  • The biorhythm pattern and its relation to the level of fitness for the
           Faculty of Physical ...

    • Abstract: There are many natural variables (genetic and acquired) that affect human life during the stages of the age passing by these variables, some of them appear regularly on a daily, weekly, monthly, annually since the first creation and it is noted that some of them linked to the environment of the internal biological and others through the effects The surrounding external environment that affects and affects it and through the continuous regularity in some physical, emotional, mental and extreme changes called cycle cycles Biochemistry. The problem is that the process of taking advantage of the natural, physiological, psychological, mental and physical variables in the development of education and skillful performance requires teachers and trainers to invest in these phenomena. Human physical efficiency varies throughout the day, which is high during 10 am and falls at 12 noon to evening. It is worth mentioning that this pattern does not apply to all individuals. There are more active individuals during the first half of the day and others are more active in the evening. Hence, the researchers noted that a problem that needs to be addressed is that most teachers and administrators organize their units equally throughout the daily exerciseTeachers and trainers are now required to learn about biorhythm pattern in order to control the learning process in light of their vital patterns. The research aims to identify: the types of biorhythm pattern for the sample, the levels of fitness according to the patterns for the sample, and the relationship between the biorhythm pattern and the level of fitness of the research sample.

           football players

    • Abstract: The researcher use a new training method, which is the application of different payment exercises in the style of plaumetric against the body weight of the two young football players in a water to develop some physical variables related to this activity. The importance of the research is to highlight the importance of using these exercises in a new way to distinguish the different resistors according to the parts of the body and the speed of mobility, in which the values of resistors from the physical exercises Playmtrk used by the two men without the integration of these exercises, For all parts of the body according to its different motor paths according to skill performance (to develop explosive power) and (fast power) and the ability of the junior football players. The researcher prepared training exercises in the water by 24 training units and applied the research on (18) A young football player for the Al-Karh team, which ranged in age from 16 to 15 years, was randomly divided into two groups by 9 and 9. The tests were conducted according to the variables (age, body length, jump test and 60 meters). The tests were determined by jumping from stability and testing a 3 kg medical ball as far as possible and running 60 meters. The waterway has an effect on improving some physical abilities (strength, speed, and instantaneous strength). There has been a positive effect in improving the functioning of the muscles working in their physical and performance abilities.

  • Impact of ballistic method of training in development of explosive ability
           and speed of legs ...

    • Abstract: Explosive ability and speed characteristic of legs is one of the most important physical abilities associated with the performance of most of the skills in the game of football halls and since the modern style of play is characterized by strength and speed and the way to play in defense and attack throughout the game, so it is imperative to pay attention to developing these capabilities and using exercises to be effective In the development of this development, and after the researcher learned a lot of studies and research and through watching the Premiership it became clear that there is weakness in the explosive ability and speed characteristic of players, which reflects the cause of low and poor performance of And thus the negative impact on the outcome of the game, which is an obstacle in the performance of some skills with the speed and strength required and special skill scoring as the border between winning and loss, so the researcher considered the study of this problem through the establishment of exercises in the method of ballistic training in a standardized and using scientific means Through which the development of physical abilities (explosive ability and speed characteristic) and their impact in the development of skill scoring football clubs. The aim of the research to:1. Preparation of a training curriculum in the form of ballistic training to develop the explosive ability and speed legs and the skill of scoring for football players.2. Identify the explosive and distinctive speed of legs and the skill of scoring for football halls players.3. Knowledge about impact of ballistic training method in developing explosive ability and speed of legs and skill of scoring for football players. The researcher used the experimental method. The research community defined the clubs of Al-Qasim and Al-Mahdahiyah as football clubs. The class of applicants is 28 players and a randomly selected sample of (20) players were selected and divided into two groups. The main conclusions were:1. The training curriculum of the control group has improved the explosive capacity and speed of legs and skill of scoring for football halls players. 2. The ballistic training curriculum prepared for the experimental group had the advantage in developing the explosive ability and speed of legs and skill of scoring for football players.3. explosive ability and speed advantage of legs have a positive impact to develop the skill of accuracy of scoring for football halls players.

  • Impact of integrated strategy in the motivation of learning and the
           accuracy of performance ...

    • Abstract: Teaching is the process that aims to instill educational values in the short term and to establish them in the long term, in which the transfer of experiences and knowledge from one person to another and using different methods and different methods of teaching and provide a range of activities, steps aimed at the teacher through delivery of goal to the student, or through the teacher a series of steps sequential and interrelated in order to reach the goal to them. Also rapid developments in the modern era imposed on us a vital requirement in the process of learning and education, And the importance of their role and their positive role in the educational outputs through the selection of the teacher and the use of appropriate educational means to reach the goal, the researchers noted that these lessons are presented to all students in the same way and at the same time in a manner often specific and repeated in all educational situations, without taking into account the individual differences between students and their tendencies and attitudes and desires and thus create an atmosphere of boredom and weakness of wish that drives them to learn and therefore there is a greater effort, offset by the loss of more time in learning and wasting effort together, so the goal of the current research to use researchers experimental method and the sample of the research (40) students. Students of the first stage in the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Dhi Qar. The sample was divided into two groups with 20 students per group. The experimental group is studying the integrated strategy and the congruent group according to the strategy followed. And to use the appropriate statistical means in order to arrive at the results, analyze them and discuss them in order to know the best of these strategies in order to increase the motivation to accurately perform the skills and analyze them and discuss them according to the research objectives. The researchers found a number of conclusions, including: The use of the strategy has a direct impact on the performance of students, which led to increased motivation to learn the skills of students well. The researchers recommended the adoption of an integrated strategy in study of football schools of physical education because their positive impact in development and learning of basic skills.
