      Abstract: As a result of the violation of Human Rights ( HAM ) in the health care field can cause harm to people who are in desperate need of adequate provision of health services, so that the necessary law enforcement efforts against violators in health services for the community. It is intended to assure the protection of the public with regard to the violation of the right to obtain health care. In the health sector the perpetration of these violations of human rights can involve leaders of health care facilities or health workers who practice or work in health care facilities as opposed to health care legislation. This research aims to determine the result of the violation of human right in health care, so that the right to health is not achieved and law enforcement against infringement in terms of aspects of health care human rights. The specific objective is to determine the laws governing the right to obtain medical care and enforcement of violations in health care.Akibat terjadinya pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) di bidang pelayanan kesehatan dapat menimbulkan kerugian bagi masyarakat yang sangat membutuhkan pemenuhan pelayanan kesehatan yang memadai, sehingga diperlukan upaya penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku pelanggaran dalam pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan jaminan perlindungan bagi masyarakat berkaitan dengan pelanggaran atas hak untuk memperoleh kesehatan. Di bidang kesehatan terjadinya perbuatan pelanggaran hak-hak asasi manusia dapat melibatkan pimpinan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan atau tenaga kesehatan yang melakukan praktik atau pekerjaan pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang bertentangan dengan undang-undang kesehatan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan akibat terjadinya pelanggaran hak asasi manusia dalam pelayanan kesehatan, sehingga pemenuhan hak atas kesehatan tidak tercapai dan penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran dalam pelayanan kesehatan ditinjau dari aspek hak asasi manusia dan tujuan khususnya yaitu untuk mengetahui peraturan perundang-undangan mengatur mengenai hak dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dan penegakan terhadap pelanggaran dalam pelayanan kesehatan.

      Abstract: (Legal Aspect Of Informed Consent And Therapeutic Agreement). Health is one of the basic rights guaranteed by the state. Therefore, the state is obliged to prepare instruments to protect the health services of citizens. In practice, one of the tools regulated by the state in guaranteeing health services is the Medical Action Agreement. In the medical world, Medical Action Approval is better known as Informed Consent. The approval of this Medical Action will be contained in a written agreement known as the Therapeutic Agreement. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects of informed consent and therapeutic agreements based on formal law in Indonesia. The scope of the discussion is the study of the relationship between the Patient Party and the Medical Personnel in the Informed Consent and Therapeutic Agreement and analysis of its formal legal aspects. The results of the study are expected to be a legal reference for the community and also the medical staff so as to increase understanding and legal awareness that lead to improving the quality of health care workers. The approach used in this study is a normative juridical approach and analytical descriptive nature. This study uses secondary data obtained from primary and secondary legal materials. The results of the study describe the analysis of the legal aspects of protecting the rights and obligations of health services for both patients and medical personnel.Kesehatan adalah salah satu hak dasar masyarakat yang dijamin oleh negara. Maka dari itulah negara berkewajiban menyiapkan perangkat-perangkat dalam melindungi hak pelayanan kesehatan warga negara. Dalam praktiknya, salah satu perangkat yang telah diatur oleh negara dalam menjamin pelayanan kesehatan adalah Persetujuan Tindakan Medis. Dalam dunia medis, Persetujuan Tindakan Medis lebih dikenal dengan istilah Informed Consent. Persetujuan Tindakan Medis ini akan dituangkan dalam perjanjian tertulis yang dikenal dengan Perjanjian Terapeutik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Aspek Hukum informed consent dan Perjanjian Terapeutik berdasarkan hukum formil di Indonesia. Ruang lingkup pembahasan adalah pada kajian mengenai hubungan antara Pihak Pasien dan Pihak Tenaga Medis dalam Informed Consent dan Perjanjian Terapeutik serta analisis aspek hukum formilnya. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi hukum bagi masyarakat dan juga para tenaga medis sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum yang mengarah pada peningkatan kualitas pelayan kesehatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dan bersifat deskriptif analitis. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan analisis aspek hukum tentang perlindungan hak dan kewajiban pelayanan kesehatan bagi pihak pasien maupun tenaga medis.

      Abstract: Anemia in pregnancy is a national problem because it reflects the value of the socioeconomic welfare of the community, and its influence is very large on the quality of human resources This research was conducted at Puskesmas Limboto. The purpose of this research is to findout the correlation of knowledge and attitude of Primigravida Pregnant Women with Anemia at Limboto Puskesmas Kabuapten Gorontalo. The type of this research is Descriptive Analytic with cross sectional approach with sample number 48 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. From result of analysis of SPSS 16 statistical test of knowledge with anemia using Chi-square formula with significance level 0,05 obtained result 0.013 <0,05 which mean there is correlation of knowledge with anemia at Puskesmas Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. As well as attitudes with anemia obtained results 0.000 <0.05 which means there is a correlationbetween attitude with anemia in the Work Area Puskesmas Limboto, Gorontalo District.Anemia pada kehamilan merupakan masalah nasional karena mencerminkan nilai kesejahteraan sosial ekonomi masyarakat, dan pengaruhnya sangat besar terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini dilakukan Puskesmas Limboto.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil primigravida dengan kejadian anemia di wilayah Puskesmas Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Desain penelitian ini ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 48 responden.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil analisis uji statistik menunjukkan hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kejadian anemia menggunakan rumus Chi- square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05 diperoleh hasil 0.013 < 0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kejadian anemia di  Wilayah  Puskesmas Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Serta ada hubungan antara sikap dengan kejadian anemia diperoleh hasil 0.000 < 0,05.

      Abstract:  The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors Affecting Occupational Health in Improving Personal Hygiene in Garbage Transport Officers in the City of Gorontalo. The research design uses Analytic Survey with Cross Sectional approach. Sampling using Accidental Sampling technique with a sample of 50 respondents. Analysis of the study used a chi square test with a significant α = 0.05, the results obtained p value = 0.001 (<0.05) which means there is an influence of knowledge with occupational health in improving personal hygiene, then the value of p value = 0.416 (<0, 05) which means there is no influence of work period with occupational health in improving personal hygiene and the value of p value = 0,000 (<0.05) which means there is an influence of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) with occupational health in improving personal hygiene in the garbage transport officer in Gorontalo City.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kesehatan Kerja Dalam Peningkatan Personal Hygiene Pada Petugas Pengangkut Sampah di Wilayah Kota Gorontalo. Desain penelitian menggunakan Survey Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik Accidental Sampling dengan sampel 50 responden. Analisis penelitian menggunakan uji chi square dengan signifikan α = 0,05, hasil didapatkan p value = 0,001 (<0,05) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan dengan kesehatan kerja dalam peningkatan personal hygiene, kemudian didapatkan nilai p value = 0,416 (<0,05) yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh masa kerja dengan kesehatan kerja dalam peningkatan personal hygiene dan nilai p value = 0,000 (<0,05) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh pemakaian alat pelindung diri (APD) dengan kesehatan kerja dalam peningkatan personal hygiene pada petugas pengangkut sampah di Kota Gorontalo

      Abstract: This research was conducted in the Limboto Health Center Work Area. The aim is to see whether there is an effect of giving young coconut water to the reduction in blood pressure of elderly mothers. The method used in this study is the quasi-experimental pre-posttest with the control group. The sample of this study amounted to 30 people. The data analysis used was paired simple t-test and independent t-test. The results showed the p-value of systole 0.000 and the p-value diastol 0.002 or <α 0.05 so it can be concluded that there was an effect of giving young coconut water to the reduction of blood pressure in elderly mothers. It is expected that elderly women who suffer from hypertension can use young coconut water therapy as a non-pharmacological treatment for hypertensionPenelitian ini dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Limboto. Tujuannya untuk melihat apakah pengaruh pemberian air kelapa muda terhadap penurunan tekanan darah ibu lansia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu quasi eksperimen pre-posttest dengan kelompok kontrol. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah paired simple t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai p-value sistol 0.000 dan nilai p-value diastol 0.002 atau < α 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pemberian air kelapa muda terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada ibu lansia. Diharapkan bagi ibu lansia yang menderita hipertensi agar dapat menggunakan terapi air kelapa muda sebagai pengobatan nonfarmakologi anti hipertensi.

      Abstract: Insomnia is a sleep disorder where a person has difficulty starting sleep, maintaining sleep, or poor sleep quality so that he experiences fatigue, irritability and less productive the next day. In Indonesia the number of people with insomnia is around 30- 50 percent of the total population of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of giving Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to the reduction of symptoms of insomnia in people with insomnia. The focus of this study is to change the irrational thoughts in people with insomnia, to make it more rational. This research uses Quasi Experiment method with The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Insomnia is measured using a measuring instrument that has been adapted from the Pittsburgh Insomnia Rating Scale using the translate re translate method with insomnia subjects. The results showed changes in insomnia characterized by a decrease in insomnia symptoms in the subject after being given an intervention in the form of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Based on these data, it can be concluded that the administration of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) affects the reduction of insomnia symptoms in insomniacsInsomnia merupakan suatu gangguan tidur dimana seseorang mengalami kesulitan untuk memulai tidur, menjaga tidur, atau kualitas tidur yang buruk sehingga mengalami kelelahan, mudah tersinggung dan kurang produktif keesokan harinya. Di Indonesia jumlah penderita insomnia sekitar 30 sampai 50 persen dari total penduduk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) terhadap penurunan simptom- simptom insomnia pada penderita insomnia. Fokus penelitian ini untuk merubah pikiran irasional pada penderita insomnia, agar lebih rasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experiment dengan desain The One Group Pretest- Posttest Design. Insomnia diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur yang telah diadaptasi dari Pittsburgh Insomnia Rating Scale dengan menggunakan metode translate re translate dengan subjek penderita insomnia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi perubahan insomnia yang ditandai dengan penurunan simptom-simptom insomnia pada subjek setelah diberikan intervensi berupa  Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa pemberian Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) berpengaruh terhadap penurunan simptom-simptom insomnia pada penderita insomnia.

      Abstract: Preeclampsia is one of the major causes of maternal, fetal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. The research aimed at investigating the risk factor of the preeclampsia incident in Mother and Child Hospital Siti Khadijah Gorontalo. The research used the case control study design. Case samples are mothers who suffer from preeclampsia, while control samples are mothers who did not experience preeclampsia during pregnancy. The total sample of 78 people The results of this study indicate that risk factors for the incidence of preeclampsia include socioeconomic status (OR = 3,976, CI%: 1,399 - 11,301), maternal education (OR = 4,396, 95% CI: 1,518 - 12,374), and history preeclampsia (OR = 8,441, 95% CI: 1,469 - 48,501). Maternal occupation, maternal age, history of hypertension, and parity are not risk factors for the incidence of preeclampsia. The most influential factor on the incidence of preeclampsia is the history of preeclampsia.Preeklampsia merupakan salah satu penyebab morbiditas dan mortalitas pada ibu, janin dan neonatal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian preeklampsia di RSIA Siti Khadijah Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Case Control Study. Populasi penelitian adalah semua ibu melahirkan selama tahun 2019 di RSIA Siti Khadijah Gorontalo. Sampel kasus merupakan ibu yang menderita preklamsia, sedangkan sampel kontrol merupakan ibu yang tidak mengalami preeklampsia saat hamil. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 orang Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor risiko terhadap kejadian preeklampsia meliputi status sosial ekonomi (OR = 3,976, CI %: 1,399 – 11,301), pendidikan ibu (OR = 4,396, CI 95% : 1,518 – 12,374), dan riwayat preeklampsia (OR = 8,441, CI 95%: 1,469 – 48,501). Pekerjaan ibu, usia ibu, riwayat hipertensi, dan paritas bukan faktor risiko terhadap kejadian preeklampsia. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kejadian preeklampsia adalah riwayat preeklampsia.
