           grafis persepolis karya marjane satrapi

    • Authors: Sandya Rani Yunita, Wening Udasmoro
      Pages: 237 - 248

           ke-indonesia-an dan ke-papua-an

    • Authors: Cahyo Pamungkas
      Pages: 249 - 264
Abstract: Istilah Muslim Papua merujuk pada orang asli Papua, anggota kelompok etnik Melanesia yang beragama
Islam.
Sebaliknya
Ormas-ormas Islam mengonstruksi identitas politik ke-Indonesia-an.

  • Fenomena lesbian yogyakarta sebuah fakta sosial

    • Authors: Abdul Jalil
      Pages: 265 - 273
Abstract: This paper is going to discuss the phenomenon of lesbian Jogja as a social fact. Lesbian behavior is only beginning to be something suitable for consumption by lesbian world, but a decade now, the world
becomes a product and lesbian public consumption, like it or not there are very real to all of us before and we have to address in the frame is a multicultural society. Another purpose of this paper does not want to look back on how far the phenomenon of lesbians, particularly in the 1980s or when the author was a student of Anthropology in 2005, as an inscription which is still a draft paper for course assignments Sex, Society, and Culture is still very relevant to today’s world, although in fact, when compared with the world Gay, lesbian world more closed. The method used is descriptive analysis, through the later cases seen in theory and then interpreted. The result of this thinking , states that the discourse of “ lesbian “ in the era of technology is not new and taboo. Today, the lesbian world is very open and acceptable in all walks of life. Lesbian world considered marginal. This assessment is different from the standpoint of psychological, social, cultural, and religious. In the context of a patriarchal tradition, always puts the position of women as subordinate to men. Thus , in order to be accepted in the lesbian community, especially the middle of the environment, whether family, friends hanging out, and the others, then lesbians must take an active role in various social activities, social organizations, even religious.

  • Wacana 'barbar' dalam film animasi aladin

    • Authors: Mundi Rahayu
      Pages: 274 - 287
Abstract: This article discusses the discourse of Arab barbarism constructed in animated film Aladdin produced by Walt Disney Picture Animation in 1992. The story of Aladdin is originated from the Arabian folktales, Alf Layla wa Layla which was translated into English version of “Arabian Nights”. Arab stereotypes in Hollywood cinema has been studied by many researchers, and this article will find out how Hollywood constructs the discourse of Arab barbarism in animated film Aladdin, and whose interest or ideology constructed in the discourse. This study applies Fairclough’s critical discourse analysis, through its three levels of analysis, micro, macro and mezo. The analysis shows that the discourse of Arab barbarism is constructed as a politics of identity for othering the Arabs through natural ways of the film. In this film, Aladdin is able to transform the antagonist Jafar, helped by the Jinn implies the notion that the power of technology and humanitarianism is constructed as the tools to overpower the powerful barbarian. Hollywood and America’s interest in projecting the friend and foe in its international relation through the cultural product needs to be scrutinized critically.

  • Konsep landasan filosofis pengembangan ilmu bersumber pada nilai-nilai
           ke-ugm-an

    • Authors: Heri Santoso, Koento Wibisono Siswomihardjo; , Arqom Kuswanjono
      Pages: 288 - 299
Abstract: This research is motivated by crisis, especially of UGM (Universitas Gadjah Mada) identity and
of philosophical foundations of its scientific development. This study aims to inventory, analyzesynthesize, critically evaluate, as well as construct a philosophical foundation of scientific development originating in UGM values. The study employs a reflective, systematic philosophical research model.Data consists mainly of documents data, supported by field data collected through participant
observation and in-depth interviews. Material objects of research are values contained in the university’s
legal basis or statute, symbols of its identity attributes, and thoughts of its leaders, while formal object
of research is philosophy, particularly philosophy of values (axiology) and philosophy of science. Data
will be analyzed using elements of methodical study of philosophy, especially interpretive analysis in a
heuristic framework to come to conclusion. The results show that: First, history of ideas indicates that GMU scholars have proposed and
justified concept and model of scientific development based on GMU (Gadjah Mada University)
values, that is the concept of “Pancasila as (1) guidance (2) orientation and (3) paradigm of scientific
and technological development.” Scientific models that were successfully developed are (1) Pancasilaic
science and knowledge and Science of State and Law of Pancasila (Ilmu Negara dan Hukum Pancasila)
by Notonagoro; (2) Pancasila Economics (Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasila) by Mubyarto; and (3) Prophetic
Social Science (Ilmu Sosial Profetis) by Kuntowijoyo. Second, the concept of scientific development
developed by GMU-based scholars is actually built on basic assumptions that science is not value-free
and, thereby, teleological, i.e. acting for the sake of human civilization, usefulness, and happiness. These axiological and metaphysical assumptions are heavily influenced by a metaphysical belief that recognizes the existence and power of God. These axiological and metaphysical assumptions epistemologically imply that there is a source of knowledge and truth other than scientific knowledge and truth.

    • Authors: Hanggar Budi Prasetya, Wisma Nugraha Christianta
      Pages: 300 - 308
Abstract: This study describes four reliefs of Ramayana Prambanan which depicts the event that Ade been
experienced and performed by Rama as affirmation that he is the incarnation of Vishnu ―the god of the
preserver. The designer and sculptor of those reliefs considered that this event was important. From
the twenty-four of Ramayana’s relief panels, there are four relief panels which depict this event. Data
was collected by observing the entire Ramayana reliefs in Shiva temple and Brahma, in the Prambanan
complex. Relief was read by using the Flat Time Space (RWD) theory and compared with the text
of the Old Javanese Ramayana (RJK). RJK text was used as a comparison, because the manufacture
and the writings of RJK relief were made in the same period in nine centuries. It was conceivable that
both of them were made from the same source. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the event
performed by Rama asserts that he is the incarnation of Vishnu. As the incarnation of Vishnu, Rama is
able to purify and to preserve life.

           Ciamis

    • Authors: Budiman Achmad, Ris Hadi Purwanto; , Sambas Sabarnurdin, Sumardi Sumardi
      Pages: 309 - 317
Abstract: This study aims to identify the forms of planting pattern developed by farmers in the upper region, business feasibility, the revenue contribution, and to provide some prospective choices of planting pattern that bring high revenue. The study was conducted in May until July 2010 in Ciomas Village, Panjalu District. Data was collected through interviews with using questionnaire, field observation and compilation of related documents. Respondents were selected purposively of twenty agroforestry farmers. The business feasibility was evaluated by using financial analysis, whereas to determine the revenue contribution from household was evaluated by calculating all of the income resources. The result is (1) the prospective planting pattern on land >1ha is planting pattern number 2 with IRR of 38.01 (wood + plantation + fruit + drugs + food), (2) on land between 0.5 to 1ha is planting pattern number 1 with IRR of 47.18 (wood + plantation + fruit + drugs), (3) on land <0.5 ha is planting pattern number 3 with IRR of 32.47 (wood + fruit + drug). The sequences of planting pattern which have the highest revenue to the smallest revenue contribution in a row are the planting pattern number 1 for 33.30%, number 3 for 28.09%, and number 2 for 25.22%. If all farmers in the upper region adopt planting patterns number 1, then the average revenue from private forest will increase to IDR 2,578,389 /ha to IDR 11,990,834 /ha.

tinjauan sosiologis maupun psikologi sosial, prasyarat terbentuknya community, hingga
kajian konsep tentang gagasan munculnya community di mana terminologi komunitas
