  • Right to be forgotten on the internet in Europe and Russia

      Abstract: http://dx.doi.org/10.18316/2237-8049.2016.2The article discusses the legal basis for establishing the right to be forgotten in Europe: Data Protection Directive, Proposal for General Data Protection Regulation and, Especially, the European case Google v. González, where search results by an individual’s name were recognised as personal data, and search engine operators as data controllers, so the right to block such search results were established. Internet.  Direito ao esquecimento na Internet em Europa e RússiaResumo O artigo discute a base jurídica para o estabelecimento do direito ao esquecimento na Europa: Diretiva de Proteção de Dados, Proposta de Regulamento Geral de Proteção de Dados e, especialmente, o precedente europeu Google v. González, em que os resultados de pesquisa pelo nome de um indivíduo foram reconhecidos como dados pessoais, e os operadores de pesquisa (search engine operators) como controladores de dados, de modo que o direito de bloquear tais resultados de pesquisa foram implementados.   • A escola primária de Cabinda (Angola): conceito, tipo de escola e o
           funcionamento

      Abstract: http://dx.doi.org/10.18316/2237-8049.2016.3 Este trabalho objetiva a analisar, mediante o método descritivo, o conceito ou visão que as pessoas têm da escola rural, o tipo da escola rural  e de que maneira ela funciona. Assim, baseando-se em um grupo de discusão cujos participantes foram os professores que trabalham na escola primária rural de Cabinda, concluiu-se que escolas rurais são todas aquelas que estão situadas nos locais mais distantes das vilas e que não beneficiam nenhum outro serviço social e  os seus habitantes vivem de agricultura, caça e pesca. Não existe pleno funcionamento das escolas por escassez de recursos de gestão. Palavras-Chave: Escola rural. Ensino primário. Gestão escolar. Organização escolar. Rural primary school in Cabinda (Angola): concept, school type and functioning Abstract This paper aims to analyse, by the descriptive method, the general concept of rural school, the type of rural school and how it works.  So, based on the discussion about teaching staff where participants were teachers working in rural primary school, it was concluded that: rural schools are all those which are situated in the most remote locations of towns and not beneficed even other social services and its inhabitants live from agriculture, hunting and fishing.   • O papel do gestor escolar nos conselhos escolares: um olhar a partir de
           seus membros

      Abstract: http://dx.doi.org/10.18316/2237-8049.2016.4 O artigo trata do papel do Gestor Escolar nos Conselhos Escolares, levando em consideração a perspectiva democrática de gestão. Trata-se de um Estudo de Caso, na modalidade quali-quantitativo, tendo por instrumentos para a coleta de dados um questionário, análise documental e diário de campo. Os respondentes são os segmentos que formam o Conselho Escolar, a saber: pais, professores e direção das 31 Escolas Municipais de Educação Infantil do município de Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Os resultados classificam e reforçam a noção de hierarquização do gestor escolar como o grande responsável pela gestão de sua instituição, mesmo este sendo apenas um membro do Conselho Escolar, em que a paridade é uma das premissas legais. De fato, as demandas da escola para a comunidade ou mesmo com a mantenedora e deliberações diversas recaem, na maioria das vezes, sobre o gestor escolar, quando, de direito e dever, caberia a todo o Conselho Escolar. Conclui-se pela necessidade da oferta de programas de formação e capacitação de todos os membros do Conselho Escolar para sua efetividade. Palavras-chave: Gestão escolar. Gestor escolar. Gestão democrática. The role of the school manager in school councils: a view from their members AbstractThe article deals with the School Manager role in School Boards, taking into account the democratic management perspective. It is a Case Study, in the qualitative and quantitative form, having as instruments for data collection a questionnaire, documentary analysis and field diary. The respondents are the segments that form the School Board, namely: parents, teachers and managers of the 31 Municipal Schools of Early Childhood Education of Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.  The results classify and reinforce the notion of the hierarchy of school management as the primary responsible for its management, even being only a member of the School Board, where parity is one of   legal premises. Indeed, the school's demands for the community or even with the sponsor and various decisions fall, in most cases, on the school manager as of right and duty would fit the entire School Board. The results confirmed the need for the provision of training programs and training of all members of the School Board for its effectiveness. Keywords: School management. School manager. Mesmo que o professor entenda a necessidade de apreensão de saberes e habilidades essenciais para sua atuação, é indispensável que compreenda a importância de desenvolver uma identidade profissional para consolidar seu trabalho. É no início de sua formação que o professor amplia seu repertório de saberes, habilidades e competências, que serão o alicerce de sua identidade profissional. Em meio a esse discurso, outras vertentes de trabalho passam a existir, contribuindo para a consolidação dessa identidade do professor de EF. A base da atuação profissional é adquirida na formação inicial, sendo uma construção dinâmica, contínua, resultado de processos de socialização.Palavras-chave: Formação de professores.       Training of Physical Education teachers: teacher professional identityAbstractThis essay aims to discuss the teacher professional identity with focus on the professional identity of the Physical Education (PE) teacher. Even if the teacher understands the need of getting essential knowledge and skills to improve his/her performance, it is indispensable for him/her to understand the importance of developing a professional identity to consolidate his/her work. It is at the beginning of his/her training that the teacher extends his/her knowledge, skills and competences, which will be the foundation of his/her professional identity. In the midst of this discourse, other strands of work begin to exist, thereby contributing to the consolidation of the PE teacher identity. Professional activity basis is gained in initial training, being a dynamic and continuous construction, which is a result of socialization processes.Keywords: Teacher training. Professional identity.   • Espaços móveis e transitórios: um novo olhar sobre a ruralidade de uma
           região do Vale do Rio dos Sinos

Seu objetivo é apresentar a aproximação entre espaço rural e espaço urbano, analisando a possibilidade de reconhecer uma identidade para a ruralidade de uma região de colonização alemã. O artigo parte das narrativas de três colonos descendentes de alemães e conclui que espaço rural e urbano não interferem na opção de vida dos filhos dos sujeitos de pesquisa e dos jovens residentes na cidade, pois tais espaços são flexíveis, e as trocas entre o urbano e o rural são cada vez mais frequentes e constituídas por diferentes formas de vida. It aims to present the proximity between the rural space and the urban space, analyzing the possibility of recognizing an identity for the rurality of a German colonization’s region localized in Vale do Rio dos Sinos. The theme of this article arises from the narratives of three settlers descendants of Germans and it concludes that rural and urban spaces do not interfere in the choice of life of the subject's children and young people resident in the city, because such spaces are flexible, and the exchanges between the urban and rural are increasingly more frequent and constituted by different life forms. O método está baseado na análise documental assim como em respostas relacionadas a um questionário sobre “o que é hip hop” e “o que pensam pesquisadores brasileiros sobre o hip hop na escola”. A atual pesquisa indica possibilidades. Porém os resultados mostraram limites no desenvolvimento de um projeto com uma prática cultural específica, como o hip hop na escola, numa perspectiva multicultural crítica. Concluímos, assim, sugerindo caminhos possíveis para pesquisas na área. Palavras-chave: Currículo. Multiculturalismo. Abstract The present study discusses the possibilities of intertwining a field research in education – the multicultural curriculum, which seeks to answers to cultural diversity – with other field, that studies the hip hop – Hiphopologia. The general aim of the current study was to analyze to what extent Hip Hop can contribute to the construction of identity in a positive manner. The method is based on document analysis as well as on the answers related in questionnaire about “what is hip hop” and “what think Brazilian researchers about the hip hop in the school”. The current research indicates possibilities. But the results showed limits for the development of a project with a special cultural practice, such as Hip Hop in school, in a critical multicultural perspective. As duas questões centrais que norteiam este artigo são que (1) a mídia tomou a noção de juventude como metáfora de revolução, sem afirmar-se, com isso, que tal referência tenha sido criada por ela, e (2) a juventude passa a ser metáfora de entretenimento, e não apenas aquela que se entretém e se diverte. O presente artigo, portanto, busca analisar esta trilogia como uma possível representação social da juventude a partir do que dela se reveste, ou seja, revolução e entretenimento. Entretenimento. Revolution, entertainment and youth in “The Hunger Games”: from the cultural and media representations to the metaphors of contemporaneityAbstract “The Hunger Games” was originally published in United States in 2008, and launched in Brazil in 2010. The two central questions that support this article are that (1) the media took the notion of youth as a metaphor of revolution, without saying, from this, that such reference has been created by it and (2) youth becomes a metaphor of entertainment, and not only that one which entertains itself and has fun. This work, therefore, aims to analyze this trilogy as a possible social representation of youth from what is overlaid by it, i.e., revolution and entertainment. Keywords: Youth. Trata-se de um conteúdo importante a ser abordado em cursos de formação de profissionais interessados em desenvolver uma ação social. Recentemente, a sociedade, por meio de seus mais diversos setores, bateu à porta da Universidade pedindo ajuda. A partir do momento em que escolas, hospitais, ruas e presídios se transformam em frentes reais de trabalho para o educador, a Pedagogia Social se faz necessária. Percebemos que a Universidade precisa chamar para si a tarefa de auxiliar na elaboração de alternativas dialógicas de superação das demandas pedagógicas atuais da sociedade. A formação inicial e permanente de professores precisa ser tocada pela Pedagogia Social para que, a partir dela, possamos incorporar fazeres pedagógicos de inclusão. Palavras-chave: Educação Social. It is an important content to be addressed in professional training courses interested in developing a social action. We realize that the University needs to draw on itself the task of assisting in the development of dialogic alternatives to overcome the current educational demands of society.   • Orientamenti per un’ermeneutica dei testi religiosi fondanti

      Abstract: http://dx.doi.org/10.18316/2237-8049.2016.10Se l’ermeneutica è l’arte dell’interpretazione e della ricerca di senso, essa vive di regole comuni e pubbliche (filologiche, semiologiche, esegetiche, metodologiche) che la sottraggono all’arbitrarietà del singolo lettore. Tra queste regole, l’articolo sottolinea: 1) la deontologia implicita nelle quattro possibili posture dell’interprete di fronte a un testo sacro; 2) i diversi regimi di verità riscontrabili negli enunciati testuali, frutto di processi storici contestuali e di mediazioni strumentali; 3) le condizioni comunicative per garantire una certa dicibilità e udibilità di testi sacri – per esempio, biblici - dentro una cultura secolarizzata o ‘post-religiosa’; 4) le condizioni comunicative per promuovere una reciproca intelligibilità o dialogo tra testi sacri di diversa tradizione religiosa (ermeneutica interreligiosa); 5) per concludere infine su alcune avvertenze metodologiche relative al caso delicato, ma di impellente attualità, di una lettura comparata di testi sacri  propri alle tre tradizioni abramitiche. Verità (regimi di).  Guidelines for a hermeneutics of the founding religious texts Abstract If hermeneutics is the art of interpretation and of search for meaning, it lives by common and public rules (exegetical, philological, semiological, methodological) to subtract the text from the arbitrariness of the individual reader. Between these rules, the article points out: 1) a code of conduct embedded in four different postures of the interpreter in front of a sacred text; 2) the different regimes of truth found in textual statements, which result from contextual and historical processes and from instrumental mediations; 3) communication conditions to ensure a certain ‘declarability’ and audibility of sacred texts – for example, Biblical- in a secularized or ‘post-religious’ culture ; 4) some conditions to promote a communicative mutual intelligibility or dialogue between sacred texts of different religious traditions (inter-religious hermeneutics); 5) finally, some methodological caveats about the sensitive urgent case of a comparative reading of texts of the abrahamitic traditions.
