  • Penerapan teknik cynema therapy untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa
           terhadap bahaya merokok

      Abstract: The purpose of the study is to know the application of cinema therapy techniques that can improve students' understanding to the dangers of smoking at SMP Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya. This research is a quantitative experimental approach. Experimental design used in this study was pre-experimental design in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. This means that by this study design uses only one group as the experimental group was given treatment without a comparison group. The population of this study amounted 28 people, with 8 samples indicated the learners who have an understanding to dangers of smoking are low. The collection of research data using interviews, documentation, questionnaires and focus group focus. Analysis of data using statistical test of Paired Samples T Test with application software SPSS version 17.00. The results showed that the cinema therapy techniques can improve students' understanding to the dangers of smoking at SMP Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya.

  • Efektivitas model konseling aktualisasi diri untuk mengembangkan kecakapan
           pribadi

      Abstract: Artikel ini didasarkan atas penelitian tentang model konseling aktualisasi diri untuk mengembangkan kecakapan pribadi. Model konseling tersebut dikembangkan berdasarkan pendekatan humanistik dan dipadukan dengan hasil studi pendahuluan tentang profil kecakapan pribadi mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) tahun 2009/2010. Prosedur penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang terdiri atas empat langkah utama, yaitu studi pendahuluan, pengembangan model, validasi rasional model, dan validasi empirik model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya pencapaian kecakapan pribadi subjek penelitian belum optimal, baik dalam aspek memahami dirinya sendiri, memahami orang lain, maupun dalam berinteraksi sosial secara bermakna. Berdasarkan uji validasi rasional dan empirik, ditemukan bahwa model konseling aktualisasi diri efektif untuk mengembangkan kecakapan pribadi, yang melingkupi hampir semua indikator pada setiap dimensi kecakapan tersebut. Rekomendasi penelitian ini ditujukan untuk pengembangan kecakapan pribadi melalui bimbingan dan konseling, Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling, dan penelitian selanjutnya

  • The relationship between family functioning and juvenile delinquency at
           SMKN 4 Pekanbaru

      Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between family functioning juvenile delinquency. This study used 120 subjects students in SMK N 4 Pekanbaru, research data were collected using two scales, the scale of family function and delinquency with item number 53. Sampling in this study using non probabilitis sampling techniques, data analysis using product moment, with the help of SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Based on the analysis found that there is a negative relationship between family functioning juvenile delinquency, the correlation p = -0.590 0.000. Then the hypothesis is accepted, meaning the lower the higher the family function of juvenile delinquency and conversely the higher the lower a family function of juvenile delinquency

  • Perilaku agresif dan penanganannya melalui konseling islami

      Abstract: The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the factors causing the emergence of Aggressive Behavior student at SMPN 1 Tondong Tallasa Pangkep district. (2) To know the description of the results of the counseling process Islami against the aggressive behavior of students at SMPN 1 Tondong Tallasa Pangkep district. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case studies with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that (1) the factors agtresif behavior was arrogant, selfish, family economy, family environment, (2) the application of Islamic counseling to the students' problems aggressive behavior indicate a change student behavior from aggressive to not be aggressive.

  • Perspectives of peaceful school on vocational school Students: A narrative
           research

      Abstract: This paper aims to explore the school of peace in the perspective of students in vocational schools. School peace suspected as one of the factors that will determine the formation and behavior of student achievement in school. The narrative method chosen in this study whereas the focus of the study follows the excavation methods offered by Mishler. The study conducted showed that every student has no experience of peace in schools. However, students can receive no peace until he lost condition at meal time. The findings further that there are three things that make students not peaceful, the rules of the school, peer relationships, and the demands of parents and schools.

      Abstract: The problems which was described in this study can be divided into two parts (1) How to develop the guidance of Bugis-Makassar Traditional Games as acceptable counseling guidance media based on the usefulness, accuracy, and relevancy in increasing social skill of students. (2) How to implement the guidance of Bugis-Makassar traditional games as counseling guidance media. The purposes of this study are (1) to develop the guidance of Bugis-Makassar Traditional Games as acceptable counseling guidance media based on the usefulness, accuracy, and relevancy in increasing social skill of students. (2) to know the implementation of Bugis-Makassar traditional games guidance as counseling guidance media. This study used development model developed by Borg and Gall which examines the development of this Bugis-Makassar traditional games media. Participants of this study in this small trial consist of 12 students. Data collection technique was questionnaire and interview. The results showed that (1) Bugis-Makassar traditional games guidance can be accepted based on the usefulness, accuracy, and relevancy in increasing social skill of students. (2) the guidance of Bugis-Makassar traditional games as counseling guidance media can be implemented properly in SMPN 8 Makassar.

  • Perbedaan perilaku agresi antara siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan di
           SMPN 1 Kasreman Ngawi

      Abstract: This study aims to examine differences in aggressive behavior among male students and female students at the Junior High School 1 Kasreman. The method of research is a scientific activity carried out in stages to achieve research objectives. The research used is descriptive survey research. The study population is students aged 12-15 years (early adolescent phase) at the Junior High School 1 Kasreman. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling technique. Characteristics of the study sample are students aged 12-15 years in junior high school 1 Kasreman as many as 104 students. A statistical significance level of the test uses the hypothesis test in both directions. Hypothesis test shows the value of aggressive behavior (sig = 0.018), it can be seen that the p-value of <0.05, so it can be concluded that hypothesis was accepted. There are differences in the level of aggressive behavior among girls and boys.

      Abstract: : State Civil Servants Apparatus (ASN) have to be more integrity, professional, neutral and capable to carrying out a public service to the community. It was an important one that can be optimized through development of human capital. Based on previous research investigated role of Human Capital towards Services and performance of Public Service, shows that staff and head divison level only has moderate degree of human capital. While, Emotional Capital was a most dominan aspect in Human Capital. Otherwise, Social Capital aspects results in the low level. It comes with consequences to optimized them through psychological intervention with group Employee Coaching and Counseling Program (ECCP). This study was action research, experimental one group preteset and postest design. The result shows that ECCP was contribute effectively to enhance Human Capital, particularly in Emotional Capital optimization.

  • Pengembangan instrumen keterampilan dasar konseling Pada mahasiswa calon
           konselor

      Abstract: This research aims to develop basic skills counseling instruments which refer to various counseling theories and techniques that will be used to measure the ability of students in individual counseling practicum courses. Subjects were students Prodi BK sixth semester, the University of Muhammadiyah Metro totaling 44 students. Retrieving data using Likert scale model of the scale of basic counseling skills. The analysis revealed the acquisition of scores of each indicator that is the understanding of theoretical concepts and techniques of counseling the ideal score is 616, while perolehen a total score of 382, the indicator Already using theoretical approach and counseling techniques ideal score is 264, while the acquisition of the total score is 166, then the accuracy of selecting an approach to counseling theories and techniques, the ideal score is 264 and earned a total score of 144, and the indicators used counseling theories and techniques correctly, obtained a total score of 383 out of a score of 616 is ideal. Conclusion of research is the basis of student counseling keterampilaan Prodi BK sixth semester at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro, is still relatively moderate. Recommendations advice pembeajaran quality needs to be improved and need to be arranged individual counseling practicum guides more specific and easier to use prospective student counselor.

  • Pengembangan modul bimbingan pribadi sosial untuk meningkatkan resiliensi
           Siswa Korban Bullying

      Abstract: The objectives of the research are: (1) To discover the description of resilienciesof bullying victims and implementation of social personal guidance, (2) To develop social personal guidance module which is valid, interesting, and practical to improve resiliencies of the students as bullying victims (3) To develop social personal guidance module in improving resiliencies of the students as bullying victims. The study is Research and Development approach or Borg & Gall development model wich had been modified with data collection techniques conducted through questionnaire, scale, and (FGD). The results of the research reveal that (1) Bullying behaviors are still often discovered, it shows that there are many students who were unable to escape from the unfortunate situation, so social personal guidance module to improve resiliencies of the students as bullying victims is very needed in school, (2) The module produced is valid, interesting, and practical based on the assessment conducted by two of Guidance Counseling experts. (3) The implementation of social personal guidance module can improve resiliencies of the students as bullying victims.
