  • Pengembangan Studi Islam Perspektif Insider-outsider

      Abstract: Pengembangan dan pengayaan studi Islam layak memperhatikan epistemologi yang diusung oleh perspektif insider-outsider. Epistemologi yang telah berkembang di dunia Islam seperti al-bayan (rasionalisme), al-burhan (empirisme) dan al-irfan (intuisi) harus diperkuat dengan epistemogi yang berkembang dengan kemajuan pengetahuan yang lazim menjadi pisau bedah analisis outsider seperti fenomenologi agama, distansiasi (penjarakan terhadap objek), apropriasi (penepatan objek bagi horizon diri), kritik ideology (kritik atas prasangka dan ilusi agama), variasi imajinatif (permianan imajinasi makna), dekonstruksi (pembongkaran ilusi dan doktrin mapan), dan hermeneutika (metodologi dan filsafat tafsir). Dengan kolaborasi epistemology insider dan outsider maka tensi antara kajian insider dan outside dapat dijembatani. Terkait yang terakhir ini maka gagasan crosscheck inside-outsider, yakni kajian sarjana tentang agama sebuah masyarakat harus diverifikasi oleh anggota masyarakat tersebut layak diapresiasi.The development and enrichment of Islamic studies ought to pay attention much on epistemology promoted by insider-outsider’s perspective. Epistemology that has evolved in the world of Islam as al-bayan (rationalism), al-burhan (empiricism) and al-irfan (intuition) should be reinforced with Epistemology evolving with the advancement of knowledge that commonly becomes scalpel analysis of outsider like phenomenology of religion, distansiasi ( the spacing of the object), appropriation (Placing the object to the its horizon), criticism of ideology (criticism of prejudices and illusions of religion), variations imaginative (the game of imagined meaning), deconstruction (dismantling of illusion and established doctrine), and hermeneutics (methodology and philosophy of interpretation). With the collaboration of epistemology of insider and outsider, so the tension between insider and outsider studies can be bridged. Related to this, the crosscheck idea of inside-outsider, the undergraduate study of religion in a society, should be verified by members of the community should be appreciated.

  • Peran Perempuan dalam Perencanaan Keluarga Responsif Gender Berbasis Agama
           di Desa Mulyo Rejo Kecamatan Sungai Lilin Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin

      Abstract: Tulisan ini judul “Peran Perempuan Dalam Perencanaan Keluarga Responsif Gender Berbasis Agama Di Desa Mulyo Rejo Kecamatan Sungai Lilin Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin”. Diawali dari hasil observasi dan pemikiran tentang perlunya dilakukan pengkajian lebih mendalam tentang hukum keluarga dalam kaitannya dengan hubungan relasi gender dalam keluarga pada masyarakat Desa Mulyo Rejo Kecamatan Sungai Lilin. Agar tujuan PAR tercapai yakni: (1) agar terwujudnya keluarga yang responsive gender yakni keluarga yang telah memperhatikan kebutuhan keluarga tanpa adanya diskriminasi, (2) adanya perubahan dan perilaku/tindakan sosial langsung yang bermula dari keluarga, (3) penambahan pengetahuan mengenai situasi keluarga yang responsif gender yang terencana dan penambahan kemampuan bagi dampingan untuk mengubah situasi mereka mewujudkan keluarga yang responsif gender berbasis agama, maka program aksi riset ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan strategi dan langkah-langkah PAR. Sebagaian kecil warga dampingan sudah mulai menerapkan pengetahuan mengenai perencanaan keluarga responsif gender berbasis agama dalam keluarga mereka terutama melalui peran isteri bersama suami.This paper entitled "The Role of Women in Responsive Gender of Family Planning Based on Religion in Mulyo Rejo Village Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin". Starting from the observation and thought about the need to do much broader about family law in relation to gender relationships within the family in society of Mulyo Rejo village in Sungai Lilin. For the purpose of PAR achieved as follows: (1) for the realization of the family that has responsive gender, i.e families who have noticed the family's needs without discrimination, (2) the changes and behavioral / social action directly originate from the family, (3) the addition of knowledge concerning the family situation on responsive gender planned and the addition of capabilities for assistance to change their situation embodies responsive gender in family based on religion, then the action program of research is done by using strategies and measures PAR. Small part of residents has started to apply knowledge of responsive in family planning based on religion in their families, especially through the role of the wife with her husband.

  • Implementasi Coping Religious dalam Mengatasi Gangguan
           Fisik-Psikis-Sosial-Spiritual pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik

      Abstract: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pasien gagal ginjal kronik rentan mengalami gangguan aspek fisik-psikologis-sosial-spiritual yang bersumber dari gangguan psikologis dan fisik. Untuk mengatasi setiap aspek gangguan yang dialami pasien gagal ginjal konik, coping religious dalam perspektif agama Islam menjadi cara mengatasi permasalahan psikologis yang dialami pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang di implementasi dengan dua bentuk.  Pertama,  hubungan terhadap Allah  SWT  (hablun  Min Allah)  berupa  pelaksanaan  serangkaian  ibadah, seperti:  salat,  zikir,  puasa,  berdoa,  membaca Al-Qur’an.  Kedua,  hubungan  dengan sesama manusia (hablun min an-nas), yaitu silaturahmi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian mixed methods dengan rancangan penelitian embedded design. Jumlah subjek yang menjadi sampel dengan teknik random sederhana dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 62 pasien gagal ginjal kronik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada pasien gagal ginjal kronik, untuk mempertahankan intensitas pelaksanaan ibadah dan meningkatkan pemahaman dan penghayatan keagamaan, sehingga dapat mengatasi gangguan fisik-psikis-sosial-spiritual untuk menyikapi pelbagai permasalahan kehidupan yang dihadapi.This study found that patients with chronic renal failure prone impaired physical aspect-psycho-social-spiritual that comes from psychological and physical disorders. To cope with every aspect of interruptions suffered kidney failure patients conic, religious coping in the perspective of Islam becomes a way to overcome psychological problems experienced by patients with chronic renal failure in the implementation of the two forms. First, there is a relationship to Allah (hablun Min Allah) in the form of implementation of a series of worship, such as prayer, remembrance, fasting, praying, reading the Qur'an. Second, there are relationships with human beings (hablun min an-nas), mostly called “the gathering”. This study is a mixed research methods with embedded design. The number of subjects sampled by simple random technique in this research consists of 62 patients with chronic renal failure. The results of this study are expected to provide input to chronic renal failure patients, to maintain the intensity of worship and increase understanding and appreciation to religion, so that it can cope with the physical disruption of social-psychological-spiritual-to address various life problems that occur.

  • Kultur Asrama Berbasis Sekolah Sebagai Pusat Pembinaan Karakter (Studi
           Kasus di SMPIT Al-Furqon Palembang)

      Abstract: Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang mendeskripsikan tentang kultur asrama di SMPIT Al-Furqan Palembang, memahami makna filosofis asrama bagi masyarakat belajar SMPIT Al-Furqan Palembang, serta memahami sistem nilai dalam kultur tersebut pada konteks pendidikan Islam kontemporer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, yakni dengan menjadikan SMPIT Al-Furqan Palembang sebagai objek penelitian. Sedangkan sumber primer dalam penelitian ini, yakni berasal dari hasil observasi dan didukung juga dengan hasil wawancara. Sedangkan yang menjadi informan dalam kajian ini adalah para siswa dan para tenaga pendidik, pembina dan kepala asrama, kepala sekolah, pengurus dapur, petugas keamanan dan ketertiban asrama, kantin dan toko di sekitar asrama, serta beberapa orang wali siswa. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa karakter yang ingin ditanamkan kepada setiap siswa/ peserta didik di SMPIT Al-Furqan Palembang, yakni: religious, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dll. Karakter ini akan dicapai dengan membuat tata tertib peraturan, panduan dan sangsi atas setiap pelanggaran.                              This article is the result of research that describes about the dormitory culture at Al-Furqan SMP IT Palembang, understanding the philosophical meaning of hostels for people to learn SMPIT Al-Furqan Palembang, as well as understanding the value system of the culture in the context of contemporary Islamic education. This research is a field study, by making SMP IT Al-Furqan Palembang as research objects. While the primary source in this study is derived from the observation and supported also by the results of the interview. While the informants in this study are students and educators, teachers and matron, principals, kitchen staffs, security guards and order cafeterias and shops around the dormitory, as well as several students’ parents. The article concludes that the character who wants to be imparted to each student / learner in SMP IT Al-Furqan Palembang, namely: religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, environmental care, social care, and so on. These characters will be achieved by making the disciplinary regulations, guidelines and sanctions for any violations.

  • Tarekat Naqsabandiyah di Indonesia Abad 19 dari Ortodoksi ke Politisasi

      Abstract: Setidaknya ada beberapa hal penting dalam tulisan ini; pertama, perkembangan tarekat Naqsabandiyah pada abad 19 terjadi secara luas. Tidak hanya di Indonesia tetapi di hampir seluruh wilayah muslim. Hal ini disebabkan karena dominasi faham wujudiyah (tasawuf falsafi) yang melekat pada tarekat Syattariyah mulai ditinggalkan oleh masyarakat muslim akibat serangan gencar kaum tradisionalis (tasawuf sunni). Proses peralihan dalam kurun ini menyebabkan tarekat Naqsabandiyah menjadi diminati. Kedua, kritik pedas kaum tradisionalis juga dilakukan oleh para ulama fikih kepada bid’ah tarekat. Kesesuaian dengan al-Quran dan sunnah seperti yang menjadi landasan tasawuf sunni akhirnya membuat tarekat Naqsabandiyah (dan terekat non faham wujudiyah) diminati oleh masyarakat muslim. Ketiga, kekhawatiran pemerintah kolonial Belanda terhadap tarekat, terutama Naqsabandiyah saat itu, diarahkan kepada tarekat dalam arti politik, termasuk di dalamnya gerakan Pan-Islamisme. Tetapi sepanjang tidak berpolitik, pihak konial tidak membatasi tarekat.At least there are some important things in this article; First, the development of widespread Naqsabandiyah congregation in the 19th century. It happens not only in Indonesia but also in almost all Muslim lands. This is due to the dominance of ideology Wujudiyah (Sufism philosophical) attached to Syattariyah congregation begins to be abandoned by the Muslim community as a result of the onslaught of the traditionalists (Sufism of Sunni). The process of transition in this period leads Naqsabandiyah to be desirable. Second, harsh criticism of the traditionalists is also done by the jurists to heretical congregation. Compliance with the Quran and the Sunnah as the basis of Sufism Sunni finally made Naqsabandiyah congregation (and congregation of non wujudiyah’s thought) demand by the Muslim community. Thirdly, the Dutch colonial government fears the congregation, especially Naqsabandiyah. Then, it is directed to the congregation in a political sense, including the movement of Pan-Islamism. But as long as there are no politics, colonial party does not restrict the congregation.

           Dinasti Politik

      Abstract: Kebijakan affirmative action merupakan bentuk diksriminasi positif bagi perempuan di Indonesia untuk terlibat langsung dalam proses pembuatan dan pengambilan kebijakan di parlemen. Dengan kebijakan ini kesadaran gender di parlemen pelan tapi pasti memberikan harapan bagi perjuangan dan keadilan perempuan. Kebijakan affirmative action diharapkan mampu mengubah wajah parlemen yang bias kepentingan patriarki menuju kebijakan-kebijakan yang lebih ramah kepada perempuan. Sementara itu, partisipasi perempuan melalui dinasti politik sebagai sandaran tidak bisa disebut jelek atau tidak memiliki modal atau pengetahuan berpolitik. Sebagai tahap awal dan lewat jalur apapun, lebih baik rakyat melihat perempuan di posisi paling tinggi di pemerintahan, perusahaan, dan organisasi daripada tidak sama sekali. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif interpretatif dengan kajian pustaka perihal persoalan partisipasi perempuan dalam ranah politik.Affirmative action policies are forms of positive discrimination for women in Indonesia to be directly involved in the manufacturing process and policy making in parliament. With this policy of gender awareness in parliament, it slowly but surely gives hope to women's struggle and justice. Affirmative action policies are expected to change the face of parliament biased towards the interests of patriarchal policies that are more friendly to women. Meanwhile, the participation of women through political dynasty as the backrest cannot be called bad, or does not have the capital or knowledge of politics. As an early stage and through any path, it is much better people's view of women is in the highest positions in the government, companies, and organizations than nothing at all. This type of research is qualitative interpretive literature review regarding the issue of women's participation in the political sphere.

  • Perilaku Konsumsi Upaya Meningkatkan Potensi Produk Deposito di Bank
           Syariah

      Abstract: Perbankan syari’ah saat ini telah memiliki payung hukum yang kuat dengan hadirnya undang-undang nomor 21 tahun 2008 tentang perbankan syari’ah. Hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap eksistensi dari perbankan syari’ah yang semakin diminati oleh banyak kalangan.Bank syari’ah membutuhkan dana dalam menjalankan produk pembiayaannya. Deposito merupakan salah satu produk penghimpunan di bank syariah. Deposito di bank syariah terus mengalami pertumbuhan. Walaupun demikian bank syariah tetap harus meningkatkan produk deposito, untuk mencapai market share 5 persen. Untuk meningkatkan volume deposito bank syariah perlu memahami bentuk perilaku konsumsi masyarakat. Dari data yang ada kontribusi dana pihak ketiga bank syariah diberikan oleh produk deposito sebesar 71,15 persen.Penulisan ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kualitatif, Batasan dalam tulisan ini difokuskan pada produk deposito di bank syari’ah perilaku konsumen.Tulisan ini menggunakan studi pustaka kajian dari berbagai sumber. Hasil dari tulisan ini bahwa deposito di bank syariah terus mengalami perkembangan, pada tahun 2015 pertumbuhan deposito di bank syariah mencapai 4,12 persen. Perilaku konsumsi memiliki banyak faktor dan bisa memberi pengaruh terhadap peningkatan produk deposito di bank syariah. Sehingga bank syariah perlu memahami perilaku konsumsi masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan potensi pengembangan produk deposito di bank syariah.potensi pengembangan produk pembiayaan mudharabah di bank syari’ah masih sangat besar.Potensi pengembangan produk deposito masih sangat besar dan sangat luas.Bank of Shariah now has a solid legal with the presence of the law number 21 in 2008 about Bank of Shariah.  This adversely affects the existence of the Shari'ah Bank that increasingly catches interest many people. Bank of Shari'ah requires funds in running financing products. Deposits are ones’ product accumulation in Islamic banks. Deposits in Islamic banks continued to grow. Nevertheless, Islamic banks still have to increase deposit products, to achieve a 5 percent market share. To increase the volume of deposits of Islamic banks need to understand the behaviors of consumption. From the available data the contribution of third party funds provided by the Islamic banks deposits amounted to 71.15 persen. This study uses a descriptive qualitative limitation. This paper is focused on products in Consumers Islamic bank deposits. This study uses literature review of various sources. The results of this paper that the deposits in Islamic banks continued to experienced growth, in 2015 the growth of deposits in Islamic banks reaches 4.12 percent. Consumer behavior has many factors and can give effect to an increase in deposit products in Islamic banks. So that Islamic banks need to understand the behavior of private consumption in order to increase the potential for product development of deposits in Bank of Shariah. The advantage of product development in Islamic bank financing is still enormous. The advantage of deposit product development is still very large and very spacious.

  • Konsep Ketuhanan (T’ien) dan Relevansinya dengan Pembentukan Etos Kerja
           dalam Ajaran Kong Hu Cu (Konfusius)

      Abstract: Artikel ini membahas konsep Ketuhanan Konfusius yang berkaitan dengan etika kerja para penganutnya. Konsep ketuhanan yang dianalisa berdasar pada perspektif Filsafat, kemudian ditarik kepada realita tindakan sosial penganut ajaran Konfusius, dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh berupa semangat kerja dan pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup para penganut pandangan hidup ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa konsep ketuhanan yang terdapat dalam ajaran Konfusius adalah paradigma fungsional. Dalam keyakinan tersebut, relasi antara Tuhan dan manusia didasarkan pada nilai fungsi. Tuhan diyakini berdasar pada peranannya terhadap kehidupan manusia. Begitupun sebaliknya, manusia diyakini berperan dalam pemenuhan keinginan Tuhan. Sehingga dalam ibadahnya yang paling menonjol adalah ritual korban. Semakin banyak korban yang dipersembahkan, maka kehidupanpun akan semakin subur dan makmur. Berdasarkan paradigma demikian, para penganut Konfusius kemudian mempunyai semangat kerja tinggi. Dengan tujuan selain  pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup, juga merupakan usaha pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual dalam rangka ibadah kepada T’ien (Tuhan).This article discusses the concept of God Confucius relating to the work ethic of its adherents. The concept of God that is analyzed based on the perspective of philosophy, then pulled to the reality of social action adherents of Confucianism, using the data obtained in the form of morale and subsistence adherents of this view of life. Based on this research, it was found that the concept of God contained in the teachings of Confucius is the functional paradigm. In that belief, the relationship between God and man is based on the value of the function. God is believed, based on its role in human life. Vice versa, humans are believed to play a role in the fulfillment of God's will. Thus, in the worship of the most prominent is the ritual sacrifice. The more sacrifices be offered, the more fertile and prosperous life will be. Based on such a paradigm, the Confucians then have a high morale. For purposes other than the needs of life, is also a spiritual business needs in order to the worship to T'ien (God).

  • Relevansi Sistem Khilafah Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) Dengan Sistem
           Negara Islam Modern

      Abstract: Hizbut Tahrir adalah organisasi politik Islam yang independen. Organisasinya memiliki kekhasan seperti; berasaskan syari’at Islam, ide dan aksi politiknya bukan politik praktis tetapi politik-ideologis, konseptual, rasionalis dan non-kekerasan. Hizbut Tahrir mengkonsepsikan politik sebagai al-ri’ayah al-syuuni al-ummah; tanggung jawab untuk menguasai kepentingan dan kemaslahatan umat. Sebab itu, pemikiran dan aktivitasnya dimantapkan pada tataran politik sebagai wujud pelaksanaan urusan umat. Dalam konteks gerakan pendirian khilafah menurut Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia ada dua. Pertama, gagasan-gagasan tentang sistem pemerintahan Islam harus berbentuk khilafah artinya bukan berbentuk republik, diktator, kekaisaran, monarkhi, federal atau sistem demokrasi; pilar-pilar pemerintahan Islam harus ditegakkan atas dasar kedaulatan di tangan syara’, kekuasaan hanyalah milik umat, mengangkat satu khalifah hukumnya wajib dan hanya Khalifah yang berhak mengadopsi terhadap hukum-hukum syara’; struktur lembaga negara Khilafah harus ada Khalifah, Muawin at Tafwidh, Mu’awin at Tanfidz, Wali, Amir al Jihad, Al Qadhi, Mashalih Daulah,  dan Majelis Umat; rancangan undang-undang dasar dan sistem Islam memiliki keunggulan-keunggulan di bidang politik, ekonomi, pendidikan, pergaulan dan pidana.  Kedua, strategi Hizbut Tahrir dalam upaya penegakan Khilafah berupa pembinaan intensif melalui halqah-halqah; pembinaan umum melalui pengajian-pengajian umum di masjid-masjid, gedung-gedung dan tempat-tempat umum, melalui media massa, buku-buku dan selebaran-selebaran dan penerbitan majalah bulanan dan bulletin mingguan; pergolakan pemikiran untuk menentang kepercayaan, aturan dan pemikiran-pemikiran kufur; perjuangan politik berbentuk berjuang menghadapi negara kafir imperialis yang menguasai dan mendominasi negara-negara Islam, mengadopsi kemaslahatan umat dan melayani seluruh urusannya sesuai dengan hukum-hukum syara’. Sistem khilafah tetap relevan dengan sistem negara Islam modern sehingga sangat rasional untuk diperjuangkan dan didukung oleh seluruh umat Islam.  Dalam melakukan aktivitasnya Hizbut Tahrir hanya membatasi aktivitasnya dalam dua aspek yaitu dakwah intelektual (fikriyah) dan dakwah politis (siyasiyah) serta tidak menggunakan kekuatan fisik (laa madiyah). Semua pemikiran dan aktivitasnya senantiasa muncul dan berlandaskan pada aqidah Islamiyah.Hizb ut-Tahrir is an independent Islamic political organization. His organization has its peculiarities such as; berasaskan Shari'ah, ideas and political action is not practical politics but political-ideological, conceptual, rationalists and non-violence. Hizb ut-Tahrir political conceived as al-ri'ayah al-syuuni al-umma; responsibility for the control of the interest and benefit of the people. Therefore, thinking and activity strengthened at political level in terms of carrying the affairs of the people. In the context of the establishment of Khilafat movement Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia by two. First, the ideas of the Islamic system of government must take the form of caliphate means not a republic, dictator, empire, monarchy, federal and democratic system; the pillars of the Islamic government must be established on the basis of sovereignty in the hands of Personality ', power belongs to the people, lifting the caliph is obligatory and only Khalifah has the right to adopt the laws Personality'; structure of the Khilafah state institutions there should be Caliph, Muawin at Tafwidh, Mu'awin at tanfidh, Wali, Amir al Jihad, al-Qadi, Mashalih Daulah, and the Assembly of the People; the draft constitution and Islamic system has advantages in the fields of politics, economics, education, and criminal association. Second, the strategy of the Hizb in efforts to uphold the Caliphate in the form of intensive training through halqah-halqah; general guidance through common study groups in mosques, buildings and public places, through the mass media, books and leaflets and publishing a monthly magazine and weekly newsletter; upheaval rationale for opposing beliefs, rules and ideas of kufr; political struggle shaped battling imperialist infidel countries who control and dominate the Islamic countries, adopted the benefit of the people and serving the whole affair in accordance with the laws of Personality'. Caliphate system remains relevant to modern Islamic state system so it is rational to be fought and supported by all Muslims. In conducting its activities Hizb just restrict its activities in two aspects: intellectual da'wah (fikriyah) and political propaganda (Siyasiyah) and do not use physical force (laa Muhammadiyah). All the thoughts and activities continue to emerge and be based on aqidah Islamiyah.

  • Membentuk Madrasah Diniyah Sebagai Alternatif Lembaga Pendidikan Elite
           Muslim Bagi Masyarakat

      Abstract: Setidaknya ada beberapa hal penting dalam tulisan ini; pertama, perkembangan tarekat Naqsabandiyah pada abad 19 terjadi secara luas. Tidak hanya di Indonesia tetapi di hampir seluruh wilayah muslim. Hal ini disebabkan karena dominasi faham wujudiyah (tasawuf falsafi) yang melekat pada tarekat Syattariyah mulai ditinggalkan oleh masyarakat muslim akibat serangan gencar kaum tradisionalis (tasawuf sunni). Proses peralihan dalam kurun ini menyebabkan tarekat Naqsabandiyah menjadi diminati. Kedua, kritik pedas kaum tradisionalis juga dilakukan oleh para ulama fikih kepada bid’ah tarekat. Kesesuaian dengan al-Quran dan sunnah seperti yang menjadi landasan tasawuf sunni akhirnya membuat tarekat Naqsabandiyah (dan terekat non faham wujudiyah) diminati oleh masyarakat muslim. Ketiga, kekhawatiran pemerintah kolonial Belanda terhadap tarekat, terutama Naqsabandiyah saat itu, diarahkan kepada tarekat dalam arti politik, termasuk di dalamnya gerakan Pan-Islamisme. Tetapi sepanjang tidak berpolitik, pihak konial tidak membatasi tarekat.At least there are some important things in this article; First, the development of widespread Naqsabandiyah congregation in the 19th century. It happens not only in Indonesia but also in almost all Muslim lands. This is due to the dominance of ideology Wujudiyah (Sufism philosophical) attached to Syattariyah congregation begins to be abandoned by the Muslim community as a result of the onslaught of the traditionalists (Sufism of Sunni). The process of transition in this period leads Naqsabandiyah to be desirable. Second, harsh criticism of the traditionalists is also done by the jurists to heretical congregation. Compliance with the Quran and the Sunnah as the basis of Sufism Sunni finally made Naqsabandiyah congregation (and congregation of non wujudiyah’s thought) demand by the Muslim community. Thirdly, the Dutch colonial government fears the congregation, especially Naqsabandiyah. Then, it is directed to the congregation in a political sense, including the movement of Pan-Islamism. But as long as there are no politics, colonial party does not restrict the congregation.
