  • Analisis Pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Terhadap Angka
           Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun 2003-2019

      Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the analysis of the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on poverty rates in Pemalang District 2003-2019. The simple linear regression method is the method used in this study with the help of the Statictical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The data used was obtained from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Central Java Province with data on the percentage of poor people in Pemalang District as the dependent variable and GRDP data as independent variable. The results of this study indicate that the regression model has a match with the data, this means that the GRDP of poverty has a significant relationship and negatively affects the poverty rate, so the higher the GRDP value, the lower the poverty level. Therefore, through this research it is hoped that it can become a reference to the government in determining policies in an effort to increase growth and equitable development in Pemalang District in the future.

      Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bilangan terhubung titik pelangi. Misalkan G=(V(G),E(G)) adalah  Graf Terhubung tak-trivial. Graf G dikatakan terhubung titik pelangi jika antara setiap dua titik pada suatu lintasan memiliki warna yang berbeda. Rainbow Vertex Connection pada graf G yang terhubung (Rvc(G) merupakan minimum warna yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat graf G terhubung titik pelangi. Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang bilangan terhubung titik pelangi (Rvc(G)  pada Graf Bunga (Wm,Kn)  dan Graf Oleander (Orn) .  Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian maka diperoleh rvc(Wm,Kn)=2 jika m=3 dan m=4 dan n>=3, rvc(Wm,Kn)=3 jika m=5. rvc(Orn)=diam-1 jika n=3,n=4 dan n=5, rvc(Orn)=diam-1 jika n=6

      Abstract: Panel spatial regression is a regression used to model panel data that contains spatial effects. In spatial data, the use of classical regression cannot be used. It will result in inaccurate conclusions because in spatial data it is often found the influence of a location with other locations that are close to each other. The purpose of this study is to find the form of a panel spatial regression model on the human development index data and identify the factors that influence the human development index in districts/cities in Central Java Province. This study focuses on modeling the human development index in districts / cities in Central Java Province using the Spatial Autoregressive (SAR) model and the Spatial Error Model (SEM). As the result, the best model is the Spatial Autoregressive Fixed Effect Model. Significant variables are the number of health workers, the school participation rate for ages 16-18 years old, the number of poor people, and the district/city minimum wage.

  • PENERAPAN JST DENGAN METODE LEARNING VECTOR QUANTIZATION UNTUK KLASIFIKASI
           PENYAKIT ISPA

      Abstract: Jaringan syaraf tiruan salah satu alternatif untuk menyelesaikan berbagai macam permasalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan pelatihan yang diberikan. Aplikasi JST dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya dalam bidang kesehatan. Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) salah satu metode JST yang berbasis pembelajaran kompetitif terawasi. Suatu lapisan akan secara otomatis belajar untuk mengklasifikasikan vektor-vektor input, jarak yang terdekat akan dikelompokkan dalam kelas yang sama. Angka penderita penyakit Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) di Indonesia masih tinggi, ISPA harus ditangani dengan tepat sesuai diagnosis yang akurat. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi pengambilan keputusan dengan menerapkan JST metode LVQ untuk mendiagnosis penyakit ISPA berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dialami pasien. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan software Matlab R2018a. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif yang berupa data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara, data yang berhasil dikumpulkan dari Puskesmas Wedung 2 sebanyak 200 data. Dari beberapa pengujian menunjukkan bahwa learning rate (α)=0.02, error goal =0.01, iterasi maksimum 20, perbandingan data latih dan data uji sebesar 80:20 menghasilkan nilai diagnosis terbaik dengan rata-rata akurasi mencapai 96.5% dan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 100%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat mampu untuk mendiagnosis penyakit ISPA secara optimal.

  • Estimation of Gamma Distribution Parameters on Type II Censored Data using
           Fisher-Scoring Algorithms

      Abstract: Estimasi merupakan metode untuk mengetahui perkiraan nilai suatu populasi dengan menggunakan nilai-nilai sampel. Dalam metode estimasi, parameter yang ditaksir berupa nilai rata-rata dan simpangan baku. Nilai estimasi parameter distribusi Gamma dicari dengan menggunakan metode maximum likelihood estimation. Estimasi parameter dilakukan dengan menyelesaikan persamaan maksimum likelihood. Persamaan tersebut diperoleh melalui perhitungan turunan parsial fungsi likelihood terhadap masing-masing parameternya. Persamaan yang diperoleh berbentuk implisit, sehingga perhitungan nilai estimatornya dilakukan dengan menggunakan iterasi algoritma Fisher-Scoring berbantuan program matlab. Setelah melakukan dua kali iterasi diperoleh nilai estimator parameter α = 1.3163030 dan β = 2.3264578. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa estimasi tersebut bersifat tidak konsisten sehingga perlu dilakukan pengkajian kembali pada penelitian selanjutnya.

  • Optimization the Production Profit of Pabrik Olahan Bandeng Nirwana in
           Pati Regency using Integer Linear Programming Method with the Solver
           Assisted

      Abstract: This research was aimed to get the total composition of each Bandeng-product that must be produced, so that it can maximize the profit of Pabrik Olahan Bandeng Nirwana. The data that was gotten in this research were the primary and the secondary data. The result of calculation showed the optimal profit to the amount of 2.451.847,00 IDR by producing 85 units of Rolade, 27 units of Nugget Bulat, 30 units of Nugget Stick, 20 units of Bakso, 25 units of Sempolan, 70 units of Sempolan Crispy, 40 units of Otak-otak and 62 units of Tahu Bakso. The ratio profit calculation using Integer Linear Programming compared with the calculation by Pabrik Olahan Bandeng Nirwana was up 190.106,00 IDR. The showed the profit gotten by Integer Linear Programming method had been optimal

      Abstract: This study aims to create a decision support method that is useful for undergraduate graduates to choose a workplace that suits their interests and abilities as well as to produce a computer program for a decision support system to choose a workplace that suits what the graduates want the scholar.The method used is a literature study, which is carried out by reading and analyzing books and journals related to decision support systems to choose a workplace using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The purpose of this literature study method is to obtain references, making it easier to carry out this research. After the literature study method, the writer will collect the respondent’s data which will be processed using the AHP method. The next stage is to analyze the problem with the AHP method. By using the AHP method and studying the steps of the AHP, in order to obtain the priority order of the most appropriate business entities to be selected, which are sorted according to the total value of the Global Priority Table from the largest to the total weight value equivalent And finally the authors produced a computer program to determine the workplace called the PHP-based Workplace Decision Support System (DSS).

      Abstract: The tripadvisor site provides information on visitor reviews of The Wujil Resort & Conventions. Each visitor can provide a review in the form of criticism, suggestions, or ratings of the hotel. The number of incoming reviews, it requires a special technique to extract information from these reviews. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of the review data using the Naive Bayes Classifier method. Web scraping is used to get data online on website pages, namely collecting visitor review data for The Wujil Resort & Conventions. The process of classifying the review data will be carried out using machine learning using the Naive Bayes Classifier method. Furthermore, the classification results will be analyzed using the text mining method, the main concept is to carry out extensive exploration and extraction with a large and growing number of data. So that we find facts and information that are considered important and can be useful for various fields of purpose. The classification using the Naive Bayes method shows an accuracy rate of 76.6%. In general, with the text mining method, information is obtained that there are more visitors who give positive ratings than visitors who give negative ratings.

           KASUS PADA PEMBANGUNAN TOSERBA YOGYA DI PEKALONGAN)

      Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan waktu optimal penjadwalan baru untuk proyek konstruksi toserba yogya di Pekalongan, dengan menggunakan metode PDM-CPM dan Microsoft Project 2010. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang terdapat pada jalur kritis proyek, yang nantinya akan menentukan lamanya penyelesaian proyek. Sehingga dapat diketahui, pekerjaan-pekerjaan apa saja yang tidak boleh terjadi keterlambatan. Pengambilan data dalam skripsi ini dengan Teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi Pustaka dengan PT. Win Sejahtera sebagai kontraktor. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode CPM, PDM, dan Microsoft Project memberikan hasil yang sama yaitu pengerjaan proyek selama 51 Minggu dengan rincian metode PDM memiliki 27 pekerjaan kritis dari 75 Pekerjaan, metode CPM memiliki 37 pekerjaan kritis dari 112 pekerjaan, dan Microsoft Project memiliki 27 pekerjaan kritis dari 73 pekerjaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan PT. Win Sejahtera mempertimbangkan menggunakan teknik PERT-CPM dengan Microsoft Project dalam membuat penjadwalan proyek.

      Abstract: This study aims to (1) find a solution to the application of the Floyd-Warshall algorithm in determining the shortest route from Labuan Bajo Airport to 5 popular tourist destinations in Labuan Bajo and (2) determine the shortest recommended route in visiting 5 popular tourist destinations in Labuan Bajo if Labuan Bajo Airport is used as the initial position of the trip. The type of research used in this study is applied research. The object in this study is the route that connects Labuan Bajo Airport and 5 popular tourist destinations in Labuan Bajo. This study shows the progress of the Floyf-Warshall algorithm in determining the shortest route that connects the Labuan Bajo airport and 5 popular tourist destinations in Labuan Bajo with the recommended shortest route, namely: Labuan Bajo Airport → Pede Beach → Batu Cermin Cave → Bukit Cinta → Binongko Beach → Waecicu Beach with a path length of 15.28 kilometers
