  • Toleransi Masyarakat Islam-Kristen Madura Di Desa Sumberpakem, Kecamatan
           Sumberjambe, Kabupaten Jember

      Abstract: This research describes the values and forms of tolerance between Muslim and Christian communities in Sumberpakem Village, Jember Regency. It is a village where the communities are pandhalungan. The research deploys a qualitative method by digging verbal information as much as possible related to the questions. The data analysis indicates that the tolerance values of Muslim and Christian communities in Sumberpakem Village are the universal values as reflected in multiculturalism, such as acceptance, tolerance, sympathy, empathy, and caring for cultural diversity. They are also willing to live together, mutually trust and mutually support (co-existence and pro-existence). Meanwhile, the forms of tolerance are across the religions such as joint parties, marriages, burial and occupation events.

  • Menjaga Tradisi Minum Jamu Madura Dengan Penyampaian Pesan Interpersonal
           Kesehatan Antara Peramu Dan Pengguna

      Abstract: The tradition of drinking herbal medicine is an effort to maintain body and mind health and to cure diseases based on local knowledge of the Madurese community. This study aims to describe efforts to maintain the tradition of drinking herbal medicine through the delivery of interpersonal messages between the maker to the user. The research used qualitative phenomenon-based herbal drinking tradition with data collection through observation and interview to informants and analyzed to get meaning about the form of interpersonal message delivery. The study found the form of interpersonal messages in the form of delivery of herbal products with health issues, disease complaints, prevent and overcome the disease. The profound meaning of cultural messages is the motivation to balance physical and mental health.

           Kesejahteraan dan Keadilan Distributif

      Abstract: The government has an important role to play in improving the welfare of communities within the framework of distributive justice. Financial institution is one of the institutions that play a role in national development in the economic sector. Institutions that call themselves financial institutions have in common the aspect that accompanies their existence. Provision of legal basis for the operations of Sharia and Conventional MFIs, Under Law No. 1 of 2013 article 3 on microfinance institutions aims to: a) Increase access to micro-finance for the community b) Assist in increasing economic empowerment and community productivity c) And the welfare of the people, especially the poor or low income. The government provides assistance for business development to LKM / LKMS, in the effort to overcome poverty and unemployment. As for the target of grant aid is to improve people’s welfare, job opportunity, entrepreneurship among community with LKM / LKMS.

  • Pendekatan Sosiologi Hukum Dalam Memahami Konflik Agraria

      Abstract: This paper explains the approach of sociology of law to understand agrarian conflict. This legal sociology approach is used because the normative, legalistic-positivistic legal approach that has been used is not sufficiently able to explain and even provide a solution to the continuous and long-lasting agrarian conflict. Agrarian conflict, not just a matter of positive law alone, but more suabtansial it is a complex issue, related to other social issues such as law, economy and culture. The approach of legal sociology is used to understand agrarian conflicts, particularly in the land of Bongkoran Wongsorejo Banyuwangi District, to understand the issue of agrarian conflict more fully and hence can be found a way more just settlement for society.

      Abstract: This paper is the result of research focused on the study of the importance of social capital in diamonds trading as a rare commodity in Martapura City. This research has been done in Martapura city with qualitative research method and has been interviewed as many as 5 people as informant. This study found that the form of social capital in trading diamonds was trust and social network, reciprocity in a joint venture formed by diamond traders and subscription relationships formed in the sale and purchase of diamonds. Social capital has an important meaning in the success of diamond trading because with the social capital of traders it can muster the power to acquire and market diamonds as a rare and speculative commodity.

  • Hegemoni Pejudi Dalam Pilkada Di Indonesia

      Abstract: The purpose of this research is to investigate the problem of election of regional head which is bewitched by gambling in Indonesia, by taking sampling in DKI Jakarta. Pilkada is an election in local local government scope to elect regional leaders. The principle of democracy is injured by the behavior of gamblers and voters by controlling some of the elections in gambling games. The phenomenon of gambling in Pilkada is seen since the first Pilkada implementation in 2005 and it is still ongoing until 2017. Gambling colored in the elections, usually the candidate desired by the owner of the capital won the contestation Pilkada because he got a place in the gamblers gambling, but only this time the implementation of elections in big cities won by candidates who do not want the owners of capital.
