temperature sensor DS18B20, and an HC-SR04 sensor, which function to measure changes that occur in each parameter. Each sensor data will be processed by the Arduino Uno microcontroller, which is then sent to the NodeMCU ESP8266 (Wi-Fi module) via serial communication so that sensor data readings can be displayed on the Blynk application. Tetapi untuk sekarang masih terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi , khususnya kerangka tata air yang sulit dijangkau , tidak akurat dan tidak merata. Tugas akhir ini dibuat agar tidak terlalu sulit petani untuk menyirami tanaman cabai merah sesuai kebutuhan. Pada alat ini pompa air yang digunakan bisa berupa pompa air yang memiliki jenis dc 12 volt dan 18 watt. Strategi yang digunakan untuk menyiram cabai adalah sistem air curah , yang bekerja dengan cara memancarkan air ke tanaman seperti air sehingga penyiraman tersampaikan secara merata . Saat transmisi, kecepatan air akan diukur menggunakan sensor aliran air . Kelembaban tanah yang dapatdipelajari oleh sensor yang menyatakan bahwa pH tanah memiliki 3 kondisi, jika kondisi tanah >2,0, menunjukkan kering, 2,01 – 5,50 menunjukkan tanah basah dan 5,51-7,00 menunjukkan tanah sangat lembab . Setelah itu nilai kelembaban tanah tersebut akan dibaca menggunakan arduino uno atmega 2560 dan hasilnya kan dimunculkan di lcd.

      Abstract: — The DC motors often experiences rotational speed instability due to disturbance. To overcome this, PID control can be applied to stabilize the speed. PID control is a combination of proportional, integral, and derivative controls. To achieve good performance, it is necessary to tune these parameters using several methods, such as genetic algorithm. The genetic algorithm works by forming a population of individuals that potentially can produce optimal solutions judged by the fitness value. Several parameters are used in genetic algorithms such as population size, number of generations, crossover probability, and mutation probability. This study aims to analyze the genetic algorithm method for tuning PID control parameters in controlling the rotational speed of the DC motor. The results obtained genetic algorithm parameters with population size and the number of generations of 70, crossover probability of 0.9, mutation probability of 0.4 and a fitness value of 6.261e+18. PID parameters with value of Kp = 9.4429; Ki = 19.3255 and Kd = 0.45602 and system response with rise time value of 0.1212 s, settling time of 0.2562 s, overshoot of 0.0366% and steady-state error of 0.1739%. With these PID parameters, the DC motor can follow the setpoint at constant and changing load values.

      Abstract: Perkembangan dunia penerbangan beberapa tahun ini mengalami peningkatan yang, salah satunya bidang pesawat tanpa berawak atau unmanned aerial vehicle. Perkembangan tersebut seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan UAV diberbagai bidang, diantaranya yaitu untuk misi militer, misi pemantauan bencana alam, dan misi foto udara. Banyak jenis pesawat yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan misi-misi tersebut, salah satu jenis pesawat pesawat yang banyak digunakan adalah pesawat tipe flying wing. Pesawat dengan tipe ini bentuknya segitiga dan tidak memiliki ekor. Pengendali pesawat ini menggunakan elevon pada sisi kanan kiri sayapnya, dan bentuk nya relative kecil, sehingga pesawat ini rentan terhadap gangguan lingkungan dan menyebabkan kegagalan misi penerbangan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem kendali yang mampu membuat pesawat mempertahankan stabilitas terbang. Dalam penelitian ini diterapkan metode kendali Linier Quadratic Regulator untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Metode kendali LQR digunakan untuk mengendalikan sudut pitch dan roll pada pesawat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, gangguan yang diberikan mampu diatasi dengan baik oleh pesawat. Terbukti ketika diberikan gangguan, pesawat mengalami overshoot sebesar 4,24º pada sudut pitch dan 4,26º pada sudut roll, namun dapat dengan cepat kembali ke setpoint dalam waktu 1,2 detik pada sudut pitch, dan 1,3 detik pada sudut roll. Dengan demikian pesawat mampu mempertahankan stabilitas terbangnya.

      Abstract: The era of globalization brings changes to all aspects of humanity. Therefore, its  necessary to analyze the aceptance/of informationitechnology to examine whether the attendance technology used is acceptable and what factors influence the acceptance. One method to assess the aceptanceiofthe information technology is/the Technnology/Aceptance Modelsp(TAM). In this/studys, an analysis/will be carrieded/out on the acceptance ofithe attendance system technology used by PT. Baliyoni Saguna using the TAM method. The research was conducted by taking questionnaire data containing clauses from the TAM method from 75 Baliyoni employees. From the test results, validation and reliability tests were carried out where all data could be said to be valid and very reliable. Testing the relationship between TAM variables shows that all data havea a/posiitive influences/on attendance where the value of the t-statistical test is > 0.2272 and is significant where the p-value of all test data is < 0.05. The indicator that has/a major influence on/the/acceptance/of this attendance system is perceiveds/ease of/use which has t-statistic of/38,221.

      Abstract: The Medium Voltage Network is an electrical power system between main substations and distribution substations with the scope from the out-going terminal of the power breaker to the in-coming separation / protection equipment for 20kV distribution transformer. The Medium Voltage Network distributes electricity and deals with customers must pay attention for the level of reliability which is able to supply electric power to consumers on a continuous basis. The reliability level of the distribution system can be determined by calculating SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), which is the reliability index of the number of blackout frequencies. Based on the results of the calculation and analysis of the system-based reliability index that the obtained results of 10.89 times/customer/year with total energy not served was 57772 kWh which were considered unreliable distribution system according to the SPLN 68-2: 1986 index standard. Furthermore, it is necessary to analyze, evaluate the causes of trips and budget policies as an effort to reduce the value of SAIFI. Preventive activities include: routine inspections, installation of wire insulation, as well as utilizing IoT technology, databases and GPS for system digitization for distribution system reliability.       Abstract: Peternakan merupakan kegiatan pengembangbiakkan dan pemeliharaan hewan yang dapat dilakukan dengan sistem kandang maupun sistem lepas. Sistem peternakan lepas masih banyak dijumpai di wilayah Nusa Tenggara dan sebagian wilayah di Bali. Peternakan jenis ini sulit dipantau sehingga rentan pencurian. Selain kemungkinan pencurian, sistem pengembalaan hewan ternak seperti ini memiliki banyak resiko lain, salah satunya adalah kehilangan ternak baik itu karena tersesat ataupun terjebak di suatu tempat. Maka dari itu perlu dikembangkan suatu alat pelacak yang mampu memonitoring keberadaan hewan ternak tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Internet of Things (IoT) guna memonitoring hewan ternak atau peliharaan dengan memakai GPS, NodeMCU ESP8266, Firebase dan Kodular. Data berupa nilai latitude dan longitude yang didapat oleh modul GPS akan dikirimkan ke Firebase melalui jaringan WiFi. Data tersebut kemudian ditampilkan pada aplikasi Kodular dalam bentuk koordinat latitude, longitude, dan marker pada maps. Selain itu, alat tracking yang dapat dikalungkan pada leher hewan ini dilengkapai dengan lampu LED yang bertujuan untuk memantau posisi hewan ternak pada malam hari sehingga posisi hewan dapat terlihat ketika kondisi gelap.       Abstract: Pemanfaatan sumber daya alam dan energi semakin hari semakin meningkat, salah satunya  adalah penggunaan gas bumi sebagai bahan bakar baik untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga maupun industri. Aspek safety dalam penggunaan gas ini haruslah diperhatikan karena kebocoran gas dapat memicu terjadinya kebakaran. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan alat yang dapat mendeteksi dan menotifikasi kebocoran gas sedini mungkin. Penelitian ini mengusulkan alat pendeteksi kebocoran gas berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai mikrokontroler. Sistem pendeteksian ini menggunakan sensor MQ-2 sebagai pendeteksi kadar gas dan flame sensor sebagai pendeteksi sinar ultraviolet sebagai indikasi adanya api. Output yang dihasilkan berupa pesan notifikasi dari Telegram Bot yang dikirimkan melalui NodeMCU. Dalam hal ini, buzzer dan LED akan memberikan sinyal jika sensor MQ-2 mendeteksi kadar gas di atas 500 ADC, lalu NodeMCU akan mengirim perintah kepada Telegram Bot untuk mengirimkan pesan notifikasi secara realtime. Disamping itu, kadar gas yang terdeteksi juga ditampilkan pada layar LCD 16x2. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa jarak ideal untuk mendeteksi gas adalah di bawah 6 cm, sedangkan api di bawah 20 cm dengan waktu respon sensor 2 detik. Dengan alat ini diharapkan dapat meminimalisir resiko kebakaran akibat kebocoran gas. Kata Kunci— kebakaran, kebocoran gas, NodeMCU, Telegram

Dimana tujuannya adalah untuk dapat mengenali pelanggan dengan menganalisis perilaku pelanggan. Sehingga ini dapat menjadi suatu investasi bagi perusahaan. Perilaku pelanggan dapat diramalkan dengan menggunakan RFM model. Dan pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan literature review mengenai implementasi RFM Model pada data mining didalam membantu perusahaan untuk lebih memahami pelanggan mereka. Dari hasil review yang dilakukan RFM model pada rentang Tahun 2016 – 2021 lebih banyak dikombinasikan dengan teknik data mining yaitu algoritma clustering, dimana tujuannya adalah untuk mengelompokkan atau melakukan segmentasi pelanggan. Dan dari hasil review penulis juga memformulasikan riset yang dapat dilakukan, yaitu mengkombinasikan RFM model dengan metode TOPSIS.

      Abstract: —VTOL-plane is a hybrid vehicle that combines a fixed-wing vehicle and a rotary-wing vehicle with the advantages of good endurance and good maneuverability. Combining these two types of UAVs requires a control system capable of stabilizing the shift from fixed-wing to rotary-wing mode or vice versa. Attitude disorientation occurs in the form of a decrease in height due to overshoot. therefore, a mode or control many input parameters. The Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) control method is one of the control methods capable of producing minimum errors and capable of many input parameters. The LQR control system produces a control response with a rise time according to the needs. The LQR control meets the specifications of the VTOL-plane vehicle requirements to handle minimum errors. Attitude disorientation occurs due to overshoot, as well as handling of the control system which can only handle a small amount of input and output on the VTOL-plane vehicle.       Abstract: In this paper, the contribution for finding the tilt and azimuth angle, location, and shift optimum with shading analysis method using PVSyst software has been done. The PV module capacity is 20 kWp that and integrated as canopy in the crosswalk between LABTEK V and LABTEK VI, ITB campus, Bandung. Coodinate from the location of PV modules is 6,89 LS dan 107,61 LT (- 6,89 oS, 107,61 oE). Fixed tilt was used for the PV modules orientation. The buildings and trees around the PV module cause shading effect in the PV modules, therefore, to maximize PV performance additional optimization and shading analysis have to be carried out. Performance achieved tilt angle 11o and azimuth 0o with effective global irradiation 1160,1 kWh/m2/year and energy array 21,75 MWh/tahun. After tilt optimization, shift and array optimization was added for improve the PV modul performance. In the added the shift and array optimization scenarios, the effective global irradiation has improved 72 kWh/m2/year and 14,9 kWh/m2/year respectively and the energy array has improved 1,26 MWh/year and 0,25 MWh/year.

      Abstract: Multilevel inverter (MLI) is one type of inverter that has a multilevel output voltage. Although its better than conventional inverters, the MLIs operating at low frequency still contains low-order harmonics at the output voltage and current which have a negative impact on electrical system. To overcome these problems, Many researchers have developed various control and modulation techniques on inverters to reduce harmonics and minimize switching losses with the aim of optimizing inverter’s efficiency. Selective harmonic elimination pulse-width modulation (SHEPWM) is the most optimal control of all methods that have been developed to remove low-order harmonics from the inverter output voltage. However, there are challenges in the MLIs analysis process using SHEPWM because solving these equations is difficult. Bio-inspired intelligent algorithms (BIAs) is used to solve this problem. This paper describes in full a review of various studies that have been carried out previously related to the operating principle of nine types of BIA and their application in reducing harmonics. The conclusions has been made on the basis of information extracted from the literatures. All important information in this paper regarding harmonic reduction in MLI will help future research to design efficient power conversion systems.       Abstract: The Efforts to accelerate the development of renewable energy power plants continue to be driven by the central government as stipulated in the National Energy General Plan. One of the plants developed is the Solar Power Plant. Currently about Solar Power Plant in Indonesia is built to reach 152.44 MW from the target set at 6.5 GW. The central government through the Minister of Energy of Resources and Minerals issued policy No. 49 of 2018 on the use of rooftop power plants. Gianyar is one of the areas that have good solar irradiation with an average of 4.99 kWh/m2/day, where it is very potential to build a rooftop PV. This research aims to find out the study of electrical energy and ecomonic generated from Solar Power Plant 10 kWp in Batuan village. Furthermore, surveyed the field to collect data to simulate the performance, comparison, and investment feasibility of the construction of the Solar Power Plant. Data collection of real production and real consumption is carried out for 12 months. Simulations use PVsyst programs and investment feasibility using several methods, such as Net Present Value.(NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Profitability Index (PI), and Payback Period (PP). The total potential Solar Power Plant in of Batuan Village household is 9.3 kWp from the entire roof of the installation of 78.11 m2. The construction of Solar Power Plant in households in Batuan Village with a capacity of 10 kWp has a potential of 6336.3 kWh in a year with a performance of 30.9%, while in real production this Solar Power Plant is able to produce a total of 8,502 kWh in a year. In economic analysis, the feasibility level of plts development investment was declared unfit, with an NPV value of Rp. - 321,004,050 at a discount rate of 10%, the value of IRR - 90.4%, BCR worth 0.78, PI at 0.32, and PP which reached 78 years.

      Abstract: — The exact estimation of the number of colonies or Colony Forming Units (CFUs) is frequently used in microbiology research, particularly in the field of bacteria. The number of colonies that develop per gram or milliliter of sample is estimated by multiplying the number of plates, the dilution factor, and the volume used [1]. Counting the number of bacterial colonies can be used to determine a bacterium's growth rate. The cup count method is commonly used to accomplish this manually. An instrument called a colony counter can help with colony counting utilizing the cup count method. This technology works by using a pen connected  to a counter to mark the colonies that have been counted. However, because the colony size is tiny and the number of colonies counted is huge, this can lead to inaccuracies, and the same difficulties can happen with manual colony computations. Digital image processing technology has been extensively developed for use in a variety of fields. Researchers had previously undertaken a similar study that attempted to count bacterial colonies and had a 94 percent accuracy rate, but some colonies were not spotted because they were filtered during preprocessing, so they looked into it further.       Abstract: Intisari— Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih membuat perangkat mobile menjadi alternatif utama dalam mengelola urusan kehidupan. Perangkat mobile yang menawarkan adanya layanan dan komputasi adalah smartphone. Kecanggihan teknologi smartphone dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memproses absensi. Sistem absensi merupakan sistem yang dapat mencatat kehadiran setiap pengguna, sistem absensi dapat diproses menggunakan beberapa jenis absensi diantaranya absensi secara konvensional menggunakan tanda tangan dan absensi digital menggunakan Face Recognition dan QR code. Dalam memproses sistem absensi fitur geolocation dapat digunakan untuk mencari lokasi. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menentukan metode absensi digital yang terbaik antara Face Recognition dan QR code menggunakan geolocation. Berdasarkan penjelasan dari penelitian sebelumnya dan melakukan perbandingan antara metode Face Recognition dan QR code dalam memproses sistem absensi didapatkan hasil metode QR code merupakan metode terbaik untuk absensi digital karena memiliki akurasi yang tinggi dan penerapannya lebih mudah.       Abstract: Forecasting is the process of estimating a future value using data from the past or data from the present as a reference. Forecasting is a critical component of an organization's short- and long-term planning as a reference for management decision making. Identifying the data pattern in the time series data utilized is a crucial step in identifying the best forecasting approach for the data pattern. The Gray Prediction Model is a forecasting technique that can be used with partial data or a little amount of data. The Grey-Markov forecasting approach may be used to make very accurate forecasts using Udayana University education acceptance data, which is limited, with only five historical data and data patterns classed as horizontal data patterns with modest fluctuations.

      Abstract: Network Management System is a device with piles of capabilities to help the network engineer to utilize independent network component especially in a wide framework. Network Management System have the capabilities to identify, configure, monitor, update, and troubleshoots the wired also wireless network devices as well. Udayana University have been utilized some type of platforms to monitor and manage its network, those platforms are Cacti and OpenNMS. However, both of those platforms didn’t meet as what the experts called it as Integrated Network Management System. Thus, EVOMAC present as a solution to simplify the workflow of the network engineers. EVOMAC is an acronym for Evolved Network Management System Application that fused with OpenNMS, PostgreSQL, Telegram, and NodeJS. EVOMAC is also cooperates with four basic API methods that build its system such as POSTMethod, PUTMethod, GETMethod, and DELETEMethod. All of those API methods are the foundation of the command functions /start, /nodes, /addnode, /deletenode, /alarm, /category, and /requisition. Each of the command function has their own response time duration since it is related to the speed of the connected internet and the amount of people who has access to it.

      Abstract: The Wheeled Follow Me Suitcase is an automatic robot that can follow human journeys to carry goods to meet their needs. This suitcase has 2 modes; manual and automatic modes. The manual mode of the suitcase will be used like a suitcase in general. While the automatic mode, the suitcase will always follow the owner who already has a special mark (markers). The main components of this system are raspberry pi camera, raspberry pi 4, push button, buzzer, motor driver and dc motor. By doing image processing on special marks (markers) so as to produce a variable distance. The results of processing the reading of the distance variable will be processed into a speed variable, so that the error data range will be obtained. The use of markers of the ArUcoMarker type, limits the distance for reading special marks to a maximum distance of 2 meters which is as stable as possible at a distance of 1 meter. To anticipate failure in reading, a buzzer is used as a sign that the follow me suitcase has been far from the user. In the test results using markers of the ArUco Markers type, a minimum distance of 74 mm is produced, a maximum of 2170 mm. With the smallest reading error rate at a distance of 400 mm and 1100 mm while the largest reading error at a distance of 2000 mm and for the average distance reading error of 0.55%.

      Abstract: Eligibility for Study Programs and Higher Education is determined based on the accreditation process. The accreditation criteria refer to the National Higher Education Standards. Nine standards that must be complete with documents in the accreditation process. The process of preparing form instruments is still done manually causing problems in the process of completing form instruments, because they have to recap a lot of data and require more time to retrieve and process the required data. To simplify the preparation of the form instrument, a data warehouse scheme and service-middleware built to collect the data needed in the preparation of the form instrument. The data warehouse schema design will use Kimball's Nine-Steps approach. Meanwhile, application development will use the Agile approach. The results of this research are in the form of data warehouse schema modeling in the Agile development process for the needs of study program accreditation forms.

      Abstract: In the current pandemic era, every learning process forced to do transition in a short notice, this action taken to prevent the widespread of COVID-19 virus in the school and university area. This hasty transition proceses are not companied by the readiness of Learning Management System platform that suitable for the education institution. This research is done by doing literature study and platform testing selected Learning Management Systems in order to fulfill its aim, to provide insight about Influencing Factors that can be used to segmenting Learning Management Systems Platform according to its suitability. This studi founds that there are 5 main factors and 3 supporting factors on deciding what Learning Management Systems Platform that will be use on any institution. The main factors consist of ease-of-use, course features, communication features, flexibility, and accessibility. The supporting factors consist of technician requirement, infrastructure requirement, and community support. From influencing factors, we also can devide Learning Management Platforms into 3 categories, there are free open-source, free cloud-based, and premium cloud-based.

The purpose of this research is to find out the type of fashion that is loved by male buyers in the Shopee marketplace and get discounts/free shipping and can be a recommendation for what fashion products are suitable for newcomers to Shopee Indonesia. This research was conducted on April 4, 2021, which coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was carried out in 4 steps in applying Web Scrapping and Exploratory Data Analysis techniques: Observation, Data Collection, Information Extraction and Analysis. this research: (1) from the buyer's point of view it can be a reference for the goods to be purchased and get a discount/free shipping because the city of origin of the shop is the same or closest; (2) from the side of new sellers (new traders) in the Indonesian shopee marketplace, it can be a reference for any men's fashion that will sell well in the future based on the store that sells the most products.

      Abstract: Wind is a natural resource that has many benefits for human life, for example, wind can be used to generate electricity, namely the wind power plant, for aircraft navigation purposes during takeoff and landing, as well as for aerospace sports such as paragliding, parasailing and aeromodeling. The existence of wind can also be detrimental to mankind, such as the existence of extreme weather that allows hurricanes, rainstorms, floods and landslides and high sea waves. This study expects to design a prototype tool monitoring system for wind speed and wind vane based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using the Raspberry Pi 3 model B+ as a data processor that can give data abouttwind speed and direction of the wind in realtime and can be accessed remotely when connected to the internet network. Test data read from the sensors displayed on the LCD 16 x 2 and sent to the web server using a router with the goal that it tends to be monitored online by the user with an internet connection. Wind speed data is read in rotations per minute (rpm) and wind direction data can detect up to 16 wind directions. The conclusion of this study is that the based wind speed and wind direction monitoring system Internet of Things (IoT) using Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ can work properly. Wind speed and wind course information are stored in a database, which can be accessed on web the Telegram in realtime. Data transmission of wind speed and wind directions takes place every 1 minute.

  • Penerapan Wavelet Daubechies pada Teknik Estimasi Gerak Bilateral

      Abstract: DVC has the characteristics of lighter encoder performance by transferring the efficiency of the field of motion to the decoder. The characteristics of DVC are similar to FRUC which is a technique to improve the quality of video display from the decoder side by inserting interpolated frames. In this study, multi-resolution bilateral motion estimation based on pyramid wavelets is proposed by comparing the order of wavelets contained in the daubechies wavelet. The parameters compared in this study are PSNR and the computational complexity of the proposed method to improve the quality of the video reconstruction from the decoder side. This study shows that the use of the daubechies wavelet order in the proposed method can obtain sufficient category of PSNR values of db6 with a value of 27.37 dB for video images with moving background characteristics and moving objects, good categories of db7 and db10 with a value of 34.8 dB and 32.06 dB for video images with fixed background characteristics and moving objects, and video images with moving background characteristics and fixed objects. The selection of the wavelet order on the daubechies wavelet can be adjusted to the characteristics of the video image that will be used.

  • Desain dan Implementasi Kendali Digital Proportional-Integral pada Cuk

      Abstract: DC-DC converter are required in industrial application to convert a fixed DC voltage into a variable DC voltage. This article focuses on the cuk converter topology which can operate in buck-boost mode which is regulated through the duty cycle pulse width modulation setting and controlled by the dsPIC33EP512MU810 microcontroller by applying the Proportional-Integral (PI) digital closed loop current control method. Using PI control method is considered capable of producing optimal performance and increasing the response time that occurs. The frequency given by the generator signal is used as a reference signal to inject current into the inductor (L1). The current sensor module acts as a measuring device and a reader of the actual current value that appears through the load. The difference between the reference current value and the actual value will produce an error signal value so that it becomes the comparison value of the current sensor results with the PI control method. Simulation results on PSIM, modeling analysis, device implementation and hardware testing graphs in the laboratory have been carried out to prove the design parameters and proposed methods can work as intended.
