  • Change of Function and Space of Puri in Bali: A Social History

      Abstract: Puri is one of the traditional Balinese
      architecture, which is a palace. The form is a complex of
      buildings that function as the center of government and the
      residence of the king and his family. Like other palaces, puri
      in Bali has unique and distinctive features, making it
      interesting to study.As time passes, Balinese traditional
      architecture undergoes development and change, puri-puri in
      Bali are also not free from that, in line with the development
      of Balinese socioculture. Changes in the puri in Bali basically
      caused by two main factors, namely external factors, as well
      as internal factors. The research is aimed to intended to
      identify factors causing changes in the puri, both in terms of
      function and spatial. The study will be conducted with a
      social-historical approach, an approach in the field of
      architecture that has not been done. The proposition begins
      with a description of the socio-cultural background of the
      community and proceeds with a study of the physical changes
      that occur. The results of the study are expected to be used to
      anticipate and control more worrying changes in the future

      Abstract: In the business world, business development is a very
      important factor to be reckoned with. This is done in order to
      always survive in the competitive world of business. Improving
      product quality, adding product types and reducing the company's
      operating costs are some things that can be done in order to
      survive in the competition. The thing that can be done to meet
      those needs is to perform sales transaction data analysis using
      Data Mining. One of the Algorithms that belongs to an association
      in Data Mining that matches is the Apriori Algorithm. A priori
      algorithm aims to find frequent item sets in a set of data. A priori
      algorithm defined a process to find a priori rules that meet
      minimum requirements for support and minimum requirements
      for confidence. This research seeks to develop a business strategy
      of placement of groceries that is adjusted to the consumer
      consumption pattern in minimarket. Thus, the arrangement of
      merchandise can be adjusted with the rules of association to fit the
      pattern of consumer consumption.

  • Fuzzy C-Means Clustering for Customer Segmentation

      Abstract: The right marketing strategy for a company can
      increase revenue for the company. A product will not be bought
      even known if the product sold is not clear its usefulness.
      Therefore, market segmentation is used to predict market
      demand based on market groupings such as Measurability
      (buyer characteristics and characteristics), Accestability
      (segmentation selected by company) and Substantiability (large
      segment and profitable to serve).Customer segmentation is used
      to determine the status of potential customers to choose the right
      market strategy for the company. Clustering method used is
      fuzzy c-means, this method is determined based on the existence
      of each data point by the degree of membership. Segmentation
      using this clustering method will generate customer labels such as
      superstar, golden, typical, occasional, everyday, and dormant.

  • Prediction of Days in Hospital Dengue Fever Patients using K-Nearest
           Neighbor

      Abstract: Dengue fever is found more in tropics and
      subtropics area. The World Health Organization (WHO) noted
      that Indonesia is as the highest dengue fever cases in South Asian
      since 1968 till 2009. The treatment of patient dengue fever in
      hospital had spent rest time or the days in hospital in variation
      treatment. Days in hospital often becomes questions from the
      patients’ family. To predict of days in hospital is maybe to know
      the capacity for the long period strategies. In this research, we
      used machine learning approach to predict the period of dengue
      fever patients. One of the machines of learning method is KNearest Neighbor (K-NN). In this case, we analyze the result of
      implementation K-NN method that used to predict period of days
      in hospital patients for dengue fever. This paper used the result of
      laboratory checking of blood complete with patients as parameter
      in predict the period of days in hospital dengue fever. The result
      of examination used K-NN to show the accuracy levels reach
      65,67% with k optimal is k=13.

  • Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) for Disaster Report

      Abstract: Data analysis of disaster is very important for
      supporting in making decision to cope with the next disaster or
      prepare if the disaster will happen again. Online Analytical
      Processing (OLAP) becomes solution to get analysis by using
      certain analysis that supplied in OLAP. To supply the data
      analysis in which done by OLAP so the data as the representative
      in multidimensional model that manages the data in cube form.
      Warehouse data can be called as the place from source data that
      used to make easier in analysis information process in it because
      concept of data dimensional offered. The planning data warehouse
      is basically by source data that gotten and decided by the
      description of needs from the users. OLAP in this disaster report
      success in implementation with helping data warehouse and imply
      snowflake schema to dimensional data first.

      information system is TOGAF. TOGAF is used as a step in

      Information Systems is one of the majors in STMIK Bandung Bali.
      The study period of this department can be influenced by many
      factors. These factors are the Kumulatid Credit Index (IPK),
      gender, scholarship, part-time work, Student Activity Unit (UKM).
      Purpose of this study was to determine the classification of
      accuracy factors. In this study using SVM (Support Vector
      Machine) method with accuracy of 99.07%.

  • Prediction Competition Result of Indonesian Football Club with C.45
           Algorithm

      Abstract: Indonesia is a country that is very fond of soccer
      sport, according to Gojek-Traveloka League data there are an
      average of 13,423 spectators watching every game. With a sizeable
      audience and a fairly regular schedule of matches by clubs and
      leagues in Indonesia. It makes predictions interesting because it
      will provide an overview and direction of support for the
      competing club. In some studies relating to predictions and
      decisions recommending the use of excessive C4.5 methods or
      algorithms, such as the C4.5 algorithm can produce decision trees
      that are easy to interpret, have an acceptable level of accuracy,
      efficient in dealing with discrete type attributes and can handle
      attribute of discrete and numeric type. So based on the
      explanation, this research will discuss about the prediction of
      Indonesian football club match using C4.5 method based on game
      history that has been done before. The purpose of this research is
      to know how far C4.5 method can be applied in predicting soccer
      match. The results of this study indicate that the C4.5 algorithm
      can be implemented in predictions of the results of the game
      proved with a fairly good accuracy of 63.04%.

  • Data Warehouse Implemantation To Support Batik Sales Information Using
           MOLAP

      Abstract: Batik product has spread in various regions in Indonesia. Batik companies usually have data that accumulates and accumulates without any follow-up to the data. It is also not supported by well-executed final reports. Therefore it is necessary to build a data warehouse that can be used as a source of information for Batik management related to the trend of the type of batik motif based on the category of goods and marketing area from time to time. One important process that must be done in the operation of data warehouse is the process of copying data from the operational database. Before the operational data goes into the data warehouse, ETL process (extract, transform, load) to the data is done. The process is intended to standardize the data used in the data warehouse. Meanwhile, the scheme designed for the development of data warehouse using Snowflake Schema model. The results showed that batik warehouse data has four dimension tables (Product dimension, Region dimension, Time dimension, and Customer dimension), four sub dimension tables (Category dimension, Sub_Category dimension, Pattern dimension and Gender dimension) and one Fact table, Fact Sales. The extraction process produces dimension tables (Product dimension, Region dimension, Time dimension and Customer dimension) and sub-dimensional tables (Category dimensions, Sub_Category dimensions, Pattern dimensions and Gender dimensions). All monitoring of sales data of batik products is done using cube browser. The information displayed by each dimension can be viewed in more detail with the drill down or roll up process in accordance with the hierarchy rules of each dimension field.

  • Data Mining, Evaluation, K-means Evaluation of Supporting Work Quality
           Using K-Means Algorithm

      Abstract: One of the factors that to improve the performance productivity of an organization or agency is Human Resources. During this time many government agencies that do not have employees with adequate competence, this is evidenced by the low productivity of employees and the difficulty of measuring employee performance in the scope of government agencies. This research discusses the application of K-means Clustering conducted at Udayana University, especially on annual performance data for contract workers. this study aims to classify cluster clusters that are determined to facilitate the evaluate quality of work of contract workers. This research uses data used as many as 1613 data. And done preprocessing get 544 data. In preprocessing data, K-means Clustering method is performed. In K-means Clustering determined the number of K as much as 5 Cluster. To determine Data Cluster used Ecludian Distance calculation. From the results of K-means Clustering Applying it takes 10 iterations. From 5 clusters conducted on 544 data there are clusters 0 as much as 38, Cluster 1 as much as 473, Cluster 2 as much as 130, Cluster 3 as much as 26 and from cluster 4 as many as 3. From the results of K-means Clustering implementation is used as a supporter of Quality Evaluation Work.

  • Design of Intermediate Medical Record Information System in Electricity

      Abstract: Along with the development of information and communication technology (ICT), which has become a major influence for change in all sectors, including health, especially in medical records is called electronic medical record. Basically an electronic medical record is the use of electronic methods to collect, store, process, and access patient records in hospitals that have been stored in a multimedia database management system, bringing together various medical data sources. Often the problem arises there is no relationship between the respective health care providers in terms of information on the medical record. Although the patient may have a medical examination at a health care provider vary at a certain time. This leads to the same inspection occurring repeatedly. Whereas previous medical records are very useful in further medical examination. Of the several problems mentioned above have designed a centralized electronic medical record system that accommodates patient medical records in a centralized database for the purpose of patient records stored in a single database storage. So if one day the patient is registered in the system, if referred from one hospital to another hospital in the area, data can be viewed and accessed based on data from the hospital or health care provider who has joined in this system. With this system helps reduce the possibility of misdiagnosis. Keywords: Centralized Medical Record, Data Warehouse and ROLAP

  • The Optimization of Feature Selection Using Genetic Algorithm with Naïve
           Bayes Classification for Home Improvement Recipients

      Abstract: The purpose of this study is to help predicting the recipients of home improvement based on the optimized criterias. The classification method is using naïve bayes method. Naïve Bayes classification is one of data mining classification technique that can predict future probabilities based on past experience. But, naïve bayes method has a disadvantage that the independence characteristics of Naïve Bayes feature can not always be applied so it will affect the accuracy. Due to the independence characteristics, Naïve Bayes classification method needs to be optimized by feature selection technique. Genetic algorithm are one of the most commonly used methods of feature selection techniques. The results achieved is Naïve Bayes Method can be applied to determine the recipients of home improvement, which seeks the greatest opportunity or alternative probability by exploiting the conditional probability of each criterion that has been optimized. This can be used as consideration, reference, and facilitate in determining the community welfare and the program rolled right on target.

  • Implementation of EM Algorithm in Data Mining for Clustering Female

      Abstract: Cooperatives have a key role for women by providing access to generating income activities. Women have access to general production resources like credit, land, marketing facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and technology. All of that resources can increase their income. By shaping themselves into cooperatives, they can get benefit from economies scale and increase their access to the labor market. Cooperatives can be the best instruments to improve women’s welfare and for the development of transformations such as more open minded by using the most profitable female cooperatives. As one of the existing regencies in Bali Province, Gianyar regency has rapid development of female cooperative. In this research will clustering female cooperative by using WEKA application with Expectation-Maximization Algorithm. From the result, government can maintance which female cooperation should be put on watchlist.
