  • PENGARUH BRAND AWARENESS DAN BRAND IMAGE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN

      Abstract: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh munculnya fenomena perkembangan sepeda motor di Indonesia yang sangat pesat. Selain itu, tingkat persaingan yang ketat di berbagai kategori produk berdasarkan kemajuan teknologi telah menyebabkan timbulnya beberapa fenomena yang cukup menarik yang mendorong kosumen mendorong untuk membeli sepeda motor yang lagi diminati dipasaran sesuai dengan produk yang mereka inginkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan fenomena gap, masalah yang di kaji dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah brand awareness dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial dan simultan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness dan brand image parsial dan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Wali Motor Demak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for Windows.  Hasil penelitian di peroleh bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 342.244 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh brand awareness dan brand image secara simultan positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Simpulan dari penelitian ini terbukti bahwa brand awareness dan brand image secara berpengaruh secara parsial dan silmutan  terhadap keputusan pembelian, sehingga dapat dijelaskan bahwa semakin baik brand awareness dan brand image, maka tinggi pula keputusan pembelian konsumen pada sepeda motor Honda Beat

  • ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PESEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE
           ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ) PADA PERUSAHAAN ROTI BONANSA

      Abstract: ABSTRACT   Fajrin, Eldwidho Hanarista. 2015. “Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Dengan Menggunakan Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Pada Perusahaan Roti Bonansa”. Manajemen Keuangan. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Semarang. Pembimbing Prof. Dr. H. Achmad Slamet, M.Si Key Word : Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Raw Material Supply, Safety Stock (SS), Reorder Point (ROP), Total Inventory Cost (TIC) Optimal of raw material supply is an important factor in the fluency of the production process in a company. These raw materials can be controlled by using certain methods, one of that is a  Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method which has a better level of calculation accuracy than conventional methods. This study is quantitative research, which has a goal to examine more deeply about the use of methods  Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) in the control of raw materials companies Bread bonanza. The object of this study is the number of purchases, the amount of inventories, amount of usage of raw materials used in production, as well as a booking fee and the cost of storage of raw materials. The result showed the optimal inventory of raw flour materials using EOQ method is 3009kg with a frequency of purchase as 30 times, safety stock is 504kg and ROP done at the time the raw material warehouse at 1188kg and TIC Rp 12,559,196.00. Optimal supplies of sugar with EOQ method is  1244 kg, with a frequency of purchase as 20 times, safety stock is 412 kg and ROP should be done at the time the raw material warehouse is 578kg while the TIC Rp3.461.934,00. Conclusions from this research is the calculation method of EOQ in counting raw materials wheat flour and sugar more efficiently than with conventional methods. This can be prove from the results of the comparison TIC more efficient use EOQ method to save costs and is able to increase profits. Suggestions for management of Bonansa company is to use EOQ method in process of controlling raw materials companies.

  • REAKSI PASAR TERHADAP PENGUMUMAN PENERBITAN SUKUK MUDHARABAH DAN OBLIGASI
           KONVENSIONAL

      Abstract: This research aims to analyse market reaction toward sukuk mudharabah and conventional bonds issue announcement that indicated with abnormal return and trading volume activity. Population in this research is all of sukuk mudharabah and conventional bonds issue announcement registered in IDX period 2012-2015. This research used event study with 21 days of windows period (t-10 to t+10). Samples of this research consist of 5 sukuk mudharabah issue announcements and 65 conventional bonds issue announcements based on purposive sampling method. Analysis methods used in this research are t-test and Paired Samples T-Test. The results of this research show that there are significant abnormal return around the date of sukuk mudharabah issue announcement on t-10, t-8, t-6, and wheres significant abnormal return around the date of conventional bonds issue announcement on t-7, t-3, t-1, t-3, t-4, t-7. In addition, there is no significant difference between trading volume activity before and after to sukuk mudharabah and conventional bonds issue announcement. The market react slow and prolonged so there is not happened  market efficiency semi-strong form in information and decision.

  • PENGARUH KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN
           KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

      Abstract: Decreased levels of employee performance of sales in the last year, among 1.1 % on a special performance and employee absenteeism rate target of 1% is not achievable indicate satisfaction and quality of life of employees can affect employee performance. The problem in this research is there any influence of the quality of work life , job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of Honda Semarang Center Setiabudi 521 people with a sample of 84 people using the formula Slovin. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, methods of analysis, test instrument (validity and reliability test), descriptive analysis of the percentage, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the variable quality of worklife positive effect on job satisfaction; the variable quality of working life has positive influence on employee performance; variable job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance; and the variable quality of working life through the indirect effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Suggestions for the company in improving the performance of employees in order to pay attention to aspects of quality of work life and job satisfaction of employees proved influential on employee performance.

  • THE IMPACT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL ON NURSES’ PERFORMANCE: THE
           MEDIATING ROLE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING AND WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT

      Abstract: The purpose of this research is to exam the influence of psychological capital, psychological well-being, and work-family conflict on nurse’s performance directly or indirectly that mediated by psychological well-being, and work-family conflict. Data was collected from 99 nurse inpatient care installation Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ungaran by giving questionnaire. They were analyzed by using partial and path test in deciding the connection between variables in this study. The result of this study indicated that there was a significant positive effect on psychological capital and psychological well-being toward job performance, also psychological capital toward psychological well-being. The result also indicated that psychological well-being and work-family conflict mediate the effect of psychological capital toward nurse’s performance. While, the effect work-family conflict toward nurse’s performance, work-family conflict toward psychological well-being, and the effect of psychological capital toward work-family conflict showed negative result but there were no significant.  In conclusion, this study proved that to increase their performance, the nurses must have psychological capital and psychological well-being. Also, the nurses must be managing their work-family conflict.

  • PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN PELATIHAN PADA
           PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA

      Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan pelatihan pada produktivitas kerja. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 104 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi berganda, dan koefisien determinasi parsial menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada produktivitas kerja karyawan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan, semakin baik lingkungan kerja dan kualitas pelatihan maka akan semakin meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk tetap mempertahankan tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan agar tidak menurun sehingga produktivitas kerja karyawan juga dapat terjaga dengan baik, kualitas lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada karyawan hendaknya dapat ditingkatkan agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai.

  • PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KETERIKATAN KERJA MELALUI
           KEADILAN ORGANISASIONAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

      Abstract: This study is aimed to know the direct and indirect effect of the transformational leadership, distibutive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice towards nurses’ work engagement which is mediated by distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. The 117 nurses who worked in the hospitalization section Grade III in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang were the population of the study.The sample of this study was taken by using propotioned random sampling methodology. 91 nurses were taken as the sample of the study. The method of data collection is by questionares which was measured by likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows version 21. The result of theis study showed transformational leadership have positive effect on distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Distributive justice and interactional justice have positive effect on work engagement. Transformational leadership and procedural justice have no effect on work engagement. Distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice was able to mediate the relationship of the transformational leadership towards nurses’ work engagement in hospitalization section Grade III in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang.

  • PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN KETERLIBATAN KERJA PADA
           ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR

      Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture, and job involvement on organizational citizenship behavior on the employees of PT Mazuvo Indo Semarang. The population in this study was all employees of PT Mazuvo Indo Semarang amounting to 51 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using the technique of non-probability sampling with this type of sampling saturated, namely the determination of the sample if all members of the population used as a sample. The analysis method used in the study are instruments test (validity and reliability test), the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing through partial test and simultaneous test with SPSS for Windows vertion 21. Data were collected by using interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The results from this study showed that the partial job satisfaction positive influence on OCB. There is a positive influence organizational culture on OCB and there is a positive influence job involvement on OCB. The conclusions of this study are job satisfaction, organizational culture, and job involvement influence on OCB.

  • MEMBANGUN EMOSI POSITIF MELALUI PROMOSI PENJUALAN DAN LINGKUNGAN TOKO
           DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP IMPULSE BUYING

      Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the direct and indirect effects of sales promotions, store environment, and positive emotions as an intervening variable on impulsive buying decisions. Businessman needs to plan a promotion strategy and arrange the store to be more interesting so that the consumers are interested in doing an impulsive buying. The population in this study is all consumers in Clothing Stores Meilleur Ami Semarang that do the impulsive buying. The sampling in this study uses incidental sampling technique with total of 100 respondents. The method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire method.  The method of analysis in this study uses path analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.The results of this study show that the sales promotion variable affects the positive emotions of 0,242, the sales promotion affects on impulsive buying amounted to 0.399, store environment affects the positive emotions of 0.374, a store environment affects on impulsive buying amounted to 0.286, the influence of promotion on impulsive buying mediated by positive emotion at 0.491, and the influence of store environment on impulsive buying mediated by positive emotions at 0.428. Therefore, it can be concluded from this study that the sales promotion, store environment, and positive emotions as an intervening variable affect directly and indirectly on impulsive buying. Furthermore, the suggestion for the company is that they should maximize the lighting in the room which is not getting light enough.

  • FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT BELI KONSUMEN DI TOKO ONLINE

      Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of reputation, website quality, tand trust on purchase intention at Lazada.co.id online store.  The population which is the object of this research is all visitors Lazada.co.id unknown number. The sample in this study were taken by purposive sampling with specific criteria and using the formula of iterations in order to get the number of samples used as many as 100 samples. Data analysis methods used in the study is to perform analysis of the measurement model (outer model) of convergent validity test and reliability test, and analysis of structural models (inner model) and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the variables negatively affect reputation and do not signigikan on purchase intention, but reputation positively affect and significant on purchase intention through trust as a mediating variable; variable of website quality negatively effect and do not significant on puschase intention, but website quality positively effect and significant on purchase intention trhough a trust as a mediating variable. Variable of trust positively effect and significant impact on purchase intention.
