This research using descriptive methods (descriptive research) with the intention of making emphirical description Multidimentional Scaling Application (MDS) on stakeholders perceptive to map the quality of garduates of IAIN Pontianak. Population on this research is IAIN stakeholders in Pontianak, that is community which directly connected to graduates of IAIN Pontianak, or private institution or government as graduates of IAIN Pontianak user. Sample of this research using purposive methods sampling 100 respondents. IAIN segmentative of quality variables that has negative perceptive by community is Disciplines ( X9) and Motivates (X11), IAIN segmentative variables that have positive perceptive by stakeholders are Integrity / Ethics variables and Morality ( X1), Professionalism at works (X2), Insight between disciplines (X3), Leadership( X4), Teamworks( X5), Foreign Language Ability (X6), Communication Ability ( X7), Using Information Technology (X8), Honesty (X10), Work Ethics(X12), Innovative and Creativity ( X13), Solving Problems Ability (X14). There is high competition between 3 higher education in Pontianak. Those are: IAIN, Poltekes and Polnep. As spatial IAIN Pontianak closer to UNTAN, it is also means that UNTAN is the strongest competitor of IAIN Pontianak. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut sekolah bersama-sama orang tua dan masyarakat menentukan visi dan misi kurikulum dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan Manajemen alternatif ini memberikan kemandirian kepada peletak dasar, pengembang dan pelaksana kurikulum sekolah untuk mengatur dirinya sendiri dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidikan, tetapi masih tetap mengacu kepada kebijakan nasional. Setidaknya ada tiga hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu; pertama, pengembangan kurikulum tersebut harus memenuhi kebutuhan siswa. Kedua, bagaimana mengembangkan keterampi-lan pengelolaan untuk menyajikan kurikulum tersebut kepada siswa sedapat mungkin secara efektif dan efisien dengan memperhatikan sumber daya yang ada. Ketiga, pengembangan berbagai pendekatan yang mampu mengatur perubahan sebagai fenomena alamiah di sekolah. Then,from this services people can share thoughts, opinions, knowledges, ideas or communications sharing only without knowing time and place. The study was conducted in the Education Kubu Raya district area Kalimantan West, methods of field research through surveys, using questionnaires through path analysis approach. Affordable population is around the Kubu Raya teachers of SMKN using random sampling techniques. The results obtained are positive effect School culture on the effectiveness of teacher work, the integrity of the teacher toward teacher effectiveness, teacher job satisfaction toward effectiveness of teacher work, school culture toward job satisfaction of teachers, the integrity of the teacher toward teacher job satisfaction, and a positive effect the school culture toward integrity of teachers. Banyak konstribusi yang telah diberikan madrasah sebagai penyelenggara pendidikan di negeri ini. Ukuran konstribusi itu salah satunya adalah bahwa madrasah ikut memperluas akses kesempatan mengenyam pendidikan bagi anak usia sekolah. Hal itu sangat memungkinkan karena keberadaan madrasah yang sebagian besar ada di pelosok, pedalaman atau pinggiran daerah. Namun untuk melihat madrasah, kita perlu objektif karena tidak semua madrasah melaksanakan budaya mutu. Dalam riset yang peneliti lakukan pada tahun 2016, di Kubu Raya masih terdapat 66 madrasah dari semua tingkatan nilai akreditasinya C atau Tidak Terakreditasi (TT). Riset dilakukan pada 10 madrasah sampel mulai dari tingkat Ibtidaiyah, Tsanawiyah dan Aliyah. Penelitian ini dikhususkan pada untuk tiga standar pendidikan yakni standar Tenaga pendidik, proses dan sarana pra-sarana. Contrastive analysis results can be used to understand Arabic gender by making english as language connections. The data taken from relevant dictionaries because it is one of written language container. The data proceed using three stages : data supply, data analysis and data analysis results supply. On analysis stage: this research using contrastive methods. This research conclusion that both languages have more diffences than similarities. The purpose of this study to determine the type - the type of inner conflict can be resolved with psychotherapy mysticism, Sufism as describe the role of psychotherapy in overcoming inner conflicts, and to describe the implementation of Sufism as psychotherapy in overcoming inner conflicts. Dengan ini, artikel menggambarkan klasifikasi pendidikan islam dan institusi yang berkaitan. Dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan globalisasi dalam hal kemajuan di masyarakat dan seiring perubahan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi juga dibahas pada tulisan ini. Artikel ini membahas dikotomi antara ilmu pengetahuan dan subjek islam yang harus disampaikan pada universitas umum dan institusi pendidikan berbasis islam. Wacana ini menjadi pembahasan yang panjang di Indonesia sampai saat ini, tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan sebagai metode penelitian. Diikuti dengan hasil wawancara kepada informan dan pembelajaran literasi sebagai teknik utama untuk mendukung pergeseran paradigma pada pendidikan islam di Indonesia khususnya di UIN Maliki Malang. Maka, sumber pertama dan kedua digunakan pada metode kualitatif. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa kunci motivasi dan karakteristik dari keseluruhan bagian dan tujuan program pendidikan dibagi antara pendidikan tradisional islam (dipesantren) dan tradisi barat atau pendidikan modern sampai saat ini.
