  • Efektifitas Kolom Dengan Tulangan Cold-Formed Type Hollow Dalam Memikul
           Beban Aksial

      Abstract: As part of the support component in the building structure, the column is a component that bears an external load and it will give rise to axial force, bending moment and shear force along its height. Pure concrete columns can support very small loads, but their load carrying capacity will increase considerably if added longitudinal bars. Larger strength enhancements can be made by providing lateral restraints in this longitudinal reinforcement. As a result of the compressive load, the column tends not only to shorten in the longitudinal direction but also expands in the lateral direction due to the poison's effect. This research will be carried out by testing the maximum axial load until the crack occurs in the reinforced concrete column with the planning of the two looks, the 20 x 20 x 60 cm column size with the dependent variable of longitudinal steel screw and Cold Formed (mild steel) type hollow steel. The results of this study The use of the column by using screw steel reinforcement is still more effective than by using cold-formed steel reinforcement. Columns with reinforced steel reinforcement have a lower strength of 44.4% of the column by using screw steel reinforcement. Keywords: Column, axial, cold-formed  AbstrakSebagai bagian dari komponen penyokong dalam struktur bangunan, kolom merupakan komponen yang memikul beban luar dan itu akan menimbulkan gaya aksial, momen lentur dan gaya geser disepanjang ketinggiannya. Kolom beton murni dapat mendukung beban sangat kecil, tetapi kapasitas daya dukung bebannya akan meningkat cukup besar jika ditambahkan tulangan longitudinal. Peningkatan kekuatan yang lebih besar dapat dibuat dengan memberikan kekangan lateral pada tulangan longitudinal ini. Akibat beban tekan, kolom cenderung tidak hanya memendek dalam arah memanjang tetapi juga mengembang dalam arah lateral karena pengaruh poison. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengujian beban aksial maximum sampai terjadi retak pada kolom beton bertulang dengan perencanaan tampang dua, ukuran kolom 20 x 20 x 60 cm dengan variabel dependen tulangan longitudinal baja ulir dan tulangan Cold Formed ( baja ringan ) type hollow. Hasil dalam penelitian ini Penggunaan kolom dengan menggunakan tulangan baja ulir masih lebih efektif dari pada dengan menggunakan tulangan baja cold-formed. Kolom dengan tulangan baja col-formed mempunyai kekuatan lebih rendah 44, 4 % dari kolom dengan menggunakan tulangan baja ulir. Kata Kunci: Kolom, axial, cold-formed

  • Dampak Lalu Lintas Pembangunan Apartemen Di Jakarta Selatan

      Abstract: Development is one of the growth parameters of a region. DKI Jakarta one of the provinces in Indonesia with a large level of development considering the needs of citizens living facilities always increase to adjust with population growth. The facilities include residential, road traffic and mass transportation. This is a serious concern of Jakarta government. Building an apartment in South Jakarta is new, it is necessary to study the analysis of traffic impacts that will occur if an apartment will be built. Given the apartment will have an impact on the traffic of citizens who will be out of the apartment entry. The study of traffic impact analysis is one of the requirements set by the DKI Jakarta government especially for the developers or developers before they build the Apartment. Jl. Sinabung Raya is located in Mount Kelurahan Kebayoran Baru subdistrict, South Jakarta is one of the roads that will be affected by the development of apartments. Traffic impact analysis (andalalin) needs to be done on the road to ensure that the construction of an apartment will not negatively impact the existing traffic. So there is need for treatment and actions that must be borne by the developer in order to minimize the consequences of the development of the apartment. It was found that from the results of the analysis of the work needs to be done by the developer, among others, make the design radius turns 6 meters and radius turns in 4.6 m. Designing the doorway so that it does not interfere with the flow of traffic on the road sinabung raya. Installing signs to be a marker for road users, providing a minimum parking space of 102 SRP and 204 SRP motor parking. Keywords : Andalalin, Jl. DKI jakarta salah satu propinsi di Indonesia dengan tingkat pembangunan yang besar mengingat kebutuhahan sarana hidupwarganya senantiasa meningkat menyesuaikan dengan pertumbuhan penduduk. Sarana tersebut meliputi tempat tinggal, jalan lalu lintas maupun alat transportasi massal. Ini menjadi perhatian serius pemerintah DKI Jakarta. Pembangunan apartemen di Jakarta Selatan hal baru, perlu adanya kajian analisa dampak lalu lintas yang akan terjadi jika sebuah apartemen akan dibangun. Mengingat apartemen tersebut akan membawa dampak terhadap lalu lintas warga yang akan keluar masuknya apartemen. Kajian analisa dampak lalu lintas merupakan salah satu persyaratan yang telah di tetapkan oleh pemerintah DKI Jakarta khususnya untuk para pengembang atau developer sebelum mereka membangun Apartemen. Jl. Sinabung Raya terletak di Kelurahan Gunung Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru Jakarta Selatan merupakan salah satu jalan yang rencananya akan terkena dampak dari pembangunan apartemen. Analisa dampak lalu lintas (andalalin) perlu dilakukan terhadap jalan tersebut untuk meyakinkan bahwa dengan adanya pembangunan apartemen tidak akan memberikan dampak negatif terhadap lalu lintas yang sudah ada selama ini. Maka perlu adanya perlakuan dan tindakan yang harus ditanggung oleh pengembang dalam rangka meminimalkan akibat yang terjadi dari pembangunan apartemen tersebut. Didapati bahwa dari hasil analisa perlu adanya pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan oleh developer antara lain, membuat desain radius belok 6 meter dan radius belok dalam 4,6 m. Mendesain pintu keluar masuk sedemikian hingga tidak mengganggu arus lalu lintas yang ada di jalan sinabung raya. Memasang rambu rambu yang menjadi penanda bagi para pemakai jalan, menyediakan parkir mobil minimal sejumlah 102 SRP dan parkir motor 204 SRP. Kata kunci: Andalalin, Jl. Sinabung, Apartemen

  • Degradasi Fisik Beton Normal Pasca Bakar

      Abstract: A research about the effect of semen's temperature is still being a hot topic to be investigated. The effect of temperature need to be measured, physically or mechanically, and also need to be analyzed by using descriptive statistic analysis. The researchers' expectation in knowing a formulation, a description, and a big effect of temperature to semen is something which still need to be discussed more. The researchers begin to investigate it by making a tool of semen's test which fired in an oven directly. The tool of semen's test next to be tested its pressure power, elastic power, and elastic modules. The research had been done to fired building so far, but the result still not give a basic power. Generally, the problem of this research is to know semen's normal degradation physically and mechanically after firing in certain temperature. The result showed that there was a physic degradation happened to semen after firing. The height of normal semen after firing was 0,002331 kg/cm3 in normal temperature, 0,002259 kg/cm3 in 100°C temperature, 0,002203 in 300°C temperature, and 0,002182 kg/cm3 in 600°C temperature. Keywords: Normal Concrette, Physic, Burn  AbstrakPenelitian tentang pengaruh temperatur pada beton masih merupakan topik yang hangat diteliti. Pengaruh temperatur diukur, baik sifat fisik maupun sifat mekanik, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Keinginan para peneliti untuk mengetahui secara akurat bentuk, gambaran, dan besar pengaruh temperatur terhadap beton merupakan hal yang masih perlu diteliti lebih lanjut.  Para  peneliti  mulai  meneliti  dengan  membuat benda uji beton yang kemudian dibakar langsung dibakar dalam oven atau tungku. Setelah itu, dilakukan pengujian pada benda uji berupa kuat tekan, kuat lentur, dan   modulus elastisitas. Penelitian yang pernah dilakukan adalah sisa suatu bangunan yang telah terbakar. Namun sejauh ini penelitian penaksiran tersebut masih belum menemukan landasan awal yang kuat. Secara garis besar masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti ingin mengetahui besar degradasi beton normal secara fisik dan mekanik setelah dibakar pada suhu tertentu dan dibandingkan dengan beton normal yang tidak dibakar. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dasar bagi penanggulangan bangunan yang telah terbakar. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu beton normal terjadi degradasi fisik akibat pasca bakar. Hasilnya yaitu berat isi rata-rata beton normal pasca bakar yaitu pada suhu normal sebesar 0,002331 kg/cm3, suhu 100oC sebesar 0,002259 kg/cm3, suhu 300oC sebesar 0,002203 kg/cm3, suhu 600oC sebesar 0,002182 kg/cm3. Kata Kunci: Beton Normal, Fisik, Bakar

  • Pengaruh Biaya Pekerjaan Dan Waktu Terhadap Struktur Konstruksi Dan
           Kinerja Proyek Pembetonan Jalan Di Kota Makassar

      Abstract:    The existing of the road conditions in Makassar City show that some road conditions have been on the asphalt often experience damage, soil pressure decreases, uneven road surface, and no buffer drainage of groundwater absorption. This condition becomes a consideration of the need to do the road concretion. Entrusting the concrete work done so far shows that contractors doing the road repair work have low project performance. This study aims to determine the direct effects of the cost of work and time on construction structures and the performance of the road concreting projects, the direct impact of construction structures and the performance of road concreting projects, also the indirect effect of the cost of work and time through the construction structures on the performance of road concreting projects.The study was conducted in Makassar. Types of data are quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study consist by primary and secondary data. The population in this research is all road construction worker for Makassar area. The sample was determined by purposive sampling by assigning 321 respondents. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis technique and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis.The result of this study found that the cost of work directly has a positive and significant effect on the construction structure of road concretions. The time directly affects positively and significantly to the construction structure of road concretions. Employment costs directly have a positive and significant impact on the performance of the road concreting project. The time directly affects negatively and insignificantly on the performance of the road concreting project. The structure of the construction directly effects positively and significantly to the performance of the road concreting project. The employment cost indirectly through the construction structure has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the road concreting project. The time indirectly through the structure of the construction has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of the road concreting project. Keywords: Employment Cost, Time, Construction Structure and Project Performance  AbstrakKondisi jalan yang ada di Kota Makassar dewasa ini memperlihatkan ada beberapa kondisi jalan yang sudah di aspal sering mengalami kerusakan, tekanan tanah yang menurun, permukaan jalan yang tidak merata, dan tidak memiliki drainase penyangga penyerapan air tanah. Kondisi inilah menjadi pertimbangan perlunya melakukan pembetonan jalan. Mempercayakan pekerjaan pembetonan yang dilakukan selama ini memperlihatkan bahwa para kontraktor yang melakukan pekerjaan perbaikan jalan memiliki kinerja proyek yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung biaya pekerjaan dan waktu terhadap struktur konstruksi dan kinerja proyek pembentonan jalan, pengaruh secara langsung struktur konstruksi dan kinerja proyek pembetonan jalan, serta pengaruh tidak langsung biaya pekerjaan dan waktu melalui struktur konstruksi terhadap kinerja proyek pembetonan jalan.Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar. Jenis data yaitu kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja pembetonan jalan untuk wilayah Makassar. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan menetapkan 321 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Hasil penelitian menemukan biaya pekerjaan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur konstruksi pembetonan jalan. Waktu secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur konstruksi pembetonan jalan. Biaya pekerjaan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek pembetonan jalan. Waktu secara langsung berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek pembetonan jalan. Struktur konstruksi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek pembetonan jalan. Biaya pekerjaan secara tidak langsung melalui struktur konstruksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek pembetonan jalan. Waktu secara tidak langsung melalui struktur konstruksi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek pembetonan jalan.  Kata Kunci: Biaya Pekerjaan, Waktu, Struktur Konstruksi dan Kinerja Proyek

  • Dampak Pembangunan Rusunawa Gununganyar Terhadap Kinerja Simpang Rungkut
           Madya-Gununganyar Sawah Kota Surabaya

      Abstract: Rusunawa Gununganyar is one of the residential area which is estimated to be the center of new activities in 2019 that impacts the trip attraction and trip generation of traffic around it so it needs to be analyzed traffic performance before and after operation. This study aims to determine the traffic performance of the intersection of Rungkut Madya-Gununganyar Sawah which is one of the main access to the location of Rusunawa Gununganyar on the existing condition in 2017, in 2019 after the rusunawa completed and not operational and in 2024 (5 years after the rusunawa operate). This research was analyzed by using Indonesian Highway Manual Capacity (IHCM). Primary data in this study are daily peak hour traffic and geometric conditions intersection surveys, while secondary data is road network and motor vehicle growth rate. Traffic performance analysis begins by calculating traffic volume at peak hour, intersection capacity, and degree of saturation. The result of traffic performance analysis of intersection shows that the degree saturation (DS) value at the existing condition in 2017 is 0,535, forecast in 2019 is 0,849, while forecast in 2024 at condition five year after Rusunawa Gununganyar operate is 0,861 Keywords: degree of saturation, forecasting, intersection, trip attraction, trip generation   AbstrakRusunawa Gununganyar merupakan salah satu kawasan hunian yang diperkirakan menjadi pusat kegiatan baru di tahun 2019 yang berdampak pada tarikan dan bangkitan lalu lintas disekitarnya sehingga perlu dianalisis kinerja lalu lintas sebelum dan sesudah beroperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja lalu lintas simpang Rungkut Madya-Gununganyar Sawah yang merupakan salah satu akses utama menuju lokasi Rusunawa Gununganyar pada kondisi eksisting tahun 2017, tahun 2019 setelah rusunawa selesai dibangun dan belum beroperasi, tahun 2024 (5 tahun setelah rusunawa beroperasi). Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah arus lalu lintas jam puncak dan kondisi geometrik simpang, sedangkan data sekunder adalah jaringan jalan dan tingkat pertumbuhan kendaraan bermotor. Analisis kinerja lalu lintas dimulai dengan menghitung volume lalu lintas pada jam puncak, kapasitas simpang, dan derajat kejenuhan. Hasil analisis kinerja lalu lintas simpang menunjukkan bahwa derajat kejenuhan (DS) pada kondisi eksisting pada tahun 2017 adalah 0,535, perkiraan pada tahun 2019 adalah 0,849, sedangkan perkiraan pada tahun 2024 pada kondisi lima tahun setelah Rusunawa Gununganyar beroperasi adalah 0,861 Kata Kunci: bangkitan perjalanan, derajat kejenuhan, prediksi, simpang, tarikan perjalanan

  • Studi Komparatif Daya Dukung Pondasi Tiang Dengan Teori Meyerhoff Terhadap
           Teori L’Decourt Berdasar Hasil Uji N-SPT Di Surabaya Timur

      Abstract: The condition of the land near the shore caused the land on this project site to be a soil of silt sand. With these conditions it is necessary to evaluate the bearing capacity because the bearing capacity is an absolute requirement that must be considered in the planning of a secure foundation. By knowing the bearing capacity we can plan the load that is given so that the ultimate bearing capacity is not exceeded because if the load that works beyond the ultimate supporting capacity will result in structural failure. The number of power support theorists forced planners to be able to compare the theory where the optimal bearing capacity is used for foundation planning.Calculation of bearing capacity of pile  is done by using two theories of Mayerhoof and L 'Decourt theory. Two data points of drill NSPT were used on the land of At-tauhid UM-Surabaya building located in East Surabaya. By providing variations the pole depth (20, 22 and 24 m) and selected square sectional shape (s = 0.5m) with safety factor 3 it can be calculated the bearing capacity of the end (Qp), the bearing capacity of the blanket (Qs), the bearing capacity utimate (Qult) as well as the bearing capacity of the permit (Qall) in order to compare the bearing capacity of the most effective of both theories. From the research results obtained the value of the average bearing capacity based on the value of comparison between L'Decourt to Mayerhof in DB-1 is Qp = 0.96, Qs = 2, Qult = 1.28, Qall = 1.28 and at DB-2 is Qp = 0.96, Qs = 1.99, Qult = 1.21, Qall = 1.21.                                                                                                                                              Keywords: Bearing capacity, N-SPT, Mayerhoof, L 'Decourt.  AbstrakKondisi tanah  dekat pantai menyebabkan tanah dilokasi proyek ini merupakan  tanah lanau kepasiran. Dengan kondisi tersebut  perlu dilakukan  evaluasi terhadap daya dukungnya karena  daya dukung merupakan syarat mutlak yang harus diperhatikan dalam perencanaan pondasi  yang aman. Dengan mengetahui daya dukung kita dapat merencanakan beban yang di berikan agar daya dukung ultimate  yang ada tidak dilampaui karena apabila beban yang bekerja melampaui daya dukung ultimatenya akan berakibat kegagalan struktur. Banyaknya teori daya dukung memaksa perencana untuk bisa membandingkan teori daya dukung mana yang optimal digunakan utuk perencanaan pondasi. Perhitungan daya dukung tiang dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua teori yaitu  teori Mayerhoof dan L’ Decourt . Digunakan 2 data titik bor  NSPT pada  tanah gedung At-tauhid UM-Surabaya yang berlokasi di Surabaya Timur . Dengan memberikan variasi kedalaman tiang (20, 22 dan 24 m) dan dipilih  bentuk penampang tiang persegi (s = 0.5m) dengan faktor keamanan 3 maka dapat  dihitung besarnya daya dukung ujung (Qp) , daya dukung selimut (Qs), daya dukung utimate  (Qult) maupun daya dukung ijin (Qall) agar dapat dibandingkan daya dukung mana yang paling efektif dari kedua teori tersebut.   Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai daya dukung rata-rata berdasarkan nilai perbandingan antara L’Decourt terhadap Mayerhof pada DB-1 adalah Qp=  0.96 , Qs= 2, Qult= 1.28 , Qall= 1.28 dan pada DB-2 adalah Qp=  0.96 ,Qs= 1.99 , Qult= 1.21, Qall= 1.21. Kata kunci : Daya dukung, N-SPT, Mayerhoof,  L’ Decourt.

This analisys method carbon fibre reinforced polymer study research at building Barbara 6th floor .Test concrete strength with core drill, UPV(Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity) and Profometer.for coredrill 5 point, UPV 10 point, Profometer 10 point.quality concrete K250, analisis data arithmetic reinforced concrete without GFRP sheet and uses GFRP sheet of 2 layers until 5 layers. Keywords: strength flexture,beam and plate,test sample cylinder laboratory,GFRP sheets.  AbstrakStudi analisis peningkatan perkuatan kapasity lenturr pada balok dan plat dengan metode konvensional sangat menyulitkan saat pelaksanaan dilapangan dan waktu sangat menentukan, sehingga alternative dipakai  metode teknologi tepat guna karena adanya percepatan waktu seperti penggunaan  Fiber Reinforced Polymer , ada beberapa jenis yang ada dipasaran Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer , Aramid Fiber Reinforced Polymer dan Carbon Fiber reinforced Polymer. Produk ini masih berasal dari jepang, Jerman, Cina dalam analisis ini digunakan alternative metode Carbon fiber Reinforced Polymer. Pada studi penelitian di gedung wisma Barbara lantai 6, sebagai bahan acuan pada bangunan existing dilakukan test uji dengan core drill, UPV (Ultrasonic pulse velocity) dan profometer . dilakukan test coredrill 5titik, UPV 10titik, Profometer 10titik.Dengan batasan yang diperlukan untuk perbaikan struktur menggunakan mutu beton K250, Analisis data perhitungan  antara beton tanpa GFRP dan memakai GFRP. 2 lapis.
