      Abstract: Latar Belakang: Berdo’a pada saat bedside handover menjadi salah satu pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien yang selama ini kurang diperhatikan. Sehingga, perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dalam meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berdo’a pada saat bedside handover terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang Flamboyan RSUD ’45 Kuningan. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian quasi experiment dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre and post test without control group. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 19 responden sebelum penerapan berdo’a pada saat bedside handover dan 19 responden sesudah penerapan berdo’a pada saat bedside handover. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non random sampling dengan jenis total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner kepuasan pasien dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Handover. Hasil: Tingkat kepuasan pasien sebelum penerapan berdo’a pada saat bedside handover sebanyak 9 responden puas, 9 responden cukup puas, 1 responden tidak puas dan tingkat kepuasan pasien sesudah penerapan berdo’a pada saat bedside handover sebanyak 13 responden puas, 6 responden cukup puas dan tidak didapati responden yang merasa tidak puas. Hasil uji t-test independent (2-tailed) didapatkan angka p value sebesar 0.80 (p > 0.05). Simpulan: Tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan berdo’a pada saat bedside handover terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang Flamboyan RSUD ’45 Kuningan. Disarankan bagi pihak rumah sakit untuk melakukan perbaikan SOP yang sudah ada dengan menambahkan berdo’a pada saat bedside handover, dan memberikan penekanan kepada perawat pelaksana melalui kepala ruangan untuk menerapkan berdo’a pada setiap bedside handover.

      Abstract: Background: Stress is a reaction both physical and psychic to any demands that cause tension that can disrupt the stability of life that will affect the hormonal system of the body one of the effects is the change of menstrual cycle. Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the relationship of stress level to menstrual cycle female. Method: analytic survey, design Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this research is student of health faculty of Catholic university of Palembang musi charitas as many as 91 respondents selected by used purposive sampling technique and calculated by slovin formula. Result: univariate analysis result showed 13 (14.3%) of 91 respondents had mild stress, 19 (20.9%) had moderate stress 59 (64.8%) and there were 47 people (51%) of 91 respondents had abnormal menstrual cycle and 44 people (48.4%) had a normal menstrual cycle. The result of bivariate analysis with statistical test of kendall tau showed there was no significant relationship between stress level to menstrual cycle (p >0.05). respondents are advised to make efforts to prepare themselves early in the face of the learning process and the final project so that the stres that occurs can be minimized or prevented.

      Abstract: Effective teamwork affects job satisfaction so as to improve outcomes in health care in clinical practice. Interpersonal relationship between nurse and phsycian is one of interpersonal relationship that takes place in hospital work environment. Form of interpersonal relationship between nurse and phsycian can be seen from the relationship of collaboration in providing care to the patient during the care. Bedside Interperprofessional Rounds (BIR) is one method to improve collaboration between nurses and phsycian in addition to patient beds that aim to communicate, coordinate, make joint decisions and take responsibility in the care of patients during hospitalization. Implementation of appropriate and effective collaborative methods is an effort that can be used in order to improve interaction between professionals in the work environment Hospital. This study aims to prove the effectiveness of the application of Bedside Interprofessional Rounds (BIR) to improve interpersonal relationships between nurses and phsycian. The research design used was quasi experimental with pre-post test design with control group. The sample size was 20 respondents in the control group and 20 respondents in the intervention group were taken with the sampling consecutive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the application of Bedside Interprofessional Rounds (BIR) can improve the interpersonal relationship between nurses and phsycian.

      Abstract: Hypertension is a chronic helath problem which is indicated by the increasing of the blood presuure >140/90 mmHg. Hypertension prevalence increases in accordabce with the changing of life style. This study aims at identifying factors concerned with the primary hypertension accident which were observed from self care. The study is an analitytic descriptive used accross sectional approch. There were 112 participanted as the respondents. The reaserch showed that there is a significant correlation among age (p=0.061), education (p=0.005) job (0.004), smoking (0.0005) and the hypertantion grade. This study suggests the hospital to increase its nurse comptenece to look into the hypertension risk factor, to provide support dan health education.
