  • GANGGUAN KULIT PEMULUNG DI TPA KENEP DITINJAU DARI ASPEK KESELAMATAN DAN
           KESEHATAN KERJA

      Abstract: scavenger is one of job that have a risk for the health or work safety
      cause usually interact with the garbage as a source of disease factor and can be a good place for disease vector development. The purpose of this study is to know the skin disease that happens at scavenger from occupational safety and health aspect. The population are 43 people , and the sample amount is 33 people which found from simple random sampling technique. The result showed that most of damage excerpter are women with work period from more than 4 years, work
      in less than 8 hours a day. From 33 people, 27 people have skin disease, with 7 people got tinea unguium diagnosis.. Another kind of skin disease that found at scavenger are, tinea korporis, tinea falvalis,tinea versikolor, candidiasis, karbonkel, folikulitis, dan miliria rubra that cause of mush,parasite, and high perspiration activity. Skin disease can happens cause of the more of cloth using and high temperature climate and less of personal hygiene from damage scavenger work pattern.

  • IDENTIFIKASI DAN ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI SIKA DI PT. PERTAMINA EP PRABUMULIH

      Abstract: Oil and gas industry have high hazard potential. Some of major hazard in the oil and gas industry are fire hazard, gas explosion, and gas poisoning. PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Field have Safe Work Permit System (SIKA) to prevent potential hazard in workplace. This research aims to study the SIKA procedure and its implementation in PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Field. This research is a qualitative study and conducted with cross sectional approach. Data used in the research are primary data and secondary data.  The result obtained from this research is PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Field have multiple type of SIKA such as SIKA for hot operation, cold operation, digging, and confined space. SIKA form contained about the job description, location, amount of workers,inherent dangers, job requrements  such as Job Safety Analysis, personal protective equipment, fire extinguishers, ventilation, etc) and parties that responsible in the SIKA implementation. Implementation that have been observed compared and analyzed with current regulation  applied in PT. Pertamina EP Asset 2. Based on the result, implementation of SIKA has gone well.  SIKA have not well distributed across the field. Advice that can be given is the SIKA Document distributed in accordance with the relevant parties.Keywords : work permit,analysis, implementation

  • HUBUNGAN LAMA KONTAK, JENIS PEKERJAAN DAN PENGGUNAAN APD DENGAN KEJADIAN
           DERMATITIS KONTAK PADA PEKERJA TAHU, KEDIRI

      Abstract: ABSTRAKDermatitis kontak akibat kerja yang merupakan salah satu penyakit kelainan kulit sering timbul pada industri tidak terkecuali industri pada pabrik tahu  rumahan yang dapat menurunkan produktifitas pekerja. Pemaparan zat kimia yang digunakan dalam proses penggumpalan dapat menyebabkan dermatitis kontak, mengakibatkan iritasi dan gangguan kulit lainnya dalam bentuk gatal-gatal, kulit kering dan pecah-pecah, kemerah-merahan, serta koreng yang tidak sembuh-sembuh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan rancangan cross sectional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif . Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan maret  – desember 2016 pada pekerja pembuat tahu yang berada di wilayah RT: 6 RW: 2 Desa Joho Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan total populasi sebanyak 25 orang. Beberapa faktor yang diduga sebagai penyebab dermatitis kontak adalah faktor eksternal (lama kontak, frekuensi kontak, suhu dan kelembaban) dan faktor internal (usia, riwayat penyakit kulit, riwayat atopi, riwayat alergi, masa kerja, jenis pekerjaan dan penggunaan APD). Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pemeriksaan dokter, thermohigrometer, dan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian di uji menggunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = 0, 05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 72 % responden mengalami dermatitis kontak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama kontak (p=0,007), jenis pekerjaan (p=0,012) dan penggunaan APD (p=0,000) ada hubungan dengan kejadian dermatosis. Sedangkan frekuensi kontak (p=0,534), suhu (p=0,355), kelembaban (p=0,319), penyakit kulit (p=0,362) dan masa kerja (p=0,673) tidak ada hubungan dengan kejadian dermatosis. Beberapa hal yang dapat disarankan untuk menurunkan risiko terkena dermatitis  kontak adalah meningkatkan kesadaran pekerja terhadap penyakit kulit khususnya dermatitis kontak. Menjaga kebersihan diri (personal hygiene). Memakai alat pelindung diri berupa sarung tangan yang menutupi sampai bagian lengan, baju kerja yang menutupi seluruh bagian tubuh dan sepatu boot. Kata kunci : Dermatitis, pekerja pembuat tahu, faktor yang berhubungan

  • BEBAN KERJA MENTAL DAN KELUHAN KELELAHAN KERJA PADA BIDAN DI PUSKESMAS
           JETIS YOGYAKARTA

      Abstract: ABSTRACK The main task of midwife support was to decrease Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) by midwifery services. The profession of midwife not only as midwifery services but also as a manager, researcher, and educator in society. Profession as a midwife need good physical and mental health. Therefore, all midwifery professionals were have to optimum performances. This research aim were to describe mental work loads and work fatigue of midwife in Puskesmas Jetis Yogyakarta. This research was decriptive with cross sectional approach. The sample used total sampling with 15 midwifes who worked in Puskesmas Jetis Yogyakarta. The instruments for collect the data used by interview, observation, and filling NASA-TLX with IFRC questionnaires. The results showed that physic workload category amount to 46% (Physical Demand = 14%, Temporal Demand = 22%, Own Performance = 10%), and mental workload category amount to 54% (Mental Demand = 18%, Frustation = 15%, Effort = 21%), also average fatigue of midwife on the medium level as 60 %. The conclusion of this research showed that mental workload of midwife gave more effect than physic workload. Keywords: work load, midwife, work fatigue ABSTRAK Tugas utama profesi bidan adalah mendukung penurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) melalui pelayanan kebidanan yang berkualitas. Tugas bidan tidak hanya sebagai pelaksana pelayanan kebidanan, namun juga mempunyai peran sebagai pengelola, peneliti, dan pendidik di masyarakat. Profesi sebagai bidan merupakan pekerja yang membutuhkan kesehatan fisik dan mental yang baik. Oleh sebab itu profesi bidan dituntut memiliki performa yang optimal. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan beban kerja mental dan kelelahan kerja pada bidan di Puskesmas Jetis Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 15 Bidan yang bekerja di Puskesmas Jetis Yogyakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner beban kerja NASA –TLX, kuisioner IFRC, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi NASA-TLX kategori Beban Kerja Fisik sebesar 46% (Physical Demand = 14%, Temporal Demand = 22%, Own Performance = 10%), dan kategori Beban Kerja Mental sebesar 54% (Mental Demand = 18%, Frustation = 15%, Effort = 21%), serta rata – rata tingkat kelelahan kerja sedang sebesar 60%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja mental pada bidan dirasakan lebih besar daripada beban kerja fisik. Kata Kunci : beban kerja, bidan, kelelahan kerja

      Abstract: Occupational health and safety is mandatory for every worker. Various tools and advanced technology to simplify and speed up an industrial activity, however these activities also have negative impacts which may cause harm to workers. The purpose of this study was to identify the Hazards, Assessment and Risk Management Section Mini Bus (body) in PT Mekar Armada Jaya Magelang Work Accident Prevention. The study was conducted in PT Mekar Armada Jaya Magelang at Jl Mayjen Bambang Soegeng No. 7, Magelang- Central Java. This research was carried out for 8 weeks starting on August 22, 2016 until October 14, 2016. This type of research is observational with cross sectional study. Primary data obtained by observation. While secondary data obtained from the company. The results of this research are largely derived from the potential danger of equipment and working environment and risks to each post terdentifikasi work almost the same as the activity and the equipment used. The conclusion is that there is a risk of potential hazards in PT Mekar Armada Jaya Magelang. So we recommend a special welding training for the regular welder, periodic health examinations and provide cover protector as well as provide smoking areas ( in units ) that separate from the main work sites.

  • ANALISIS PENERAPAN CONTRACTOR SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CSMS) DI PT. X,
           BONTANG, KALIMANTAN TIMUR

      Abstract: PT. X bergerak dalam bidang industri agrokimia yang terus melakukan pengembangan, perbaikan dan modifikasi terhadap pabrik dan sarana pendukungnya dengan menunjuk perusahaan kontraktor/ subkontraktor sebagai pelaksana pekerjaan. Untuk memastikan bahwa proyek yang dikerjaan oleh kontraktor menerapkan norma-norma keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, PT.X menerapkan Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) yang dituangkan dalam Prosedur SMT-KKK-26. Akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada pekerja kontraktor. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap pelaksanaan CSMS yang telah dituangkan dalam SMT-KKK-26 PT.X dengan menggunakan siklus PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode observasional dengan analisa data deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. X, Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Waktu penelelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari hingga Maret 2017. Kemudian data yang telah diperoleh akan dianalisis dalam bentuk narasi deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan siklus PDCA. Pada prosedur SMT-KKK-26 diatur proses pengadaan jasa dengan menerapkan tahapan-tahapan CSMS yang dilaksanakan oleh beberapa departemen. Tahapan tersebut meliputi identifikasi risiko, pra kualifikasi, seleksi yang termasuk ke dalam proses perencanaan (Plan), pra-pekerjaan dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan sebagai wujud dari implementasi (Do) dan pemeriksaan (Check), serta evaluasi akhir pekerjaan sebagai Action. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan terhadap penerapan Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) di PT. X dapat disimpulkan bahwa CSMS yang dilaksanakan pada PT.X tersebut telah menerapkan kaidah siklus Deming, ­Plan-Do-Check-Action. Akan tetapi terdapat beberapa hal dalam SMT-KKK-26 mengenai prosedur penerapan aspek K3 dan LH pada pengadaan jasa yang belum berjalan secara optimal, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan.

      Abstract: Hazards are potentially harmful. In the gas industry that has raw materials, tools / machinery, production and hazardous environment must use the completely and correctly. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of safety inspection and compliance with the use of PPE in H2, CO2 and dry ice plant in PT. X Region Gresik.This research is descriptive observational research, using cross sectional research design. The sample was 6 workers as sample interview and observation and 1 (one) HSE officer as sample of interview. The data collection includes safety inspection and the compliance of plant workers in the use of PPE. The data analysis used in this research is presented in tabular and narrative form, then using cross tabulation to see whether there is a correlation between the conformity of the number of PPE, the condition of PPE to the worker compliance in the use of PPE.The results showed that majority workers did not use PPE, the number of is not suitable with the number of workers, the condition of PPE is not feasible and compliance of the use of PPE plant workers is still low. Significant linkage between the availability of PPE TO compliance with the use of and the lack of significant correlation between the condition of PPE to the compliance of usage.The conclusion of this research is low frequency of safety inspection. Should increase frequency of safety inspection. And also HSE officer officer in carrying out safety inspection. The suggestion is to increase the compliance of workers in the use of PPE. Keywords: Safety inspection , PPE.

  • EFEK IKLIM KERJA PANAS PADA RESPON FISIOLOGIS TENAGA KERJA DI RUANG
           TERBATAS

      Abstract: ABSTRACT Effects heat stress on physiological responses can be seen on increase body temperature, pulse rate and blood pressure (systole and diastole) and also weight loss. The aim of this study is to analyze the physiological responses of workers exposed to heat in confined space heater PT Nippon Shokubai Indonesia. This was an observational study with cross-sectional design. The sample was all of population (10 workers). Data was collected by measuring heat stress (WBGT), physiological responses before and after working and also questionnaire of individual factors. The result of heat stress measurement show that average of WBGT is above the Threeshold Limit Value (34,9OC) with the workload of the workers was in the heavy category (461,94 ccal) and work time category 0-25%. The result showed that the average body themperature before working was 36,73oC and after working was 38,13oC. The average pulse rate before working was 90,85 beats per minute and after working was 96,1 beats per minutes. The average systolic and diastolic blood pressure before working was 124,85 mmHg and 72,05 mmHg and the average after working was 126,05 mmHg and 72,45 mmHg. On the other hand, the average weight before working was 59,58 kg and after working was 58,3 kg. Hence, there were difference on the result of body temperature, pulse rate, blood pressure and weight before and after working in CS heater.Keyword:   Heat stress, physiological response, confined spaceABSTRAKEfek dari iklim kerja panas pada respon fisiologis tenaga kerja dapat dilihat pada peningkatan suhu tubuh, denyut nadi, tekanan darah (sistolik dan diastolik) dan juga penurunan berat badan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis respon fisiologis tenaga kerja akibat iklim kerja panas di confined space heater PT. Nippon Shokubai Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Besar sampel adalah keseluruhan populasi yaitu 10 orang. Data didapatkan dari pengukuran mengukur iklim kerja panas (ISBB), respon fisiologis sebelum dan sesudah bekerja dan juga kuesioner faktor individu. Hasil pengukuran iklim kerja panas menunjukkan bahwa rerata nilai ISBB sebesar 34,9OC sehingga telah melebihi Nilai Ambang Batas dengan beban kerja berat yaitu 461,94 kkal dan kategori waktu kerja 0-25%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rerata suhu tubuh sebelum bekerja adalah 36,73oC dan sesudah bekerja adalah 38,13oC. Rerata denyut nadi sebelum bekerja adalah 90,85 denyut per menit dan sesudah bekerja adalah 96,1 denyut per menit. Kemudian rerata tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik sebelum bekerja adalah 124,85 mmHg dan 72,05 mmHg, dan rerata sesudah bekerja adalah 126,06 mmHg dan 72,45 mmHg. Selain itu rerata berat badan sebelum bekerja adalah 59,85 kg dan sesudah bekerja adalah 58,3 kg. Oleh karena itu, terdapat perbedaan antara suhu tubuh, denyut nadi, tekanan darah (sistolik dan diastolik) dan berat badan sebelum dan sesudah bekerja di CS heater.Kata kunci : Iklim kerja panas, respon fisiologis, ruang terbatas

  • HUBUNGAN STRES KERJA DENGAN KELELAHAN KERJA PADA PEKERJA AREA WORKSHOP

      Abstract: PT. Star Queen Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang vehicle manufacture. Banyaknya pesanan menyebabkan stres kerja yang dirasakan oleh pekerja tidaklah kecil, sehingga pekerja dapat mengalamai kelelahan. Selain stres kerja, iklim kerja juga dapat mengakibatkan kelelahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim kerja dan stres kerja dengan kelelahan kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur Indeks Suhu Bola Basah (ISBB) adalah Heat Stress Meter Quest Temp 36, stres kerja menggunakan kuesioner manajemen stres, dan kelelahan kerja menggunakan kuesioner Industrial Fatigue Research Comittee (IFRC). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja area workshop PT. Star Queen Indonesia sebanyak 15 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai ISBB yang melebihi NAB yang ditentukan meliputi area workshop bagian pemotongan dan perakitan, sedangkan stres kerja yang banyak dirasakan tergolong sedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi-square dengan nilai α = 0,05 (5%) dengan hasil menunjukkan ada hubungan antara iklim kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (Sig. 2-tailed = 0,001) dan ada hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (Sig. 2-tailed = 0,000). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa adanya hubungan iklim kerja dengan kelelahan kerja dan adanya hubungan stres kerja dengan kelelahan kerja.

  • KEPATUHAN TERHADAP SOP KETINGGIAN PADA PEKERJA KONSTRUKSI

      Abstract: Implementing SOP (Standard and Operational Procedures) is one of the efforts to protect workers from occupational hazards, especially for high risk jobs such as working at height. The purpose of this research is to analyze factors that related the compliance of PT Sri Murni worker with working at height’s SOP in Tunjungan Plaza 6 project. This research is analytic observational with cross sectional design. The subject of this study were the sample of workers taken using simple random sampling and obtained the number of 33 respondents . The available data have been presented in the form of frequency distribution and cross tabulation, then analyzed statistically by chi square. The results showed that most workers was complianced with working at height’s SOP. The results of statistical analysis showing that knowledge (p=0,010, r=0,447) and communications (p=0,016, r=0,418) as factors that significantly related to working at height’s SOP and have moderate relations. Personality (p=0,656) and safety supervision (p=0,464) were not related to working at height’s SOP compliance. Suggestion to the company based on the results of research are to increase worker’s knowledge through safety talk or training, and the safety man to pay more attention to workers while they are doing working at height’s job so they could more compliance to SOP. Company should also provide PPE as much as the number of workers.

      Abstract: Bathroom was major personal hygiene facilities for elderly in Hargo Dedali Nursing HomeSurabaya. Elderly bathroom design need to consider with ergonomic factor for elderly to minimize of falling. The purpose of this study was describing suitability of bathroom facilities ergonomic according physiological and elderly anthropometric factors in the Nursing Home. This study was conducted with cross-sectional design with descriptive analysis approach. Observations and measurements were taken at the place and variables were personal hygiene facilities, physiological, and elderly anthropometric. Data that used were primary data based on observations and interviews and secondary data drawn from the place. The result showed that elderly bathroom ergonomic design were height of closet 42,5 ±2,609 cm; height   of bathing tub 68,65±6,492 cm; height of water cock 90,09±6,067 cm; volume  of water dipper1000 ml; height of hand rail 80,09±6,067 cm; diameter of handful 4,6±0,2 cm at persentile5th; slope of floor ≥ 40  with rough floor texture; lenght of doorleaf with handle 16 cm; lighting during the day and the night for more than 100 lux. The conclusion was that not all bathroom facilities at nursing home eligible for elderly. Advice that can be given were the bathroom need adjustment size with ergonomic values obtained and necessary uniformity in design was not only space but also uniformity in size according to the physiological and elderly anthropometric who can access to bathroom independently. Keywords: ergonomics, bathroom, elderly

      Abstract: ABSTRACT Worker in welding division is needed in steam boiler industry such as PT. ALSTOM Power Energy Systems Indonesia for combine the steel pipe so it can bond perfectly. Musculoskeletal complaint can necessary happen when they work. Unergonomic work posture, to much force and repeating work can increase the probability of musculoskeletal compalaint. The purpose of this research is to detect the work posture that can risk musculoskeletal complaint in welding division worker at workshop bay 4.2 area in PT. ALSTOM Power Energy Systems Indonesia. The research was implemented with descriPT.ive observational approach with croos section methode. The reseach responden are 13 workers in welding division. The data collected at workshop area bay 4.2 area in PT. ALSTOM Power Energy Systems Indonesia. The variabels that researched are individual factors and work factors. The individual factors are age, work duration, smoking habbit, and body size (antropometri). The work factors are work posture and musculoskeletal complaint. The data that had been collected then analyzed with table and naration descriptively. The result founded that workers at the age of 25-30 years old that  had been worked for more than 10 years was 46,15%, 53.85% had smoking habbit, and 61,54% had BMI overweight pre-obese category. It can be conclude that eight of thirteen welding workers had stoop back work posture, below shoulder arm position and have a risk to have muscoskeletal system damage. To cope with that, EHS PT. ALSTOM Power Energy Systems Indonesia have to prepare equipment and work station that can be arrange by its needs so it can decrese the gap between worker and work object or make a small chair available so the worker don’t have to kneel or stoop. Keywords: work posture, musculoskeletal complaint, welding workers ABSTRAKTenaga kerja bagian welding sangat dibutuhkan dalam industri pembuatan steam boiler di PT. ALSTOM Power Energy Systems Indonesia yaitu untuk menggabungkan pipa baja sehingga terbentuk ikatan yang permanen. Tenaga kerja bagian welding ketika bekerja dapat berisiko mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal. Postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis, tenaga yang berlebihan dan pengulangan tenaga kerja dapat meningkatkan timbulnya keluhan muskuloskeletal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui postur kerja yang beresiko mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja welding di area workshop Bay 4.2 PT. ALSTOM Power Energy Systems Indonesia. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan observasional deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Responden penelitian adalah pekerja welding yang berjumlah 13 pekerja. Pengambilan data dilakukan di area workshop Bay 4.2 PT. ALSTOM Power Energy Systems Indonesia. Variabel yang diteliti adalah faktor individu meliputi umur, masa kerja, kebiasaan merokok, dan ukuran tubuh (antropometri). Faktor pekerjaan yaitu postur kerja dan keluhan muskuloskeletal. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisa dengan tabel dan narasi secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 46,15% pekerja berumur 25-35 tahun, 46,15% telah bekerja selama > 10 tahun, 53,85%  memiliki kebiasaan merokok, 61,54%  memiliki BMI kategori Overweight Pre-obese. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah delapan dari tiga belas total pekerja welding dengan postur kerja posisi punggung membungkuk, posisi lengan di bawah bahu dan duduk berpotensi mengalami kerusakan pada sistem muskuloskeletal. Cara penanggulangan untuk mengurangi kejadian keluhan musculoskeletal adalah pihak HSE PT. Alstom Energy System Indonesia menyediakan peralatan dan stasiun kerja yang dapat diatur sesuai kebutuhan sehingga memperkecil jarak antara pekerja dengan obyek kerja atau bisa juga menyediakan bangku kecil) agar pekerja tidak berlutut atau membungkuk. Kata kunci : postur kerja, keluhan muskuloskeletal, pekerja welding

  • BEBERAPA FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PERILAKU PEKERJA DALAM PENERAPAN
           SAFE BEHAVIOR DI PT. HANIL JAYA STEEL

      Abstract: ABSTRACTOccupational Safety and Health (OSH) behaviour is influenced by predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors. Occupational accidents caused by various factors at work can be avoided, if the worker and the company management have a good will to prevent it. OSH behaviour is necessary for the prevention of occupational accidents. The purpose of this research was to describe the association between predisposing, enabling and reinforcing factors with behaviour of workers (mill line rolling mill 3) on the implementation of safe behaviour in PT. Hanil Jaya Steel. This was an observational descriptive study with cross sectional approach and carried out among 26 respondents. The variables studied were age, length of employment, level of knowledge, attitude, frequency of worker’s OSH training, frequency of OSH training which provide by the company, availability of personal protector equipment, regulation assembly, standard operational procedures assembly, co-workers’ support, supervisor’s support, reward, punishmnet and safe behaviour. The strength of relationship between variables were analyzed by using Contingency Coefficient (C). The results showed that there were weak association between level of knowledge, frequency of worker’s OSH training and behaviour (C = 0.085 and C = 0.255, respectively). There were moderate association between age, length of employment, co-workers’ support and behaviour (C = 0.398, C = 0.328 and C = 0.400, respectively). And Also there was strong association between attitude and behaviour (C=0.556). It is recommended that the company providing OSH training section frequently for all workers, improving the monitoring system of workers, and providing reward and punishment program, in order to improve their safe behaviour in preventing occupational accident in workplace. Keywords: predisposing, enabling, reinforcing, safe behaviour  ABSTRAKPerilaku K3 dipengaruhi oleh faktor predisposisi, faktor pemungkin, dan faktor penguat. Kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor dalam pekerjaan bisa dihindarkan, apabila pekerja dan pimpinan perusahaan ada kemauan baik untuk mencegahnya. Perilaku K3 diperlukan untuk pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara faktor predisposisi, faktor pemungkin, dan faktor penguat mengenai perilaku pekerja (unit mill line rolling mill 3) terhadap penerapan perilaku aman di PT. Hanil Jaya Steel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan dilakukan pada 26 responden. Variabel yang diteliti adalah umur, masa kerja, tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, frekuensi pelatihan K3, frekuensi penyelenggaraan pelatihan K3, ketersediaan APD, penempelan/pemasangan peraturan, penempelan/pemasangan SOP, dukungan teman kerja,  dukungan pimpinan/pengawas, reward, punishment dan perilaku aman. Kuat hubungan antar variabel dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Koefisien Kontingensi (C). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang lemah antara pengetahuan dan frekuensi pelatihan K3 dengan perilaku aman (C = 0.085 dan C = 0.255, berturut-turut). Terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara umur, masa kerja, dukungan teman kerja dengan perilaku aman (C = 0.398, C = 0.328 dan C = 0.400, berturut-turut) serta terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara sikap dengan perilaku aman (C=0.556). Disarankan bagi pihak perusahaan untuk mengadakan pelatihan K3 secara berkelanjutan kepada semua pekerja, meningkatkan sistem pengawasan pekerja, serta mengadakan program reward dan punishment dalam rangka meningkatkan penerapan perilaku aman pekerja dalam pencegahan kecelakaan kerja di tempat kerja. Kata kunci: predisposisi, pemungkin, penguat, perilaku aman
