      Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of employability skills and level of achievement on SMK Accounting Expertise Program of Business Management Expertise. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods.Collection data by observation, interview, and documentation. Place of research in SMK N 6 Surakarta and SMK N 1 Sukoharjo. Analysis data with descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study show that the implementation of employability skills in SMK Accounting Expertise Program of Business Management Expertise at SMK N 6 Surakarta is very good because of the seven core competency competencies have been largely held at the highest level, while in SMK N 1 Sukoharjo into the good category, Because most controlled at the middle level. While the achievement level of employability skills at SMK Accounting Expertise Program of Management Business Expertise at SMK N 6 Surakarta level one 0%, level two equal to 34,30%, and level three equal to 65,70%. While in SMK N 1 Sukoharjo which controls one level of 17,10%, level two equal to 54,30%, and level three equal to 28,60%.

      Abstract: This classroom action research is conducted to reveal the application of cooperative learning with  Think-Pair-Share model to learners' learning outcomes on geography subjects of mapping basics. The type of this research is action research which carried out 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, action and observation, reflection, and refission. The subjects of this study are students Class X IPS 2 Semester 1 SMA Negeri 1 Bulu. Data obtained in the form of test results and non-test results. The results showed that the learning outcomes of learners increased from cycle I to cycle II that is equal to 76.00% in cycle I to 88.00% in cycle II. This classroom action research  concludes that cooperative learning with Think-Pair-Share model can improve learners' learning outcomes in geographic subjects of mapping basics material with shown to increase learning mastery of participants to achieve 88% in cycle 2. Think-Pair- Share learning model in this study proved able to increase learner activity

      Abstract: Entrepreneurial Leadership Headmaster that essentially sees leadership and entrepreneurial leaders on performance, so that its direction is more emphasis on best practices, it has become the issue of secondary education in this period. Consequently, by being led by the Headmaster who has a requirement with his strategic role, accelerates the achievement of graduates besides having competence in his field, has also entrenched entrepreneurial spirit. In practice, this model requires the support and togetherness of all academicians, especially teachers. As an anticipation, for universities, especially LPTKs that supply the needs of teachers, these educational issues become a signal for internal review to review the reliability of more relevant and flexible strategies to find provisions for its alumni. The review will cover several aspects, namely: 1) Leaders and Lecture aspects, 2) Education Laboratory aspects and Accounting, and 3) Aspects of the process of formation and briefing the competence of the graduates. These three aspects essentially refers to the formation of LPTK graduate who later can partner with the Headmaster in realizing the ideals of the school. The accuracy of finding a diagnosis on the aspects that need improvement, accompanied by more innovative strategy determination, and implementation that supported by the entire academic community, will at least be able to provide fresh air for the realization of the vision, mission, and objectives are declared.

      Abstract: The facts show that internet users in Indonesia are dominated by groups of children and adolescents. Internet users have a tendency to access higher social media than to dig out entertainment content, news, education, commercial, and public service. Internet-based social media is the easiest and fastest distribution of information, so the chances of bad behavior become quite high. This study aims to teach politeness behavior in social media interactions, especially for adolescents. The research method used is the research literature, namely the assessment and critical and in-depth evaluation of existing research to create new formulas or propose new method related to the problems. Based on the literature review and its discussion,  it can be concluded that character education can be instilled in adolescents to behave courteously in using social media through video game games. Parental guidance needs to be done to avoid bad activities in the use of social media and video games at once.

      Abstract: The research aimed to evaluate the degree of teacher performance (in this case, teachers who are participating in “in-on model training” and to find the encourage factors of teachers’ (participants) performance. Two factors namely environment concern and their commitment to the school improvement were analyzed. This was a quantitative research method in which examines the causality among constructs in 30 respondents. The data were collected by using self-rating scale with 32 items grouped into four variables. Self-rating scale questionnaire was valid (0.314 – 0.506) and reliable (0.632). The study found the level of teacher performance (training participants) with its encouraging factors. Most of them had high performance, leadership, middle social environment concern, and fairly good commitment. In addition, the research revealed that commitment among teachers improve 42.20% their work environment while teacher’s leadership and social concern did not have significant influence toward teacher performance in in-on model training.

      Abstract: The research aims were: 1) to describe the revitalization of subject “Patroli Keamanan Sekolah (PKS)” at PPKn FKIP UMS in order to discipline character reinforcement and social concern; 2) to describe the task achievement (Capaian Pembelajaran) to revitalize subject PKS; 3) to describe PKS lesson plan; 4) to draft the development of PKS in order to reinforce discipline and social concern of PPKn students as a extracurricular tutor. This was a research and development done by sequences in two years. The research subjects were all appropriate source persons such as lecturers, students, alumni, and other stakeholders. The in-depth interview, focus group discussion, observation, literature review and indexing were conducted to collect data while interaction analysis was used to data interpretation. Research found: 1) PKS revitalization was conducted by task achievement (CP), Lesson Plan (RPS), integrated lesson trough learning, workshop, and training; 2) CP was arranged by sequence starting from first meeting to last meeting (14) with all competencies such as knowledge, attitude, and life skill; 3) Lesson plan included: CP attitude and values, basic knowledge, special skills, knowledge mastering, managerial skill, method and strategy, assignment, scoring, monitoring and feedback needed the active role from students in term of: students attendance, group presentation, class discussion, student activity monitoring, and face to face evaluation.

      Abstract: Formulation of research problem was (1) How to apply Virtual Class learning of Explanatory Text Material to class XI IPS 2 students in SMA 1 Kudus in 2017; 2) Is the Virtual Class learning of Explanatory Text material able to increase student activity of class XI IPS 2 in SMA 1 Sudus in 2017'; 3) Is the Virtual Class learning of Explanatory Text material able to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian Language of class XI IPS 2 students in SMA 1 Kudus in 2017' The research used two cycles of Classroom Action Research design. Based on the data analysis, it resulted in preliminary data of minimum value of 60, maximum value of 80, average value of 70.2, and mastery learning of 83.3%. Research data of cycle I indicated the achievement of minimum value by 65, maximum value of 92.5, average value of 79.8, and mastery learning of 96.3%. Research data on cycle II represented the attainment value of at least 70, maximum value of 90, average value of 84.83, and mastery learning of 100%. Similarly, student activity in cycle II showed an increase by 95% in category B (good).

      Abstract: The existence of kepramukaan subject (scouting) is one of many ways to acquire vision and mission of PPKn FKIP UMS. The study found three major findings. First of all, the implementation of subject kepramukaan was related to responsibility and independency characteristic reinforcement held in first and second semester and followed by field activity in fourth and sixth semester. Secondly, students assumed that this subject was critical, especially on character building as a teacher candidate and extracurricular tutor at school. Thirdly, the alumni and stakeholders thought that Kepramukaan studies was very supportive in term of responsibility and independency character building and finally improve the graduate quality.

      Abstract: Bedhaya Bengawan is a dance work performed by nine dancers created by a choreographer named Djarot Budidarsono. Bedhaya Bengawan was created in 2010 performed in Wisma Seni Surakarta, Taman Budaya Surakarta Jawa Tengah (Surakarta Cultural Park of Central Java). The dance work was used as a means of delivering message to the spectators, art observers and community. The theme was adjusted with the artist/choreographer’s idea and creativity. Bedhaya Bengawan is a product inspired by the choreographer living around Bengawan Solo River. River water flows into the river for irrigation purpose; adequate water will yield abundant crops. The farmers express their gratitude to Dewi Sri for the abundant crop. In addition, in this nature, there should be integration between water, soil, wind and sun. The values delivered through Bedhaya Bengawan contain character education for the students including: gratitude to the Only One God, belief in the power of Dewi Sri with any rites as the reward to the abundant rice production, reminder that there should be balance between macrocosm and microcosm. Other character educations include: Manunggaling Kawula Gusti (uniting with God), Sangkan Paraning Dumadi (the origin of human beings and to which [Sang Yang Widi] they will return later). The character education above leads the students to have religious ritual awareness to appreciate nature, to believe in God and to be aware that there is a supreme power creating and nullifying human beings. The secular short life should be filled in with good things. Gratitude should always be expressed to God in order to be blessed. The students are expected to imitate what is included into bedhaya bengawan dance work and to apply it in their daily life.

      Abstract: The research aimed to describe the model of PKL coaching held by Surakarta City Government in the shape of arranging coaching (empowerment) model with several programmed and sustainable approaches, so that it could assure people economic activity settlement and support city development program, including Creative City Action Program. This study explored and described PKL coaching clinic held by Surakarta City Government, and the result would be a material for appropriate coaching model development. The data collection methods were documentation and in-depth interview with key source person, after that the data to be analyzed with SWOT and critical analysis.  The results revealed: 1) coaching and counseling in the shape of PKL is currently not effective; 2) the program cannot fully assist to get capital loan. 3) The City Government provides shelter, chart, tent, and umbrella as free facilities; 4) The SIP will be issued soon; 5) administer events that involving PKL such as night selling centre GALABO, Night market in Ngarsopuro, Car Free Day in Slamet Riyadi and Pucangsawit street, Sunday Market in Manahan Stadium.
