  • Gambaran Konsep Diri Orang dengan HIV AIDS (ODHA) di RSUD Kabupaten

      Abstract: The self-concept of PLHIV is a decisive factor in interpersonal communication, because everyone behaves as much as possible according to his concept. The results of interviews with 10 PLWHA showed that the respondents still felt ashamed and felt that they were not useful for this life and felt excluded by their family and environment. The purpose of the study is to describe the concept of self (PLWHA). The design used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sampling method uses accidental sampling as many as 188 respondents. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The results showed 113 respondents (60.1%) had a positive self-concept. 98 respondents (52.1%) had a positive body image, 116 respondents (61.7%) had an ideal positive self, 96 respondents (51.1%) had negative self-esteem, 167 respondents (83.5%) had an appearance negative role and 98 respondents (52.1%) had a positive self-identity. Conclusion in this study more than half the number of respondents have a positive self-concept, the respondent has accepted what happened to him and is ready to face life in the future and considers that life is a process of discovery. Keywords: PLWHA, self concept.

      Abstract: Mother's milk (ASI) is the first and best food that must be given to babies because it contains nutrients that are needed in the process of growth and development of children's intelligence. One of the causes of failure to support breast milk has not been released from breast milk after the mother receives it. Expenditures of breast milk can be accelerated by non-pharmacological actions, namely through oxytocin massage which can be done by massaging the area around the back (vertebra pars thoratica) to stimulate the release of breast milk. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of oxytocin massage on the release of breast milk in primipara postpartum mothers at RSIA Srikandi IBI. Method: this study is a pre-experimental study with a static group comparison design: randomized control group only design,  the number of respondents in this study were 36 consisting of 18 experimental groups and 18 control groups.       Abstract: Chronic renal failure is a clinical condition of kidney damage which can cause the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, which causes uremia and fluid build up. Knowledge of diet fluids management and nutrition in renal failure patient is important to know and for those who are determined to reduce the risk of kidney disorders.  The purpose of this research is to know the description of Patient’s Knowledge about Fluid and Nutrition Diet in Chronical Renal Failure (GGK) in hemodialysis room of RSUD Indramayu 2017 ". This research uses descriptive method, the population in this study for about 127 and  the sample in this study for about to 90 respondents in accordance with the inclusion criteria taken with  Consecutive Sampling Technique. Data collection using questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Product Moment statistic test, with significance α = 0,05. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the knowledge of patients about diet fluids and nutrition for about 74 patients (82.2%) respondents who have good knowledge. This research as an input for nurse hemodialisa room expected nurses can modify the delivery of health information through media and interesting methods about diet fluids and nutrition.Keyword.       Abstract: Job stress on nurses is one of the problems in human resource management in hospitals. This is because the nurse profession is a health worker who has the highest intensity of interaction with patients and is often faced with situations that can cause work stress. IGD nurses are required to be able to work quickly and precisely in handling emergency patients with different levels of emergency, so it is very susceptible to work stress. One way to overcome the stress of the emergency nurse's work is to listen to murottal Al-Qur'an which is one type of religious therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Murottal Al-Qur'an therapy on the stress level of nurse work. This study used quasi pre experimental one group pretest and posttest design. The population of this study were emergency nurses who experienced work stress in the emergency room at Al Islam Hospital Bandung. Samples Total sampling was 28 nurses who were in accordance with the inclusion criteria. The measuring instrument used is the OSI-R (Stupid Inventory-Revised Edition) work stressor (Osipow & Spokane, 1998). The results showed that p Value = 0.025 or p <0.05 so that it could be concluded that murottal Al-Qur'an therapy had an effect on the level of stress of the emergency work nurses at the Al Islam Hospital Bandung. To better know the effect of the greater influence of murottal Al-Qur'an therapy on decreasing the stress level of nurses' work, IGD is expected that further research can use larger samples and longer treatment using a control group. Keywords: Nurse, Job Stress, Murottal Al-Qur'an, IGD

      Abstract: Aspect of spirituality is one of the important issues in the care of female clients who undergo hemodialisys. The purpose of this study to explore more deeply about the meaning of the spirituality of female clients who undergo hemodialisys. This research plan uses qualitative with descriptive phenomenology approach. The study derives five themes: (1) relationship with God, (2) relationships with oneself, (3) relationships with others, (4) originators and inhibitors, and (5) client expectations. A total of 6 female participants by using purposive sampling. Data were collected by in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis using selective and highlighting approach (the selective or highlighting approach). The results of this study participants changed in terms of worship is an increase in terms of worship.       Abstract: Implemented posyandu elderly there are obstacles that often faced is low visit, one of cause factor is low of knowledge of elderly so that beneficiary of posyandu elderly still not maximal. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of health promotion about elderly posyandu by use audio visual media toward liveliness of elderly in following elderly posyandu. The design use in this research is Quasy Experimental with pretest-posttest with control design. This research was conducted at Maesan Bondowoso health center with 55 respondents with total sampling technique. This analysis used Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney test.       Abstract: HIV / AIDS is a chronic disease that can affect all aspects of a person's life. Bongas is a sub-district with the highest number of cases compared to other sub-districts in Indramayu Regency. HIV / AIDS is reported to not only cause symptoms and complications but also has a negative impact on quality of life. Quality of life will affect the health condition of people living with HIV, especially in treatment programs. The aim of this study was to determine the quality of life of PLWHA in Bongas. This study used a quantitative research with descriptive approach. The sample amounted to 165 respondents with taking consecutive sampling technique. The results of the study were 118 (71.5%) respondents had a good quality of life in physical domain, 84 (50.9%) respondents had a good quality of life in psychological domain, 124 (75.2%) respondents had a good quality of life in social domain, 93 (56.4%) had a good quality of life in the independence domain, 86 (52.1%) respondents had a good quality of life in the environmental domain, and 86 (52.1%) respondents had a good quality of life in the spiritual domain. The conclusion of this study is that PLWHA in Bongas have a good quality of life. Keywords:   Quality of Life, PLWHA

      Abstract: Nurses are required to have sensitivity and ability to support patients' trust and welfare through caring behavior. Nurse caring behavior will have a significant influence on the patient's care process in the hospital. The aim of study was to determine the description of nurse’s caring behavior in nursing services in one hospital in Indramayu Regency 2017. The study used descriptive methode. Population was patients in the Inpatient Room of one hospital in Indramayu Regency. Samples were 96 respondents which selected by accidental sampling technique. Humanistic and Altruistic caring behaviors of nurses were 91.7%, provide trust were 82.3%, foster sensitivity to themselves and others were 69.8%,  develop a relationship between mutual trust in patients were 77.1%, increase and receive expressions of positive and negative feelings towards patients were 77.1%, solving problems for decision making were 65.6%, increased learning and interpersonal teaching were 71.9%, creating supportive physical, mental, sociocultural, and spiritual environments were 81.3%, provide guidance in satisfying needs were 69.8%, and allowing for phenomenological stress to patient mental-growth and maturity pressure were 52.1%. Nursing caring behavior in the Inpatient Room of one hospital in Indramayu Regency were 53.1%.  Keywords: Caring Behavior, Nurses, Service
