      Abstract: Each year we encounter international conflicts including religious conflicts and the human race. Those things have become a part of the way of life of people in modern times. Looks like this world is going to sink under the depression of the human mind. We may call this event "The crisis of not being in the flesh and the body" because we have completely cut off the relationship with the body and the existence of the flesh Many times we think that things come to fill in life. Can be found outside Human beings are therefore seeking to fulfill life "Outside the body" all the time Endlessly. The revision of "Absent-minded" is the return to consciousness, which is an important foundation of humanity, which is the "Way of bhavava" (Chitta -Bhavana) or referred to as "Concentration deficiency" is one of the three main symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. "Teacher" is a person who uses meditation to complement the development and fulfillment of child behavior. From kindergarten to tertiary level This article presents the dimension of meditation and relationship with teachers. By applying to teach and learning to students Which will directly benefit the implementation of a complete conscious life.        Therefore, to make the student live with the body and mind requires many factors, such as resolutions, concentration and spiritual dimensions of the teacher, therefore there is a "Common point". Must relate by relying on each other by creating knowledge and transferring to students, Therefore will result in empirical results in peaceful coexistence in society.

  • The Effects of Using the 7Es Inquiry Cycle with Metacognitive Techniques
           on Science Learning Achievement in the Topic of Substances in the Daily
           Life and Problem solving Abilities of Prathom Suksa VI Students at Ban Lat
           Phrao School in Bongkok Metropolis

      Abstract:        The objectives of this research were (1) to compare the students’ learning achievement and scientific problem solving ability before and after learning by using the 7Es learning Cycle with metacognitive techniques learning and the traditional learning management. The research sample consisted of 47 Prathomsuksa 6 students in two groups, obtained by cluster random sampling. The employed research instruments comprised learning management plans for the 7Es learning Cycle with metacognitive techniques. a learning achievement test and scientific problem solving ability test. Statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and t-test.        The research findings were as follows: (1) the students’ learning achievement after learning by using the 7Es learning Cycle with metacognitive techniques was significantly higher than those learning by traditional learning management at the .01 level of significance; (2) the students’ scientific problem solving ability by using the 7Es learning Cycle with metacognitive techniques was significantly higher than those learning by traditional learning management at the .01 level of significance; and (3) the post-learning  scientific problem solving ability by using the 7Es learning Cycle with metacognitive techniques was higher than their pre-learning scientific problem solving ability at the .01 level of significance.

  • A Comparison of Knowledge Management and Quality of Working Life
           Management Models Affecting Performance Efficiency of Personnel in
           Industrial Sector to Support the EEC

      Abstract: This research had the following objectives:  (1) To study the comparison of the knowledge management model affecting the performance efficiency of personnel in industrial sector to support the EEC; (2) To study the comparison of the quality of working life model affecting the performance efficiency of personnel in industrial sector to support the EEC; and (3) To study the relationship of the comparison of the knowledge management and the quality of working life models affecting the performance efficiency of personnel in industrial sector to support the EEC.   The sample groups consisted of 200 samples from electrical appliance industry and 200 samples from auto-parts production industry.   The research tools used was a questionnaire analyzed by percentage, average, standard deviation, and multiple linear regression analysis by a statistical package. The research results found that:  1. On knowledge management affecting performance efficiency, both electrical appliance industrial sector and auto-parts production industrial sector were rated at a high level.  The multiple linear regression statistical analysis found that the electrical appliance industrial sector was rated at r=0.571, and the auto-parts production industrial sector was rated at r= 0.695, pointing in the same direction with emphasis on knowledge searching, information access, and management of knowledge up to standard set by the organization; 2. On the management of the quality of working life affecting performance efficiency, the auto-parts production industrial sector was rated at a high level.  The multiple linear regression statistical analysis found that the electrical appliance industrial sector was rated at r=639, and the auto-parts production industrial sector was rated at r=0.787, pointing in the same direction with emphasis on sufficient and fair compensation, work safety, work personality development, and sustainability and advance to build work motivation for personnel; and 3. For the relationship of knowledge management and quality of working life management affecting performance efficiency, the electrical appliance industrial sector and the auto-parts production industrial sector headed the same direction which resulted in work quality, work quantity, performance time, work reliability, and initiative creativity needed by the organization to develop in its personnel’s working expertise and in turns putting their creativity into organization’s sustainable development.

  • Employee Retention of Villa Market JP Co., Ltd.

      Abstract: The purposes of this study were to determine the factors of retaining employees and level of employee satisfaction. This was a quantitative research using questionnaire as a tool to collect data concerning employees’ behavior patterns and the comparison between factors of retaining employees and job satisfaction. The data was analyzed by both descriptive and inferential statistics, namely percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test, one - way ANOVA, and Multiple regression analysis.        The results of the study showed that most of respondents were female, average aged 26 - 35 years old, high school or vocational diploma holders, were single, lived in rental apartment, worked at operational level position, and earned monthly income of 10,000 - 20,000 baht. The average overall picture of opinions on factors of retaining employees and job satisfaction were at a medium level. The different personal patterns, such as marital status, position, and average income Be careful in interpreting the statistical result job performance at statistically significant 0.05 level. The factors of retaining employees correlated with job satisfied at Villa market JP employees at high level of the opinions in the same direction which consisted of factors of Retaining employees, supervisor relationship, collaboration and responsible of employees, surrounding environment and cultures, and career advance.

  • Welfare Management Factors Affecting to Welfare Management Effectiveness
           of Police Special Training Division 7, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi

      Abstract:        This research aimed to study (1) The level of Welfare Management Factors Affecting to Welfare Management Effectiveness of Police Special Training Division 7, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province.
      (2) welfare management factors in division 7, special training division, Cha-am district, Phetchaburi province. 3) the causal relationships between welfare management factors and Welfare Management Factors Affecting to Welfare Management Effectiveness of Police Special Training Division 7, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province. The samples size of the subjects was 128 persons from Police Special Training Division 7, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province. The data were then analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, e.g. percentage, mean, S.D. and Inferential Statistics, e.g. chi-square test and multiple regression analysis.        The results of the research could be concluded that;        (1) Most of the respondents were male with the age of 41-50 who achieved under bachelor’s degree. The status of the respondents was on marital with monthly income of 25001 - 35000 baht. (2) There was at high level on Welfare Management Factors Affecting to Welfare Management Effectiveness of Police Special Training Division 7, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province. The rage over effectiveness of welfare management were Housing, helping police officers and families injured and killed, reliability, the scholarship - son of a servant and Assist money for the Police officer. (3) welfare management factors had the effect of effectiveness of welfare management at high level. The rage over welfare management factors were expectations, staffing, organizing, coordinating, directing, reporting, budgeting and welfare management factors was at medium level such as Planning and welfare management factors were in causal relationships with Welfare Management Factors Affecting to Welfare Management Effectiveness of Police Special Training Division 7, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province at 0.001 level of significant. These welfare management factors could be planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting and budgeting. (4) Personal factors were not related to Welfare Management Factors Affecting to Welfare Management Effectiveness of Police Special Training Division 7, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province.

      Abstract:        The purposes of this research are 1) to study factors affecting dissatisfaction with visiting Bangkok among European tourists 2) to study factors contributing to dissatisfaction among European tourists and 3) to study factors affecting dissatisfaction which influences European tourists not to revisit Bangkok. The sample size is 246 which are chosen from European tourists traveling in Bangkok. The simple random sampling by convenience is used in this study. The research instrument is English questionnaire that its Cronbach’s coefficient of reliability X is equal  to 0.852 and Y is equal to 0.880. Descriptive statistics using for data analysis are Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation.   • Athlete’s Expectations of Division 1 Futsal League Development in
           Thailand

      Abstract: The purpose of this research were to (1) study the athlete's expectations regarding the development of Division 1 Futsal League in Thailand, and (2) compare Futsal athletes’ expectations of Division 1 Futsal League development classified by age, experience, and income. The sample of this quantitative research included 136 athletes derived from the population of 200 Futsal League athletes participating in the 2017 Futsal Thailand League using Krejcie and Morgan's formula. The questionnaire with a 0.90 reliability coefficient was employed to collect data. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, f-test with statistically significant level at 0.05 and LSD test.        The results of the research revealed that: (1) the athletes’ expectations of the development of futsal teams in all four aspects were at the highest level with the following descending order: the remuneration and welfare, the personnel management of the club, the practice and competition, and the club management. (2) The comparison of athletes' expectations of the team development in four aspects according to the age, experience, and income showed that they were different at a 0.05 level of statistical significant. The expectation level of athletes under the age of 18 was found highly different in the aspect of remuneration and welfare from those of athletes in other age groups. Regarding to the experience, the expectation level of athletes with more than 6 years of futsal experience was found highest different in the aspect of training and competition from those of athletes in other groups. As for the income, the results revealed that the athletes with the monthly income between 15,001 to 20,000 baht had higher different expectations of remuneration and the welfare than those of other groups.

      Abstract:        This research aimed to (1) study the level of Solid waste management of Nongkapu Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Banlad District, Phetchaburi Province, in Accordance with 3R Principle. (2) study the factors of Solid waste management of Nongkapu Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Banlad District, Phetchaburi Province, in Accordance with 3R Principle. (3) study the causal relationship between solid waste management factors and solid waste management of Nongkapu Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Banlad District, Phetchaburi Province, in Accordance with 3R Principle. The Sample in the study were 130 households in Nongkapu Subdistrict. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean, standard deviation. As for the inferential statistics Chi-square and Multiple regression analysis were performed.        The results of the study found that (1) The management of solid waste management factors of Nongkapu Subdistrict administrative organization, Banlad District, Phetchaburi Province was at high level on average sorting as cognition, community leaders, behavior, Information perception and participation in the solid waste,
      (2) The management of solid waste management of Nongkapu Subdistrict administrative organization, Banlad District, Phetchaburi Province, in accordance with 3R principle, showed high level on average sorting as reduce, recycle, and reuse, 3) Solid waste management had statistically causal relationship with solid waste management of Nongkapu Subdistrict administrative organization, Banlad District, Phetchaburi Province, in Accordance with 3R Principle at the .05 level.
