This is because the distance traveled by the referees during the game is related to soccer players and psychological disorders often experienced by the referee. However, the training as an effort to refine the performance of the referees has not been done yet. Based on these facts, this study was aimed at analyzing: (1) the contribution of physical fitness to the performance of referees; (2) EQ contribution to referees' performance, and; (3) the contribution of physical fitness and EQ simultaneously and significantly to the performance of the referees. To achieve such purposes, this study used correlational descriptive method by involving 71 members of soccer referee in PSSI (Indonesia football association) association of Pekalongan and Batang Regencies as the population in this study. The population was sampled into 68 active referees. Their physical fitness data were obtained through psychomotor tests using FIFA Fitness Test guidelines. Meanwhile, EQ data were obtained through a test by using Assessing Emotions Scale guidelines. Besides, the performance referee data were obtained through the assessment done by the match supervisor using referee assessment guidelines and assistant referees applicable in PSSI. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis and resulted the significance value of 0,05. The results showed that the performance of the referee is contributed by: (1) Fitness Test equal to 5.06%; (2) EQ equal to 15.28%; (3) Fitness Test and EQ together equal to 52%.

Based on hypothesis testing result of the previous researches, resulted three analysis: (1) There is a difference of influence of chinning-up and push-up training method to shooting free throw  result. (2) There is no difference of influence between the long arm category and the short arm category on female basketball athletes at PGRI University of Palembang. (3) There is an interaction effect between chinning-up training methods and arm length to shooting free throw result on female basketball athletes at PGRI University of Palembang.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know and analyze: (1) Differences in the influence of one-way drilling drills and two-way drilling to the accuracy of the drop shot at the athletes PB C-PLUSco Semarang. (2) Differences in influence between athletes who have high and low eye-hand coordination on the accuracy of drop shot at athletes PB C-PLUSco Semarang. (3) The interaction between exercise and eye-hand coordination to the accuracy of a drop shot at athletes PB C-PLUSco Semarang. This research uses an experimental method with the 2x2 factorial design. Data analysis technique using Analysis of Varian (ANOVA) at significance level (α) 0.05. The independent variable in this research is the method of drilling one-way drilling and two-way drilling. High and low eye-hand coordination as attribute variable and the dependent variable is the accuracy of a drop shot. The result of this research are: (1) There is the significant difference of influence between one-way drill and two-way drilling method toward the drop shot accuracy with sig value (0.019) < α (0.05) and  Fvalue (7.53) > Ftable (4.49), (2) There is a difference in the effect of high and low eye-hand coordination on the accuracy of drop shot where the significance value (0.042), < α (0.05) and Fvalue (5.25) > Ftable (4.49), (3) method of exercise and eye-hand coordination of drop shot precision with sig (0.022) < α (0.05) and Fvalue (6.14) > Ftable (4.49).

  • Design Android Applications My Mind Mapping (M3) Physical Education,
Sport, & Health Subject Curriculum 2013 for Teachers Guidance Xth Grade
           Vocational High School

    • Authors: Sri Wicahyani, Oktia Woro Kasmini Handayani, Mugiyo Hartono
      Pages: 73 - 82
Abstract: The android app on the smartphone makes it easy for a user to communicate and get access to various information. The purpose of this research is to design an android based application in the form of mind mapping. This application is a form of transformation from the manual form (book, e-book, module, etc.) to digital form in the form of an application containing Core Competence & Basic Competence, materials, and learning model for teacher guidance of Physical Education, Sport, & Health Subject Xth grade Vocational High School. This research uses ADDIE model which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the product trial at first stage curriculum experts with the average score of 3.4 (67%) included the "adequate" category and second stage with the average score of 4.5 (90%) including the "excellent" category. The trial of the product at first stage multimedia / IT expert with an average score of 3.4 (68%) included the "adequate" category and second stage with an average score of 4.5 (89%) included in the "excellent" category. The test of product effectiveness on a small scale with an average rating of 4.24 (84.7%) was rated "excellent". The test of product effectiveness on a large scale with an average rating of 4.18 (83.5%) is categorized as "excellent". Conclusion, that the android application product My Mind Mapping (M3) Physical Education, Sport, & Health Subject Curriculum 2013 is effective used for teacher guidance Xth grade Vocational High School.
