  • Optimalisasi Potensi Ekonomi Masyarakat Melalui Budidaya Jamur Tiram

      Abstract: This service research aims to open up the entrepreneurial spirit of Mitir community. The development of entrepreneurial spirit will automatically reduce the unemployment class and the working class in Mitir. With the emergence of oyster mushroom entrepreneurs, it is expected to increase the income of the community. The increasing income of the community is related to the increasing level of education of the younger generation in the country. If the level of education has begun to increase, the poverty rate in the following year will be gradually reduced. Through this paper, it is concluded that the presence of outside agents is very necessary for Mitir community. The agent serves to provide knowledge about the cultivation of oyster. With the presence of the agents, will be able to cut people mindset who tend to take it for granted, so that the community have open opportunities to achieve their own desired goals.Penelitian pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membuka jiwa wirausaha masyarakat dusun Mitir. Berkembangnya jiwa wirausaha akan secara otomatis memangkas kelas pengangguran, kelas buruh di dusun Mitir. Nantinya dengan banyak munculnya wirausahawan jamur tiram maka pendapatan masyarakat meningkat. Peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat berelasi dengan meningkatnya tingkat pendidikan generasi muda di dusun Mitir. Jika tingkat pendidikan sudah mulai mengalami peningkatan maka secara perlahan angka kemiskinan ditahun berikutnya sedikit dapat dikurangi. Melalui tulisan ini disimpulkan adanya agen dari luar sangat diperlukan bagi masyarakat dsn. Mitir. Agen berfungsi untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang budidaya jamur tiram. Dengan adanya agen akan dapat memotong mata rantai pola pikir masyarakat yang cenderung take it for granted, sehingga masyarakat terbuka peluangnya untuk mencapai tujuan yang dikehendaki sendiri.

  • Peningkatan Kompetensi Profesional Guru melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas

      Abstract: This paper evokes efforts to increase teacher competency in the madrasa through classroom action research. In delivering knowledge, not only can it be done in the classroom, but it can also be done outside the classroom. Scientific work is also a professional value of a teacher, because the activity of writing scientific work supports the teaching profession, both in the learning and teaching process or in discussing to solve certain problems proposed. The problems identified in this community service program are: the teachers' knowledge and understanding of Classroom Action Research is still lacking, the teacher's experience in classroom action research is still lacking, the experience of preparing proposals is still lacking, and culture in research activities in the school environment is still lacking. The results obtained through this activity are there is an increase in the understanding of subject teachers in the implementation of Classroom Action Research, an increase in the ability of subject teachers in preparing proposals for Classroom Action Research at SMPIT Assalamah Ungaran and an increase in the ability of subject teachers in conducting Classroom Action Research. Tulisan ini mengunkap upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru di madrasah melalui penelitian tindakan kelas. Karya tulis ilmiah tidak hanya dapat dinikmati oleh peserta didik, tetapi juga oleh masyarakat luas. Karya ilmiah juga merupakan nilai profesionalisme dari seorang guru, karena kegiatan menulis karya ilmiah mendukung profesi guru, baik dalam proses belajar dan mengajar ataupun dalam berdiskusi untuk memecahkan masalah tertentu yang diajukan. Permasalahan yang diidentifkasi pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: pengetahuan dan pemahaman para guru tentang Penelitian Tindakan Kelas masih kurang, pengalaman guru dalam hal penelitian tindakan kelas masih kurang, pengalaman menyusun proposal masih kurang, dan budaya dalam hal kegiatan penelitian di lingkungan sekolah masih kurang. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan ini yaitu terdapat peningkatan pemahaman para guru mapel disekolah dalam pelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, peningkatan kemampuan para guru mapel dalam menyusun proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas di SMPIT Assalamah Ungaran dan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan para guru mapel dalam melaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas.

  • DST (Digital Storytelling) to Familiarize ‘Stop Bullying’ Cases among
           Elementary School Aged-Children

      Abstract: This article discusses about the use of DST as a way to introduce children to the concept of bullying cases among students. As a participatory action research, this research aims to educate students as young learners to aspect of bullying. The term of DST has been increasingly used by scholars to illustrate various forms of support of learning to help young learners learn successfully. Children in the DST creation process enjoyed the stages. It was revelaed that culturally bullying has already being the tradition in some places, children felt strange when they mentioned certain acts as bullying. Through the empowerment of DST project, children are started to be aware that if they do not want to be hurted, hence they mau not hurt any body else. Tulisan ini mendiskusikan penggunaan DST (Digital Storytelling) sebagai cara untuk memperkenalkan kepada anak tentang kasus-kasus perundungan (bullying) antar siswa. Menggunakan mpdel participatory action research, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meng-edukasi siswa sebagai pembelajar anak-anak tentang aspek-aspek perundungan. Istilah DST telah banyak digunakan oleh para akademisi untuk memberikan ilustrasi berbagai bentuk bantuan-bantuan belajar untuk siswa sehingga bisa berhasil dalam pembelajaran. Terungkap bahwa intimidasi budaya sudah menjadi tradisi di beberapa tempat, anak-anak merasa aneh ketika mereka menyebut tindakan tertentu sebagai intimidasi. Melalui pemberdayaan proyek DST, anak-anak mulai menyadari bahwa jika mereka tidak ingin dilukai, maka mereka tidak akan melukai orang lain.

  • Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pesisir Berbasis Potensi Lokal; Alternatif
           Ketahanan Pangan Berupa Tepung Magrove

      Abstract: Mangrove fruit can be explored as a new local food source, especially in areas that have the potential of mangrove forests such as in the village of Bedono Sayung demak. Brayo and lindur mangrove fruits have the opportunity to be explored as alternative food ingredients because its contain high carbohydrates so they can be processed into flour. The stages of the community service program carried out are: (1) The socialization of the utilization of mangrove fruit; (2) training; (3) Monitoring and Mentoring. The impacts of this community service program include: (1) increasing public awareness to utilize brayo and lindur mangrove fruits for alternative food in the form of mangrove flour, (2) increasing community knowledge and skills in brayo and lindur mangrove processing into flour mangrove substitute for flour, (3) Encouraging the growth of business group in processing mangrove fruit into mangrove flour and processing of mangrove flour into various high-value economic cakes so that it is expected to improve the welfare of the village community Bedono Sayung Demak. Buah mangrove dapat dieksplorasi sebagai sumber pangan lokal baru terutama di daerah-daerah yang memiliki potensi hutan mangrove seperti di Desa Bedono Sayung demak. Buah mangrove jenis brayo dan lindur mempunyai peluang untuk dieksplorasi sebagai bahan pangan alternatif karena mengandung karbohidrat yang tinggi sehingga dapat diolah menjadi tepung. Tahapan program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah: (1) Sosialisai pemanfaatan buah mangrove; (2) pelatihan; (3) Monitoring dan Pendampingan. Dampak yang dihasilkan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: (1) meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan buah mangrove jenis brayo dan lindur untuk pangan alternatif berupa tepung mangrove, (2) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat bidang pengolahan buah mangrove jenis brayo dan lindur menjadi tepung mangrove pengganti terigu, (3) Mendorong tumbuhnya kelompok usaha pengolahan buah mangrove (brayo dan lindur) menjadi tepung mangrove dan pengolahan tepung mangrove manjadi beragam kue bernilai ekonomi tinggi sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Bedono Sayung Demak.

  • Problematika Pendamping Desa Profesional dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat
           Desa di Kota Padangsidimpuan

      Abstract: Professional village facilitators are facilitators who provide assistance to the community. Its presence is the demand of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and the regulation of the village minister No. 3 of 2015 concerning Village Assistance. Four years of village funds and village assistance programs are running, but there have not been many changes. This condition is affected by the problems experienced by professional village assistants. This research was conducted in the City of Padangsidimpuan using a qualitative-descriptive method, found four aspects of the problematic professional village assistants. First Quantity Aspect: looking at the problems that arise due to the quantity of available energy factors, there are limited physical abilities of professional village assistants in providing mentoring services and lack of focus on community empowerment activities that can foster community awareness, independence and welfare. Second Quality Aspect: mastery of village facilitators on empowerment, academic material and empowerment theories through formal education and through special education and training. Field findings related to the quality aspect are that there are still professional village assistants with secondary school education, inappropriate scientific background with the field of empowerment and community assistance, lack of education and training, knowledge and mastery of empowerment and community assistance materials, need a process for knowledge internalization. The three aspects of division of labor assistance found that the success of the professional village assistance work program was influenced by the division of labor and the unbalance of workload with the honorarium received. Coordination Aspects means that village technical experts / assistants have not maximally developed coordination relations with local governments so policies to support mentoring programs are not yet available. Pendamping desa profesional adalah fasilitator yang melakukan pendampingan kepada masyarakat. Kehadirannya adalah tuntutan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa dan Permendes No 3 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pendampingan Desa. Empat tahun program dana desa dan pendampingan desa berjalan, namun belum banyak perubahan. Kondisi ini dipengaruhi oleh problematika yang dialami oleh pendamping desa profesional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Padangsidimpuan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif, ditemukan empat aspek problematika pendamping desa profesional. Pertama Aspek Kuantitas: melihat persoalan-persoalan yang muncul disebabkan oleh faktor kuantitas tenaga yang tersedia ditermukan keterbatasan kemampuan fisik tenaga pendamping desa profesional dalam melakukan pelayanan pendampingan dan kurang fokus kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran, kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kedua Aspek Kualitas: penguasaan pendamping desa terhadap materi pemberdayaan, akademis dan teori-teori pemberdayaan melalui pendidikan formal dan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan khusus. Temuan lapangan terkait aspek kualitas yaitu masih ada pendamping desa profesional berpendidikan sekolah menangah, tidak sesuainya latarbelakang keilmuan dengan bidang kerja pemberdayaan dan pendampingan masyarakat, minimnya pendidikan dan pelatihan, keilmuan dan penguasaan materi pemberdayaan dan pendampingan masyarakat, butuh proses untuk internalisasi pengetahuan. Ketiga Aspek Pembagian Kerja Pendampingan menemukan bahwa kesuksesan program kerja pendampingan desa profesional dipengaruhi oleh pembagian kerja dan ketidakberimbangan beban kerja dengan honor yang diterima. Aspek Koordinasi maksudnya tenaga ahli/pendamping teknis desa belum maksimal membangun hubungan koordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah sehingga kebijkan-kebijakan untuk mendukung program pendampingan belum tersedia.Kata Kunci: Pendamping Desa, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Problematika

      Abstract: This paper provides an overview of efforts to overcome the inequality of education of children in a village that is transitioning to urban society. Perkampungn close to the center of the crowd like terminals, shopping centers, tourist attractions and others. However, the reality of people in the region is not comparable to access to urban, industrial, and educational and government routes. The Tegal Jeruk Hamlet community has been left behind economically and also in education. Poverty is a source of problems from the underdevelopment of people in the region, so at the same time, it is found that many teenagers in this region experience uncertainty about the future due to difficult economic and educational affordability. Through the Particular Action Research (PAR) approach, this program is focused on building awareness of children's education in urban transition villages by conducting community service workshops and empowering youth through life skill education activities in the form of skills that they do not get in formal schools. Tulisan ini memberikan gambaran upaya mengatasi ketimpangan pendidikan anak di lingkungan perkampungan yang tengah bertransisi menuju masyarakat kota. Perkampungn yang dekat dengan pusat keramaian laiknya terminal, pusat perbelanjaan, tempat wisata dan lain-lain. Akan tetapi, realitas masyarakat di wilayah tersebut tidak sebanding akses ke jalur kota, perindustrian, maupun pusat pendidikan dan pemerintahan. Masyarakat Dusun Tegal Jeruk mengalami ketertinggalan secara ekonomi dan juga pendidikan. Kemiskinan menjadi sumber persoalan dari ketertinggalan masyarakat di wilayah tersebut, sehingga pada saat yang sama, banyak ditemukan kalangan masyarakat remaja di wilayah ini mengalami ketidakpastian masa depan karena ketidakterjangkauan pendidikan dan ekonomi yang sulit. Melalui pendekatan Particiopation action research (PAR), Program ini dititikberatkan kepada membangun kesadaran pendidikan anak di lingkungan perkampungan transisi kota dengan melakukan workshop pengabdian kepada masyarakatdan melakukan pemberdayaan kepada para remaja melalui kegiatan life skill education berupa keterampilan-keterampilan yang tidak banyak mereka dapat di sekolah formal.

Tetapi pada kenyataannya tidak semua warga negara menyadari dan memahami makna implisit di dalamnya, sebagian orang hanya mengambil keuntungan dan memanfaat kawasan wisata sebagai bagian dari cara untuk mencari nafkah tanpa memperhatikan keberlangsungan situs Sunan Drajat. Kesenjangan ekonomi adalah kunci untuk mati bagi seseorang untuk melemparkan dirinya ke dalam kubangan kehidupan yang tidak sesuai dengan norma agama, sebagian orang memutuskan untuk  menjadi pengemis. Keputusan menjadi pengemis didasari karena faktor ekonomi, keterpaksaan dan faktor  budaya nenek moyangnya. Pengemis turut mewarnai di dunia wisata religi, tanpa memperdulikan apakah ini pantas  atau sebagai bagian dari membantu orang untuk beramal

  • Pendampingan Pengembangan Baitulmaal pada Koperasi Syariah Manfaat

      Abstract: The existence of sharia cooperatives (kopsyah) in Indonesia is relatively new. There are two main pillars of sharia cooperative management, namely social functions (baitulmaal) and business functions (baitut tamwil). The problem that arises in kopsyah in Surabaya is that there is an imbalance in the management of profit-oriented business functions that tend to be dominant compared to their social functions. The factors that caused the weakness of the Baitulmmaal function in Surabaya, the first factor was dominated by management factors, the second factor was more influenced by manpower  and environment, while the environmental factors were influenced by the variables the existing muzakki in the kopsyah environment and the unavailability of a juridical basis for kopsyah to manage ZIS funds. Mentoring that the author did on Kopsyah Benefits of Surabaya is conducting training and assistance in the collection and utilization of ZIS and endowments of money to the management staff of Baitulmaal. Keberadaan koperasi syariah (kopsyah) di Indonesia relatif masih baru. Terdapat dua pilar utama pengelolaan koperasi syariah yaitu fungsi sosial (baitulmaal) dan fungsi bisnis (baitut tamwil). Masalah yang muncul pada kopsyah di Surabaya adalah adanya ketimpangan pengelolaan fungsi bisnis yang berorientasi laba cenderung dominan dibandingkan dengan fungsi sosialnya. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan lemahnya fungsi baitulmaal di Surabaya, faktor pertama didominasi oleh faktor manajemen, faktor kedua lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh manpower (SDM) dan environment (lingkungan), sedangkan faktor lingkungan dipengaruhi oleh variabel tidak dilakukannya penggalangan dana dari para muzakki yang ada dilingkungan kopsyah serta belum tersedianya landasan yuridis bagi kopsyah untuk mengelola dana ZIS. Pendampingan yang penulis lakukan pada Kopsyah Manfaat Surabaya adalah melakukan training dan pendampingan pemghimpunan dan pendayagunaan ZIS dan wakaf uang terhadap SDM pengelola baitulmaal.

  • Berdamai dengan Hutan; Memberdayakan Kelompok Tani Dusun Sodong Ponorogo

      Abstract: The cutting of the poverty chain is done through providing entrepreneurial insight to the farmer groups that is an agricultural sector of cassava super that is able to provide bigger income to improve the economic level of the community. The development of entrepreneurial spirit will automatically cut the unemployment class, the working class of Sodong village Sampung sub-district Ponorogo regency. Later, with the emergence of many cassava super entrepreneurs, people's income will increase. The increasing income of the community is related to the increasing level of education of the younger generation. If the level of education has begun to increase, the poverty rate will gradually be reduced in the following year. This paper concludes that Sodong farmers which are actually part of a social group, in a community stigmatized as looters and forest destroyers. Even if it is empowered with a structured plan, this stigma can be eliminated. The farmers should be able to be used as an agent to socialize various processed cassava products as food crops to replace rice. Pemotongan mata rantai kemiskinan bisa dilakukan melalui pemberian wawasan kewirausahaan kepada kelompok tani bahwa ada sektor pertanian singkong dengan varietas gajah yang mampu memberikan income lebih untuk meningkatkan taraf ekonomi masyarakat. Berkembangnya jiwa wirausaha akan secara otomatis memangkas kelas pengangguran, kelas buruh masyarakat KT dsn. Sodong, kec. Sampung. Nantinya dengan banyak munculnya wirausahawan singkong gajah maka pendapatan masyarakat meningkat. Peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat berelasi dengan meningkatnya tingkat pendidikan generasi muda. Jika tingkat pendidikan sudah mulai mengalami peningkatan maka secara perlahan angka kemiskinan ditahun berikutnya sedikit dapat dikurangi. Tulisan ini menyimpulkan bahwa kelompok tani Dusun Sodong yang notabene merupakan bagian dari kelompok sosial, di masyarakat distigma sebagai penjarah dan perusak hutan. Padahal jika diberdayakan dengan rencana terstruktur maka stigma ini dapat dihilangkan. Kelompok tani tersebut seharusnya bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai agen untuk memasyarakatkan berbagai hasil olahan singkong sebagai tanaman pangan pengganti beras.

  • Pendampingan Peningkatan Mutu Madrasah melalui Pembelajaran Aktif dan
           Manajemen Sekolah

      Abstract: Active, Creative, Effective and Enjoyable Learning (PAKEM) is a contextual learning model that involves at least four main principles in the learning process. First, the interaction process (students interact actively with teachers, fellow students, multimedia, references, environment, etc.). Second, the communication process (students communicate their learning experiences with teachers and other student colleagues through stories, dialogues or through role-play simulations). Third, the reflection process (students rethink the meaning of what they have learned and what they have done). Fourth, the exploration process (students experience directly by involving all their senses through observation, experiment, investigation or interview). PAKEM training is conducted for 2 days and SBM training is conducted for 1 day. After the training, there were mentoring for teachers on the practice of active learning and there was mentoring for SBM to install RKS and RKAS in the madrasas. Training does not mean anything without implementation and follow-up. Penelitian Pembelajaran Aktif, Kreatif, Efektif dan Menyenangkan (PAKEM) adalah sebuah model pembelajaran kontekstual yang melibatkan paling sedikit empat prinsip utama dalam proses pembelajarannya. Pertama, proses interaksi (siswa berinteraksi secara aktif dengan guru, rekan siswa, multimedia, referensi, lingkungan, dan sebagainya). Kedua, proses komunikasi (siswa mengkomunikasikan pengalaman belajar mereka dengan guru dan rekan siswa lain melalui cerita, dialog atau melalui simulasi role-play). Ketiga, proses refleksi (siswa memikirkan kembali tentang kebermaknaan apa yang mereka telah pelajari dan apa yang mereka telah lakukan). Keempat, proses eksplorasi (siswa mengalami langsung dengan melibatkan semua indera mereka melalui pengamatan, percobaan, penyelidikan atau wawancara). Pelatihan PAKEM dilakukan selama 2 hari dan pelatihan MBS dilakukan selama 1 hari. Setelah pelatihan, diadakan pendampingan terhadap guru-guru terhadap praktik pembelajaran aktif dan ada pendampingan MBS untuk pemasangan RKS dan RKAS di madrasah-madrasah tersebut. Pelatihan memang tidak akan ada artinya tanpa pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut.
