- Abstract: Personal bankruptcy system is a system that has been absent in China for a long time, the scale of over-consumption groups in China is expanding at this stage, the number of over-indebted people is increasing, and there are a large number of cases that are difficult to be executed or have no property to be broken in the court, which makes the construction of personal bankruptcy system more urgent. In this paper, the author discusses the value background, access rules and legal effects of the personal bankruptcy system, with the intention of constructing a personal bankruptcy system under the path of China.

Research on Chinese Legal Regulation of Internet Violence in the Internet

- Abstract: The rapid development of network and communication technology has given rise to an open information society with free dissemination of information. The development of the Internet has provided a realistic possibility for the realization of the free dissemination of information, but at the same time, the vigorous development of the Internet and the application of various technical means have also posed challenges to China's traditional social governance. In recent years, various online chaos has emerged in Chinese society, such as the implementation of online human flesh searches, the creation and dissemination of online rumors, and the launch of online verbal abuse. This not only seriously infringes on the personal rights and interests of citizens, disrupts online order, but also has many negative effects on creating a harmonious and orderly social environment. Therefore, it is imperative for China to rely on legal means to govern online violence.

Analysis on the Behavior Characteristics and Application of the Crime of
Network Insult and Libel
- Abstract: Under the background of the large-scale popularization of network technology, the crime of network insult and libel has become a new form of the traditional crime of insult and libel in the network environment. The number of related cases has increased year by year, encroaching on the network security environment and affecting the social order. However, the two problems exist in the identification of disputes and the application of charges. In order to maintain social governance, it is necessary to provide clear boundaries for identification and to provide applicable charges to avoid cases where convictions are not possible or unclear. This paper mainly analyzes and studies the cases of online insults and defamation published in recent years by means of desktop research. This paper analyzes the behavior characteristics and regulation status of the crime of network insult and libel, and puts forward countermeasures and applicable charges, and distinguishes the applicable situations of the above different charges. It is clear that crimes in the network era should continue to follow up the legal construction, deepen the awareness of legal research, and at the same time, enhance the legal awareness of citizens to build a better society.

Legal and Ethical Conundrums in the AI Era: A Multidisciplinary Analysis
- Abstract: The article embarks on an investigative journey into the complex legal and ethical landscape shaped by the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The research problem centres on the urgent need to understand and address the gap between evolving AI technologies and the existing legal and ethical frameworks. This gap poses significant challenges to societal norms, legal systems, and ethical principles, warranting a comprehensive multidisciplinary analysis.The research objectives are twofold: firstly, to dissect the legal implications AI poses to existing regulatory structures, and secondly, to explore the ethical dilemmas emanating from AI's pervasive influence across various societal sectors. The study employs an eclectic research method, integrating doctrinal analysis with a qualitative examination of case studies and existing literature across disciplines like law, ethics, technology, and sociology. This approach facilitates a holistic understanding of the AI era's legal and ethical intricacies.The key findings of this research underscore a dissonance between rapid technological advancements in AI and the slower evolution of legal and ethical norms. This disjunction leads to legal loopholes and ethical ambiguities in AI governance, privacy, accountability, and human rights. Furthermore, the study identifies a pressing need for adaptive legal frameworks and ethical guidelines that can keep pace with AI's transformative impact.Implications of these findings are profound for both theory and practice. Theoretically, the article contributes to an enriched understanding of the intersection between law, ethics, and technology. Practically, it offers actionable insights for policymakers, technologists, and ethicists to collaboratively formulate responsive legal and ethical strategies. These strategies are essential for safeguarding societal values while embracing technological progress, ensuring AI's development is both legally sound and ethically responsible.
