      Abstract: The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of the education, training, motivation, facilities, discipline, and working environment on the performance of employees and to know the dominant variables that affect the performance of the employee. The analysis of the data used by researchers was a multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The sample used in this study was the census sample, the sample used was 42 people. The results of the analysis stated that education, training, motivation, facilities, discipline, and working environment had an impact on the performance of employees and working environment was the most dominant factor that influence performance of employees.
