  • Optimasi Pengoperasian Pembangkit Listrik Untuk Minimalisasi Emisi Gas
           Buang Menggunakan Metode Quadratic Constrained Programming

      Abstract: Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk serta kemajuan teknologi saat ini menyebabkan kebutuhan energi listrik selalu meningkat setiap waktu, baik untuk skala listrik rumah tangga, komersil maupun industri. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik tersebut sebagian besar dilakukan menggunakan pembangkit listrik termal. Pembangkit termal beroperasi dengan bahan bakar yang umumnya berupa bahan bakar fosil seperti gas, minyak dan batu bara sehingga akan menghasilkan emisi gas buang yang berbahaya seperti nitrogen oksida (NOx), sulfur dioksida (SO2), dan karbon dioksida (CO2). Emisi gas buang tersebut berdampak buruk pada lingkungan sekitar serta akan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap emisi gas rumah kaca dan perubahan iklim global. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meminimalisasi emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan pembangkit melalui optimasi emission dispatch. Fungsi objektif pada emission dispatch merupakan emisi gas buang minimal yang terdiri dari variabel keluaran daya pembangkit dan koefisien emisi masing-masing pembangkit listrik yang beroperasi. Pada penelitian ini emission dispatch diselesaikan menggunakan metode quadratic constrained programming (QCP) dan telah berhasil diujicoba dengan menggunakan data sistem IEEE-30 bus dan sistem Jawa-Bali 500 kV.

  • Optimization of Electric Bus Scheduling Using Genetic Algorithm: A Case
           Study in Public Transport of UNNES Campus Area

      Abstract: The transportation service system requires improvements to evolve into a smart and more efficient system. Passengers waiting at bus stops can create long queues, causing a lack of available shuttle bus capacity when arriving at the bus stop. This work proposes a genetic algorithm model to minimize passenger waiting time and schedule shuttle buses to stops with high capacity. The Genetic Algorithm works by searching for the optimal value to result in optimal waiting time by providing calling shuttle bus. After the method reaches the optimal solution, the simulation result will provide a minimum waiting time. In case studies of simulated design at either campus in Central Java, Indonesia. This method provides a simulated system shuttle bus on scheduling to raise a challenge in waiting time efficiency and passenger accumulation at campus transportation. The case studies of the application on passenger waiting time showcase the model's ability to improve transportation services in the unscheduled campus area. This system was designed to ensure that it was effective in addressing the transportation challenges faced by students and staff. Use the full potential of bus transportation in the campus area to ensure continuity between stops and city transportation. Therefore, this approach reduces waiting times and schedules to overcome challenges posed by passenger accumulation for structured campus transportation services.

  • Rancang Bangun Six Step Inverter untuk Motor Brushless Direct Current
           Outrunner pada Sepeda Listrik

      Abstract: Abstract— In general, BLDC motors have a position sensor (hall sensor) in them, where there is a hall sensor, this will provide position information feedback to the observer so that by using the sensored method the motor operation can be carried out properly because the control is perfectly synchronized with the rotor position. This research discusses regulating the speed of a brushless DC motor using a BLDC inverter motor control method, namely six-step commutation. This system uses a modified folding bicycle concept, with the controller coming from a microcontroller integrated with an Android application to monitor measurement data. Tests were carried out partially and integrated the entire system without load and using mechanical loads. The test results in this research are that the three-phase inverter has an error rate of 0.75%, as well as the voltage sensor which has an error rate of 0.49%, and the current sensor with an error rate of 0.994%. The motor speed produced by the inverter will increase as the input voltage increases. The maximum speed that an electric bicycle can reach is 30 km/h. Battery voltage, current and power measurement data is sent in real time to the Android application.

      Abstract: Keamanan Penerbangan merupakan suatu kondisi yang memberikan pelindungan kepada penerbangan dari Tindakan Melawan Hukum atau Unlawful Act of Interference melalui perpaduan antara pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia, fasilitas, dan prosedur. Terdapat berbagai jenis tindakan melawan hukum dalam dunia penerbangan salah satunya adalah memasuki Daerah Keamanan Tebatas, atau wilayah fasilitas aeronautika secara tidak sah seperti kasus “Mario” yang melakukan penyusupan perimeter bandar udara sehingga bisa masuk ke roda pesawat Garuda Indonesia pada tahun 2015. Untuk mencegah terjadinya kejadian serupa, maka perlu diterapkan fasilitas keamanan penerbangan dengan teknologi terkini untuk mengantisipasi adanya penyusup yang memasuki Daerah Keamanan Terbatas. salah satunya adalah sistem deteksi penyusup perimeter (PIDS).  Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan perancangan PIDS berbasis internet of things dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy logic. PIDS yang dirancang menggunakan mikrokontroler Node MCU ESP8266 dan dilengkapi sensor PIR untuk mendeteksi pergerakan manusia, sensor ultrasonik untuk mengukur jarak, kamera ESP-32, relay, serta indikator buzzer. Berdasarkan pengujian, seluruh subsistem dapat bekerja dengan baik sehingga dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam suatu sistem PIDS.

      Abstract: Abstract—Calibration has now become an important role in determining the operational suitability of measuring instruments in various fields. Currently, equipment, especially measuring instruments for public and public facilities, has not yet been properly calibrated according to existing regulations. Calibration is carried out to ensure data validity Which produced frommeasuring instrument. Calibration acts as a process to ensure the accuracy, precision, and reliability of measuring instruments. This article investigates several literatures related to the role of calibration in improving the quality of measuring instruments based on calibration methods that can be used according to the urgency. The results of assessing the operational feasibility of equipment or measuring instruments are determined through a calibration process. Apart from that, calibration can be carried out using several methods such us  the single point calibration method, multi point calibration method, and reference instrument calibration method. Reviews based on useful calibration literature in the fields of health, environment, technology, maritime and aviation. Implementing appropriate and documented calibration is important in supporting the validity of medical device data, scientific research, traceability of sensors from a new system, guaranteeing data reliability, and providing reliable services, as well ashas a positive impact on various aspects of life and technological development.   • Application of ANFIS in Decision-Making on the Smart Control Early Warning
           System for Tornadoes

      Abstract: A tornado is one weather process that arises due to atmospheric instability. A tornado is a strong wind, but not all strong winds are tornadoes. Tornadoes have a short time frequency but can result in no minor disaster because they can blow objects away and uproot trees. Due to the consequences, an early warning system is needed as an anticipation for the community in the affected areas so that it can help the community by warning early on of the occurrence of a tornado. The ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System) method is used to forecast the event of a tornado, and the parameters used are wind speed, ambient temperature, and ambient humidity. This study will compare the ANFIS method using hybrid and backpropagation algorithms. Using the backpropagation algorithm, an error of 0.42385 was produced during training and testing, and an average error of 136.54 was obtained. When using the hybrid algorithm, the error during training is 2.0781 x 10-5, and the average error during testing is 0.015%.

  • Analisis Deteksi Kemiripan Dokumen Tugas Mahasiswa pada LMS Undiknas
           Menggunakan Metode K-Shingling dan Cosine Similarity

      Abstract: Aplikasi LMS pada salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Bali yaitu Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) mulai dikembangan sejak adanya kewajiban untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara daring saat pandemi COVID melanda, dan hingga saat ini penggunaan LMS  Undiknas digunakan untuk menunjang implementasi dari proses pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). Salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dari metode pembelajaran jarak jauh tersebut adalah terkait bagaimana memastikan bahwa mahasiswa telah paham dengan materi pembelajaran yang diberikan secara daring. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan tugas yang harus dikerjakan oleh mahasiswa. Namun, pemberian tugas melalui LMS juga dapat menjadi celah untuk mahasiswa melakukan kecurangan dengan kerap ditemukannya bahwa antar mahasiswa melakukan duplikasi jawaban tugas dari mahasiswa yang lain. Sehingga, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan melakukan analisis fitur deteksi kemiripan dokumen tugas mahasiswa pada LMS Undiknas dengan metode K-Shingling dan Cosine Similarity agar dapat digunakan oleh dosen untuk mendeteksi persentase kemiripan dari dokumen pengumpulan tugas tiap mahasiswa. Berdasarkan tahap training dan tahap testing yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pada rasio partisi data 80% (training) dan 20% (testing), deteksi kemiripan dokumen tugas mahasiswa dengan menggunakan pre-processing teks dan nilai parameter K = 3 pada metode K-Shingling diperoleh nilai akurasi sebesar 74,58% pada tahap testing yang menunjukkan performa dan tingkat keberhasilan sistem dalam melakukan deteksi kemiripan dokumen jawaban tugas mahasiswa, nilai ini dapat dikatakan sudah cukup baik karena memiliki nilai akurasi yang lebih tinggi 9.05% dibandingkan nilai akurasi pada tahap training.

The goal of this research is to enhance the robot's environmental awareness and responsiveness, contributing to early childhood interventions. The study employs primary data from tool testing and secondary data from relevant literature. By incorporating advanced sensor technology and machine learning, the envisioned mainan pintar robot aims to revolutionize toddler development monitoring.

      Abstract: Abstract— Electrical energy is one of the basic needs to support daily life. Renewable energy sources are an alternative that can be used as a source of electrical energy, one example is solar energy. This research aims to be able to create a control and monitoring system for electrical equipment loads based on the Internet of Things, to be able to simulate this tool as a test the system as a whole, starting from the power source to the devices to be controlled. The simulation results in the design show monitoring of load (charger smartphones) and then the system can control it by disconnecting the power source by an automatic relay which is connected to the Esp-Wroom32 via a WiFi network so that the system can run according to the user's needs.

  • IoT Berbasis NodeMCU ESP8266 Sebagai Decision Support System Pengelolaan

      Abstract: The Telkomsel Renon Building serves as the regional telecommunications service office for the Bali and Nusa Tenggara area, covering an area of 5072 m2 with a PLN power capacity of 555 kVA. PT Telkom is committed to reducing energy consumption by implementing ISO 50001 energy management. Despite this, the use of 14 smart meters is still manually conducted, leading to a lack of real-time energy usage information. PLN data indicates an average energy consumption from 2017 to 2023 of 628.271 kWh, with an average annual cost of Rp. 696.915.017. Factors such as electrical equipment, room size, activities within, and building insulation affect the building's energy consumption. Inappropriate activities relative to room capacity can lead to energy wastage. One solution proposed for accurately monitoring energy usage in real-time involves the development of an Internet of Things (IoT) based application using Blynk. IoT is implemented in large meeting rooms with Central Split Duct AC and small meeting rooms with Split Wall AC. Measurement results indicate significantly higher energy consumption in large meeting rooms, reaching 4207,83 kWh, compared to only 467,06 kWh in small meeting rooms for similar activities. Discussions with users of small meeting rooms revealed their comfort and successful achievement of meeting objectives. By utilizing small meeting rooms, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 88.9%. Based on these findings, recommendations for room usage SOPs have been formulated for the Telkomsel Renon Building to realize energy-efficient practices towards green building standards.

      Abstract: The analysis of UI/UX in information systems has traditionally employed various disparate methods, necessitating considerable time to understand these diverse approaches. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) in information systems through a literature review. By exploring relevant literature, the study provides a comprehensive overview of the methods used to measure UI/UX in the context of information systems. The primary focus is on evaluating methods for measuring UI/UX effectiveness and identifying current trends. The research methodology involves the analysis of articles and related studies, emphasizing quantitative indicators such as user satisfaction, system response time, and task success. The findings indicate that UI/UX effectiveness can be quantitatively measured, supported by statistical analyses reflecting success rates based on collected data. Through a quantitative approach, the research offers statistical analyses illustrating the level of UI/UX effectiveness. The outcomes of this study can serve as a guide for information system developers to enhance user interfaces, improve user experiences, and overall elevate system success. By organizing literature and quantitative analyses, this research makes a significant contribution to understanding and developing UI/UX effectiveness in information systems.

      Abstract: Energi listrik ialah kebutuhan penting yang semakin berkembang setiap tahunnya. Memastikan distribusi tenaga listrik yang andal, aman dan ramah lingkungan sangat penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan sesuai dengan standart yang ditetapkan. Untuk menilai kemampuan pembangkit listrik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan listrik, diperlukan adanya indeks keandalan pembangkit listrik. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menilai indeks keandalan pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mesin Gas (PLTMG) MPP Flores. Nilai indeks LOLP (Loss Of Load Probability dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan perhitungan. Pada penelitian ini, indeks keandalan pembangkit listrik mengacu pada SPLN:68-1A; 1986 yaitu, pada system Jawa-Bali adalah 3 hari per tahun dan untuk sistem luar Jawa-Bali adalah sebesar 3,5-5 hari per tahun. Nilai Loss Of Load Probability (LOLP) dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mesin Gas (PLTMG) MPP Flores pada tahun 2022 adalah sebesar 4,2535 hari per tahun. Maka dari itu nilai Loss Of Load Probability (LOLP) pada PLTMG MPP Flores dikatakan handal karena telah memenuhi standart yang ada.

  • The Design and Development Of Pond Water Quality Control Using pH Booster
           In Domestication Of Nomei Fish (Harpodon nehereus)

      Abstract: Nomei (Harpodon nehereus) is a special fish and one of the characteristic of the city of Tarakan, because it belongs to an endemic animal which is only found in coastal areas which is precisely in Juata laut water. The nutritional and protein content found in nomei fish is fery high so it is much favored by the people of Tarakan. Preventing the decline in the population level of nomei fish due to continuous fishing by fisherman so that sustainable and synergistic cultivation is needed by means of domestication. To support nomei fish domestication activities, it is carried out by implementing pond water quality control by considering two measurable parameters, namely water salinity and pH using a microcontroller as a pond water quality controller. The results of controlling the up to dwon pond water salinity decreased by 3.0316% and the down to up pond water salinity increased in salinity value by 8.18382%. for controlling the pH of pond water, the system worked very well and was able to maintain the pH value at a predetermined set point at 1:08:00 AM, 2:08:00 AM, 3:06:00 AM, 4:33:00 AM, 6:37:00 AM, 7:13:00 AM, and 3:01:00 PM with pH value between 7.5 – 8.5. The recommendation from this study indicated that the water quality control system that had been created was able to maintain and control salinity nomei fish pond according to the given set point value.

  • Media Pembelajaran Gerbang Logika Pada Mata Kuliah Sistem Digital

      Abstract: This research aims to build learning media for AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR, XOR and XNOR logic gates for the Digital Systems course at Musi Charitas Catholic University Palembang. The research stages carried out were data collection, preparing tools and materials, logic gate circuit design, logic gate circuit implementation, logic gate circuit testing and conclusions. Data collection methods used literature studies and observations at Musi Charitas Catholic University Palembang. The subjects of the research trial were 19 students of the Informatics Study Program who took digital systems courses in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The results of the research show that the learning media for AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR, XOR and XNOR logic gates was produced using trials according to the truth table. The results of the descriptive trial of student responses from the aspect of suitability of the material were 73.7% strongly agree, the completeness aspect of the content was 52.6% strongly agreed, the ease of use of the media aspect was strongly agreed at 57.9%, the usability aspect of the media was 78, 9% said they strongly agree, 68.4% strongly agreed with the appearance aspect and 68.4% strongly agreed with the technical aspect.

      Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mobilitas penyandang quadriplegia dengan merancang dan membangun kursi roda yang dikontrol melalui perintah suara. Metode penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data, desain menggunakan Fusion-360, perakitan kerangka dan sistem elektrik, pemrograman Arduino Nano, serta pengujian dan kesimpulan. Kursi roda ini dilengkapi dengan modul pengenalan suara untuk menerima perintah, Arduino Nano Atmega328P sebagai pengolah input dan output, dan sensor ultrasonik SRF-05 untuk sistem pengereman otomatis. Hasil menunjukkan kursi roda dapat dikontrol sesuai perintah suara dengan keberhasilan 75%. Sensor ultrasonik SRF-05 mampu mendeteksi hambatan hingga 400 cm dengan dimensi minimal hambatan 1,5 cm diameter dan 15 cm tinggi.       Abstract: The Kuta Art Market, is a modern market that was recently revitalized in 2023. The building has renewable energy potential of PLTS on the roof area, when this potential can be exploited then the electricity consumption of the Kuta Art Market Building is no longer supplied by conventional power plants (PLN) but will enjoy clean energy of autonomous plants such as PLTS. The aim of this study is to identify the potential for generating electricity on the roof of the Kuta Art Market, determine the capacity of the battery as a reserve source of energy and the value of the investment. The research steps of this thesis calculate the solar energy potential in the area of the Kuta Art Market by using PVsyst software, collect the load profile of the Kuta Art Market. The next step is to compute the capacity of the PLTS - inverter then determine the battery capacity required according to the load profile of the Kuta Art Market and then determines the investment cost to build the solar power plant on the rooftop of the Kuta Art Market as well as to evaluate the potential cost savings that can be achieved by using solar energy as a primary resource. The total roof area of the Kuta Art Market is 780,455 m2 with energy potential of 166,23 kW. Based on the design results, PLTS will be built with a capacity of 61,6 kWp, with total battery capacity 3200 Ah. Total investment of Rp. 1,162,938.563 is required for the construction of PLTS, a payback period of 15 years 8 months, NPV of Rp. 204,439.887,26 and IRR of 8,06%.       Abstract: This research aims to design and implement an Arduino-based automatic grain drying system using the fuzzy control method. The case study was conducted at PP.SR Fajar Baru Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung. This system is designed to overcome post-harvest grain drying problems which are often affected by weather factors in the region. This system uses temperature and humidity sensors to measure environmental conditions, as well as fuzzy logic control to set optimal drying temperatures. The implementation of this automatic grain drying system aims to increase efficiency, quality and productivity in the post-harvest grain drying process. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to agriculture in the region and become a model for the development of similar technology in the future.

In this era of globalization, website applications and mobile platforms are the mostly used  for public branding. Application are used to deliver  message through visuals from the appearance of the application. This is inseparable from the User Interface and User Experience. In today pratice, UI/UX designers mostly favor attractive visuals over the essence and purpose of creating a website, creating deviaton at UI/UX theory, design element, and color. it is necessary to design a UI / UX in order to application is attractive and the purpose of making the application is in line with expectations. There are several approaches to application design, one of which is Design thinking and Extreme Programming. This research aims to compare the Design thinking approach with Extreme Programming where the test obtained based on a literature review concluded that Design thinking has advantages in approaching potential users while Extreme Programming is less focused on potential users.

      Abstract: Paper tinjauan literatur ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas kerangka kerja audit Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, dengan penekanan utama pada peran tata kelola TI dalam memastikan optimalitas pemanfaatan sumber daya teknologi di perguruan tinggi. Dampak dari pesatnya perkembangan Teknologi Informasi telah terasa secara signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, terutama di sektor pendidikan. Studi ini secara khusus melakukan evaluasi terhadap sejumlah framework audit TI yang umum digunakan, antara lain COBIT, ISO/IEC 27002:2013, COSO, ITIL V3, HCYMAF, TOGAF, dan CMMI. Metode penelitian melibatkan studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumber-sumber terpercaya seperti Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, ResearchGate, JSTOR, dan Wiley Online Library. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan kepada pembaca melalui evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap keefektifan dari masing-masing framework audit dan didukung oleh studi kasus khusus yang mengilustrasikan aplikasinya dalam konteks perguruan tinggi. Analisis secara mendalam mencakup faktor-faktor kunci seperti keamanan, efisiensi, kepatuhan regulasi, dan kematangan keseluruhan dalam manajemen TI. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik mengenai pentingnya pemilihan framework audit TI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan unik dari setiap institusi. Oleh karena itu, paper ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi berharga dalam memperdalam pemahaman tentang peran framework audit TI dalam mengelola dan meningkatkan efektivitas penggunaan teknologi informasi di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.

  • Sistem Inspeksi Visual Penempatan Label Produk Lip Cream Line Menggunakan

      Abstract: SBL (Single Bottom Labeller) machine which was still not precise for placing the bottom label batches of lip cream products. Postal operators must then check one by one to ensure product quality control so that there are bottlenecks. Therefore, this research uses the YOLOv5 deep learning method to solve this problem. The YOLOv5 algorithm uses the idea of regression, making it easier to learn generalizations, target characteristics and solve speed problems. The YOLO algorithm uses a one-stage neural network to complete the localization and classification of detected objects in real time. The core idea of YOLO is to take the entire image as network input and directly return the bounding box position and bounding box class in the output. In YOLO, each bounding box is predicted by the features of the entire image, and each bounding box contains the five predictions and a confidence, which is relative to the grid cell in the middle of the bounding box. The results of research using the YOLOv5 method can classify into three classification categories of bottom label placement, namely accept, reject and no label. In addition to classifying, this study will also send triggers to the controller if the bottom label is said to be rejected and no label to do product sorting to assist QC operators in sorting lip cream production defects.

  • LED lights of various colors for comprehending the photoelectric effects
           phenomena

      Abstract: In this project, a tool that can explain phenomena involving the photoelectric effect at laboratory scales is being developed. The purpose of this tool is to help users understand that the photoelectric effect, which causes electrons to move from a source of a negative voltage to a source of positive voltage, is not affected by light intensity but rather by a light source's frequency and wavelength. A photodiode is employed in the creation of this device as a light sensor, and when exposed to light, it moves electrons from the cathode to the anode, causing an electric current to flow. The voltage is delivered to the cathode, which is where the electrons leave, to calculate the stopping voltage. A graph showing the connection between the ADC value and the sensor output voltage is produced from the ongoing data gathering. Our results show that each color spectrum has a distinct voltage supplied to the photodiode leg (cathode). Additionally, the output voltage measured for each distinct wavelength was decreased the lower the photodiode's light intensity was.

      Abstract: In this paper, the performances of the joint technique of PAPR Reduction with ICF method and predistortion with inverse Saleh model on OFDM system are evaluated. The system’s performances at the receiver are presented by constellation nodes of QAM symbols  From the experiment results can be shown that the predistorstion improves the system’s performance since the spreading of constellation nodes became smaller. While the performances of PAPR reduction technique are shown as the PAPR reduction values for clipping ratio (CR) values of 5, 4 and 3. The PAPR reduction values are 7,6 dB, 8,4 dB and 9,4 dB. And the predistortion technique can reduce the PSD gain of OFDM signal and linear high power amplifier of 30 dB.

  • RSSI Measurement Analysis of Zigbee-Based Wireless Sensor Networks in
           Various Topologies for Solar Panel Monitoring

      Abstract: Abstract— Solar panels require performance monitoring when energy shortages occur in the area. Monitoring solar panels requires a detection device to detect solar panels, including the ACS712 current sensor for monitoring the output current of the solar panel, a DC voltage sensor for monitoring battery performance, and a DHT11 temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature of the solar panel storage battery. The WSN technology that can work is ZigBee communication. This ZigBee communication research uses various topology methods, including star, tree, and mesh topologies. Solar panel monitoring tests are carried out indoors and outdoors. The ZigBee communication device used is the XBee S2C device, which operates at a frequency of 2.4 GHz. From a comparison of various topologies, the mesh topology is a topology with good performance because it has the characteristic of choosing a router with the fastest path to reach the coordinator. It is proven by monitoring solar panels with an optimal distance of 80 m, which is carried out from outdoors with an RSSI value of -84 dBm, a throughput of 0.55 kbps, and a delay of 2.77 ms, producing power for 150 minutes with an average current of 0.14 A, voltage of 9.86 V, and temperature of 31.48°C. The number of disturbances and weather conditions greatly affect signal propagation, which can hamper the data transmission process. Throughput fluctuates due to uncertain weather conditions, and delay fluctuates due to a lot of interference from other radio signals.       Abstract: Social media in this digital era, especially Twitter, has an important role in the interaction between government and society. Given the wide variety of activities within government circles, the task of monitoring and responding to messages is complex and time-consuming. Therefore, this study aims to develop an effective approach in determining the appropriate response from the government to people's tweets. This study proposes using a combination of the Rabin-Karp method to quickly determine relevant responses. The Rabin-Karp method, known for its efficiency in pattern matching, is used to match tweets to a set of tweets that have already been given a response. Furthermore, the Word2Vec technique is used to improve understanding of the meaning of the text. The use of the Rabin-Karp method with the addition of the Word2Vec method shows that the response accuracy rate is 74.55%. The results of this study also show that the lower the K-Gram value, the higher the similarity value, and vice versa. These results are expected to contribute in the context of government that is responsive to societal issues discussed on Twitter.

      Abstract: The Development Administration Section is an organization in the field of government in Gianyar Regency which has a work program which is to supervise the realization of the budget for each RAO (Regional Apparatus Organization) and is assisted by using the TEPRA Information System to carrying out a routine evaluation process every month, so it is important for the information system to minimize the risks that may occur. The research process uses two frameworks, namely the COBIT 2019 framework and the NIST 800-30 framework. The use of NIST 800-30 found 12 gaps out of 12 threats with 8 risks being medium and 4 risks being low. Continuing the use of COBIT 2019 resulted in calculating the highest rating value in the first process APO 13 domain with a value of 4.58, a percentage of 91%, Fully category. And the domain with the lowest percentage with a value of 3.00, the percentage is 60%, the Largely category is the second and third process APO 13 domain, DSS 02 domain, first and second process DSS 03 domain and DSS 04 domain. Next, the assessment of maturity levels produces the highest score in BAI 05 domain with a value of 4.27, level value 4 (Quantitative). And the domain with the lowest score with a value of 3.00, the level value 3 (Defined) occurs in the domain DSS 02, DSS03, and DSS 04. Next, the gap level assessment with the highest value occurs in the third process APO 14 domain with a value of 1.92 which is the level of effectiveness in using problem data that does not run smoothly according to system functionality. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is hoped that it will create a developing government and create good governance, so that in the process of developing an information system, the recommendations for improvements that have been suggested can be implemented.

      Abstract: Distribution transformers play a crucial role in the distribution network by transforming electrical energy from the source to the customers. This is closely related to issues in the process of distributing electrical energy. According to PLN standards, a transformer is considered overloaded when the load exceeds 80% of its installed capacity. Overloading can lead to increased transformer temperature, potentially damaging the insulation and causing power supply disruptions to consumers. A B&D 50kVA distribution transformer has been installed on pole 17A/U3-30 in the Belibis Street, Wonocatur, Banguntapan, Yogyakarta area. The transformer is currently experiencing a load of 112.5%. In this study, the insertion of an additional transformer is proposed as a solution to reduce the overload percentage and voltage drop. The transformer insertion has already been implemented in the field, and this study aims to analyze its impact by determining the optimal location through simulations. Based on the simulation results using ETAP 12.6.0, the transformer insertion on pole 1/S3-19 in the field can improve the voltage value at the customer end to 0.94 p.u., with a load of 86.6% on the inserted transformer and 35.6% on the existing transformer. However, an optimal location determination is found on pole 18/S3-17 based on the best voltage value at the customer end, which is 0.94 p.u., with the existing transformer operating at 58.1% load and the inserted transformer operating at 65.3% load. The inserted transformer can effectively reduce overload and voltage drop for customers, and by determining the optimal location, it can enhance the efficiency of analyzing load development and voltage values.       Abstract: Monitoring utilization server which refers to the use of server resources such as CPU, memory and storage is important in managing Information Technology (IT) infrastructure by network administrators in an effort to help maximize server performance, identify performance constraints and make decisions to increase efficiency servers. Monitoring is done by checking resource usage one by one on the server to find out which server resources are running. However, the more servers there are, the more time it takes to monitor so that it can interfere with the performance of network administrators. To make it easier for network administrators to monitor, researchers created a resource utilization and visualization model using Prometheus and Graphana which can display server resources without having to check directly on the server you want to monitor. The final result of the research produced a model that can visualize server resources in a dashboard without the need to check the servers one by one so that it helps network administrators work to monitor server resource usage.

      Abstract: The aim of this research is to design and build a learning trainer using the Outseal Mega V.3 Standard PP PLC board to support the practical in the Programmable Logic Controller + Lab course. The method used in this research is divided into three stages, such as including system design, hardware design, and software design. Testing the practical module of Programmable Logic Controller + Lab consists of three experiments, such as basic operation of Outseal PLC, logic gates, and bell quiz. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the 3 test experiments can be declared successful because the standard Outseal Mega V.3 PLC can be controlled to receive, send, and store data.
