Abstract: The dynamics of today’s world accelerates the changes in all aspects whether it be education, politics, economics, social, ways of life, technology communication advancement. So, syllabus and curriculum content is needed to be adjusted accordingly in coherent with the development of novel skills needed for the 21st century. However, it could be seen that current content in the core subjects seems insufficient to meet the demand for the skills in 21st century. Nonetheless, the core subjects can be used as the foundation framework and strategies for multidisciplinary learning management or the 21st century learning topics by promoting the acquisition of knowledge in core subjects and by embedding the 21st century skills into content of all core subjects which include: 1) World knowledge, finance, economics, business and entrepreneurship, civilian, health, environment; 2) Learning and innovation skills is the framework indicating readiness of the students in entering the today’s complex job environment;  3) Information, media and technological skills, due to the influx of information distribution and ubiquitous use of technology, students must be equipped with competence in critical thinking and multitasking skills and able to exploit comprehensive knowledge; 4) Life and working skills for successful in living and working the today’s world. So, STEM education may serve as an alternative for learning management approach that could promote equipping the student’s 21st learning skills as it hybrids multidisciplinary skills inclusive of 4 disciplines, that are, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics by means of reducing duplicated content, promoting more knowledge in fewer class time with an emphasis hands-on self-directed activities, experimenting, inquiry by the students. The students could therefore construct their own knowledge, communicate and apply knowledge for their own benefits while the teacher just alters their roles from teacher-centeredness and becomes the facilitator, advisor, supervisor, mentor, and activity designer facilitating the students to gain knowledge, skills, and high-order thinking skills so that the students could eventually evaluate the progress of their own learning.

Abstract: Extensive instruction  have been developed and implemented since the past to present. And, the instructional model plays a crucial role in promoting the learners to achieve their maximum potential. So, implementing appropriate instructional model allows the learners to fully excel in their learning. Consequently, the instruction should focus on stimulating the learners to get involved in practicing their skills, thinking process, and self-initiated learning by using variety of learning resources and hands-on practice in order to apply the knowledge for the real practice. Also, teachers can use various types of instruction to encourage the learners to achieve the intended learning objectives. In this regard, the researchers studied cognitive learning theory by Piaget which focuses on the learning related to environment, background knowledge, and local context that favors the learning; cognitive theory by Buner which concentrates on designing knowledge structure and  concerning on the practice where by the learners create internalized image and using symbols; needs theory by Thorndike which focuses on practice or frequent actions for enduring knowledge retention; learning theory by Knowles which emphasizes on the learners frequently applying the knowledge, integrated learning by giving praise, and exhibition for motivation to achieve the goals; Bloom Taxonomy’s integrated 3 domains of learning which include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor for instructional management; self-constructed learning; collaborative learning; brain-based learning; and 21st century learning skills. The synthesis of the afore-mentioned learning theories leads to the formulation of the instructional model empowering the 21st century learning which comprises 6 steps: 1) Preparation; 2) Engage; 3) Action; 4) Pack; 5) Apply ; and 6) Checking. The developed model aims to promote 3 domains of learning, that is, 1) Thinking and problem-solving skills; 2) Information and communication skills;  and 3)  Interpersonal interaction and  self-directed  skills. So, instructional management empowering 21st century learning skills must encourage the learners to bridge knowledge and real life. Also, the learning must be meaningful that accounts for powerful and valuable learning. So, the developed model could be regarded as another practical model to empower teaching and learning for ultimate benefits of the learners who are the future of the nation.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study of Classroom Management of Pre- school teachers in DLIT classrooms under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 2. The informant group consisted of the director, teacher education institution, teachers and Contract Teachers. Of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office, 15teachers who are the government teachers with their teaching experience more than 5 years. It was found that the leading change,The teacher defines a paradigm by managing the course and modifies the learning management approach. The design of standard learning management Teachers have designed a learning management plan that can be used to improve the effectively manage of the learning. On Information Technology Center (ICT), teachers can use information technology for searching and teaching international students. All teachers have their own research work as a basis for developing curriculum. Teachers use learning activities to focus on positive discipline for the students.These improvements have shown better problem solving and positive responses in students.

Abstract:     The objectives of this research were development university administration model to Education Criteria for Performance Excellence: case studies of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University by mixed methods research. The research results were: the administration of intuition/offices according to Education Criteria for Performance Excellence of as a whole was at medium level, the interested for administration according to Education Criteria for Performance Excellence of as a whole was at medium level, the needs to administrational development according to Education Criteria for Performance Excellence as a whole was at high level, the success factors for administration of intuition/offices were 1)Vision of chief,  2) motivation and inspiration to operation of human resource, 3) the capability for building team culture, 4)the strategic focus, and 5)the participative administration. The university administration model according to Education Criteria for Performance Excellence was comprises five parts and ten systems and mechanism. The once part was context: foundation data of organization and Economic and social Changed, the second part was inputs: 1)survey to opinion of stakeholders system and mechanism, 2)needs evaluation of stakeholders system and mechanism, and 3)strategic plan and implementation system and mechanism, the third part was process: 1)the supporting and human resource development system and mechanism, 2) the human resource moral system and mechanism, and the supervision system and mechanism, the fourth part was outputs: 1)the performance evaluation system and mechanism, 2)the measurement, analysis and knowledge management system and mechanism, and 3)the translated and promoted system and mechanism, the fifth part was feedback: benchmark with other intuitions or critical system and mechanism. The overall appropriation and feasibility of intuition/offices under university administration model according to Education Criteria for Performance Excellence as a whole was at high level.

Abstract: This study was designed to examine and to make a comparison on the Administrators’ Roles towards the Use and Implementation of General Education Program Private School Curriculum in Bangkok Metropolis as classified by gender and education in  6 aspects including the school development planning, the leader in curriculum formulation, the public relations, the environment supporting, the internal supervision, and the curriculum evaluation. The study sample were general education program private school administrators in Bangkok Metropolis, totaling 220 persons according to Krejcie and Morgan. The instrument used for collecting the data was a five point Likert rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.  The study results revealed that: 1.The Administrators’ Roles towards the Use and Implementation of General Education Program Private School Curriculum in Bangkok Metropolis was overall and each aspect operated at the high level. 2. According to the comparison as classified by gender, and education, it was found that The Administrators’ Roles towards the Use and Implementation of General Education Program Private School Curriculum in Bangkok Metropolis were not statistical significant difference.

The instruments used in this research were -;Learning Plan with the activity learning emphasize to social service in course of design and learning management for 24 hours , Ability test in activity learning , Evaluation form of develop the student’s volunteer with learning by social service for 4 sides  were the kindness, responsibility, sacrifice and unity and scale study of student satisfaction that learning with integration learning techniques with social service. The research found that; Student’s volunteer  in learning  with social service for 4 sides overall found that  were in the highest level (average = 4.89) considering each aspect found that all sides were in the highest  level. The most average was sacrifice(average=4.94)and subordinate was unity (average=4.89) To study the student satisfaction that learning with integration learning techniques with social service. The research found that  the student satisfaction overall were in the highest  level (average = 4.86). Considering each aspect found that learn to give honor and respect and generous listen to the opinion (average= 5.00) subordinate were  the ability of teamwork as a good leader and a good follower, accepted the other ideas and learning to adapting to others and social(average=4.96)

Abstract:  The purposes of this research were to investigate mathematical achievement and the stress in learning real number using flipped classroom method. The research instruments used in this study were real number lesson plans, achievement test and perceived stress scale while the subjects in this study were 50 of Mattayom Sueksa 4 in academic year 2017 received from volunteer sampling method. The statistics used in this study were mean, percentage, Effectiveness Index ,proportion testing (Z) and t-test (Dependent Samples).The results showed that flipped classroom method learning process based on criteria E1/E2=70/50. The Individual Effectiveness Indexs more than or equal 0.50  have not less than 70% at significant level 0.05 and students have stress on real number using flipped classroom reduced from regular classs at significant level 0.05

Abstract:            The research aimed to 1) study the factors and indicators of measurement and authentic evaluation learning for schools 2) study the current state and the desirable state of measurement and authentic evaluation learning for schools and 3) to develop the guidelines of measurement and authentic evaluation learning for schools. A sample group is the head of an educational institution and teacher under SakonNakhon office of primary education service area 2 for 264 people. The research instruments using with the questionnaire having a suitability and feasibility assessment form of factors and indicators for measurement and authentic evaluation learning. Statistically significant with the percentage, mean and standard deviation                 The results of these research were 1) there are 7 factors and 35 indicators of measurement and authentic evaluation learning for schools 2) the result of the current state of measurement and authentic evaluation learning was moderate level in overall. When considered factor by factor, the factor with the highest mean is presentation of measurement and authentic evaluation, criteria of measurement and authentic evaluation is subordinated. The factor with the lowest mean is objective of measurement and authentic evaluation. And the result of the desirable state was high level. When considered factor by factor, the factor with the highest mean is schedule time of measurement and authentic evaluation, criteria of measurement and authentic evaluation is subordinated. The factor with the lowest mean is method and instrument of measurement and authentic evaluation, and 3) evaluated teachers of measurement and authentic evaluation learning for schools found all of factors generally is properly and conform to the possibility in the highest level.

Abstract:           This study was a quality research. The objectives of this study formation are to dominant ideology, counter-ideology of opposite pair context with discourse and discourse practice for conflict management as the result of violence and unrest cited in southern Thailand. The data collection involves document research, in-depth interviews and group interviews and analyzed this data by content analysis then, was checked with the triangulation technique.             The findings showed that state which is considered to dominant discourse has derived from a create and reproduce of political ideology for hegemony with national security strategy by repressive state apparatus in the leading actor. Meanwhile, counter-discourse as inherit ideology of ethnicity with Melayu Muslim Patani identity for counter-hegemony by discursive practices from independence movement groups in condition of righteousness history. Considering for diversity of social interactions in discursive field at conflict contemporary can be divided into two types; 1.groups of people that movement resistance with ideology of survival and 2.groups of people are align that movement support.             However current problem in the three southern border province because of conflict intensely of ideological between state and local has led to increase violence that reflects the conditions to diversely of unrest situations. Therefore the political mechanisms as a part of state should be resolution for integration conflict management and provide other sectors have a part in conflict management too include just build peaceful cover for sustainability fairness of better economic, social, politics and local cultural.

Abstract: The objectives of the research were to evaluate the curriculum for Master of Education Program in Educational Administration (Revised Curriculum in 2013), Department of Education, Faculty of Education, Mahamakut Buddhist University, according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TOF: HEd) of 2552, 2) to evaluate the curriculum according to the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) of 2559, and 3) to evaluate the curriculum according to the CIPP evaluation model. The samples of the research were totally 284 respondents , divided into 1) 10 curriculum lecturers 2) 137 existing students 3) 98 postgraduate students and 4) 39 postgraduate users and selected by the simple random sampling method.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The evaluation of the curriculum according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education of 2552, were found that the performance of the university’s Master of Education Program in Educational Administration (Revised Curriculum in 2013) was based on Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TOF: HEd) of 2552.
2. The evaluation of the curriculum for Master of Education Program in Educational Administration (Revised Curriculum in 2013), Department of Education, Faculty of Education, Mahamakut Buddhist University, was found to meet all eleven compulsory and optional indicators of the Office of the Higher Education Commission’s internal quality assurance (IQA).
3. The CIPP-based evaluation of the curriculum upon opinions of curriculum lectures, lectures and students, was appropriately found to be overall at a high level. According to the lecturers, in terms of the Context, the curriculum content and major subjects should be improved and the subjects related to current situations should be increased. In terms of the Input, media such as administration books and textbooks and research statistics should be increased. In addition, the Process and the Product were appropriately found to be overall in accordance with the curriculum.

Abstract: The research aimed to study and compare the factors which affected the satisfaction in the service of Thailand radio station in Ubon Ratchathani Province as classified by the 171 service recipients samples who were both business and public sectors. The research instrument was a questionnaire.  Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple regression analysis and t-test. According to the stepwise multiple regression analysis, the research found that care and attention, cost, and success in satisfaction of the needs could predict the satisfaction in the service by 42% (R2adj = .42) at the significance of .01. With the types of the service users compared, it was found that the users who were government officials, personnel of the business sector and the public gave a different priority to cost, and success at a statistical difference of .05 significance. No difference was found in the issue of care and attention.

Abstract:          Consumers’ perception of products and services advertising through leaflets affecting their purchase decision in Bangkok’s research aimed to investigate the personal factors influencing consumers’ decision to purchase products and services through leaflets and to explore the perceptions of advertising media of products and services via leaflets influencing consumers' decision to purchase products and services in Bangkok. This research was quantitative research. Which were collected from 400 samples by using the questionnaire and Data were analyzed by statistical methods including frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple regression, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The study found the sample with different personal factors including age, educational level and residential characteristics had different decision to purchase products and services through leaflets of consumers  in Bangkok and In terms of perceptions of print media of products and services via leaflets, it was found that elements of leaflets and channel of receiving leaflets influenced the sample’s decision to purchase products and services in Bangkok with a statistical significance level of 0.05.

Abstract:             The  purposeof  this  research  is  to  propose  a  model  of  participative  management  in  health promoting  schools.  The  research  methodology  has  been  divided  into  3 stages:  1) Conditions  and problems  concerning  the  participative  management  of  health  promoting  schools  have  been  studied.  The subjects,  selected  by  a  cluster  sampling  method,  are  school administrators  and  health  teachers.  The  statistical  tools  used  for  data  analysis  are  mean  and  standard  deviation.  2)  A model  has  been  constructed  and  inspected  by  focus  group  discussion. 3) The constructed  model  has been  assessed  in  the  aspects  of  suitability,  feasibility,  accuracy,  and  utilization. The  subjects,  selected  by  a  multi-stage  sampling  method,  are  school  administrators. The statistical  tools  used  for  data  analysis  are  mean  and  standard  deviation.               The results  are  as  follows:  1) According  to the opinions of school administrators, the conditions concerning the participative management of health promoting schools, overall, are at a high level. Their opinions concerning its  problems, overall, are at a moderate level.

The samples were collected from 400 samples, the tools used are Questionnaire, Data collection the researcher collected data by asking the farmers to buy and buy fertilizer In Warin Chamrab District Ubon Ratchathani Province. The data were collected from the farmers who used the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives Warin Chamrab Branch Ubon Ratchathani Province. Statistics used for data analysis are Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent-Sample t-test, One-way ANOVA F- Test, Pearson's Correlation coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis.
The study indicated that Answerer Mostly female, there is an age range of 51 years and over, the highest level of education is in elementary school, Average income per year: 30,001 - 60,000 Baht. Gender, Age, highest level of education and Average income per year. The effect of buying chemical fertilizer is not different. Considering the level of feedback, the aspect of the store's image. Farmers are most concerned about the products and services of the store, second is the convenience and facilities of the store, marketing promotion, Brand of the store and the atmosphere of the store respectively. When analyzing relationships with purchase decisions. It was found that all factors influenced farmers' decision to purchase chemical fertilizer. In Warin Chamrab District Ubon Ratchathani Province the statistical significance was 0.01.

Abstract:           The proposes of this research were to compare the personal factors affecting service decision making of the mobile kiosk in Mueang Ubon Ratchathani district, Ubon Ratchathani province and to study customer’s trust factors affecting service decision making of the mobile kiosk in Mueang Ubon Ratchathani district, Ubonratchathani province. The research was a quantitative research. The sample consisted of 400 customers who made service decision of the mobile kiosk in Mueang Ubon Ratchathani District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The instrument in the research was statistical questionnaires. The statistic consisted of frequency, percentage, standard deviation, t-Test, F-Test and multiple regression analysis.             The research found that the sample group was mostly female, age between 21-30 years old, student occupation, bachelor degree and average monthly income between 10,001–20,000 Baht. The results revealed that the personal factors occupation significantly affected service decision making of the mobile kiosk in Mueang Ubon Ratchathani district, Ubon Ratchathani province differently at the statistical level of 0.05. While sex, age, highest education level and monthly income were not affected service decision making of the mobile kiosk in Mueang Ubon Ratchathani district, Ubon Ratchathani province. The study of trust factors affected service decision making found that the sample group was mostly focus on truth. While service decision making factors affected to the sample group at evaluation of alternatives mostly.

Abstract:        The objectives of this research are 1) to compare the pretest and posttest results of mathematical learning achievement, 2) to compare mathematical learning achievement with criteria 70%, 3) to study the effective index of mathematical learning achievement integrated with local information, and 4) to study satisfaction of mathematical learning achievement integrated with local information. The samples of this research were 38 people of grade 8 students who have been studying at Wanghinwittayakom School, Bangkhan District, Nakhon Si Thammarat; they studied the foundation of mathematics in the second semester of academic year 2016. The research instruments were 1) lesson plans of linear equations with one variable which were integrated with local information, 2) a mathematical test, and 3) students’ satisfaction survey towards integrative learning with local information using one group pretest posttest design. The data were analyzed by average and standard deviation. The results indicated that The posttest scores of the mathematical learning achievement of grade 8 students, Wanghinwittayakom School were higher than the pretest scores. The average score of the students’ mathematical learning achievement was 76.32% which was higher than the criteria 70%. The effective index of integrative learning with local information was equal to 0.66 which was 66%. The students’ satisfaction towards integrative learning with local information was at the highest level (μ = 4.63 , = 0.34). When consider each aspect, the highest levels were advantages of integrative learning, teaching management integrated with local information, and learning environment. However,  mathematical content was at the high level

Abstract: The purposes of this research are 1) to compare the pretest and posttest results regarding mathematical subject on fraction of grade 7 students at Opportunity Expansion School, 2) to compare learning achievement after using mathematical project with criteria 70%, 3) to study the learning process on fraction using mathematical project, and 4) to study the quality of the mathematical project on fraction. The sampling group was 31 persons of grade 7 students who have been studying at Baanbangmark School, Kantang District, under the Office of Trang Primary Educational Service Area 2. They were in the second semester of academic year 2016 and were randomized by cluster sampling. The research instruments were lesson plans using mathematical project, a mathematical achievement test, evaluation criteria of mathematical learning process, and quality evaluation of mathematical project using One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data were analyzed by average, standard deviation, t-test dependent samples, and one samples test.

Abstract:             In this survey research on collaboration between librarians and teachers: A Case of WangYai Educational Quality Development of PhonThong District, RoiEt Province. The purpose of this study was to study about the collaboration between the librarians and the teachers in the area above. This includes the stages of preparation, teaching step (operation), and evaluation. There were 10 schools that took part in this study. The research population consisted of 11 librarians and 93 teachers that were 104 people in total. A questionnaire was used as a research tool and statistics used for data analysis are frequency, percentage mean and standard deviation. The data was presented in a grid format.The research finds that the collaboration between teachers, librarians and teachers in overall is moderate according to librarian teachers' opinions and these consisted of 2 stages: preparation (µ=2.56) operation (µ=3.20) and evaluation (µ=2.09) Lastly, the result for the collaboration between librarians and the instructor regarding to teacher’s opinion is medium in all and theses including 3 stages that are preparation (µ = 3.04) and operation (µ =3.08) and evaluation (µ = 2.67)   Keyword:Collaboration, Librarians, teachers

Abstract: The objective of this research were to study the current professional competencies of librarians at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, the desirable professional competencies of librarians in digital age at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, and guideline for the development of professional competencies essential for librarians in digital age at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The questionnaires were used in data collection from sample group of 39 service providers and 397 service users in all 4 campuses. The data were also collected by Semi-structured interview from 21 library administrators, librarians and Information officers. Quantitative data were analyzed from questionnaires by using percentage, mean, frequency, standard deviation and t-test statistic. The findings indicated as follows: For the desirable professional competencies of librarians in digital age at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan found that the attitudes of service providers  towards desirable professional competencies of librarians in digital age at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan in overall competency dimensions were at high level ($\bar{x}$  = 4.16).  Each of dimensions were ranked based on their rating means respectively as follows: attribute competency ($\bar{x}$  =4.21), skills competency ($\bar{x}$  = 4.15), and knowledge competency ($\bar{x}$  = 4.14). The attitudes of service users  towards desirable professional competencies of librarians in digital age at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan in overall competency dimensions were at high level ($\bar{x}$  = 3.90). Each of dimensions were ranked based on their rating means respectively as follows: attribute competency ($\bar{x}$ = 3.96), skills competency ($\bar{x}$  = 3.89), and knowledge competency ($\bar{x}$  = 3.88). The comparison of service provider and service user opinions towards the desirable professional competencies of librarians in digital age at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan specified that the significant differences in all 3 dimensions were shown to hold at statistic level of 0.05, which conformed to the research hypothesis. According to the development of professional competencies essential in digital age there are 3 sides that 1) knowledge was information technology knowledge and understanding for information resource management as well as knowledge and understanding of filing system. 2) Skills included using internet in service work and providing service for users, using social media skillfully in working, using modern technology, applying computer and program appropriately in work performance as well as being able to supply, select, analysis, classify information resource categories and record in library database system. 3) Attribute was learning and awareness of change according to situations, understanding and accepting all challenges and changes, quickly adjusting oneself in term of situation and having explicit work methods. The guidelines for the development of professional competencies essential for librarians included training, study trip, academic meeting/seminar, exchanging of social media learning and higher education studying. Guidelines for the essential development for organization included allocating position of librarians properly, providing information technology sufficiently and accommodating with modern technology.
