           Effectiveness of Human Development Administration after Joining ASEAN
           Community of Higher Education Institutions in the Three Southern Border

      Abstract:              These quantitative research objectives were: (1) studying the conditions of participation on AEC’s programme and activities; (2) analyzing the effectiveness of human development administration; and (3) proposing the guidelines of human development administration after joining ASEAN Community of higher education institutions in three southern border provinces. Used a simple random sampling and collected data with questionnaires. The samples were total 1,219 students of 169 diploma Community College students at Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat, and 1,050 bachelor degree students at Mahachulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University, Pattani Campus, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, Yala Rajabhat University, and Princess of Naradhiwas University. Descriptive statistics are the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Inferential statistics by t-test, k-WAY ANOVA (k ≥ 3) and Least Significant Difference (LSD) were used to hypothesis test.             The results showed that (1) most students are female. The average age is 22 years old. Most respect Islamic religious and domiciled in Pattani province. Most studied in Social Development, Economics major and attended to volunteer project and social development but had minimal student exchange programme which about 12.5% never activities participation. (2) The institutional competencies of human development administration of Community College and University were not much different. The global characteristic development and capabilities students had a high level, so the desirable values had acknowledgment stage. The resulted of the statistical hypothesis test showed that the institutional competency of human development administration, global characteristic development, and capabilities students do not dependent on the type of educational institutions. However, for the desirable values development does depend on the type of educational institutions at the statistical significance level of .05. (3) The guidelines of human development administration after joining ASEAN Community of higher educational institutions of Community Colleges should support more activities. While the University should establish new potential directions for gathering network on human development by collaborating integrated across with the proficiency of each University.

           Related to Work-life Balance of Industrial and Service Labours : Dimension
           Work / Personal Life Enhancement

      Abstract:           This research aims to study factors that related to work-life balance on dimension work / personal life enhancement of industrial and service labours. The quantitative methodology was employed with individual level as a unit of analysis. The sample consisted of 397 labours who are working in industrial and service sectors that random by systematic random sampling. The data were collected using the interview schedule from May to June 2018 and analyzed by descriptive statistics and Chi-square.            The results revealed that the most of labours samples (75.3 percentages) were female. Age of labours samples were 35.4 years old, in the generation Y (19-38 years old). The labours samples have got married (43.2 percentages). More than haft of them finished the secondary school. There are 74.1 percentages of labours samples worked in industrial and service sectors less than 10 years and more than haft worked per day more than 8 hours that over than the regulation by labour law. When analyzing factors related to work-life balance on dimension work / personal life enhancement of industrial and service labours with Chi-square, it was found that the status, education level, working hours per day are the factors that related to work-life balance on dimension work / personal life enhancement of industrial and service labours at statistically significant 0.01 level.

           Medium”: Re-constructing Authenticity in Thai-Vietnamese Spirit

      Abstract: The purpose of this article is to study master medium life and re-constructing authenticity in Thai-Vietnamese spirit possession rite in Udonthani province.  By using qualitative research methodology, particularly “Life story” of master medium (Vietnamese labour) in which has been an important role in spirit possession rite practice.           The research found that Vietnamese-Thai descendent in Udonthani province have decreasingly practiced spirit possession rite, cause of lack of master medium.  However, from the phenomenon of labor migration from Vietnam to Thailand, especially in the Northeast Thailand which has continued for more than two decades, some of them have turned into master medium.  And tried to re-constructing authenticity of spirit possession rite of Vietnamese-Thai descendent in Udonthani.            Organization Model: The Subdistrict Municipality Case Study

      Abstract: Thailand has encountered economic and social crisis for a long time. One of the solutions the government selecting was the establishment of the local administrative organizations. The subdistrict municipality, one of the local administrative organizations, becomes like an important mechanism to solutions as it closes to the population and will be increasing in the future. However, while the subdistrict municipality has been doing duty to solve problems for the population, the performances of a subdistrict itself have been having many problems especially inefficient management. The problems have become an impediment to the subdistrict municipality’s ability. Therefore, the purpose of this research aims to study the factors of a high performance organization model for a subdistrict municipality in order to offer a high performance organization model. This research focused on administrative groups, employees, and the community in the subdistrict municipalities rewarded 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes from ODLOC in fiscal year 2017. The approach was mixed-methods research. The data was collected by 502 questionnaires of the samples from three subdistrict municipalities in November 2018. Using the statistics of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) found that the seven factors affected a subdistrict municipality’s proficiency to be a high performance organization. The five fit indices of the selected final model confirmed the model’s accuracy: /df=1.447, CFI=.970, NFI=.911, RMSEA=.055, and SRMR=.027. However, the findings suggested the items be modified. All factors obtained good validity and reliability: AVE=.658-789, CR=.843-.936, and Cronbach’s alpha=.882-.935. The quality-research part was a semi-structured interview. The results were consistent with those from the quantity research.

           Governance, Conflict Management and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

      Abstract: The objective of this article was to be guideline for any research in the future. The review of the literature was used as the tool to analyze the data. The results of the analysis found that there were six good governance, included of rule of law, principle of moral, principle of transparency, principle of participation, principle of responsibility and principle of value. There were five causes of conflicts, included of conflict from information, conflict from benefits, conflict from structures, conflict from relationship and conflict from values. There were five ways to manage the conflicts, included of overcoming, avoiding, obeying, integrating and compromising. In addition, there were five components of organizational citizenship behavior, included of assisting, considering of others, being patient, cooperating and being responsible. From the whole analysis revealed that good governance was relevant to the causes of conflicts and the conflicts were relevant to the organizational citizenship behavior.

           of Research Administration in Thai Research Universities

      Abstract: ABTRACT Aim of this research was to study the model of research administration for Thai Research University (RU), using the qualitative research technique with specific sample case. 4 universities, namely Mahidol University , Chiangmai University, Thammasart University and Kasetsart University, were chosen. In-depth interview of 21 persons was performed: 16 from RU and 5 from central administrative bodies (NRCT secretary, OHEC secretary, HERP-NRU director, TRF director, NSTDA director or its representative).   •        ปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อนของวัดในพุทธศาสนา/Problem
           of Global Warming of Buddhist Temple

      Abstract: This paper aims to present the problem of global warming found in Buddhist temples. The study was conducted by using qualitative research method and investigating data through field data collection, in-depth interview, and participant observation. The data were obtained from eight temples located in Muang district, Khonkaen Province. The result show that there are four activities or problems that cause global warming in Buddhist temples: cremation, air conditioning installation, green space reduction and the rising amount of wasted, which last two activities are the temple’s common problems. In addition, the temples have low awareness of the problem of global warming due to lack of knowledge and good publicity about global warming.

           กีฏมนตรา/The Butterfly, The Abject, and Metaphor in Novel

      Abstract:           This article aim to analysis the meaning of the butterfly in novel Ketamontra by Mokemungmueang. The key concepts that are used for this study are ecocriticisim and abject concept. This paper is devised two issues are the butterfly as metaphor human and the butterfly as the abject. The results are: the butterfly is the sign of metaphor characters. In novel characters as the butterfly that try cast the ugly skin. It means to both internal and external ugly. In addition to it is the sign of female and erotic as the abject. This sign is represented by Keetaya, the artificial prion, who is made from cells of butterfly. She exposes dark side in mind of people and become as the abject which erode them mind until they vomit the past. The past is the other of own although it was a part of them life. In sum the butterfly in this novel is the sign of exposing dark side in the mind of human.

      Abstract: The objectives of the study were to provide solutions to the capitalist economic system according to the principles of Theravada Buddhism. It was analyzed using the primary sources and secondary sources. This study presented the issuing of the capitalist economic system as followed: 1) the capitalist system unequally distribute capital goods which abnormal of the human actually doing 2) the capitalist system racked over proletarians and, 3) the capitalist system racked over the humanity of Labor. Therefore, author brings solutions as the principles of Buddhism which were the principle of meritorious action deal with equal charity and the principle of enjoying of senses to solve the rack problem also in human dignity. In addition, the study proved that the principle of Buddhism significance related to social living management base on the economic system as well.
