  • Climate Change and its Impacts in the Teaching of Physics and Chemistry.
           Issues and Perspectives.

    • Authors: Kouamé Nguessan, Akomian Frédéric Mobio, Kouassi Félix N’guessan
      Pages: 1 - 10
Abstract: The proposed identifies the knowledge to teach from the concept of climate change and its impacts on our environment in the official documents of the first cycle of secondary education in Côte d’Ivoire. This leads us to question how to take into account the essential concepts through the following questions : what are the concepts related to the concept of climate change that are taught ' What are the different pedagogical styles used by the Ivorian education system to strengthen and apply the knowledge base resulting from climate change and its impacts ' The results obtained allow us to say that the documents submitted to our analyzes contain few elements on climate change in the broad sense. These documents rarely offer the opportunity to think about choices that will enable students to build knowledge.

  • Legal and Economic Analysis of Medicine Purchased Oversea

    • Authors: Bo FENG
      Pages: 11 - 14
Abstract: In recent years, the phenomenon of purchasing medicine abroad has gradually increased. In particular, it has resulted in major cases with great social influence, such as the case of “Lu Yong Selling Counterfeit Medicine”. It has sparked an intense debate on the legality of oversea purchase of medicine. Although the treatment expense is greatly reduced for the patients, oversea purchase of medicine is suspected to undermine intellectual property protection. Finding a balance between “inspiring pharmaceutical companies to innovate” and “making it affordable to patients” is the key to solve the problem of oversea purchase of medicine. Based on the analysis of the positive and negative effects of overseas purchase of medicine, this paper proposes the principle of “consideration of protection and antitrust”, which not only protects the intellectual property rights of the medicine, but also prevents companies from abusing intellectual property rights.

  • An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship Between the Uncertainty of
Chinese Economic Criminal Law and the Crime of Private Entrepreneurs

    • Authors: Hongwei GONG
      Pages: 19 - 23
Abstract: Chinese economic criminal law embraces the blank description of crime and the special forms of normative constituent elements and the distribution of miscellaneous provisions, which has violated the clarity principle of the criminal law and is contrary to the scientific legislative guidelines. The results of the study show that not all unclear provisions will lead to the increase in the criminal risk of Chinese private entrepreneurs, that the simple blank description of crime will not lead to a sharp increase in the related crimes and that the special form of the normative constituent elements and miscellaneous provisions have greatly increased the judicial application of related crimes to private entrepreneurs.
