  • The Effects of Organizing Learning Actives Using Concept Attainment Model
           and Active Learning on Mathematical Concepts and Reasoning Ability of
           Mathayomsuksa IV Students

      Abstract:           The purposes of this research were the comparison of the student’s mathematical concepts and mathematical reasoning ability of set and operation of Mathayomsuksa VI students after using concept attainment model and active learning with a 75 percent criterion. The design of research was one-group posttest-only design. The subjects of this study Mathayomsuksa IV students in the first semester of the 2018 academic year at Princess Chulaphorn’s College Chonburi, Chonburi Province. They were randomly selected. The instruments used in study were, 11 lesson plans, mathematical concept of set and operation test has 0.88 of group reliability and has 0.91 significant different standard reliability and mathematical reasoning ability of set and operation test has 0.87 of group reliability and has 0.88 significant different standard reliability. The data were analyzed by using t-test for one sample and content analysis. The findings were as follows: The mathematical concept of set and operation of the sample group after obtaining concept attainment model and active learning was statistically higher than 75 percent criterion at the .05 level of significance. The mathematical reasoning ability of set and operation of the sample group after obtaining concept attainment model and active learning was statistically higher than 75 percent criterion at the .05 level of significance.

  • Factors Influencing Creative Community-Based Tourism Management

      Abstract: This research was aimed to synthesis factors that influence the creative community-based tourism management. This is a documentary research by the qualitative synthesis. Which is consistent with the work that the researcher is studying as a base by content analysis and synthetic, interpretive approach and presentation of the results in a hierarchical analysis. The research findings revealed that: 1) Factors of participation, is the voluntary participation of the people and stakeholders. To lead the planning process and decision making include implementation benefits, planning and thinking. 2) Factors of tourism resources, is a tourist attraction that exists in both naturally occurring areas and what the community created include amenities, activities, attraction and place. 3) Factors of marketing, is activity that affects the decision to travel and satisfied, include communication channel, network and public relations. 4) Creative Community-based tourism, is community-based tourism management has an element of participation. And tourism resources through the management process, include reciprocating, experiencing, appreciating and learning.

  • The Development of the Model for a Strong Integrated Community Management
           in Phitsanulok Municipality

      Abstract:          The purposes of this research were to study the state of the integrated strong community management in Phitsanulok Municipality and investigate ways to develop a model to improve it. The 420 participants were selected for the quantitative data and qualitative data. The data were collected by using a questionnaire and an interview schedule, and then analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results indicated that the overall state of the integrated strong community management was at a medium level, with the highest mean on community welfare promotion, roles of community leaders, management of community environment, problem solving and organizing the community, and career promotion for the community members, respectively. As for the guidelines for integrated strong community management, there should be a participatory network of public, government sectors and private sectors to support the community, supporting factors such as knowledge, information system, relationships, and guidelines for practice for community sustainable development. Such guidelines are the guideline for community rehabilitation and organization, the guideline for improving community environment, the guideline for career creation, and the guideline for community benefit system development.

  • Factors Affecting The Management of Internal Quality Assurance of Rajabhat
           Universities in The Northeastern Part of Thailand

      Abstract:                 The purposes of the research were to, study factors affecting the management, effectiveness, study the influence of factors affecting the management and propose policy recommendations, factors affecting the management of Internal Quality Assurance of Rajabhat Universities in the Northeastern Part of Thailand, achieving good and suitable for the educational context through documents, concepts and theories, the outstanding school, group discussions, linear structural relation and proposed policy. Four hundred samples administrators, instructors and personnels were questired. The 5-level questionnaire was used for the reliability of the Alpha Coefficient at0.988. Data were analyzed by using SPSS for Windows. And data analysis was completely proposed by 12 experts to be suggested and improved. The results of the research were revealed as follows: Management factors consist of 2 aspects; the first aspect is included as the quality assurance of education, policy, vision, mission and strategy, organizational structure, organizational atmosphere, teamwork, cooperation, Information Technology, budget, and performance evaluation. The second aspect is included as leadership ability, the characteristics of the leadership, motivation, communication and education and development. The level of factors found the overall mean was at a high level and the overall level of factors affecting the management of Internal Quality Assurance of Rajabhat Universities in the Northeastern Part of Thailand found average at the good quality. The results of examining the relationship between linear structural relations of factors affecting the management of Internal Quality Assurance of Rajabhat Universities in the Northeastern Part of Thailand showed that the relationship conformed to evident data and it had positive relevance at high level. It was varied of the effectiveness of internal quality assurance at 62 percentages. Policy recommendations by ordering the influence of factors affecting the management of Internal Quality Assurance of Rajabhat Universities in the Northeastern Part of Thailand found that: 1) the management aspect could be ranked from the most to the lowest as follows: information technology, cooperation, budget, teamwork, organizational atmosphere, performance evaluation, organizational structure, policy, vision, mission and strategy, and quality assurance education respectively, 2)The relationship ability was ranked as follows: motivation, education and development, communication, leadership ability, and the characteristics of leadership, respectively.

This research was done by 108 employees of staff’s A.K.P Technology  Co.,Ltd. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results of the research show that most respondents were female. In terms of working age, most of them had working experience in the last 4-5 years.   • A Study On The Succeeding in Operating of The Women’s Roles Development
           Fund: The Case Study of Chonnabot District, Khon Kaen Province

      Abstract:           A study of the succeeding in operating of the Women’s Roles Development Fund: A case study of Chonnabot District, Khon Kaen Province has performed for the objectives are: 1) The Succeeding of the operation of the Women's Roles Development Fund, 2) Problems and obstructions of Women’s roles development and 3) the appropriate guidelines for Women’s roles development. The Qualitative Methodology has been used for the study. Qualitative data were collected through interviewing and including analyzing recorded data. Fourteen interviewees were randomly drawn from the Fund. They are 8 of Chairman’s, 4 of members, 1 of committee the Fund and a provincial officer of the Community Development Department. The results of this study were found. The targets of the Fund to promote women’s role in all segments and empower for their occupation by providing low interest loans for members to handle their work. The low interest loans are provided to member who submitted a project to the Khon Kaen Provincial Committee with accepted by the committee. A Fund member’s in Chonnabot district had presented their Silk Weaving Program to the Provincial Committee. The program has been approved under the Silk Weaving Promotion Program and provided fund for program operations. They spent the loan for raw material or weaving tools or circulation capital. The loans provided succeed and continue in their jobs. According to the succeeding of the Fund in the aspects of memberships, their income gained more from primary careers. They can make payment back to the loan on a specified period and affected to the self-reliance. The ultimate target then can look after their family and better acceptable form community. For the main problem and obstructer of managing the Fund is lacking of payment back to the loan for many projects. On the encouraging the Fund can be divided into 3 aspects as follow. 1) The district officers must carefully review of each member background for better benefit of programs.    2) The chairman have to monitoring each loan projects with a good instructive guide to member and 3) members must pay back to the Fund regularly.

      Abstract:           This article aims to study the legal measures that Thailand should take to solve the problem of abandoned children in unsafe places. According to the study, the United States has developed Safe Haven Laws to establish a child shelter in each state to solve the problem of child death from being abandoned in unsafe places. As a result, children's deaths from abandonment have declined. The law allows mothers who are not ready to raise their children to have a save place to put them. Babies can be placed in save haven baby boxes. It also provides protection for mothers who may not reveal their names in order to avoid any litigations.

           Biology Subject on Animal Anatomy and Physiology of Eleventh Grade
           Students by Using Brain-Based Learning Emphasizing Analytical Thinking

      Abstract:          This research was to study learning achievement, analytical thinking, and satisfaction in biology subject on animal anatomy and physiology of eleventh grade students by using brain-based learning emphasizing analytical thinking. The participants of this research were 24 eleventh grade students at Princess Chulabhorn's College Chonburi in the second semester of academic year 2017. They were randomly selected by using the cluster sampling method. The instruments of the research consisted of 1) lesson plans using the brain-based learning, 2) learning achievement test, 3) analytical thinking test, and 4) satisfaction in biology subject questionnaire. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, t-test for dependent samples, and t-test for one sample. The results of this research indicated that: 1)The posttest scores of students’ learning achievement after using brain-based learning emphasizing analytical thinking were statistically significant higher than pretest scores at the .05 level. 2)The posttest scores of students’ learning achievement after using brain-based learning emphasizing analytical thinking were statistically significant higher than 70 percent criterion at the .05 level. 3) The posttest scores of students’ analytical thinking after using brain-based learning emphasizing analytical thinking were statistically significant higher than pretest scores at the .05 level. 4) The students’ satisfaction in biology subject after using brain-based learning emphasizing analytical thinking were at high level.

  • A Competency Development Model of Personnel of Local Administration
           Organization in Northeast of Thailand

The sample was 320 personnel of the local administration organization in the Northeast. The questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistics used in this study were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation. The statistics used to test hypotheses include Pearson correlation and forecasting Multiple. Phase 2, to create A competency development model of the personnel of the local administration organization in the Northeast. Target groups include 24 people who are    The results showed that 1) Factors affecting the competency personnel of the local administration organization in the Northeast were factors at High level. 2) Factors affecting the competency personnel of the local administration organization in the Northeast by statistical significant at .05 levels were; the Achievement motivation (X1) Service mind (X2) Expertise (X3) and Teamwork (X5) , these variable could predict the achievement of Human Capital Development for 55.80%; The equation; Z = 0.410Z1 + 0.313Z2 + 0.188Z5 + 0.100Z3 3) A competency development model of the personnel of the local administration organization in the Northeast, showed that; 1) Achievement motivation ; the personnel is supposed to the attempt in duty ability practice in the work effectively the work follows the aim that lays to keep. 2) Service mind; the personnel is supposed to the ability services that good to the user , the helping solves a problem to the user , the alms serves that exceed 3) Expertise; the personnel should take an interest and follow new knowledge and 4) Teamwork; the personnel should perform of the self in an institute succeed to go along in the work and the colleague , join the cooperation of a member in an institute.

  • Management Model for Small Hotels in Thai-Lao Border in Ubon Ratchathani

      Abstract: The research aimed to study the management model for small hotels in Thai-Lao border in Ubon Ratchathani province. Randomly selected sample group of the study included 375 subjects. The research instruments were questionnaires, focus groups and model evaluation. Collected data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: The model comprised 4 elements including principle, objective, operation and success condition. 1) Principle referred to effective operation of small hotel entrepreneurs in terms of management, service, personnel and marketing. 2) Objective was to effectively manage small hotels in the aforementioned aspects. 3) Operation consisted of effectively running the hotels in four aspects: 3.1) management through systematic management, structured management, internal coordination, quality control services, development of resource management capabilities, participation, and situation management; 3.2) service management through service models, preparation of services, service operations, service quality, location and building, facility, and security; 3.3) personnel management through positioning personnel, recruitment, motivating personnel, coordinating personnel, human resources development, and promoting self-development of personnel; 3.4) marketing management through marketing potential, distribution channel, customer relationship, accommodation price, marketing promotion, finance, and business networking. 4) Success conditions involved the following: managers focusing on effective management and performance, all personnel cooperating and following the plan in full force, the hotels coordinating with relevant networks, and government supporting small hotels in various aspects to sustain their businesses which generate income to the local.

  • The Development of Learning Base for Integrated Farming under the
           Sufficiency Economy Philosophy by using participatory process

      Abstract:           The study had been purposed to identify farmers’ needs towards the development of learning base for integrated farming, to develop learning base for integrated, to design curriculum related to integrated farming’s learning base for farmers and to assess that particular learning base and curriculum related to integrated farming. This Target is Nakhon Ratchasima Province Area. Tools used in this study contributed to both primary data obtained from questionnaire, interview and evaluation form and secondary data. In terms of data analysis, quantitative data analysis and descriptive analysis were employed. The results related to farmers’ needs towards the development of learning base for integrated farming were reported that farmers identified their needs in general at high level as reported average at 4.21. In terms of the development of learning base related to integrated farming, there were 9 areas of farming including 1) breeding swing in pits 2) planting cassava with water dripping 3) planting lime in cement pits 4) breeding Sex Reversal of Nile tilapias 5) Breeding Phoo Phan Black chickens and layer chickens 6) breeding frogs 7) growing mushroom 8) mixing fermented liquid and 9) growing sweet vegetable. In terms of the curriculum related to integrated farming for farmers 3 curriculum were reported as follows; 1) short course 2) medium-length course and 3) long course The results pertaining to the assessment towards the development of learning base and curriculum in integrated farming showed that people who used services reported about learning base related to integrated farming as effective at the highest level with average of 4.28

  • Extension Model on supply chain management of organic rice of farmers in
           Lower-Northeastern part of Thailand

      Abstract: The objectives were to study 1) socio-economic, information and knowledge perception 2) production management, opinions, and problems 3) rice supply chain management 4) factors that influenced the production and opinions on supply chain management 5) the extension of supply chain management 6) models and guidelines in the extension of rice supply chain management in the lower northeastern region by conducting interviews. Analyzed statistics values such as T-test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) most of the farmers were female with the average age of 51.50 years old and completed primary school education. Their household members were 4.22 people with the household labor of 2.64 people and no labor hiring. They owned 10.34 rai of organic rice field. The farmers were part of organic production group with the average income from organic rice production of 57,943.10 Baht and expenses of 26,905.55 Baht per year. The information reception was from the news distribution tower by local leaders. Farmers had correct perception towards the organic rice production at a medium level. 2) The average productivity was 563.49 kilogram per rai. The opinions towards supply chain of farmers were at the highest level. Problems were at the medium level. 3) The supply chain management of every groups was strong and were not different from each other. 4) Factors that influenced the practicality of supply chain management included opinions and education levels. Factors that affected the opinions were the membership in agricultural institutions, household members, and knowledge reception. 5) Current extension officials were not at the level of expectation that farmers want yet. They would like for support in production management. 6) At the upstream level, the model system was the training and visitation. Midstream, group meeting and training model. Downstream, focused on supporting the distributions in various channels as well as information technology adoption to help with the promotion so that the consumers would be able to receive the various types of products according to standard. The extension guidelines should emphasize on the development of production, quality and product, agricultural extension officials, agricultural, and traits in supply chain management extension.

The collect data was done by find out common character and common conclusion in the feasibility for using the principles of good governance in the administration of the golden Triangle. The research findings as followings : 1) The generality in the management of administration in  the  golden triangle found that The government of Lao Peoples Democratic Republic of Lao  set the management with commitment the people in the local by their rights under the endurance of their country . In Myanmar, they use the stick in their law and Dhamma for drive their country. In the same way, Thailand use rule by law for develop country. 2) To analyse for using the principles of good governance in the administration of the golden Triangle found that all of golden Triangle must be followed both government and dhamma for set calmness in society. Moreover people got positive impact of their country that dhamma were strategy of their country. 3) The purpose the using the principles of good governance in the administration of the golden Triangle found that the people should be had knowledge about concept principle process and management technique which was good governance for applied to develop jobs, human resource and organization.

  • Administrative Strategy of Schools in 21st Century of the Secondary
           Educational Service Area Office 20

      Abstract:           The purpose of this research were 1) to study the present condition and desirable conditions in 21st century school development under the Secondary Education of area office 20 2) to develop a 21st century school development strategy under the school district. The six main components of the strategy were the vision, the obligation, the mission, the goals, the strategy, and the Indications which were the policy research. The method of conducting research were divided into two phases. The first phase was the contextual study and strategic framework for school development in 21st Century under the Secondary Education of area office 20, consisting of 1) research papers 2) survey research 348 samples from the school director, deputy directors, teachers, and Chairman of the Board of Education 3) group discussions to consider empirical data, documents and information from the survey of experts from North Eastern University, Local Universities, director of the Secondary Education of area office, supervisors, School of director total 16 samples 4) strategic framework for school development in 21st Century. The second Phase Implementation was to develop and monitor the strategy by Udonthani Rajabhat University, director of the Secondary Education of area office, Udon thani Provincial Education Office, School of director total 16 samples to be strategy for the development of schools in  21st century. The findings were: 1) The current state of school development in  21st century, under the Secondary Education of area office 20, had a high level of overall from the highest average to the lowest, the following were the Organizing learning skill that focused on professional competence, the network of learning skill, the corporate culture organization skill, and the knowledge management in the organization skill respectively. 2) Desirable condition to develop the schools in 21st century under the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Area 20 was at a high level. The arranging in order from the highest average to the lowest average were the network of learning, corporate culture and knowledge management in the organization respectively. 3) The 21st century school development strategy of the Secondary Education of area office 20 began with the vision that was “The school under the Secondary Education of area office 20 had the quality and students had 21st century skill." Proceeded following by 4 strategies          1) the Organizing learning skills that focused on professional competence in the 21st century 2) the knowledge management in the organization 3) the creation of a culture conducive to change and 4) the creation of a learning network. These consisted of 4 obligations, 11 goals, 10 strategies, 24 guidelines and 32 indicators.

  • Variation on ancient phin music of Thongsai Tabtanon

      Abstract: Variation is normally used for melodic development of Western music, Thai classical music and also found in music of Northeast Thailand as well.  The purpose of study was to know the variation of Thongsai Tabtanon’s ancient lute (phin) music and use them as examples to explain the content of variation. This is a qualitative research using ethnomusicology method of study consisting of document study, field work, and collecting data by observation, interviewing and using ethnography analysis.  Field work was during October and September, 2018.          The 3 items of research founding were; 1) there were 3 ancient lute music pieces, lai-lamploen (khunchang-khunphaen), lai-phraramdoendong (sanoo-bao), and lai-tangwai (lao accent).  2) Thongsai’s lute tuning between 1st and 2nd string was in fifth, E - A (E4 -8.7 Cents, A3 +3.3 Cents).  3) There were four places of variation found in 3 pieces; 1 in lai-lamploen, 2 in lai-phraram-doendong, and 1 in lai-tangwai.  The melodic variation were always used diminution and augmentation followed by ornamentation.  Most of those still used the principle notes in original tempo but had syncopation in some point.  However, Thongsai Tabtanon’s ancient lute music still has other contents and cultural knowledge that worth to be found.

  • Development of Real Estate Entrepreneurship Model that Overcomes the 1997

      Abstract:           The objective of this research is to study the experience of real estate entrepreneurs to survive the economic crisis in 1997 and develop the pattern of real estate entrepreneurship. Qualitative method was conducted and strategic research was phenomenology.           The qualitative research was used the sampling of 10 persons by using purposive and experience sampling for in depth interview including semi-structured interview. The result of pattern development was analyzed in qualitative data according to strategic management theory, cognition and entrepreneurship. The findings showed 12 main patterns of : 1) maintaining  profit aspect; 2) temporary break period aspect; 3) break for waiting to see the business direction aspect; 4) organization stabilization aspect; 5) merger and acquisition aspect; 6) reducing the investment aspect; 7) disposal and withdrawing investment aspect; 8) low cost capital aspect;     9) proactive administration aspect; 10) creating innovation aspect; 11) real estate entrepreneurship aspect; 12) awareness the business opportunities of entrepreneur aspect          Cognition was awareness of experience and social network.  In addition, the entrepreneur placed importance on readiness for land resource as well as teamwork.  During a crisis situation, distinctive strategies were stability and retrenchment strategies.  After money crisis, entrepreneurs usually used stabilization strategies, mergers and acquisitions along with reducing investment strategies to make organization fully turnaround. Nowadays, entrepreneurs are interested in good examples.

The target audience used in this experiment. primary students in the first semester of academic year 2018, Khoksamran School Pak Thong Chai The samples were purposively sampled for 10 hours. The instruments used in this study were the melodian instructional package based on the concept of calendula. A lesson plan for learning how to teach a lesson in Meditation with a teaching method for grade 2 for 10th grade students and 10 hours for a lesson plan. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing. Use comparative analysis of skills to practice melodian instruments. The t-test (t-test for Dependent Samples) was used as a guideline for the study.   Findings are as follows:  1) The constructed instructional package was 82.63 / 84.58, higher than the target of 80/80 students. Improved knowledge and understanding. 2) Students have skills in performing melodian instruments. After learning more than before. There was a statistically significant difference at .05 level between the pre-test and post-test scores at the .05 level 87.00 Summary of this research. The melodian instruction set is based on the concept of Goddess. Efficient and effective. Can be used to teach students. For students to achieve the objectives.

  • The create melodic solo, Pap-Samchan on the Khong Wong-Yai

      Abstract:           This article describes the creation of the melodic solo, Pap-Samchan, on the Khong Wong-Yai. The purpose of this project is to create a new melody by applying the research and creative (R & C) approach on traditional Thai music and describe the structure and characteristics of the melodic solo form. The results of this study are the following:           The form of the melodic solo Pap-Samchan is divided into 2 sections:  Section 1: consists of 6 long bars, repeated 2 times. Section 2: divided into 2 parts: Part 1: 3 long bars; repeated 2 times, Part 2 : 4 long bars played as a round. Summary of the melodic solo form: Section 1 played 2 times as a unique melody. Section 2, the first part is played 2 times as a unique melody, and the second part is played once, with a melodic solo form written as a symbol [AÁ] [BB'C].          The results of the analysis of the melodic solo are as follows. The creators of solo instrumentation on the Khong Wong Yai have adopted a form and advanced playing technique for a melodic solo form with the use of flickering methods called sabuth –zhiew, kro, kra-thob-ku, noob-nub, kaiy-moo, kwad, and accelerando: as well to control the tempo. However, the level of melodic solo playing is more relevant to the instructor and the drumming than the melodic solo.

      Abstract:          This article aims to study the role of The Provincial Cultural Offices to management of local wisdom in Southern Gulf of Thailand together with problems and obstacles to process management, included a suggestions for the management of local wisdom in shadow play.  Use as a framework for planning and developing strategies for the southern provinces of the Gulf of Thailand. It is composed of Nakhon Si Thammarat, Chumphon, Phatthalung, Surat Thani and Songkhla. The government office is the provincial culture office under Ministry of Culture as well as the role of promoting the conservation of local wisdom’s shadow play. The social phenomenon is change from economic system, the rule of invention from technological innovation and create new values abandon local wisdom. At the same time the budget allocation for local wisdom of the provincial culture office was insufficient. Therefore, promoting the local wisdom management system must start with the role of creating an information database, communication system and cultural as well as tourism of the provincial culture office. Southern Gulf of Thailand. A formulate strategy should to promote traditional activities as Festival, tourist services in ASEAN countries. To create art and spread the culture of local wisdom mixed shadow play with promote conservation by information innovative knowledge It attracts attention on the tourism system in a continuous and concrete.

  • Development of Performing arts of Tum Drum Dance of Thai-Laotian Ethnic

      Abstract:           Development of performing arts of Tum Drum dance of Thai-Laotian ethnic group in Ubon Ratchathani province aimed to study the Tum Drum dance performed by Thai-Laotian ethnic group in Ubon Ratchathani in terms of background, components, roles and values, and to develop performing arts Tum Drum dance to Thai-Laotian ethnic group in Ubon Ratchathani province using qualitative research. Results revealed that Tum Drum dance of    Thai-Laotian ethnic group in Tambol Huai Khayoong, Warinchamrab district, Ubon Ratchathani province was established from local plays for entertainment of villagers, ceremonies, belief, and faith in rainmaking ritual during June-July. It was unique as consisting of 4 main dance movements and the costume was identical which wearing rattan nails, weaving patterns with colorful thread and decorating nail edge with white tuft along with Tum Drum rhythm and Pung Had. Researchers developed a pattern of performing arts as the dance of Lam Kam Huai Khayoong which included movement, rhythm, lyrics, and dress. Data was collected in documents and by a field trip which was analyzed for concepts to create components as follows. 1) Main components for performing Tum Drum dance of Thai-Laotian ethnic group in Ubon Ratchathani province consisted of lyrics, rhythm, musical instruments for performance, performers, dressing, props, and performance pattern. 2) Dance movement for performance. Researcher created dance movement and line adjustment for variety and attractions as well as according to presentation of unique Tum Drum dance in Tambol Huai Khayoong, Warinchamrab district, Ubon Ratchathani province.

  • Participation for Career Promotion of the Elderly by Adopting Local Wisdom

      Abstract:          The objectives of this research were 1) to study the context of the community that has been produced Pickled Fish, 2) to study the pattern of career enhancement for the elderly by adopting the wisdom of Herbal Pickled fish producing, 3) to find ways to promote careers for the elderly and 4) to suggest the policy of creating a career for the elderly. Participatory action research was conducted in the qualitative research. Target groups were 30 elderly and Herbal Pickled fish producing groups. Data were collected by interviewing, group discussion and field recording. The research found that; 1) Community conditions in Chaiyaphum province containing the Pickled Fish with the following context 1.1) Water source 1.2) Community/Groups leaders 1.3) Continuing learning activities in the community 1.4) Helping members of the group focus on their career 1.5) self-producing Pickled Fish 2) Model for enhancing the elderly occupation by using processed wisdom of food products — herbal pickled fish, Have learning activities Driving the career of the elderly to success consists of 2.1) Participation 2.2) Interest 2.3) Network 2.4) Support 2.5) Self-directed 6.Socail Learning by PINSSS Model 3) Guidelines for creating careers for the elderly from the processing of herbal pickled fish products found that the government sector, community, seek marketing channels that facilitates the elderly to have a career to reduce dependency from the state. 4) Policy recommendations for career creation methods for the elderly found that the information center should be constructed to facilitate job creation and occupation to increase the income of the elderly. In addition, there should be a convenient place for the sale of herbal pickled fish and the state should allocate subsidies to set up a career group for the elderly in a free cost.
