  • Effects of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) On Teachers’ Skills
           in Preparing Appropriate Classroom Activities

      Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in case of teachers’ competence of planning appropriate learning activity for the students. The conceptual framework of the study includes the variables like CPD and subject knowledge of teachers, CPD and appropriate learning activities, CPD and professional practices, and CPD and organizational perceptions. For the current study quantitative research design was used. The population was the school heads and experts’/ teachers’ trainers. Survey method was used to determine the impact of CPD on the practices of teachers. Population was selected through stratified random sampling. Two different close-ended questionnaires were constructed to get the views of the respondents. One was given to the heads/principals while another was given to the teacher trainers/experts. The responses were then analyzed statically using SPSS Version 22. Based on concrete findings, it was concluded that Continuous Professional Development (CPD) has good impact on the performance of teachers.

  • Job Satisfaction among Teachers in Faculty of Education, Hyderabad,
           Campus, University Of Sindh: A Comparative Study

      Abstract: This study explored Job satisfaction among teachers in faculty of education, university of Sindh. It contributes, how Job Satisfaction pervasive in all filed. Further special focus on teacher’s job satisfaction in university of Sindh, faculty of education. This study is based on quantitative method. The research design used for this study descriptive. All teachers from university of Sindh, faculty of education were selected for this study. Farther, the data collected from the different departments of university of Sindh, faculty of education which include Curriculum, EMS, Computer, Science, Education and Psychology Testing Guidance and Research. For the purpose of data collection questionnaire was used that developed by researcher. Findings of this research shows that job satisfaction in terms of income, promotion, and work load, differential does exist among male and female teachers. University male teachers founded more satisfied with their Income, and workload than the female teachers. On the other hand, teachers in university were found less satisfied with work load. The Quantitative data were presented in the forms of tables, graphs and descriptive for the easy understanding of the reader.

  • ECE Teacher’s Perception Regarding the Importance of Mother Tongue as
           Medium of Instruction at Early Education

      Abstract: The mother tongue is a language that a child learns in the lap of his mother. It is the most useful lifelong skill that we learned without attending any academy. This is a language in which children live and learn in their community. The child plays a good role in education through learning their mother tongue. Therefore, it is the most powerful agent to change mental contact and change. The Mother tongue is resolved from all languages. There is a tool to think, and language thinking is impossible. The absorption of the mother is important, the change, development, loss of importance is important; therefore it is the ability to promote the ability of our student, knowledge, ability, and mother's ability to develop self-education in life. The realistic plan is its population language; images and expressions have given facts, and solely produce a form in your mother's language.

  • An Analysis of the Current Teaching Practices of Secondary School Teachers
           in the Remote Areas Pakistan

      Abstract: <p align="justify".Education plays an important role to boost up the social and economic status of a country. The aim of this study was to analyse the teaching practices of secondary school teachers in District Kech, Balochistan, Pakistan. The study adopted descriptive observation method to collect data for the research study. Random Sampling technique was used to select head teachers and secondary school teachers. The observation tool was used for collecting data. The data was analyzed through statistical method. The findings of this study suggest that the teacher training institutions should improve the in-service teacher trainings that teachers become able to develop and practice the all components of teaching practices. The study further explored that the results of the study will help to understand of the current teaching practices at secondary level in Balochistan. Second, it will help to provide a proper mechanism for assessment and monitoring of teaching practices in future.

  • Role of Head Teacher in the Maintenance of Discipline in High School

      Abstract: The aim of the study is to describe and analyze the possible problems related to leadership at the Secondary school level. In this study, 2,710 male and female students of high schools were selected to complete questionnaire reflecting. The questionnaires were self-made 06 items. The result has shown that The Cumulative mean shows through close-ended questionnaire 85.28% the students are well-disciplined while the cumulative mean of a rating scale for students of class IX and X indicates 55.99% of students achievements. Finally, based on findings some suggestions and recommendations have been given.
