Authors:Emine PÜR; Mehmet Serhat YILMAZ Abstract: Bu çalışmada, cumhuriyetin ilanından itibaren 1923ve 2017 yılları arasında cumhurbaşkanlarının Kastamonu gezileri bir bütünolarak ele alınmıştır. Makalede, cumhurbaşkanlarının Kastamonu’ya hangigerekçelerle seyahat ettikleri ve Kastamonu’daki faaliyetlerinin neler olduğusorusuna cevap aranmıştır. Bu yapılırken kaynak olarak araştırma incelemeeserlerin yanı sıra arşiv belgeleri ve Kastamonu basını temel kaynaklar olarakkullanılmıştır. Kastamonu’ya sırasıyla Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, İsmet İnönü,Celal Bayar, Cevdet Sunay, Kenan Evren, Abdullah Gül ve Recep Tayyip Erdoğantarafından ziyaretler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Cumhurbaşkanları ziyaretleri süresinceKastamonu il, ilçe ve köylerini ziyaret ederek ilgili yetkililer ve halklagörüşmüştür. CumhurbaşkanlarınaKastamonu gezilerinde devlet adamları, askeri üst düzey yetkililer, bakanlar,uzmanlar ve aile üyeleri eşlik etmiştir. Böylece Kastamonu’daki sorunlar dahayakından gözlemlenerek sorunların çözümü için doğru kararlar alınmayaçalışılmıştır. Çalışmada, cumhurbaşkanlarının Kastamonu gezilerininil özelindeki sorunların devletin en üst makamındaki kişiye aktarılmasıaçısından son derece önemli olduğu, ayrıca Kastamonu’nun ileriye dönük olarakeğitim, sağlık, sosyal, iktisadi ve kültürel alanda gelişmesi ve yatırımlarbakımından bu gezilerin önemli bir yerinin bulunduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Authors:Erdoğan MERT Abstract: In this study, the concept of “state” was examined and it was aimed to put an “ideal state” description and open it to discussion. The study is important in terms of proposing a sustainable state system using viable methods. The method of scanning secondary data was used. Findings have shown that the concept of “state” can vary according to time, geography, societies, and even the theorist that describes it. The study includes considerations for achieving a better state. The work is based on ideas from the theory to the technique. In the last 15 years, the export of agricultural food products has grown more than 3 times. Today, MINT countries are major producer and exporter of many agricultural food products. In this study examined the comparative advantage and specialization level of agricultural products of MINT economies. In the study used the Balassa index and the Lafay index. Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding system is used in this study. In the study used International Trade Centre statistical data for the period 2002-2015. Results show that Indonesia has the greatest comparative advantage in animal, vegetable fats and oils while Mexico in fresh vegetables and Nigeria have a comparative advantage cocoa and cocoa preparation. Authors:Orhan Murat ÇOLAK Abstract: The photograph, which was one of the important discoveries of the 19th century, first spread in the capital Istanbul with the interest of the Palace and then all over the Empire. Because photography depends on the development of trade, industry and tourism, and since these fields had not developed in Kastamonu at the time, photography was not improved either. Therefore, the photographs determined in the frame of this article predominantly consist of city of Kastamonu and İnebolu photographs. The reason why the photos predominantly belong to these places is their importance: Kastamonu being the center of the province and İnebolu having an important port. Apart from these, Taşköprü photos are in third place in terms of vastness.In this article, history of photography in Kastamonu from the Ottoman period to the Republic and 1970’s, photographers who has been concentrated on Kastamonu and photo shops in Kastamonu will be dealt. The number of photographers / photo shops we can identify in Kastamonu during the Ottoman and Republican periods is 21 in total. The photographers of the Ottoman period are Mehmed Fethi Bey, Dildilyan, Cevahirciyan, Sebah & Joaillier, Ahmed Efendi, Richard Leonhard and Gustave Mendel.
